2. I have been to this location many times and have spent lots of money and have a collection of reward points. I got a new Colorado Drivers license and provided the VALID paper identificatoon that the state provided. They turned me away because they didn’t know their own rules regarding the VALID STATE ID. If I can get buy alcohol with the paper ID obviously it’s legal to purchase their product. Horrible knowledge of their business regulations.

   I got Trina for my budtender and she was wonderful. Asked me how my morning was going and was extremely knowledgeable about anything I asked about. She even recommended a delicious breakfast place for me to visit. It was my second time being in a dispensary while visiting CO and I can say this place was top notch. Didn’t feel rushed like the first shop I went to. Will definitely visit again!

    Staff Description: The young woman assisting me never introduced herself which I feel should happen pretty naturally. More important, she didn't seem knowledgeable about strain availability or pricing which every budtender should be. All employees were relatively friendly, but lacked enthusiasm which is surprising as this seems like a cool career path. The young lady didn't even offer any other products at all.

    Selection: They had a great selection of flower. They have two different price tiers both of which are extremely competitive. The cannabis isn't the best I've seen in Denver/Boulder, but for the price and diverse selection you can't really go wrong. They seemed to have a nice selection of other products as well, but I was only there for flower.

    Quality Rating: 4.00
    Quality Description: I purchased two eighths. The first had nice effects, but the flavor was very mild. The other one's taste was a little bit more robust and had just as good of effects. However, I did find one bud about the size of a thumb nail that had fifteen seeds in it. Fortunately, the rest of the flower seemed okay, but still not what one hopes to see. Both were just a tiny bit harsh on my throat.

    Overall Description: The parking isn't the best, but the location itself is pretty cool. They were very efficient in regards to getting people in and out. I'm hoping I just caught the staff on a lazy Sunday and they're normally more energetic. If you're on a budget I'd highly recommend checking this place out. If you're out for the best of the best, you should consider other locations.

30. The Joint by Cannabis is always a worthwhile shopping stop.

    While their bud is slightly more costly than some other places, the high quality of their cannabis always makes up for the price difference.

    And keep in mind, while I say “more expensive than others,” they are also less costly than some other places.

    The Gorilla Glue which I have gotten there a couple times is superb.

I decided to give it one more try last week and the woman helping me, Beth, made my experince better than all the others. She was patient and took the time to answer my questions without making me feel like I was waisting her time.
    She recommended the Bio chem hybrid, and I loved it. Definitely will be back soon!

101. So I’ve never been here before but I went on a Thursday around 1 or so. I waited 15-20min to even be serviced. The bud was all stems. All the flower was very small buds, almost like shake. Terrible bud quality. They had quite a few different choices. Not all the bids were small and they weigh up in front of you. Just didn’t feel like paying top shelf prices for nothing but stems. Also, there were only two employees working and one of the women didn’t know anything about the product or their effects. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. My overall experience and thoughts of this place was a resounding, “No. Never again.”

Upon arrival I informed my budtender it was my first ever time in a facility that distributed legal herb & that outside of basic research I was not entirely aware of proper etiquette. My budtender seemed more than eager to not only help me through my process but to share this experience with me. Fears of being ‘that guy’ had my anxiety ready to send me into panic… however it never happened. I was affirmed throughout my transaction when I seemed unsure or nervous, that I was doing just fine. This kind of service was just what I needed, exactly what I hoped for. The quality of the product left no room for doubt in. My friend and I bought a healthy variety of things and are still very much enjoying them. The other folks in the place would casually join in on the entertaining conversation happening, and this made my experience that much more enjoyable. This is definitely my go to place and I got a great discount for being a first time customer. I would certainly recommend this to first timers and anyone who enjoys quality service just as much as quality products. They also have amazing deals each day of the week. Just wish I could rate this place higher than a 5.

Once again my fiancee was being lazy and want to go across the street for convenience and I wanted to go to the joint, a 25 min drive away. So we went to this place across the street and I’ve never had worse customer service in my life.

     The Joint, bar-none, out of the 5-6 places we’ve tried on our 2 week stay in Denver, was the only one we went back too and eventually realized that not only is customer service so important to make you feel comfortable (were from outta state so had never been in a dispensary) I’m used to getting kicked out a headshop for saying cannabis or even bong! Anyways, The Joint has the absolute best deals and by FAR the best flower selection I’ve seen. Quickly purchased a quarter of GSC only to receive the tiniest little weak popcorn mugs I’ve ever seen from this cut. No nose, no density, no trichome coverage, no treatment, no flavor, just schwag. Looks like it was grown under HPS in a closet lol. The place has a nasty, anxious vibe to boot. What a disappointment for this to be my first Denver dispensary. Will review them with photos of their crummy GSC genetics on IG.

265. Usually excellent, but I’m dinging them for customer service. Today, the girl at the window refused to recognize my CO driver’s license. It is the temporary, paper version (brand new), but it is a VALID ID. It got me through gate security at the Federal Center, ffs. She wanted the old, voided ID as well. I threw that away because – duh- it’s void. Or a passport, but who travels around with that? I live in Golden, and it’s a bit of a drive to the joint, so I might try different dispensaries in the future after they left me high and dry today for BS reasons.

However, I was not overly impressed with the bud tender or the atmosphere. Small and cramped waiting area. I was not called by name…just next medical patient. I went in specifically for AK 47 strain. Bud tender pulls out strain which has huge stems and says something to the effect of “lots of stems but it all still smokes the same.” That was about all she said to me other then some basic pleasantries. My primary med dispensary blows this place out of the water in terms of bud tenders, parking, waiting area, customer service, etc. If you are looking for most bang for your buck then this just might be your place but if you are looking for atmosphere, great bud, awesome customer service, parking, etc., then you may want to shop around a little more.

I have to say I was absolutely blown away. I consider my self to be a sort of Cannabis snob and this stuff is nothing shy are “amazing”.

The prices are high and the quality is beyond terrible. $45 will get you 1/8th of what they call their connoisseur flower. It is still wet, there are hundreds of immature seeds and I’ve had a headache from HELL for over 24 hours since smoking their flower. Called to see what they do when this happens and they told me i could get a discount if I buy more LMFAO. If we want the marijuana industry to get better then we have to stop supporting businesses like this. Very disappointed 🙁

They have consistent fair prices for nice pretty buds. It is worth the extra cost for the Premium shelf though. If I had one major complaint about the place, it is that the “Top Shelf” is on the bottom. Merely semantics though.
