3. Really disappointed this time around. I go well out of my way to come to this store because the service is usually great and the deals are even better. Today, I came in to get my usual 5 grams of bho for $60 along with other things. Everything went fine other than the bud tender seeming like she didn’t want to be there. And then I got to my car and realized that I was shorted a gram. So I paid $60 for 4 instead of 5. I’m not sure if she didn’t hear me or forgot to grab the 5th but when I went back in to grab the missing one, she was in the middle of explaining that very same deal to another customer so she is obviously aware of it. She flat out said there was nothing she could do to help me. No referral to a manager. No offer of any sort of future discount. Nothing. Unfortunately, I work retail and I understand how difficult these situations can be, so I just said thank you and walked away. I have spoke to the manager in the past and he seems like a great guy so I hate to write this place off as a whole, but I drive past at least 8 other shops to come here and now I’m seriously questioning why.

On the other hand I believe that having a very knowledgeable staff that knows about a variety of products, also with the knowledge of different components is terrific!!!     This is the only place I shop now because of the pre ordering capability. The fact that they keep an accurate (to my knowledge)inventory is amazing, saves me time and makes it easier to browse without feeling like I’m holding other people up or when I’m being indecisive.

20. I’ve been to several shops in my area and they were seriously lacking in customer service. BUT Liz at Kushmans was exceptional. She knew all of her products extremely well and was more helpful in guiding me to the best thing for my pain than anyone else I’ve talked to hands down. This is my permanent store !!!!

Small and intimate atmosphere, and its not usually too busy which makes for a nice easy going and calm experience. I have never once felt rushed here. Will keep coming back for sure!

28. It may seem like an odd place from the street, but inside this place is a hidden gem between Everett/Lynnwood. Liz was incredibly helpful and knowledgable and I really felt like I could have spent even more time there if I wasn’t so excited to come home and try my high terp dabs at really reasonable prices. I don’t usually spend the amount that I did at one time at dispensary, but because of the knowledge and friendliness of Liz and the great product they have, I didn’t mind. Now I’m stocked up, thanks Liz!

38. Very friendly and accommodating staff greeted me at the entrance and thanked me for coming to the grand opening of their store. She told me about the specials as she checked my ID. The budtender that helped me was exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The store layout is minimalist and clean cut, but quite cozy and elegant. The ambient, low-key lighting warms the rustic feel, while well placed directional lighting shows off the product with a professionalism and clarity usually reserved for jewlers. The product itself – even at a significant sale price due to their grand opening – is not the usual “B-list” product that’s been sitting in the inventory too long (usually for good reason). This is grade A+. Just look at all this drivel I typed. Not a single re-write or proof-read. Why? Because I need to get up and must do something because I just had three puffs of the “green crack” I bought at this fine new establishment earlier today. I haven’t typed like this since I played MUDs. So, yes, I rest my case. They have great product, this is proof positive, and I will be returning to Kushman’s! 😉

41. I actually love this shop. I frequent it several days a week. And today, twice. The second time in I asked a young lady for a 1/4 of grapefruit kushmans and let her know that I had a frequent flyer discount and where would she like me to sign into the computer so that she could see proof. She instructed me to redeem and show the text to her off my phone. A minute later, I revived the text. I gave her my phone, she looked at it and said it did not work. I believed her and went back to the IPad. I noticed that it actually DID redeemed my points and went back to her, frustrated and told her, yes it did look! Oh, I’m sorry, she said. Then she scanned the package and said. That will be $30.00. I said ,No it isnt. I have a discount!. I swear I have never had so much trouble at this place! I will return but I know the bud tender I am avoiding for now on.

44. Nice, clean, professional, and not full of half wit stoners! I was impressed with the adult staff, who are knowledgeable and well spoken. It was nice to avoid dealing with a stoned kid who had no idea what customer service even was. These people have low to practically no THC items focusing on providing the CBD medicine that so many of us need. Of course they also have incredibly high THC items and a great range of in between depending on what you were looking for. Great prices, huge selection, and now they are my new shop of choice.

I can understand that this bud tender wants to be in the know above and beyond but when he trys’ to direct what I will buy by telling me that the %’s on the products are inflated he is pitting himself against the entire community of science, Yes there are others like him and they believe they are smarter than the system and probably think in general that there is a conspiracy about and they are the ones smart enough to detect it, LOL let me tell you DUDE you are NOT smarter than the system and Yes % Do matter BIG TIME! I can say for certain that lower %’s do not give me the effect of the Much Higher 25+ %’s definitely do, not to mention DUDE your job is to make the customer Happy and by attempting to re direct a client who already knows what he wants is super stupid, you just lost a great tipping client I will NEVER be back now. 64. I use to love these guys. “Conveniently off Hwy-99”. They offered me 15% off to write them a review on Leafly. I came back and then they told me that they need to wait to for it to post to be on the site, even though it was on my phone to show them(so I paid full price and didn’t complain). Then after it posted I picked out one of their strains that they presented to me(offered). When I asked for the 15% off discount, the new girl told me it was already on sale. The bud tenders then, got an attitude and tried to tell me that she cant give me more off. she continued to say why are you asking for a bigger disount… once I made my point, that It was offered to me, and I had done my part, they frowned and gave me the discounts. Talk about bad vibes. What do you guys think? Was I in the wrong???

77. My visit to Kushman’s was pleasant and informative. My issue with many venues is a nightclub esque feel; and a schematic that somehow implies one must be hasty. Kushman’s is clearly lit and clearly laid out; a well comported mid size venue. The team there were relaxed, and enthusiastic (without pouncing to give you a guided tour). They were most well informed, I aim to leave with some knowledge whenever I shop… Staff took their time and gave their honest focus although store was busy. I was able to observe that they were gracious, but very serious about upholding ID stringently. A must for keeping this young industry safe and respectable. Thank you Kushman’s Team!! Will visit again.

In this case I made an exception because of how well put together this establishment was, and how much knowledge I received from everyone. I have been a Washington shopper since the medical days, and so my expectations are fairly concrete when it comes to what I want from a retailer. Not only was I able to get an eighth of Aurum flower for more than $20 less than what I normally pay, but I was also greeted with some other fantastic deals on smaller farms I don’t normally see in the area. 90. Kushman’s if definitely my favorite local dispensary. They carry tons of wax strains that I generally can’t find in other local dispensaries, and high CBD/THC bon-bombs, that my mother absolutely loves. Shout out to all the budtendenders that were patient AF with me and helped me out while my leg was broken! You guys are the best!

99. The people over at Kushmans really knock it out of the park!! The dispensary used to be medicine men, which was my main medical dispensary. Drove by the other day and noticed they had reopened as recreational. Everything is remodled, including the driveway, and looks really clean and professional. All the budtenders I’ve talked to are knowledgeable and really helpful. I go in and they have the best prices in the area and really good looking bud. Some of the growers they have I also haven’t seen in the area, and have to drive all the way to seattle to get them. I dab a lot too and they have a good variety of waxs and co2 oils. Not so big on the edibles but I checked them out and they have a wide range of choices there. Nice place, it’ll be my new main shop!

107. Kushman, is the ultimate place for the main staple buds. I talked to the owner about bringing Jesus OG back and continuing to set-up a plantation in order to serve in concentrate year-around along with Bry, and they agreed to try to continue to work on it! Having those 2 main staples (you can use Blueberry to make Blue God with God Bud making it an incredible medicinal but when the cost of both becomes unfeasable, then coming here is a MUST). The quality of that day-time God Bud (Jesus attained God-Hood becoming the God of Compassion although White Tara as a Goddess is also Compassion-themed as her soul’s theme). The quality and consistency for a low-price is such an UNSTOPPABLE DEAL that I must come every 2 weeks again if they are going to be the way they should and are acting now! Kushman is most definitely one of WA State’s absolute best dispensaries, so much so that not coming here would be a mistake because the deals are just to FANTASTIC!!!

132. Robert was so great to work with and probably the most knowledgeable budtender I have ever encountered. They have some of the best bud in town. Kushman’s is where it’s at.

133. This is my favorite store in the area.
     (1) The staff is consistently the friendliest but real, always knowledgeable, and never push junk varieties.
     (2) EVERY item they sell has been TOP quality in my experience, often strains that are hard to find. Yet Kushman’s has never over-priced them in my expedience.
     Plus, even more amazingly,
     (3) Fairly often they have best-quality at bargain-price.

     For example, today, Botanimax’s Lemon Sour Diesel with trademark “Yao Ging”. I got it home, took two tokes and immediately placed a pickup order for three more eighths. This is _great_ Lemon Sour Diesel for $10 / eighth!

     There’s a nice immediate “rising, elevating sativa head-high” then, after 30-45 minutes, the wonderful Lemon Sour Diesel “semi-psychedelic, kinda trippy, almost visual, dreamy and relaxed high”. Plenty strong, not sleepy, NO indica headache or hangover. Real true-to-the-strain chemotype / subjective experience.

     EXCELLENT quality for $10/8th oz! Not a typo, ten bucks for an eighth ounce. Not a gram. Most places would have charged $25-30, and some places $35. Kudos to Botanimax and Kushman’s! (25.7% 502 Total C’oids, CBDA 0.1%, harvest date left blank).

136. This place is awesome! I always get the best customer service when I go in. Cant beat service that’s fast and simple when it comes down to making a choice of buds to. Had help from many people and wanted to leave a review for a specific person but I couldn’t read the name very well on the card given. hope I can still get my 15% off for this still. Anyhow great place to pick up whatever you need after a long day of work or to chill and relax.

137. This location in my 100% favourite to go to. the are always super helpful and knowledgeable about their product and how the product with benefit me. I come in tell them how my day was and what I need to feel and they always have 101 options and suggestions. Not to even get to the sweet deals they are always promoting!
