This place is no good anymore. Its as simple as that. Good service, bad product. We dont purchase service so I wish I could give 0 stars. I once came here and passed up everyone for the lemon head og. What I purchased was not that at all. It didn’t have the same terps, or effect. It just had a lemon smell in the air when burned that’s it. waste of time and money. I might try again in a year. I’m hoping if things don’t change this place will no longer be open. Rather then hustling patients out of money.
Well, I have posted a couple of reviews on here about when something goes great and when I find seeds in my meds. I, yet again, find seeds in my so-called “top shelf” blue dream (batch #1487271255925120). This ordinarily wouldn’t be too big of a deal however, this is certainly not the first time its happened and it only seems to happen here. (May be biased since I purchase about 80% of my meds at AZCS).
Anywho, you guys used to be great but have let yourselves go. I will not be returning.

I absolutely love the snow cap shatter concentrate. The texture is perfect it is easy to work with it gives me motivation. I highly recommend it. I have a few other medical problems and this really helps. This is by far the best dispensary. They are all very knowledgeable and very friendly and have great personalities.. I just got my card and was kind of nervous on my way to my first visit to a dispensary. It’s really nice inside and so is everyone there. The guy that helped me was really helpful and made the process really easy for me. I had no idea what I was doing, haha! I will definitely be going back very soon.

They’re willing to explain things in detail if you need help rather than just rushing you out to get the next guy in. I always look forward to my trip in, the bud tenders are cool as hell! I’ve been coming here for just short of 3 years now. I rarely have a not perfect experience, and if so it is always rectified. Arizona Cannabis Society truly cares for it’s patients. While it’s easy to right a nasty review because you’ve had a bad experience, it’s just as easy to provide feedback to them, and give them a chance to make it right. The staff here are always friendly and knowledgeable. I regret it every time I go somewhere else to obtain my meds. It’s just not the same. You can always trust their house meds to be right on point. First time here. Tim helped me out and was great. Knowledgeable, hospitable. The place was a bit small inside, but they make up for it with the variety of products. They grow their own plants there so they have an advantage over other dispensaries. They make their own Risk Simpson Oil, too. I’ll definitely be coming back.

This place always has a full variety of products from edibles, cannacaps, wax, flower and more! The best part is that the prices are much more affordable than most places! One of the few places that you can get $8 grams of random strains! An added plus…half the time the drive there includes getting a free airshow from the Luke Air Force Base practicing! I went in for the first time and my budtender was very warming and cool (wish I knew her name). But long story short kottonmouth kush concentrate brought me back to my first high 🙂 highly recommend it ! Tried it for the first time and I loved it.
I’m a regular because you guys have decent meds at a decent price, but I hate that I have to settle for your customer service. I’m in all the time and it’s the same everytime. and from reading other reviews, it’s time you guys took a hint and either start being more friendly, or hire a more proffesional, educated staff. it’s sad that I know more about alot of your strains than even your own budtenders.

this location is always fast and has great prices, love to come into this location to see the grow room open for show and the staff is always nice and fast.
It really irks me to leave a one star review for quality because you guys used to be a Godsend, $200 oz’s of the best OG Kush I have ever seen, Phoenix OG and Donna OG at only $250 a oz (smoking hot deal for the best meds in AZ at the time), incredibly bawm White Fire OG # 1 and #3 some time last year, and the list goes on. Since you guys ran out of the Phx OG, your flower meds have been garbage. The Master Kush is decent, but not an OG, and I NEED OG’s for my extreme pain. The Purple Kryptonite that you recommended is cool if you have insomnia, but I have excuciating pain and need a killer OG. OG strains are by far superior to any other meds, only ppl with REAL pain would understand, please go back to bringing in the bawm OG’s.
First time here. Got kosher kush, white widow, a gram with cheese and a gram of keif. The kosher was awesome very great late night smoke with such a strong smell. The white widow was slightly disappointing in smell but the high was very nice. The gram with cheese was awesome, smelled and tasted great and worked well on my pain. I was very impressed with the bud tender and his level of knowledge. He didn’t steer my wrong. Ice been to many dispensaries and this is the best one. Best meds, best selection, best keif, decent and fair prices. I’ll be back!

Having dealt with oh so many shops co-op, farmers markets etc.. from the 2811 club that started at 75.00 a 1/8 to the new state dispensary, living in the PValley area it was a nice long drive. Saw prices on leafly,figured it was the same bait and switch that others have mentioned, Blue Dream at 225.00 per once…very worth the drive…good staff…it this the future of the stare mmj …very very cool……………..

This place is not what it used to be.
I will say Arizona Cannabis Society has their meds priced very accordingly.. Hell a Oz of Snow cap for $185.00.. Good luck finding that else where… Also they have other ounces priced at $250 like Purple Kryptonight and Kosher kush both get the job done.. All in all I have been to almost 97% of the dispensary’s here in AZ and have yet to find better prices.. As for the meds they sell it just like the rest of the dispensary’s here in Arizona MID GRADE at best… The only reason I stop in is because of the prices….They are spot on for the quality of meds they are selling and the girl who works their with the long black hair is way HOT!!!

I love the flower but the few times I have gone in the budtender was great but this woman working the front has a shitty additude and made me feel out of place like y are you here made me feel bad both time the flower was amazing but she kills the vibe both times i went in just the look on her face makes you feel bad she looks at you like if you are poor homeless never once has given me a hello i both times I have been in there I have told her hello that is not the kind of people you should not have working for first off my family is the founding family of elmirage the streets are named after my family so to think I’m poor or homeless just by appearance is not right girl your dispensary is in a place my family made with love and if you do not have love and compassion the. Get out of your job so look at your self and judge your self because for a fact I don’t mind showing you my bank account but overall the flower was amazing you guys just need to fire that one girl

Worst dispensary I’ve been to in 3 states. High prices for low quality meds. The half grams as people have previously said are all .1-.2 short. People need to always keep in mind this is a cannabis pharmacy. If Walgreens gave you 60% of the antibiotics you were supposed to get, they would be legally liable to correct it, as are these folks. Maintaining state licensure depends on following the law. You also wouldn’t find a tip jar on the counter of any other pharmacy but you do here. Do they not pay there employees a living wage? They sure charge you for YOUR MEDICATION like they do.
Great overall atmosphere. Though I’ve not been around the MMJ “scene” for long the folks there treated me like an old friend. There hard candy is the best! I took two pieces of cherry candy and I felt awesome! Plus it was the best nap I’ve had in a long time.

Took me 3 years to finally check out this dispensary and now I see why, $70 grams of concentrate is crazy!! Other dispensaries you can get two grams for that price, and same if not better quality!! I’ve never been to a dispensary where you couldn’t smell the samples, here or any other state. The girl who helped me behind the counter was a clown and insisted on me buying a $15 pre roll instead of a $17 gram. #5goodones #alltherest

Ive been coming to AZCS for a couple months now, and its prime! you can smell the goodness youre about to walk into from the parking lot, they do their best with lobby atmosphere, and can get people in and out fairly quickly with help from their pre-order service. awesome specials, cool people to small talk with, I even saw Stilly from Black Bottom Lighters in there the other day! Great spot for AZ!!

Don’t let the reviews fool you. This place is a “once was”. I have had my medical card three months from the day since AZ allowed it. I have been to countless dispensaries in AZ and beyond. They used to care about the parients… come to work with a great attitude and have very fresh quality meds. Not anymore. They can’t use construction as an excuse. Being polite and professional when you clock in is a part of your job. Having quality meds is your industy. Very much a waste of time going here, unless you can’t expand your search.

Made my first visit to ACS yesterday. They are friendly, knowledgeable & fast! Highly recommend.
The staff are always smiling and friendly no matter what is going on. I bought some cartridges the other day (early bird special), and two of them were stripped. I brought them back, and they replaced them with no worries. They even started going through the rest of the batch on the spot and pulled out the bad ones. I visit at least twice a month, and it’s always been excellent service. Every chance I get, I recommend the Cannabis Society to everyone that is interested.

I drove all the way from south phoenix just to check out the prices, i figured it was the same bait and switch that happened at 2 other spots with OK prices. Not this time hell nah i got a zip of blue dream and after just a few puffs from a joint it has me medicated more than most , and that was the cheap stuff. I’ll be back for that cheese homies

Went with a friend, first time for us both. Very cool place from the moment you walk in. The back room has a window into a veg room which is neat! Quite a few options for both flower and wax. After trying some Purple Kryptonite flower and Purple Erkle wax I can say both are extremely flavorful. There was only one negative thing from our trip. Both of our free prerolls were packed so incredibly tight we couldn’t smoke them. Ended up tearing open and breaking up. A bummer since we rode a little ways there and wanted to enjoy them on the way home. Very small thing though. I would come back for sure.

Never had a problem with this place, but was a little disappointed Friday. I’m on a tight, tight budget, and planned on buying 2 grams of the Cherry Vanilla Skunk for $16. It was every dime I had to my name that I could spend, and even on the TV screen in the lobby, the strain was still listed as being on sale. When I got in the back though, they were sold out and I had to settle for only one gram of a more expensive strain. This isn’t really a complaint, I don’t expect people to be fully on top of everything. I guess I’m just posting this because after 3 years of going here for meds, this is the only time I left disappointed. Keep up the good work otherwise folks, you run a fine establishment overall. (And try to keep those $25 bags of shake in stock, that’s usually what I get from you guys and I depend on them, being on a budget is no fun).

Well went in for the new patient special .I called and was told I get a free preroll orna free gram with any purchase .we got there nobody was at the window .finnaly a dude came up and took our cards and IDS.we went back and started looking at all the stuff.all the flowers smelled the same and weren’t fresh.the guy helping us was kinda rude .I asked if he had any prerolls and was told nope .even though I had called 20min prior and was told they did.I asked what gram I could get for my n.p.s. he said its not a free gram its 10% off the total .I said I just called and was told free preroll or gram .We went back and forth .he said what number did you call .I pulled out my cell to get the number I had called from my call list.he got irritated and said “no cell phones in here” wtf? How else can I check the number I called .we went to the lobby got the number .went back in he called it him self and there phone rang lol.dude got pissed went to the back .another guy came out and said you do get either a gram or a preroll .fist guy came back out with a baggy of joints .through one in a bag all huffy .lol so need less to say we both won’t be coming back.the flowers didn’t taste like blueberry and it took a lot to work .mind you I’m a week smoker .I wonldt recommend this place .not organized and rude ..

I think they used to care about their pricings being normal for patients who are mostly on fixed income. I think though they have oz specials they still charge more for a half oz then more for a quarter oz and so on. Finally there are other dispensaries who are starting to see how UNFAIR THAT TYPE OF PRICING IS!!!! And their regular priced meds nothing under $300 but ask for just a half and you pay more. You folks need to realize if you don’t stop charging more to split an ounce and also bring down your ounce prices you will lose me and many other loyal patients. Plus the low prices are EVERYDAY and the price INCLUDES TAXES AND FEES so you don’t get shocked when you check out. And some consistency in prices when checking out would be nice too 🙁

i was excited to see a certain og strain back on the menu cuz when yall had it was a great med. well this new batch is garbage and no med on the current menu works for me. is the state forcing y’all to grow strictly mid and low grade meds? its very wrong how much a year I pay for a mmj card in azure for garbage meds. the clinics had proper meds but are now all shut down thanks to snitchin dispensaries so they can maximize profits with a monopoly on the whole mmj scene. where is the white fire og #1 and #3? or the ogre kush? and why can’t u grow more og kush like on the large production level of some of your other meds? please just help us with the meds that actually work and thank u so much for the meds in the past that provided the relief I needed..

Bought some crumble and shatter. Med was good but was disapointed that you put the shatter in hard plastic storage containers. Alot of the shatter stuck hard to the container itself. kind of a waste. Not sure if will spend money on concentrate if i can’t get my money worth

I regret not researching this facility in greater detail prior to making the drive to El Mirage.
Although there was NO ONE in the pos room, I waited almost 30 minutes after signing in. The female clerk seemed bored, or perhaps just irritated at having a patient ask questions relating to what medication might be best.
I WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS FACILITY.

This place has a great variety in products (edibles, waxes, as well as strains of flower) and one of the most extensive supplies of accessories i’ve seen! I think they really tried to be a good aEURoeone stop shopaEUR for their patients; giving them a selection of all the top vaporizers, good glass products, shirts, etc. Even though it’s not the most elegant environment, they do have some attractive frillsaEUR”flat screens display their menu broken down by saliva/indica/hybrid and price, and they have a grow room visible behind the register! They also have a nice big waiting area for family and friends while you pick up everything you need 🙂
The girl that told me the cannibis rex was good doesnt know what good weed is. Please keep that garbage out of dispenseries AZCS, if i wanted to buy some pretendo i wouldve went and spent 60 for a full oz on the streets, i dont even want to smoke that shit, giving it to my brother who has a medical card.

I am from Colorado and have smoked some of the best herb around (my real close friend won a cannabis cup award for highest THC content shatter) and I am somewhat picky not snobby just picky and I have been in phoenix for I a little over 2 years now and just got my card. Before I got my card here the only herb I got that I was even kind of stoked about wasn’t even from here so when I finally went to a dispensary here I had low expectations but I must say Desert Rose and I have ever been to a few others here has herb that is on par with the stuff I would get back home in Colorado and the prices are very reasonable I recommend Desert Rose highly

I was here last week, and while the budtenders were nice, the grams are in cheap 1 ply bags that leave the bud dry, my 1/8 had trim & several seeds. Quality was eh, NOTHING special and concentrates on display aren’t the same quality as what are Given patients. I’m not from this side of town so I won’t go out of my way to return.

Today I had a very awesome visit and Tim took very good care of me as usual.. I really love going to azcs the vibes are great awesome music and super fire meds at a tax included price 8$-12$ per gram.. You also get to see the plants growing which is my favorite part… So I got some jollies a pre roll and a gram of lemonhead of.. I ate a jollies and smoked the blueberry haze pre roll it tasted sooooo wonderful and took me where I wanted to be forsure.. About an hour later I tried a bowl of the lemonhead and wow it was an instant head change for me very tasty also. nice mellow high as I asked for thanks Tim for the recommendation and great service.. I bought a hybrid blend 1g oil refill and got a new patient free gram of my choice..i went with chocolate skunk. I haven’t tried the oil yet but the flower was pretty dry, in my opinion. The staff was super friendly and the place just smells like what a heaven would probably smell like. Ill update my review when I try my other purchase but I recommend and will go back.

This dispensary is alright. The meds aren’t the best in the valley but they’re not the worst. The best part of this dispensary is that they have a grow room inhouse that u can look at thru the window. I, as a long time cannabis connoisseur, can appreciate that. The first time patient deal is also one of the better ones in the valley. I’d give this place a 3.7/5 not bad but not great.
I never like to give less than great reviews, but today was a big disappointment. I’ve been planning a trip out to ACS after looking at their specials and menu items. Finally got to go and the tenders really weren’t very friendly. Maybe it was an off day? Ended up going back to my regular place where they make it a point to go out of their way to make people feel comfortable and impart their knowledge.

I really HATE to be that guy, but this is hands down one of the most pathetic dispos I’ve ever been to. The bud is dry, if you were blindfolded whether you smell the top shelf or bottom shelf, you could not tell any difference not to mention the stems! This dispensary praises themselves on shatter, shatter?! What is this, 2013? When I asked the budtender if they would get anything besides shatter (live res, terp sauce) she answered aEURoeWhat else is there?aEUR and I had to explain and tell her where to go. She even said she doesn’t like their own product!!!!!!! Obviously they’re inexperienced and hire any pothead as budtenders, if you’re on the search for quality bud or any mmj product you should avoid here at all cost. PATHETIC! SMH you have to give stars, I’d give 0 if option.

I’ve been to this shop a couple of times, and have always enjoyed stopping in. Their price, variety, & product are always very good. Their staff is some of the best I have had the privilege of come by. Stop today for an oz of Cherry Pie bud, but was convinced to buy the wax instead. I am so very happy that they helped with that. I picked up 3 different types of wax, 1 for am, 1 for pm, & 1 to knock me out. Tried the first 2 and am so happy with both highs. Excellent place to shop for your MMJ needs. I will be a lifetime customer.

Wow, just noticed a few negative reviews left on this place. This was the first dispensary I went to after getting my card and still do business there on a regular basis.
I have never had any issues with any of the bud tenders at any time in the last two years of doing business here. They are always willing to help and direct me as I do tend to ask a few more questions than most.
The quality and quantity of the product has always been spot on in comparison to any other place that I have visited.The potency at times has flat kicked my tail but I must say I was warned.
I would recommend this place to someone looking for a dispensary on the west side, but also would not hesitate to right a review on the negative side also if I had noticed anything that was mentioned in some of the other reviews.

Here are a few facts for your consideration:
-Inventory
This seems to be one of their biggest failures as a dispensary. Over the course of 30 days, I conducted my own experiment due to my own disbelief (because honestly, I didn’t want to not like this place, it used to be my #1 dispensary!).
What led me to conduct this was simple really, ever since it changed ownership and became part of a massive company conglomerate approximately 6 months ago, I noticed that they were always out of their aEURoevalue shelfaEUR flower. And I’m not talking about getting there at 6pm and finding out, this is minutes after opening mind you, as well as only 15 minutes after they went live with there web announcement that day. So I thought, why not actually do an honest test instead of just assuming they were trying to just get people through the door, in an effort to gain monetarily through deception. I drew at random 4 days over the span of about 30 days, of which to specifically go in as soon as they opened, and inquire about their daily discounted eighths. And to my astonishment, not once did they ever have it aEURoein-stockaEUR…
On top of that, their prices have shot way up, except for little treasures like the Jamyn edibles for $10. They are incredibly rush rush, and half of them have zero product knowledge. The turnover rate since being bought out is another annoyance. It’s nice to build some rapport with people. The product itself is great! But you can get the same stuff at half the price just about everywhere else….and without the attitude!
I went back in to ACS for the first time in a while, won’t make that mistake again. I found way too many seeds in the Lemon OG and in the Bubba Kush. Of course, letting the stuff go to seed trashed the quality and flavor of the smoke. I could live with it, at $300 per 1/4 pound but not at the prices the dispensaries charge. Places like this are making me reconsider even having an MMJ card, charging outrageous prices for common street weed and getting pissed if you question the quality or price. Funny thing is, I got some of the best smoke I’ve seen lately from here, but it was grown by someone else, someone good at it.
Love this shop, but I’m not a fan of the new acrylic boxes for wax.
I’ve been to over a dozen clubs, dispensaries, and co-ops and I gotta say the only one I keep coming back to is AZCS. Their smoke is always really damn good, and I mean from their budget strains on up. Their bud-tender Brian is super friendly and really knowledgeable (I pretty much always have questions, I gotta stay up on strains haha). They always make me feel not just relaxed and safe, but seriously welcome. Since they’re a little far from me it’s a once a week thing for me, but damn do they make that weekly trip worth it’
5 stars is only so this review will post. 2 stars across the board is reality uneducated unfriendly budtenders seeded meds and overpriced concentrates is what you can expect from this store. I was disappointed with everything I got there and I spent alot of hard earned money! I was offered free meds for a good review on leafly so I gave 5 stars but I told the truth lets see if I still get my free gram for my review if I ever go back.

Cool staff, love the view of the grow, feels like a very warm and welcoming head shop on roids once you get past the front room. They have some of the best prices in the valley, and they had a couple pretty neat and lesser known strains that really pack a punch. Love their buds they grow themselves, super fresh. Snowcap is some serious sativa! The Lady Burn shatter the budtender recommended is possibly the best shatter I’ve ever had. Not even the slightest hint of butane, super stony and with a nice taste. Definitely one of the Valley’s must-visit dispensaries!
I have only been here twice, the first time I felt rushed and like a bother and the second time I went for the special they were having, and when I got home I realized I was charged full price. I called and left a message asking for someone to call me and nothing. Good flower, bad customer service. I am torn whether or not to come back since there are closer places to me that are more customer oriented

Watch what you are being sold. Some things are very reasonable, like the mohave shatters. Bud is prepackaged like most. They have high end shatter but the prices are more recreational than medicinal for those. Try and figure out what you want before you go in, you be glad. Call ahead as the menu is not always up to date.
I have to say my first experience at this dispensary was good. I live in Wickenburg so being able to call ahead is great! The Gorilla Glue flower was very medicinal and effective. I am visiting this location again tomorrow.

Went for a wax Wednesday special and bought 3.5 grams of wax and was not happy. Looked completely different then what was on there shelves. Wax was not purged long enough, strains crazy train/ napalm Og/ Tahoe express/ and last silver haze which was the only good wax out of the bunch, it had a really smooth hit and looked like good sugar/crumble wax. The napalm/Tahoe/crazy train were all miss leading and very soupy. Half of the wax was left on the paper and had BHO stains through the parchment paper. I did go in and make a complaint but they told me the wax was made by another place and they would “get me next time”. And that I should “buy more expensive” product. This definitely wasn’t my first visit.

The ace of spades shatter is fire very surprised that the dispensaries actually supply high quality bho. All the other strains looked great. Just hope to see the price go down a little considering Washington has top quality shatter as low as 20 a gram at dispensaries such as EGPN. And I just feel that they could do lower then 50 a half gram of dewaxed and still charge double what it cost to make when you consider these guys grow it from seed to shatter so shouldn’t be too much over head like someone paying 800-1000 a qp of good flower. Overall very happy to see good shatter in a local dispensary.

Great location for the west valley and honestly, the best prices regularly. they keep some steady strains on hand and have an expanded selection every time I come in. i am a regular and was in today 8/31 around 10 am. you were out of 2 different edibles i tried to buy but yet were still on display which wouldnt have been an issue had the young woman helping not been so rude. She was irritated with me that i didnt know what i wanted as soon as i was told they couldnt sell me the brownies and was rushing me and my friend put of the back. I will continue to visit Azcs as i have never had any sort of problem with anyone else but i will refuse to be assisted by said unpleasant person in the future

Way over priced on there concentrates
It’s been 4 days since I lasted visited AZCS and I Just wanted to give a shout out to Arizona cannabis society for having the best waxmarijuana concentrate I have yet had from a dispensary. At first I thought the price was high but after price checking around it average during Specials/Deals and for the top Quality it’s totally worth the cost. Highly recommended going expecally on discount days to Save $10off 1/2 gram to $20 off a full gram they also have affordable everyday BHO wax that is very good. Well this used to be my main goto spot. Today sadly that has changed. I ordered online for the first time since they no longer offer the discount for phone orders. When I picked up my order I had some left over cash so asked for 2 pre rolls. I get home and open the pre rolls to find one of them was so small it had more paper mouth piece than it did medication. Too many things have changed and/or been taken away and now skimping on pre rolls. Time to shop closer to home.

ive been coming here for almost 2 years now. i have nothing but good things to say about the product. and the service from most of the people here at azcs is exceptional, truly FOR THE PATIENTS. im writing today because i have an issue with one girl there.. the little mexican girl is really a witch with a capital B. usually when I see her in there working now I turn around and walk away.. she is sooo mad at the world or her own life that she make the entire experience for me really unpleasant. she makes me hate going there. I was hoping the other girls were being hired to phase her out cause they are awesome, speaking of the blonde and the tattooed brunette. I’ve seen other “bad” reviews that talk about this Mexican chick and I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt, maybe she was having a bad day or week, but shit its been months now and she has the same cold bad attitude. PLEASE GET HER AWAY FROM THE PATIENTS. SHE IS SCARING PEOPLE AWAY 🙁

I went here and bought a gram of Purple Kryptonite and there was a huge stem in the center equal to about 1 third of the gram, I went back and told them and all I got was an explanation that it was a denser than other strains, I bearly got 2 joints out of it. I have bought this strain at another dispensary and was able to get 3 joints, which is what I normally got from a gram. Apparently they don’t care about their reputation because they would have wanted to do everything they could to make me happy. I would have been happy if they even gave me a lesser amount to keep me coming back. Long and short of it is I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK there

They really lost their touch over the past few years, their flower is good, but concentrate users BEWARE, very high priced for mediocre wax. Other dispensaries want $35 for what they demand $50 for. Atmosphere is superb, flower? Idk don’t use it. Wax? Lower your prices, your wax isn’t that great.
The GDP was out of this world. Large selection of flowers, edibles, and other products. The kiss of cannabis chap stick works really well on my lips can’t wait to go back for the lotions!
They must give out freebies for reviews…This place grows their flower onsite which would be okay if the plants didn’t soak up the smell of the facility. You can taste it and I know I am not the ONLY one. I’ve tried many times but not going back.
I went last summer back and they recommended Blue Haze based on what I told them I was looking for. To this day it is my favorite strain but have not seen it available here in a while now. So I bought it at 2 other dispensaries and it doesn’t even compare to the one here. Can’t wait until you guys have it again. I will be stocking up.
Also, while looking for something in my drawer I found some of the Blue Haze I bought here, it was a year old already. I smoked it & I swear it was still as good as when i bought.

Let me be clear…I gave 1 star on quality, not because it’s not potent, but potency is not worth $400. I think you’re the only Dispensary that still sells $400 Z’s. There’s one that sells $320 Z’s that’s much better than yours and they’re overpriced. Won’t ever go back and definitely NOT recommend to anyone unless Top Shelf Bud drops below $250 @ Oz. Get with the program like most of the other Valley dispensaries are doing. Specials don’t make up for it either when there’s at least 15 other places under $250 every day.#rip-off

Been coming here on and off for 3 months. At first really liked it but then the last several times the service is HORRIBLE! The chick that works there has a major attitude and VERY unhelpful! Will not go back now because of her crappy customer/patient service. To me I would rather drive somewhere more inconvenient just not to have to deal with her. Also have had better meds else where. No longer impressed and very disappointed.

Still my favorite dispense in the west valley, but their change of hours is killing me. They don’t open early enough to go before work and by the time I get off work it’s 40-50 minutes before they close. Every time I come in the evening right before close they have a group of customers trying to get in before they close. They could avoid this long wait and overflow of customers by going back to their original 8pm close time. I don’t want to go to other dispensaries but sometimes I’m forced to with the new hours. Either way they have some of the best quality buds for a fair price and always have good deal on concentrates.
I think they have the best medication in Az and its nice having deals. Would recommend a friend.

This would be a follow up on my reveiw a bit earlier. After inspecting the products I got. an 8th of flower, and 2 brownies. the flower was fine. the brownies however appear to be 3 to 6 months old. I took a bite and got suspicious. So I started to read the packaging. there are 2 harvest or batch dates. one 6 months ago and one 3 months ago. it has an expiration date of Feb. but that would mean it has a 6 to 9 month self life? Idk. I’m not going to eat them though. Super disappointed. I don’t like leaving bad reviews.

Flowers do not seem top shelf and are way overpriced for quality… Concentrates are not worth the high donation. they don’t have what the leafly menu says they do… Very friendly staff and nice clean environment though.

I’ve been to a few dispensaries here on the west side, and this one is — by far — the best. The live resin extracts here have been delicious. They always have a great selection. And their deals keep their prices competitive. I recommend the Highern Chef brand chocolate bars made in-house, the RSO extract is nicely potent, but the concentrates are the reasons to keep coming back.

As dispensaries go, this one is pretty much like all the others – prepackaged medication (for who knows how long) and overpriced pre-rolls.
I prefer my medication to be measured out in front of me on a scale, out of the jar they are selling it from…i.e. fresh medication. Also the measurements are literal, no accounting for stems, which equates to ripping people off.
Not a bad place, just not a good one. I wont be coming back. Thanks for the free pre-roll though.

When I first came here I really liked their products then I came again and the lady gave me the wrong bud. one of the managers hooked it up w 2 prerolls, however I had a total of 4 prerolls of so called skywalker None of them were any good or could burn. I took them back and another guy only wanted me to get a 8 $ gram with a purchase… sad to say I didn’t wanna make a purchase to he disappointed again.
They consistently have the best flour over all from my experience they’re just a little bit more expensive but for me living way-out West I’m paying for that convenience these guys extremely knowledgeable and helpful people it’s a great environment I definitely recommend

Chill atmosphere but they managed to screw up my FTP deal. I went once and from that one trip their POS system shows me returning twice on the same day (at times I can prove I was elsewhere) and tried not to honor the deal. Whatever went wrong with their POS sytem needs to be fixed. Won’t be back.

FAKE REVIEWS!!! This place has sadly turned into a aEURoehas beenaEUR over the last year or so. I’ve been coming here since they first opened their doors, and at one time, they were hands down the best dispensary in AZ. Fast forward 5 years and now day the quality of medication is an absolute joke, as well as the service. Bud tenders will lie to your face and tell you a certain strain is good just to get product off shelves. They will also mock you in front of your face as if it will go un-noticed? Completely unprofessional & disrespectful. As goes for the medication, there is no medicating when you smoke any strain they carry. Complete waste of money. The wax is mediocre at best. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY
My budtender was very UN informative I could not even get any answers about the strains I picked out. On top of that I get home to find out that its DRY, and its been trimmed by someone who went blind.

I absolutely love this place , the staff is well informed on the product they carry because they grow it, harvest it, then in return tell us about it and provide us with good quality meds at an affordable price. This allows us as patients to really benefit from a place for more than one reason. they also take the time to get to know you as a patient making every visit personal.

I’ve been to this dispensary 3 times now. The first time was ok, the second time I was unimpressed with the underwhelming enthusiasm for explaining a strain and its effects. This last time though, was by far the worst. I asked specifically about a strain that was on sale, I was told the parent strains, and then he stood there, listening and talking to a different patient. This continued the whole time I was in, he could barely work with me, and seemed more interested in everyone else’s conversation then assisting me with my purchase. I don’t appreciate being treated like that. I’m a bud tender at a different dispensary in the state and I’d never treat my patients like they treated me here. How they won best of in the 710 chronicles is beyond me. Only upside was the one strain, but I’m sure I can find it elsewhere.

I have loved their Purple Kryptonite. last time I went in their online menu didn’t match what they had in store. Also the wax I got was crap. tastelss, murky (wasn’t purged properly) and had NO strength. Still one of the higher priced dispensaries in the valley. really dissappointing.

I live up in Prescott but I drive my Mom down to El Mirage on a fairly regular basis right near this dispensary. I figured I’d check it out since I had heard good things about their product from a couple others. I was greeted immediately even though the place was busy and the communication from start to finish was how it’s supposed to be but only stands out because of how rare that is nowadays. It really is a great facility and when you go back to the budtenders the first thing you notice is the big view window overlooking their grow area and tenders working. Now I can’t speak for others on this issue but I once had my car washed twice just so I could see it go through again if you catch my drift. Super nice well-informed employees here with great product in the perfect atmosphere. Can’t ask for more than that. I like my local folks and will certainly continue to support them but this place is absolutely going to be a regular stop for me from now on! Check it out and tell ’em I sent ya… They’ll validate your parking if you do! 🙂

I went in to AZCS for the first time today and this place is beautiful. I was helped by a man who’s name I didn’t catch unfortunately but he was nice enough to hook me up with a half gram of each kind of live resin for the price of one gram. The quality of this stuff is amazing will be back again for sure!
Awesome again! Great deals and lots of choices I like the menu they have some fire!!! I like the Kushs and ogs to also nice choices with the concentrates and edibles the tinctures look nice haven’t tried them yet though. And again nice view in a he background (the little jungle).

I’ve tried over 15 strains of flower, different waxs, & concentrates from azcs. Quality control needs better oversight regarding flower. Very disappointing they call this medical. Some top tier wax @ 80 gram has been good. Not sure its really superior to other mid grade wax. Just shop elsewhere and save the hassle folks.

This is my favorite dispensary out of the 9 I’ve visited , consistent high quality with completely reasonably prices …EXCEPT when it comes to their rosin ,they need to improve their technique because at the moment you might as well try dabbing a fresh nug ,there’s so much plant fats/misc that it burns black and almost smells burnt instead of aromatic ,it’s especially disappointing considering how low cost and easy it is to make rosin and they have it priced at $40 a half gram. That’s the only reason for 3 stars on quality ,everything else is great

I had a terrific first experience but only because I’m a cool dude ha, the place is a diamond in the rough almost literally, I traveled far and wide for a terrific special and stumbled upon gold! The place was not busy so my intake was quick, I enjoyed the posters and then I was met by 2 female bud tender’s always a plus, although one I thought was hot, initially I was not wowed by the eagerness to service, but I looked past the lady’s to the scenic view of the grow room it was amazing, again always a plus but I like to browse and ask questions, my questions were answered but I was not wowed, right so I keep browsing went from looking at flowers to browse a nice edible selection and then like a glow I saw the 420 hot sauce, at that moment i was sold and I told them what i wanted and pulled out my cash, all of a sudden there was a buzz, so i bought 1.5oz of flower($320 on sale) and the $30 hot sauce bottle, all of sudden they were sweet, lol I did get 10%off f.t.p.s but I felt like another sale by the end but I’ll be back for the specials and the scenic bud view.

This place is awesome tried a variety of their $40 a gram shatter and most of them were great exept one strain that leaves a lot of residue on the nail like a huge chunk ive never seen anything like it even though it looks great and clear. kind of dissapapointed i got 2 grams of that one i stocked up because it was such a good deal and im from the east side but oh well. love the grow room window makes for a nice experience i will definitely be back

Bad meds. Being sold junk labeled as meds = 1 star across the board. Gross additives leave lingering taste (in attempt to add lemon smell to commercially grown buds). I bought a cheese labeled NYCD because it didnt smell like additive, but I can taste it anyways. It is that Shiela strain for those who know. Nothing to do with diesel genetics. Vapers have it hard in this city,as do all real medical patients seeking respiratory therapy ; all this production level commercial grade, fake smelling rec weed is ruff on the lungs and provides none of the therapy i seek from Cannabis.

The names of strains are NOT an indication of quality. How is it feasible to NOT post the numbers which is all that really matter. We all know that a sour og for example from a different batch or dispensary can swing wildly in quality. In these times you need the numbers (%). I won’t go to a dispensary that doesn’t post the %’s. Obviously my reviews don’t count they were just necessary to post a comment.

This is my favorite shops in the whole valley. I do a lot of driving for work so I have been to countless shops and this by far is my favorite. Yours always in and out but never rushed. Best prices on wax Wednesdays and the best wax around. Luckily for me this is down the street from my house, but I would recommend making the extra drive for the better quality/price. I have been coming to this establishment for a long time and have mostly enjoyed the medicine I purchase. I walk in and 99% of the time there is a full lobby with calming Reggae music. The back has rock playing, or more reggae music. The most beautiful part about this place is that from the second I park my car, the earthy tones of freshly grown weed calms me from the inside out. The customer service, on the other hand, is always something I will not be sure of. I have some days where I will walk in and I am called to the back, educated about the flowers, concentrates, and edibles. I walk out happily spending more than I had originally intended. The Mexican Guy With Grey Hair and Mark are incredibly educated in all aspects of weed, how to dose, and medicate. Other days I go: I give my card to the pretty brunette, and take my seat. 5 minutes- to sometimes 30 minutes later my name is not just called back, but screamed at by a loud man with a raspy voice. When the door doesn’t open, I will be screamed at once again to “come on, PULL!!!! ON THE DOOR!” Once I get inside, the beautiful aroma of the dispensary flowers that are blooming is gone and replaced with the smell of chewing tobacco from a man in a backwards cap and nylon shorts. I have been argued with about which flowers, and which concentrates to choose from on more than one occasion. If I want a 50$ gram of concentrate because it is cheaper, I feel as though I should not be told it is a wrong decision; or a stupid one. I do not appreciate the rudeness I
