11. I love the staff at the Greenhouse Litchfield location. They know me on a first name basis as soon as I walk through the door. The staff is super friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. If you’re looking for a more convenient in between place (between Springfield and Collinsville) this is the right place for you. They have ongoing specials and a rewards program (hell yeah!). Their products are superior quality and any issues I have had (not through any fault of the Greenhouse) has always been fixed beyond my satisfaction. Love this place and wouldn’t think about going anywhere else!

12. Prices seem a bit outrageous but they know what they’re talking about luckily. It was a pretty good experience just get ready for your wallet to hurt. 20 bucks a gram? I think not. 140-180 for a half? Nope nope nope. The products are good at least just not that prices good.. Please work on adjusting those a bit I feel like you’re getting really good deals from the companies you buy through but trying to make a killing on us.

19. 1st time here and very impressed with just about everything. We drove an extra 45 minutes and well worth it, product, people and price was great. People was extra friendly, answered my question with out all the bs. Had everything I wanted and to boot it was a Sat, got us back fast, only advise i have is to get a idea of what you want before going back its a little tight in the viewing room. Big thumbs up

30. Exactly what you would expect in a small town. Friendly staff who not only make it a point to know your name, but genuinely care about you. I am a brand new patient and a total newbie to cannabis. The staff has been extremely patient with me and have answered all of my questions. They have made me feel welcome and almost like family.

35. Great shop with a large flower selection.The staff here are way more knowledgeable than some of the other local shops I have been to. The prices are a bit higher but the service and quality make up for it. They run sales often and have a reward points system for the frequent fliers like me.

40. The location is perfect for me. Only twenty minutes away. Instead of an hour to Springfield. The people are extremely professional at what they do. The first time I went the power got taken out. They got on their I pad to get to where they could help me. All around great place.

42. Greenhouse Litchfield has an amazing selection to choose from and a super friendly staff. They made me feel welcome right off the bat and you could tell it was genuine. That especially is very important to me. Litchfield is a nice small town and it definitely has that vibe. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. They offer constant deals/ specials and as someone else mentioned, a rewards program. So take the trip and treat yourself..to will not be disappointed.

46. It’s a good shop, but prices are high compared to others nearby. Freebies are minimal, with loyalty rewards being their thing.
    It’s a very clean, very pleasant atmosphere, with probably the most knowledgeable staff of any dispensary I’ve been to in Illinois. The selection is outstanding.
    If it’s worth a visit just for the enjoyable experience.

48. Greenhouse Litchfield is great! They are so personable & helpful. On my first visit after I got my card they asked me about my conditions & were quick to point me in the right direction. They also made sure I was able to get a wide variety of products in small amounts so that I wasn’t spending a fortune to find what works best for me. If they are out of something you’re looking for, they are quick to order it for you & will call when it arrives. I recommend Greenhouse Litchfield to everyone!

59. Very helpful, professional, enthusiastic staff. It’s a little longer of a drive for me than another dispensary but worth the extra time. They carry quality inventory, not a bunch of filler to make the shelves look stocked. They are extremely knowledgeable. I will definitely be back.

The name & the logo simply say it all, not only are they familiar with every grower in the state they also supply a range of each company’s products which makes their selection top notch in Illinois! Along with their array of cannabis products, & unique to IL dispensaries, they offer holistic treatments & wellness therapy. Reasonable pricing & instore “credit” on EVERY purchase makes this drive to central Illinois worth it!

64. The location is easy to find and the atmosphere is comfortable and unrushed. They had every product I wanted and great deals to go a long with my selections. The dispensary has a great rewards program for loyal customers and a 10% discount for veterans. Besides all the awesome things they have to choose from David and Courtney are some awesome people. You can even bring your pets. Gunner and I will definitely be back.
