Great place , great to see product and smell it
Went there for the first day of recreational marijuana sales. Everyone that worked there was super friendly got great service and awesome products. A little on the expensive side but worth it. Definitely going back in the future.

Everything from the wait in line, all the way to register was just right. Folks were happy, engaged and on top of their game. I visited the neighbor dispensary and oh man, Theory got this one right. Flower was spotless, service was spotless, just don’t like the weird debit/cash or nothing. I don’t think this is their fault, but get some credit machines in. I’d pay for that and no doubt your customers would spend more. Best wishes – Ted

Waited a bit long to get in this Sat but was worth the wait. Inside is beautiful and the products are fantastic. Can’t wait to come back.
Arrived Saturday, 2/9/19 at 12pm. Long line. Took two hours to get in to the door. Parking was very close to the store. Very simple logistics once you’ve arrived. Pre-order was very limited. I thought the pre order option wasn’t available. I found out at the store that they accept 15 pre orders and shut the system until those orders are filled. If you luck out and can pre order, do it! Decent menu options for Mass store. I went for buds. I thought it was an ounce limit – it was, however, you’re limited to specific amounts per strain. You could only buy one of the largest amount priced per strain on the menu. Some strains had prices listed up to quarters, some strains up to eighths, and some strains you could only purchase a gram. For each strain, the largest amount listed was the strain limit and you could not exceed it. So, it might be possible to buy an ounce in a single visit, but you’d most likely have to purchase each flower on the menu to piece together an ounce. All buds I bought, five different strains, all seem to be fantastic. There were zero THC gummy options. Pricy 1/2 gram cartridges. On a side note, I tell ya, this Mass weed scene is strange. I feel most folks I’ve waited in lines with are nothing more than occasional tokers. Guy behind me in line was telling me how nobody smokes weed everyday. HaHa.

management went out of their way to make up for my first visit, and was welcomed inside their open plan, bright store. staff are very knowledgeable and passionate about their products, which are varied and flavorful. very impressed, i’m coming back.
Just stopped in at Theory Wellness for their first day of Recreational sales, and the wait was so beyond worth it! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, everyone is really friendly, and their product is top notch. Blows everything I’ve seen before out of the water! Will be making many more visits in the future. 🙂
I bought a 500 mg vape cartridge of Blue Dream, unlike some of the other dispensaries in the state they do not sell 1 g cartridges.
You actually end up getting more product for less money at NETA. See below for a comparison of the Blue Cheese vape cartridge from NETA vs. the Blue Dream cartridge from Theory.
NETA: Blue Cheese – $100 for a one 1g cartridge (98% 9-THC)
250 5 sec inhalations
Theory: Blue Dream – $108 for two 500mg cartridges (69% TAC)
100 5 sec inhalations per cartridge giving a total of 200 inhalations
So at NETA you get 50 additional inhalations for $8 less, plus a stronger product.
Theory’s cartridge costs more, you get less product and it has 29% less THC.
If you’re purchasing cartridges and want more bang for your buck, then NETA is a much better choice.

About a month ago I wrote a review about a disappointing preorder experience. I’m happy to say that I’ve had several great preorder experiences since. Orders were promptly confirmed and ready in 20 minutes or less. I understand that the preorder supply can be a challenging moving target and it seems things are improving fairly quickly. Just think how far we’ve come in a short time! A few years ago sales were just a pipe dream and now we can preorder for same day pick up. Pretty crazy.
The staff are terrific and friendly. Everyone was helpful and very nice. I’ve been to other dispensaries where the security was more on the power trip side of the spectrum. Not here. The people at the door are very nice and very respectful. The whole experience was terrific.
As far as the quality is concerned, it is very good. They offer a nice variety of strains that cover the spectrum very well. The buds look and smell great. They are also thoughtful enough to place your order in a black plastic zip lock bag for easy transport. I like how the menu changes daily. It’s kind of like shopping at your local farmers market in that you get to see new fresh items almost every day. They have a few strains that are staples and are usually always available. The rest of the menu is filled with little surprises such as unique or limited varieties. I always come home with something interesting and unexpected.
Their vape products are also pretty decent. I know people always compare dosage and quantity of other dispensaries and try to max out their value, but you do get what you pay for. So far I’ve found their oils offer a better experience in taste and aroma than their competitors.
All and all, a great dispensary in a beautiful location. I’m looking forward to my next visit!
