1. Definitely my favorite shop in town. All the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. More often than not, you can get an 1/8th for $25! Their weed isn’t spicy like some other places in town. Overall I love this place!!!

2. AK Frost is pretty much the only store I go to for my smoke. The staff are friendly, outgoing, and they remember me when I come in. Sometimes they have a new product reccomendation for me as soon as they see me walk out the door. Their shatter is sublime, and I’m never disappointed with their flower. They have these awesome containers that lets you smell their buds, which is awesome because most other places you just get to look at it through the package. I always feel comfortable there, which is important as a person who struggles with anxiety.

5. couldn’t even buy. was about to before I heard the female in there try to give information and was nowhere near the ball park on accuracy. Ended up laughing and walking out. Make sure your staff is educated before they start spewing out of the mouth. Never know when someone knows the real answer.

7. It was a little hard to find but the second I was In the gated parking lot I could smell amazing things brewing! The people were very nice and helpful, answered all my questions. I Love Sam “DEADHEAD SAM” He goes out of his way to make sure you find exactly what you are looking for & he’s always smiling, cheerful just making the entire visit an “experience”. If you love tinctures & everything Natural! Ask for “Barb” she will make sure you are medicated correctly & I always leave @AKFROST happy & wanting to come back. We both have came back including Mr. Puppies “Aang the pug” loyaly for over a year to get our medication. If you haven’t been to #AKFROST or you had a bad experience.. stop in to see the Friendly &knowledgeable staff you are sure to leave satisfied!

10. They short you. Bought two grams. Weighed at home both were .25 short. They shorted us .5 out of two grams.

11. This is a great place to get a decent deal. The half Oz are very fairly priced given that they are the only place I’ve found in Anchorage that scales pricing for volume. God’s gift strain has treated us well and we highly recommend it!

13. This was my first ever dispensary experience and I have to say this spot is outstanding! The staff were super welcoming and they were not pushy when I took time to savor the sweet bliss of legal cannabis. They were super knowledgeable as well and I felt like I understood what I was purchasing. I would definitely recommend this place!

14. Good quality bud at a very budget friendly price. Trim work could be better but it still smoked perfect and pretty smooth. I picked up a half OZ of Ganesh. THC doesn’t always matter coming in at 18.91% still packs a heavy punch very sedating but with a slight mental rush of energy so kinda like a melting sundae on a hot sunny day. Perfect strain for a stressful day. So stop reading this review and head on down to Ak Frost.

16. This is the best spot for the best deals. Last time I was helped by a bartender named T, Got me some good bud for a great price and also answerd all my questions. Menu was also big and had a lot of options. I surely will stop by again.

17. I went to ak frost on 7.5.17 and stood there waiting to be helped after watching 3 people that came in after me get help I decided to leave and go elsewhere like I should have in the first place. I will not again recommend this place to any of my friends and family and I won’t be back. I felt completely ignored. the girl at the cash register knew I was there because she checked my Id and the old lady completely made me feel like I was invisible as she helped the people behind me. I don’t know if this was a racial thing?? but it felt horrible to be ignored that way. I will spend my money else where. Poor customer service. at least in my eyes. how do you expect people to want to come back if you don’t even acknowledge them!

18. Ak Frost is a pretty chill pot shop. Low prices, sweet deals and some cool ass budtenders. I think his name is T but he’s hilarious as shit. He should consider stand up lol

19. Ever watch Cheers? You know how they all yell “Norrrrrm” when he walks into the bar? Thats how I feel when I go to Ak Frost. My name isnt Norm lol and no one yells when I walk in but they make me feel comfortable. Love love it. Also, their products are top notch amazing all the time. I haven’t had anything I didnt like from them.

20. Have had good experiences in the past. Last time in I was unhappy. Shopping for a quarter of golden goat. They were out of quarters. Would have expected to be able to buy two eighths and pay for a quarter. Manager declined. I declined to buy two eighths at 50 each when a quarter is $70. Other places I’ve shopped have been happy to mix and match. Not sure what their problem is but it appears that it’s all about the gouge for them. I contacted them by email to let them know I was disappointed but whoever monitors the company contact email didn’t bother to respond. I guess they don’t appreciate my business.

23. I like the location, but the customer service is not good to me, and I don’t like how small it is. I also wish the product was better and bigger. I felt rushed and ignored . I won’t be coming back.

27. This is a very minimalist dispensary. Not much to see here, an atm, the product and a few tees. Pretty much mirroring the customer service of the little dude who is always rude and short with me, even though I’m a regular. He always gets my order wrong, even after I correct him. The guy even tried shorting me my change once. The other staff are pretty dope other than him, and the product is good quality and fairly consistent. I recommend Golden Goat, both flower and concentrate.

28. Very disspointed. Weights are short 2/4 times.
    It has run of the mill potency and turpine profile to its buds, nothing amazing.
    Ive been 4 times, and two of the 4 they have UNDER WEIGHED me at least a gram on my purchases of 7 grams or more. I have been jipped and they will not re weigh pre packaged buds of their own cultivation. All they offered me was to buy more cannabis at the same price. Very dissapointed.

32. I just moved up here from Wisconsin so I was only able to try out one other dispensary. Upon saying that I don’t want to try any other. It was easy to find, the tenders where very nice, professional, and informative. The selection so far has been fantastic. Agent X is highly recommended. 15 years of experience in marijuana and the quality at AK Frost I promise you is top notch. You won’t regret shopping here!!!!

33. This used to be my go to store. Been coming here since they opened. Quality of product has gone downhill, as has the service. With the number of shops in town now, I will not be spending my dollars here. There are other locations with better flower, prices, and employees. Not recommended.

34. Super cool atmosphere, Sam and Irwin were super helpful recommending the God’s Gift. Exactly what I was looking for. They were super busy but took the time to help, they definitely know their stuff. Highly recommend this location.

35. I have heard nothing but good things about this place. They had the strain I was looking for that no where else had. Super friendly when I came in, helped me get everything I needed and quickly. Will definitely be coming back. Also HIGHLY recommend Gods Gift if you need help sleeping!

36. I was in Alaska visiting and this was the third dispensary I hit up due to not knowing all the best spots being a tourist..the price and quality of the product was by far the best out of the three I visited!
