The new location in Downtown Denver is awesome – I’ve only been once but I had an informative and friendly budtender. There’s plenty of places to buy Marijuana. But Universal is by far the best dispensarie in Denver. The Quality of the product is equal to, and most cases far beyond any other place in town. I’ve shopped all over and for the price and quality you definitely can beat it.

Take my advice, buy only 3rd party concentrates/shatter/wax from this location.

Universal Herbs has great flower at great prices. They are also conveniently located, with helpful friendly staff. I WOULD recommend them to a friend.
This dispensary had friendly staff but they clearly lacked business and cannabis education. They falsely advertise their business and inventory. For example, they advertise over 100 strains being in-stock and on their shelves BUT they really only had 1 shelf and it only had 5 strains on it! What is even worse is that the few items that were actually present were simply low-quality shake!
This business was also surrounded by homeless/poor citizens and a lot of trash. Although the dispensary might not be responsible this has poor affects on their business.
My new neighborhood go-to dispensary. There’s always a good selection of indicas, they have kickass deals and they’re super friendly, hospitable and just plain nice, which I appreciate, having Southern manners myself. Last time I was there, some cool dude that works there gave me a Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup. How fucking cool is that?

As a first patient I could not have been more happy. 5 different eighths totaling $100 and a gram of wax for $30. The buds were excellent quality, lacking stem and leaf and cured as well. The wax was extremely potent and tasty.

This shop reminds me of an inner-city medical clinic: good people doing good work, and creating great medicine at affordable donation prices. The interior is utilitarian but you can tell that the people care about the medicine they offer. I tried 3 strains and two went immediately to the top of my list for medical effectiveness. Further, my usual allergic reaction was significantly less with all of their strains , which may mean they have gentler (kinder!) growing methods. If you are serious about using marijuana to alleviate medical issues, you owe it to yourself to visit these folks.

The best bud and deals in town.
First of all the the staff was great very friendly, easy to talk to but not very knowledgeable about their product. I walk in all excited, check in, walk to the back and my smile turned to a frown instantly. Every strain they had was bottom of the barrel and all the strains I went in there for were gone. I was told their supply is usually stocked and this is rare timing but I won’t take that chance again. Now on to the quality of their flower: piss awful and the prices did no justice for me. I’ve been to many dispensaries and never ran into such an awful selection… Maybe it was a bad day for them, bad crops, grower issues, who knows, all I know is I won’t be going back.

I get nicely cured and trimmed flower eights for $20 tax included. Sometimes as many as a dozen strains on the rec side to choose from. Also a $20 concentrate option each day. Quality, price, service are out of this world! If you live in Uptown, Curtis Park, Ballpark, Downtown or RiNo this spot has the best quality and lowest prices and I’ve shopped at most of the dispensaries in all these neighborhoods. Try Universal and it will be your spot.

I have been a medical patient in both California and Colorado and this dispensary by far takes the cake as far as patient service as well as medicine selection. You can always count on them to have the most dank of herbs. I love the Grandaddy purp, and a specific strain called “The White” have become a house hold favorite in my home. Great budtenders! Super friendly and prices are pretty good compared to some of the places closer by. It’s not the fanciest dispensary inside and the locations isn’t the greatest given it’s proximity to a lot of shelters but I’ve never felt unsafe. Security could stand to be a bit more friendly though. Usually a good weed selection and I haven’t been disappointed with my bud or recommendations.

This was my first visit thanks to thier $20 OTD any strain 1/8’s! Its a little small but only had to wait about 10 minutes ( rec. I’m not sure how they do med ) they had a decent selection and all looked & smelled wonderful. I got an 1/8 of Lee roy og. The nugs are small & compact and the smell/taste is much better than the Lee roy I got at a more popular “holistic” dispensary for a fraction of the price. I also believe the 26% THC content was higher than the other place but I cant remember. As of now this is my new “go to” dispensary

Definitely need better growers and trimmers. Good prices but Flower really really lacking. I have bought from them at least 6 different times and found Multiple Big Fan leaves not trimmed most of the time Yellow leaves which means youraEUR< Bud is Sick, dying and taste like Garbage. mostly tiny little nugs with stems. You guys need allot of Help! just because an 8 th is 20 Otd doesn't mean you have to lack on quality!
