4. I use to come to this shop every time I went to Spokane but now I avoid it. The prices are way too high, customer service has greatly gone down hill and every time I try to use my reward points there’s always an issue. I’ve spent $1000s here and I am very disappointed with what’s going on there. So like most disgruntled customers, I’ll bitch about it and move on to the next.

5. the bud is good the people are freindly. but when i ask abou a certain strain they answer my questions without ever actually answering the questions. when i ask about deals on their website most of them don’t have a clue what i talking about.only one person there ever does. everyoneneeds to get on the same page. if your sitehas deals then the store should too. if it werent for their close location i wouldnt even shop here.

8. I loved this place! An easy going vibe gave me instant peace as I walked in. The staff was so nice and helped me with everything I needed. I bought some Harlequin X GDP and it was good, but the harvest date was pert near a year ago, and I like to stay within two months (my fault for not noticing) – so for that I will be docking one star for quality, but that’s just one strain.. I’m sure they have the dank. All in all, WILL BE GOING BACK!

23. This is the best shop around. I have been to several others and will never go anywhere else again. The bud tenders were all very friendly and knowledgeable. They were right there to help me, and answer all of my questions, and were able to tell me what they think would work best for me and my specific needs. I never felt rushed even with the store full of customers. I will definitely be back!

36. Love Apex! So close to Idaho, great product every time, and knowledgeable bud-tenders! The building has lots of room for when it’s occasionally busy and they always have good music playing. Also one of the few dispensaries left that checks IDs every time I go in. Love that they’re on top of it!

Their edible selection is the largest and most fun I have seen among dozens of pot shops from around the state. I Recommend making the drive from anywhere in Spokane check out this place. Also got 10% off for signing up for their loyalty Program- only took us a few seconds to set it up and save us some money. Will be returning.

45. This place is just so cool! All around great from the warm atmosphere and cool little shop with great parking, to the truly friendly staff, and of coarse fantastic products. All the great local growers!! The Liberty Haze is the haziest!!! They even have it in oil!! To top it off they have an awesome loyalty program, something for everyday of the week. I love Tuesday cuz I am from N. Dakota.

53. I’ve been going to the store for over a year because they are close to my house. Prices are way higher than other places and i have not been able to go in and make a purchase without waiting 10+ minutes. A normal 60% g of crumble @ other shops sold for $25-$30 are $35-$40 edibles like sugar that sell for 15$ cost 18$ at apex. The feeling is the purposeful exploit of the location in regards to state border allowing for price gouging. I will drive 10 times the distance from my house to visit other pot shops before giving into apex because of wait times and price.

54. I’ve been a fan of this place for over 2 years and had my first poor service tonight. The bud tender was completely uninterested to the point of coming across rude. No thank you after the transaction was completed to top it off. So many on the team at Apex are beyond AWESOME….. hopefully this was a one time experience.

I don’t have a medical card but was told they do both. Best thing I took away from them, besides the product, was the fact the owner visits all the supplying farms. Color me impressed. 86. i knew that apex had opened, but skipped it. i had my standard 3-4 stores i frequent and was happy, and just skipped it thinking it was too close to Idaho and catering to there(sorry, but i think higher prices and lower quality from the location). however, i live in the spokane valley and was looking for a certain strain from Cinder, that was shown to be in stock. Cinder was out(not a knock on Cinder, you have been great.. just circumstance of finding what I wanted.), so I checked on leafly and found Apex had what i wanted. Went by there and spent about 30 minutes in the place talking about favs, carts, flower, loyality program,etc,… I left feeling like that is a place where I like the attitude. Laid back, friendly, helpful. will be back. things i would add: i wouldn’t mind a “wax-wed” for 15% off cart/wax/concentrates on Wed… hint hint. There are several other shops in area who offer this “promo” on certain days. Don’t care if Wed, but maybe pick just one day. And also offer more flowers in 1/2 oz. their inventory of that quantity was basically non-existent (only gorilla glue #4 in 1/2 oz) and they should know 1/2 oz is a quite(very?) popular amount.

89. The drive was so worth it! I typically get my favorite products within Spokane. Ive notice a lot of shops are selling a lot of lower quality products at quite high prices. I was starting to get frustrated and looked up Apex on google, soon I was on my way to check the place out. Boy was I in for a surprise. The establishment is kind of in the proverbial middle of nowhere, but what a jem it was. A swanky new building with a very knowledgeable staff and, aEURoeWHAT A SELECTION!aEUR I encountered brands I had never heard of before. I’m more of an Indica person and the bud tender showed me the aEURoemillennium marijuana brand grape ageaEUR. I liked that when I told him what I was looking for and my needs, generally for sleeping and pain, he knew what he was talking about and had great suggestions such as that one. And oh my for an oil, it was super smooth with that little terpy-piney aftertaste and it tested at 87.8 % and was under $30 dollars. I will definitely enjoy the ride to pick up some great product.

95. This is my regular store, not just because of the location but because the quality of the bud is top notch and price is comparable to the shops further into Spokane. Would like to see more half and full ounces but can’t complain good earth for cheap keeps me smiling.

96. They sell HEMP cbd products for medical patients, which is a big scam. They literally pointed us to the HEMP products, which are super expensive, but are not effective for anything at all.

101. Apex Cannabis in Spokane Valley is my favorite recreational store. Although only open a few weeks Apex was well stocked with quality products. My bud tender was friendly and knowledgeable. To my surprise they give first time customers a discount on your first 3 items. They even give you a break on your birthday. Go check them out!

108. This location is the worst. A while ago I bought a cartridge from them using rewards I had saved up over the past several months to pay for about half of the cartridge. Their return policy says I can exchange it within 2 or 3 days (cant remember right now)
     Well the cartridge didn’t work from the very beginning so I went the very next day.
     The terrible manager there told me that I was going to have to pay for what I had used my rewards on if I wanted an exchange and that I would in no way get any of my rewards back.
     So to sum it up. Bought cartridge. Faulty cartridge. Had to travel all the way back to return. No apologies. Had to pay additional money to get a working exchange cartridge. So in the end I paid about $45 on a $30 cartridge not including the additional gas it took.
     This is also one of the shops that has a COMPLETELY false notice that its against the law to take returns on open products. Read up on WAC 314-55-079 before spreading lies.

109. Let me tell ya bout my favorite pot shop ever. This place is the perfect example of why marijuana is legal, you walk in and you’re not being judged or ignore like you would be at any other retail store or liquor store…or any other pot shop. It’s a laid back, friendly community and I always feel like I’m apart of that community when I walk in the doors. I’ve been helped by tons of awesome people but Brandon was one I’ll remember for sure! Helped me find exactly what I needed because God knows I had no idea! And he introduced me to a Mr.Twister, and that explains that, heyo!
