Great prices, unusual strains, nice bud tenders and relaxed atmosphere.
Found this place recently on my way home and I gotta say the prices are super reasonable and the atmosphere along with friendlythelpful employees and also the Kinfolk Farms is a must. You just gained a new customer.

Beautiful apperance, friendly service and atmosphere. prices are really good for South West Colorado!. The bud selection is bringing new strains/flavors to the the area!. very tasty , stoney and smooth smoking. Love their z specials!! Not a huge selection of dabs/ concentrates but Top shelf live budders, diamonds and waxes can be found . enjoyed the experience. Incredible low prices!!!! loved this dispensary!
The Homestead is the dispensary I’ve been waiting years for. I’ve been to most of the dispensaries in Durango over the past 5 years, and am happy to say that The Homestead is my new favorite. The vibe inside was warm and welcoming, and the helpful hippie budtender pleasantly answered all my questions about which nutes were used, were the plants were grown (Sawatch, CO), etc.
My first visit left me trying to choose between 8 different $75 free-range grown ounces. I ended picking up an ounce of Orange Kush for $75. Buds are big and bulbous. THC is over 21%. Smoke is smooth with a nice orange terp expression. Thank you The Homestead!
I really enjoyed my time at this location. The atmosphere was kind, welcoming, and relaxed.
