The Maine Cannabis Exchange is a medical cannabis delivery service. The Exchange is built on a core belief that our relationship with cannabis is changing. We offer delivery to medical patients in the Greater Portland Area including by not limited to Portland, South Portland, Falmouth, Cape Elizabeth, Scarborough, Saco, Biddeford, Westbrook, Windham, Falmouth, Yarmouth, Cumberland, Freeport, Brunswick and Topsham.
This company is absolutely professional, they know how to produce very high quality products and they can also explain to new medical users the advantages and potential issues of marijuana in clear terms.
This was especially important to us, since we never used this wonderful plant before and didn’t know anything about it’s medical advantages.

Blueberry is great strain for medicinal use with patients with many ailments related to ptsd, anxiety, and many other conditions. Great to see a old world strain still available! Can’t wait to try.
