I really enjoy how efficient this place is set up so everyone is helped quickly, but I never feel rushed while i am at the counter. I hope you guys find a workaround for your loyalty program soon, that was also a huge pull for me.

60. I have been a frequent visitor for the past 6 months and this is hands down the best dispensary in the area. Everyone is very nice and knowledgeable, especially my last budtender, Kenny. The selection is huge and the products are top-notch. They also have great daily specials for everything. The only downside to this dispensary is the regular prices on vape cartridges. They aren’t extremely high, by any means, but many other dispensaries in Michigan have the same brand cartridges for up to $10-$15 less.

103. Being an Ohio patient I was sticking to the dispensaries closest to the border. Mistake. All of them are good but I was going to them all for individual reasons. I like the flower here, I the concentrates there, moon rocks someplace else.

     This place has all the stuff the other ones do but it’s all in the same place. There also seems to be a larger variety to choose from. Friendly staff that’s pretty knowledgable about whatever you point at and believe me, there’s a lot to point at.

     It’s my one stop shop now and well worth the (short) extra distance.

110. used to be a good place, it’s gone down hill. they have too many patients to keep up with, the shake is overpriced and just leaves, stems and seeds. the last few ounces I’ve bought were awful. one had over 500 seeds easy, another was not trimmed and the last one was too wet to smoke. so by the time it dries I’m sure it’ll be a quarter shy…Keep it classy!! it used to be consistently good, I think they’ve grown too large too fast and it’s showing in their lack of quality.

     not sure what they put in those cheap $5 pre rolls, but even for free it’s not worth the non-stop coughing.

     ps you can keep your free pre roll and your bullshit ass raffle…..aint worth anything anyway.

145. I am a regular patient from Ashland, OH. It is a 5 hour round trip drive for me and it’s more than worth it. This is currently my favorite dispensary, and I have been to enough dispensaries to know that I will remain loyal here. I gave them 5 stars because they are the best all around dispensary I have been to. Below is a list of the Pros and Cons of my experience of this dispensary over the last year or so.

     Pros:
     – They have the largest selection of flower out there. There is usually 40 to 50 strains in site, and there is usually more in the back. They have specials on strains that they have large amounts of. These specials are daily and range from $80/oz (shake) to $140/oz (bud) and various flower in between such as seeded ($100/oz) and small buds ($125/oz).

     – Their extracts can’t be touched. Period. It is not uncommon to pick up shatter here for $25-$30 PER GRAM! Just like their flower, they have shelves based on price. They have all forms of extracts, and they are all legit. They are big enough that they can pick and choose who their vendors are.

     – Everything you buy builds up credit for anything in the store. Every time I go I have credit for free items from the last time I went.

     – They give free items based on how much you spend per visit. For example if you spend over $200 or so you get a free firestick, and the next tier is spinning the wheel. These are on top of the credit you get for your next visit.

     – When you get to the “spin the wheel” tier you are guaranteed a random gift/prize from the store. On the wheel is items such as a free eighth, a pre-roll with oil and kief (firestick), moon rocks, etc. I’m hooked on the wheel. lol This is something that is fairly new and is unique to this dispensary….or at least the ones I have been to. It’s sort of like wheel of fortune with Cannabis prizes instead of dollar amounts.

     – I used to be a Michigan resident on Michigan’s program and had access to all dispensaries in Michigan. Now that I am an Ohio patient, I only currently have access to 5 dispensaries in Michigan. This is one of those 5, and I have absolutely no complaints about the limitation. Even if I had access to all of the others I would still come here.

     – They have 4 stations, and each station has the same selection of meds and it’s own bud tender. This makes wait times minimal and each patient gets personalized unrushed attention.

     – They give first time patients all kinds of gifts, and more free gifts for your second visit. I have a bag, several t-shirts, a bracelet, and really really red eyes. 🙂

     Cons:

     -Although it’s not an issue for me and some other people, there are 2 flights of stairs to go up. I am guessing they might bring orders down to patient’s cars for those who can’t go up the stairs but I am not positive. I would call them to find out how they can help you get your meds easily.

     – I’m actually struggling to come up with another one, but if I had to choose one I would say they need a bigger place. A lot of people are hip to this place so they move a lot of product to a lot of people. I have seen it with standing room only in the waiting area, but I have always gotten a seat with a few minutes.

     All in all, this is a must visit. I went here just to check it out and now I have no interest in going anywhere else.

147. At other dispensaries its a “Closed mouth don’t get fed” type of motion, but here there is a certain passion in all aspects of the environment, service and customer relations. Every employee here is a professional enthusiast and once you come you’ll never have a reason to go anywhere else.

I have social anxiety and I’m usually quiet and awkward when I come here, but no one treats me any differently. Very pleased with Holistic Health Wayne.

154. From the time I walked in this place feels bad. The older lady at the counter was rude. She acted as if I was a bother for asking questions. Very rude and short tempered. Never ran into a rude person at a dispensary before. Lol. They charge a 6% “tax” on all items. The only 1 that does this. Other places include the tax in the price. Here they charge the same as other places, then add 6%. Stay away there are cleaner, nicer, and safer ones around. Their sign says guard on duty, but there was none!!

157. Since my son is unable to go in due to being severely disabled and dependent on a wheelchair, the budtender came out and helped us with what we needed. I was unsure about that idea at first. I don’t remember her name but she was extremely helpful and considerate and helped us get exactly what we needed. It was actually a pleasant experience and I am glad we chose them. We will definitely be coming back because they had the best selection I have seen as far as CBD strains which is what my son needs for seizure control.

     The only downside was the fact that I wasn’t allowed in to look at what they had available. I likely would have spent a lot more because we traveled very far. I have been allowed to go in for him at other places with no “proof” as he is quadriplegic and has aphasia. I guess rules are rules though so next time I will bring my legal guardian ship documents. I would definitely want to have the same bud tender again since she actually took the time to come out and meet my son and she included him in the conversation which is something that even “medical professionals” fail to do.

Best of all aEUR” the entire team is willing to go in depth with detailed info, whether specific to products or the industry overall.

     Other than that, the location is well positioned, clearly identified and has a good size parking lot — a refreshing comfort after the walk up to some of their competitors. Special thanks to Keith, Molly, Lark and Jeremy who make each visit feel better than the last.

372. Such a complete disappointment this morning! I arrived at 8 am, which is the scheduled opening time. There were already three patients waiting outside the door. Security came and stated that no one could wait outside the door aEURoebecause it’s illegal and they’re trying to do everything they can to shut us down.aEUR A good way to avoid patients standing outside of the door is to open your business at the scheduled time. It’s now 8:20, there are multiple patients (at least 15) waiting in the parking lot for their medication. No explanations as to the delay or when they may open. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere from now on and will encourage others to do so as well. It’s so sad that patients are being delayed their medications because the staff couldn’t make it on time.

They’ve got their charms for sure but seem to have some product quality faults. At different times some items have came out not be up to par to standards one might expect for medical use, particularly with concentrates. Generally great value and quality options are presented but I recommend browsing with careful selection, sometimes things won’t be as shown in photos, which is in the nature of the subject matter, and often the menu photos don’t feature everything. Double flight of stairs at entrance very offputting for physically limited clients, which staff will accommodate for, however limits potential for some to check things over in detail in person. Generally they have very good material though and only minor nitpicking to mention for complaints and nothing that staff won’t help.

     BUYER BEWARE! If you’ve recently purchased the Waky Willy “1 gram” cartridges, they’re not full grams. Easy enough to prove, just weigh them against an empty.

     Don’t bother trying to contact the dispensary for resolution unless you want the situation to escalate. Two different managers told me they would make it right if I came in and when I arrived, the owner got involved and things quickly escalated to the point the police had to be called.

     Just know the owner has been made aware and continues to advertise them as full grams and they’re not. Not one of the 6 carts I purchased on Saturday, January 26, 2019 weighed a full gram. The closest was 0.76 grams.

     I’ve also been in touch with the manufacturer of the carts and am getting the run around.

     Don’t trust any of their prepackaged items. I’ve had multiple issues with the weight of these items. Only trust what you can see them weigh up in front of you. Otherwise, you’ll have a headache on your hands.

STOP SPAMMING ME. Do you have like every employee sending off the days deals to the entire list of sendees? I just got 27 messages from you in the last hour, and literally while i’m writing this, another 12 just came through. I dont want to stop receiving them from you but… holy shit.. another 3 just came in.. up to .. 42 messages in less than an hour? … Something seriously is wrong with who ever or what ever processes your texts to customers.

Olivia helped me today and she introduced me to the SlabGod Girlscout Cookies thin mint shatter and she changed my life! The customer service here is profound! By far the best dispensary I’ve ever visited in Michigan. Even though the traffic of the store is busy, the wait time is minimal and efficient. Over all, Hollistic Health will always be my go to for my medication.
