1. Very “Pinkies Up” atmosphere when i walked in. Staff there were exceptionally courteous from the security to the bud tenders in the back as you make your way through and around in the store. Also knowledgeable when questions need answering.

The Gallery in Spanaway has the best selection of cannabis including glass & giftware. “Handy Sandy” told me about the Gallery and said that Josh is their best budtender next to Manager Lewis but she also said that all of the budtenders are the best in the industry. I couldn’t agree more with her and want to thank the owners, Tedd and Mike, for running their marijuana stores with class, grace and style. Thank you!

11. Ok so I guess I’m just stupid and don’t know how to do a product review on here, cause it’s only giving me a location review……..that’s kinda annoying but ok. So nothing against the gallery because they do not package the stuff. But I bought a pre-rolled from NP- kissed jade. Because I asked for 1gr at 17 and the cashier said they have a pretty rolled for 14……well I feel like I should have spent the extra 3 bucks. I emptied the joint and it looks like half a gram. I crushed up another gram and got almost twice as much. Now I know different weeds crush up differently but this is kind of a noticeable difference. Wish I could share the pics. This just means I’m not buying pre-rolled or from North Point again….sorry. Again, the Gallery is great….north point not so great.

20. I have been to the Gallery on Canyon but first time to Spanaway location. They stayed to form with clean and top notch customer service and never rushed feel….. Amazing lady behind counter helped me as I was just looking for a sativa dominate hybrid for a more “UP” feeling. After we talked I bought a pre roll of “memory Loss” as it was her favorite and go to strain. I left and partook a few pulls and it was 100% spot on to what she described and the name is perfect. IT WAS SO SPOT ON I LITERALLY WENT BACK A FEW MILES AND SHOWED MY ID AGAIN JUST TO SAY THANK YOU AGAIN! …. Memory Loss and the Lady at Gallery in Spanaway (sorry forgot her name 😉 ) made my day and with out a tender to listen and know their product they sell many would be at a loss. Def be back again

24. Another FANTASTIC experience at the Spanaway Gallery! I’ve been visiting this location for the last two years and every time I visit, I learn or see something new to get excited about. Fred works the front with a pleasant attitude and a handshake, and its always a great experience to talk with him. As for the other employees, everyone goes above and beyond, but Shaelyn really stands out. She is extraordinarily knowledgeable about all the products they carry. I stopped in today and had a few questions about their CBD products. Shaelyn took the extra time to not only answer my questions, but make excellent suggestions. In the past, she’s gone out of her way to search high and low for products for me. She learns her customers, their likes and needs, and remembers them. Amazing customer service with that personal touch you rarely see nowadays. Kudos! You’ll see me again very soon!

25. Everyone is so friendly here I wouldn’t mind hanging out for awhile! They have a nice lounge area so you can do just that with plenty of free reading material. I love this place!

I think my favorite part about this place is being greeted at the door with a smile and nice comments..I do not remember his first name but his last name is “Whiteside” He is the reason I come back every time. The associates are patient and also recommend the best strains to try. Please offer more incentives for loyal customers…15% off is great but I shouldn’t have to visit this place 10 times just to get it.

29. Not to happy with this place. I called and talked to an employee and asked some questions and of course, their online products didn’t match what they had. So I had a friend go cause I can’t do to cancer, anyways I felt they did the bate and switch cause there didn’t even give her what I asked for period and it was overpriced too boot. If they continue to do this I will take my business elsewhere.

30. I decided to check out this spot because I love the other Gallery so much and it turns out I love this store too! Same friendly vibe from their doormen to the cashiers and always great weed! I even got an eighth for $20!!!! I didnt even know that was a thing!

31. i purchased 7 grams of pineapple express from spanaway shop. when i got home it weighed 4.4 grams. the kids at store said no manager is in. two people working and one “bouncer” so no one can help. i call manager and he tells me to come in on Monday and we can call forte farms together but other than that he cant do anything for me. i have gone to the gallery since it opened and now will never go back. very upset about this

He is an outstanding gentleman and a true professional. I have been to all of the Gallery stores and this is my favorite location but I love them all. 41. The Gallery in Spanaway is a clean, well organized store with a nice and a helpful staff. They have a constant daily deal rotation and product/vendor Fridays so everyone can have a discount day. – Rad
    They also have a massive lot for parking with eazy access (right off of WA-7). There are about 10 or 15 spots up front if you need a short trip or wheelchair access. Sometimes there will even be a hotdog cart on the way in. – Also Rad

    What I really wanted to get on here for was to spread the word about Tristin. He is the most helpful tender that I have found so far on my journey from down in So Cal all the way up the coast.

    My wife and I came to Tristin with a couple ailments hoping for some good recommendations and suggestions.
    Every recommendation he made was exactly as he described and every suggestion he made was backed by experience and knowledge.
    He made the whole experience, from start to finish, comfortable and as if we were having a conversation with an old friend.

    Now, we step aside and let the line move along until Tristin is available to help us.

    This is the solution and outcome a lot of people are desperately searching for.

42. Most of the budtenders are great! And never a real problem with the other ones, just a lack of genuine customer service. The 2 best budtenders are Breanne and Shay. (Sorry if I spelt those wrong.) Shay is always so real and her vibes are on point. Shes definitely unique and amazing at that and at what she does. And Breanne is so sweet and so patient. Again, 95% of your staff is absolutely amazing, and the rest arent bad. Just.. good. Keep it up!

43. I love both locations. I’m a cannabis patient in Washington state and had great trepidation when the new laws went into effect recently. The store (s) has great deals. I am a convert now.

44. My wife and I are very new to cannabis, so we’re checking out all of the dispensaries in our area. The Gallery in Spanaway is our favorite so far. The staff is knowledgeable, the space is open, well lit, and inviting, and the prices are reasonable, especially for pipes and bongs.

    The only two things I could ask for to improve my experience, would be a list of specials they could hand out at the door so I can read through it before getting to the counter, and a bigger selection of vaporizers. I like that they’re carrying so many highly reviewed vaporizers, but I’d love to see some entry-level devices, instead of just $100+ ones.

45. I recently retired from the Military and hadn’t smoked bud for about 23 years! Anyways, a few days after I got out I had the urge to smoke bud again. I don’t live too far from the Spanaway store so I decided to see what it was about. They had the most friendly and knowledgeable workers there and I told them I hadn’t smoked in a long while and what should they suggest. I believe her name is McKenna, really cool girl just made a few suggestions and provided great customer service. Since then I go only to this location, (it’s a couple miles literally from my house)
    Great store and two thumbs way up!

50. My father and I came into the spanaway gallery a few days ago. My father was very hesitant to go in, he’s very old school military. I persuaded him to go in, I have been in a few times and love all the girls.
    We were helped by a new guy I had never seen before. His name was Josh. Right from the get go, he was pleasant and very nice. He ended up talking to my father for 20+ minutes, basically putting him at ease. He answered all my fathers questions and they even talked about other random things like the military and football. What I really appreciated was that he spoke to my father like they were friends, not like he was trying to sell him something. He didn’t push anything on him, and explained the menu to him, and told him he didn’t need to buy anything if he wasn’t sure.
    Josh ended up selling my father over $100 worth of stuff, he even got him to buy a pen. Then after the transaction was complete, Josh walked us over and signed my father up in your system. He shook my dad’s hand and thanked him for coming in. It might not seem like a lot, but that impressed my father alot. Once we left, my dad said he was really impressed with the quality of your store and employees.
    The customer service we received was some of the best I’ve ever experienced, from ANY retail store. We will both be regular customers

I feel they have lost their way in trying to becoming the Walmart of weed. Very disappointing, I had High hopes for this company.

58. I would have to say this is the worst shop I have ever been in. Very rude staff and aren’t very knowledgeable when it comes to the medical aspect of cannabis. I am a medical patient my self and was treated poorly and was not offered a discount. I will not be returning and will be warning people of this horrible shop.

61. I recently came into The Gallery while I was on the South end. This store not only had a clean, relaxed and friendly environment but the bud tenders were great too. I have been in other stores where the bud tenders are disinterested or have a lack of knowledge of product; that was not a problem here AT ALL. The bud tender that helped me, Josh, was very helpful in directing me to what o was looking for, showing me other things that I could be interested in, and letting me decide what I wanted instead of pushing products on me. Because if this, I was more apt to spending more money than I originally went in there thinking. Thank Gallery (and Josh) for making this one of the better experiences in a store that I have had. I will definitely be back and will send my people to this location now too.

68. love the gallery, I buy 8ths and rolled joints and had been enjoying CBD Blue Shark till last week buying 2 pairs.
    popped it open,slid a pre-rolled out,no smell at all and the paper and the stamped name said Ram different from the last dozen pairs we bought.

    stuff works great for my wife but these Ram marked joints were no way in hell the same CBD BLUE SHARK full flower joint.

    total waste of money with very little help.
    I’ve had 6 spinal surgeries,degenerative disc and bone disease and stenosis.
    my wife has foot pain and anxiety, chews her nails like to nothing, she quits that after using but this last week it’s like smoking nothing really.

    I wont be asking for that stuff again

70. I’ve been here about 3 times now and never had anything negative to say about it. I love that it’s a 5 minute drive from me. everyone is very nice and helpful. I always have a hard time deciding what to get because there are so many to choose from. prices are pretty decent. their customer service skills are on point, they make reccomendations as well as let you see the product. one girl even let me look at all the different ones of a kind and choose which one I wanted. I thought that was really cool. definitely reccomend this place.

71. The ladies were very nice and had recommendations. Wanted a bubbler but had non, just spoon pipes, couple bongs/ oil rigs. Got an 1/8th of Sunset Sherbet and it was harvested 7/16, it was very dry and crumbly popcorn nugs, expected better for $50 1/8th. The prerolls were fresh. But I hope it was just that time and next time I get some better quality, military discount keeps me around and the staff

92. Selection was not great. I bought a couple bags, one of which ended up being the worst bag of weed I ever paid for.
    Doorman was on Facebook and the TVs had crap on, which stole from the great setup of the shop.
    Will only use in emergencies, since I am 2 minutes away.
