1. The staff was distracted and talking amongst themselves, it took 40 minutes to make a purchase. The prices are the highest I’ve seen yet.

2. Great little shop! Petitie in size but they have a nicely curated selection of flower, edibles and concentrates. The budtenders are sharp and eager to help. The cost seems a little inflated compared to some other local shops, but I’ve chalked that up to running business in Issaquah (expensive!) And I hope the fantastic employees are paid well.

   The location is tricky to find the first time, but after that no biggie. The store itself is clean, well appointed and welcoming. I am a regular and always feel welcome.

3. The place is a little small and can get crowded, but they have an excellent selection of products and the staff is smarter than most and very helpful.

4. They own another location in Highland Park….everything is at least 20% cheaper. I will never support this owner again after wasting my money in Issaquah when the same people are selling the same products for so much less an hour away. At THEIR OTHER LOCATION, all Phat Panda grams were $15, Kettle River BHO was $30 PER GRAM. It is 2x the price in Issaquah. They are selling wax that was produced nearly 12 MONTHS AGO here for $38/ .5 gr. Completely deceiving. Aside from ripping off their Eastside customers, the service is bad. They gave me the wrong wax on 2 occasions and told me I could not exchange it. I had not even left the building. The package was sealed and purchased minutes before. Their Leafly prices have also been wrong before, and getting them to honor this was very difficult.

   I’m just really upset with how shady this place has shown to be. Do not go here until they respect the customers on the Eastside with better prices and products.

The location may be a bit out of the way, but it’s a nice, welcoming and discrete building. This will probably be my regular shop.

8. I love this place! They always have the biggest selection of products available, at great prices. Every time I go in, there is something new. I tell my friends they are the Costco of rec shops. The staff is awesome, and they know their stuff.

12. I used to love love love shopping here, I have been going other places.. The Manager Jeff..(Bald Guy) please avoid him if your new. He is so mean, short with customers.. I was looking at a menu, and a couple came in, said they were new and needed some recommendations.. he scoffs at them and with an attitude he said “Our menus are over there. ” they said it didnt make sense to them because there was so much and just wanted a few of his fave.. he then sarcastically laughed and stormed over to a menu grabbed it and slammed it down.. IF THE OWNER IS READING THIS…EITHER FIRE JEFF OR TALK TO HIM. No customer dhould be treated that way, I also notice that the employees seem to walk on egg shells.. they honestly seem scared to make one wrong move. Other than that, this store is amazing. PLEASE TELL JEFF TO BE RESPECTFUL..AND UNDERSTANDING..NOT EVERYONE KNOWS EVERYTHING LIKE HIM. if you are new..go to anyone BUT Jeff..

13. I rolled into this place a few days later than I wanted to; but life….

    I knew the place was going to be great when I saw the helpful signage. Not that I am unable to find my own way around. But it’s nice to have clear directions when you’re dealing with a multi story building with suites inside and outside – also shows their attention to detail.

    Once inside the suite; I was greeted immediately with not one but two smiling/happy faces. The interaction from then on was inline with my initial thoughts. The budtender that helped me was able to make a recommendation based on what I was hoping they had in their inventory. She definitely knew what she was talking about as her recommendation was a strain I had seen on their Leafly menu that I personally felt would be best. This wasn’t a test or anything, I had just forgot about it when I was there.

    The selection of flower was pretty big. I didn’t ask for, but also didn’t notice any bulk packages available while I was there or on the Leafly menu. But they might have 1/4s+ if you ask; at least I hope so. If not I hope they’ll add some along with the Wax and shatter that they didn’t currently stock.

    They had a good selection of pipes and vaporizers. Which I think is great. Too many rec stores carry really expensive one off pieces. Which is great, but not everyone wants to to drop a grand on a 5″ piece.

    Sorry for the long winded review; I just wanted to make sure I covered all first visit details. I’ll be back, probably even this week.

16. This place is amazing. super approachable, knowledgable, and really good prices & selection. Hours are killer and generally makes this as available as a six pack of beer. So happy I decided to visit and will definitely return on the regular. They make it very casual no pressure, really put me at ease.

As a now overseas resident who grew up in WA many years ago, I am visiting family and sampling many shops & strains as a true connoisseur, and can honestly say Issaquah is by far the best shop I’ve been to. Staff & atmosphere were great but the sheer amount of options/variety were astounding and easily displayed. also I have not found more potent high quality smoke anywhere and trust me I have been sampling the best everywhere. Absolutely a must to shop here!

20. I love this shop. Easily the best one in Washington (that I’ve been too… Which is a lot). The prices are very competitive, the service is great, and the product is always great quality. Their daily specials are usually really good…it’s hard to find 2g for $20 bucks at a lot of these shops for the kinda bad weed. This place does $20 specials on some pretty fire stuff. They also have the largest selection of pre-rolls I’ve seen. 10/10 would recommend to anybody looking for a great rec shop.

23. 🙁 ambiance. I started coming here regularly after moving here from out-of-state. I brought my visiting relatives a couple months ago, and Scott was great! Now, he’s one of the only faces I recognize. Michelle was great too, but she’s gone as well as a few of the other happy faces I was accustomed to seeing. It seems like there’s quite a bit of turnover with management. Makes me wonder what’s going on behind the scenes. Great product, ok prices, amazing staff if they keep the same amazing staff on board…

24. They are fine when you are handing them money, but TERRIBLE if you have an PROBLEM WITH BUGS IN YOUR CANNABIS!
    I purchased product yesterday, and shortly thereafter found several (fungus gnat-type) insects attached to the inner flowers on several that I inspected. This is unacceptable, so I promptly drove to the store expecting thanks for finding pests, and an exchange for a BUG FREE Product….NO SUCH LUCK!
    THEY ALL BUT CALLED ME A LIAR, SAYING: “how do we know that that stuff came from that jar?” and told me that although they do returns & excanges ( for others ) with faulty product, this was different because I had to remove the product from the package to see the insects…they never explained this to my satisfaction.
    They intermittently blamed their inability to help me on:
    the State Control Board, and
    the lack of the “owner” being off premises, or
    my opening the package before finding the CRITTERS

    They took my phone number, but not the SHITTY CANNABIS THEY SOLD ME
    Waiting for resolution…key word “waiting”

25. Just a shout out to one of your employees. I came in today (9/1 @ 10:45 a.m.) to buy some flower and candies and happened to mention that I had a shoulder injury to the guy helping me, and he suggested I use Flowgel topical on it. I’ve used a few CBD topicals in the past (my favorite is AGONY by Firefly), but I have to say the Flowgel is pretty awesome! while I still have some pain, it’s greatly reduced. Thank you to the employee for suggesting it!

I’ve been coming here for a couple years, and not only is the staff knowledgeable (and a great sense of humor among everyone) but they take the time to explain the strain, explain how that new vaporizer works, and will even offer suggestions. These guys are awesome, and also, the strain selection is SKY HIGH. And solid prices. Can’t go wrong here.

32. I wanted to update the previous review I did right after they opened. Issaquah Cannabis is by far the best recreational store in Washington and pretty much the only store I go to now. They do all the right things: huge product selection, competitive pricing (tax included), daily specials, super knowledgeable staff, a great atmosphere and they bothered to learn my name! This place isn’t a hidden secret anymore and you can tell that I’m one of many regular customers they have. I had issues with a cartridge and they managed to come up with a good solution for me without breaking any rules. In fact that’s probably what I like most about Issaquah Cannabis aEUR| they follow the rules. Other shops should take note of this.

    What really makes Issaquah stand apart are the people who work there. You can tell that they are committed to learning everything there is to know, and if they don’t know the answer to your question, they usually do by the next time you visit. I think it’s telling that a lot of the same staff who were there when they first opened 8 months ago are still working there today. When you go in, ask for Jeremy. Not only does he know the science behind all this stuff but he knows his buds too (he is a Cheese evangelist and I am his latest convert). Issaquah Cannabis is everything you want in a local pot shop and more, and definitely worth the drive from anywhere on the east side. I’ll see you there!

33. This is basically a K-Mart for weed. No membership rewards, tons of cheap weed, and not that knowledgeable of bud-tenders in a few females cases.
    Why work somewhere like that if you are so clueless?

Found this place on a whim while visiting from out of town. prices are pretty standard for Washington but the quality is great so it’s definitely worth checking out. got a bunch of preroll’s all fat & strong and an 8th of wonderful cherry Kush in a very nice glass jar also some Maui wowie that’s beyond fantastic. I’d recommend for new customers any phat panda preroll’s & anything from Cinc O Dos!

35. Really love the ‘menu’ you can look at. Seems to be very well stocked with not just types but strain-specifics. As someone that uses a pen, it can be harder to find places that have the exact oils you’re looking for. Only downside, I got a flavored Northern Lights and it tasted burnt or chemically through the first half of the 1g tube.

PRETTY high… I grew up near here and have been going to this store awhile but I think I will wait until I head back to school in Ellensburg to do my heavy shopping where prices are reasonable.

39. This is my favorite recreational shop on the eastside. It’s in a discreet yet great location just of I-90. My main reason for liking the shop though is that they have by far the best selection of flower of any shop I’ve been to. Most shops have 20-30 strains while this place has well over 100. It’s also the most laid back shop I’ve come across, was able to browse & chat without feeling pressured or like I was wasting their time. I Highly recommend this shop if you’re in the area and like a large selection of products.

Especially Alyssa, talk to her if you get the chance, she’s cute, funny, and very descriptive and patient in helping you pick out the best strain for you! 41. I am at a loss of words and can only say this place is WAY OVERPRICED! I was working near the Univiersity District in Seattle on 2-15. Decided to walk into a store called The Joint. They had all of the Phat Panda 1 gram pre rolls on sale for 4 bucks each. I told the gentleman I would like a potent indica joint. They pulled out a green transparent tube call Orange Zkittlez. I payed 4 bucks and out the door I went. Then while looking online Saturday I noticed ICC has the same Phat Panda joint on their menu for 12 bucks!!!! When is enough enough? Why wont this place in general catch a clue??? This place doesn’t respect loyal customers and the sooner another that another recreational store comes into Issaquah the better!! :/

42. This is my go to shop normally but the past few times customer service has been very poor and the wax that was suggested to me was so nasty it tasted like claim and was not smokeable.

43. Location could be hard to find for “non-locals”, but GPS will lead you there, it’s not too hard to spot! Very helpful staff (shoutout to Brittany – especially Brittany, thank you for dealing with all of my questions! – Brandon, Josh – and the amazing girl at reception whose name I forgot – I’m sorry!), fair Eastside prices (Seattle will always be cheaper), but BE SURE check out their DAILY DEALS, it saved me about $100 today! High quality, as a medical patient, is most important to me, this place has the quality you’re looking for. Definitely higher priced, but absolutely the lowest on the Eastside – the price advertised is what you pay, the tax is already included, they aren’t allowed tips – so you can check out their menu and go in knowing approximately what you want and how much cash to bring (there is an ATM on site). I’ll definitely be back, it’s so much closer to my house – and with the daily specials, I’ll end up saving money without having to do all that extra driving. I saw some Yelp review saying they’re more concentrate focused – no they’re not. They happen to have a sick selection of cartridges, shatter and dabs, but they have the flower too! My new favorite Eastside place. dY’dY’

44. I was APPALLED at the over pricing. Huge turn off that I couldn’t even smell the bud I was going to purchase, (which I didn’t because the quality and prices sucked, $59 for an eighth????!!!! really) I felt like another wheel in the cog of greediness that is infiltrating the industry. So glad I live in Oregon where people aren’t completely blinded by dollar signs. No full gram vape cartridges to be found, every half gram cartridge was at least $40… I get full gram cartridges no problem for $40 at any dispensary in Oregon. Walked out with a crappy cartridge that hardly pulls, never purchasing Liberty Reach products again. I should have known they were associated with Juju joints, who specifically designs the Juju joints to just tease your high. I purchased a pre roll (nothing under $11 btw) and looked at it in the parking lot, well there was no joint in there. I immediately went back in and was treated like a pain in the butt by the owner. I was never once thanked for my business. The owner here needs to get his head out if his rear end. I had more anxiety when I left than when I
    walked in, which is why I medicate. Will not be back to say the least.

45. So I go in and they want me to remove my hat. I’m a 40 year old white guy who is wearing clean averaage clothing. They tell me because of a “security issue” Are people carrying guns under tight baseball caps? Is this America?

    You’d think we were in a hood. You’d think were not in the middle of one of the most affluent regions of the USA.

    I’ll just ponder what “security issue” happens under baseball caps.

46. The budtenders seemed knowledgeable each time I’ve asked about products, and have been very helpful in recommending a strain based
    on my desired taste and effect. Parking has never been a problem, but the lot does fill up sometimes. Prices are reasonable for the rec market and quality is exactly what you would expect. Their paper menu in the store lists the cannabinoid percentages, but I wish they put the info on their leafly menu. Overall, I like the shop and will be going back regularly.

Nice clean location, off the beaten path so it’s discreet. I told the staff I would leave a review and didn’t get their names but everyone from the front door to the service counter on Sunday 8/6/17 did a fabulous job and I’m super happy with the Legends Green Crack 5- pack, Super Silver Haze wax and Gelato too!

51. This is an ok place, while they carry high quality strains their prices are much higher than other locations. I am talking about same strain from same manufacturer like avitas or phatpanda etc. buyer be aware they are expensive and DO NOT accept medical cards.

Used to be really good but has fallen off a lot if interested in oil u probably want to find somewhere else they don’t have a very good selection of concentrates, they charge a bit more for the top shelf stuff than other shops in the area and not too many of the bud tenders seem to know that much about concentrates I’ve shopped here since they’ve opened but now days I drive to Renton or Bellevue to find better deals and better quality. If things change so will my rating but right now there’s definitely better places pretty close by.

61. A friend of mine recently picked up a gram from this place that had over 40% THC. Didn’t realize that was even possible but thought it was reason enough to drop by and check it out. I’ve been to a handful of rec shops around wa. A few observations: 1) massive selection of product. I mean, 3x the other stores I’ve been to. 2) staff appear to genuinely like the customers + their jobs 3) No tip jars (thank you. Tip jars drive me up the wall. I don’t tip at the liquor store. What’s so special about weed?) 4) most importantly, amazing value. Bought a few grams at $9, an oil cartridge for 30 something bucks and a cookie. That’s super competitive. A bit of a drive for me but I’ll be back.

62. Pretty disappointed overall with this place. First time I went in, I found the prices to be on the high side, especially for flower. The woman behind the counter called me “sweetie” twice, which was unprofessional and annoying. The next time, this same counter-person (she is no budtender) was condescending. I asked her about some edibles – I had questions about two different products but she couldn’t be bothered to walk over to the stupid display to help me out. (She was also not knowledgeable or correct about these products) The next time I had asked a different bud tender which of the $10’grams on special looked better and got a lecture on indica vs sativa (I was buying it as a quick gift for someone and wanted the better flower and didn’t care about the strain). The prices are too high, the flower seems like an afterthought, they are impatient and expect you to have a list to give them and they just fill it. And very condescending. I’m very knowledgeable, these people are just pretending to be, and it’s reflected in the pricing and product selection. Nice looking place inside. Accessories are cheap Chinese-made things.

64. This is our favorite store in the area. Staff is super knowledgable and low key, everyone is friendly and helpful, and their selection is amazing. Daily specials are fantastic and make you want to come in more often. Bud tenders of all ages and backgrounds who are really helpful with a wide range of tastes and experiences.

    I bought a pen – they had a choice of two (Vuber or Panda), I don’t know much about them so I asked the manager to pick for me. He picked the $5 more expensive Vuber.

    When I got home the pen wouldn’t turn on. I charged it for a few hours but no dice, so I drove 20 miles back to the store.

    Even though only 4 hours had passed since buying the pen, the same manager refused to exchange it, saying they had a policy with that manufacturer and I would have to do the return through them instead. Adding insult to injury, he also said if I’d bought the Panda instead he would have exchanged it.

    I won’t be shopping there again.

71. I love to visit a variety of shops around Washington because I still love that I can “run to the store” to grab some pot. And not feel like I just robbed a bank. Anyway, I keep coming back to ICC because they’re helpful, efficient, professional, relaxed, and knowledgeable. There is plenty of room for us browsers/window-shoppers to study buds and budgets. They have everything I can think of that you’d want – though I’m mostly into flower.
    The flower is displayed beautifully by strain type (Indica, Sativa, Hybrid and everything in between), and follows a “top-shelf”-“bottom-shelf” with a wide range of prices (I’ve bought a LOT of variety and it is very rare that I’m disappointed with quality) and all available portions right on the display tag. Daily specials, consistent staff, I never feel pressured or rushed, and I never have had to wait long – even on the busiest days.

72. Picked up my first vap pen set-up yesterday and Sam was a HUGE help. He was patient with all my questions and took time to explain the differences between the different batteries and cartridges. It’s great to have a few solid constants when it comes to the staff!

73. Everyone here is so friendly, and they’re very helpful towards people that are new to buying from a dispensary. They’re quick to answer questions without being condescending and they really help you pick out great product. My only complaint is that everything there is so expensive! The daily deals tend to be closer to the price points that I’m used to seeing.

75. This used to be my go to shop but now I can get better prices and selection elsewhere. They also open late (10AM) compared to other places that open at 8 AM.

76. This spot use to be close to my house but now I drive to come here, I love how it’s close to i90 but tucked back in an industrial neighborhood-for your discretion. Parking is always easy, cash only-with ATM, clean, bright and friendly. Clientele spans from blue to white collar, we all love their weed!
    Prices are reasonable for rec. they usually run daily specials, they use good buds so my guess is it’s from an inventory promotion or surplus not ‘low shelf’ liquidation.
    Budtenders know their stuff. Their selection can be a little overwhelming your first time or two in there but the ‘tenders seem to know this and will make it easy for you to find the bud that matches the high you want.
    They have a great showcase display of all their product behind a glass ‘wall’ so you can get a good look around without feeling rushed.
    They can get busy but I’ve never waited in their single file line more than 3 minutes, it’s super efficient and allows you to have a quick conversation with them without feeling like you’re slowing the line to a standstill. I’m always happy when I get Alyssa, I came in today and only knew the way I wanted my bud to look, she brought back her suggestion and it was spot on for for what I was hoping. She’s always bright, alert and listening to you.

    This is my one and only negative with the shop and I’m pretty sure it’s because of a law – you can’t touch/smell the flower, all of the containers are pre sealed. Aka if an officer pulled you over you would have a fully sealed (proof unused) product. But it’d still be nice if they had ‘tester’ jars so you could give the ‘crop’ a sniff/pinch/etc.

    All in all this is a great spot, now a days we have a ton to choose from so it really comes down to the experience you want to have. If you are the type of person who wants to walk into a normal, we’ll run store that happens to sell a bunch of weed, this is the spot for you.

    This place is not easy to find, Signs pointing toward the shop would help new potential customers find there way toward this place.

80. I have to point out most of the neg reviewers are simply b*tching about issues with ID and that’s on them… The place takes the law seriously and that’s a good thing.

    However… The workers seriously need to lighten up. Don’t expect every customer to know everything about every bud and that they won’t have any questions. Saying hi (yes literally “hi”) to the female employees makes them roll their eyes as if you’re hitting on them.

    The stuff is good and from what I know the prices are right. Just need to be a little more friendly and welcoming to people…

81. I have been coming to ICC for awhile now. I actually worked in the medical shop below before it closed for a general idea of my knowledge on herb. Now normally I don’t write reviews but was poking around in here and read some disappointing ones. First off ICC is great! it has a huge variety of product. From cheap mid-grade flower to expensive, very high end flower. from cheap mid grade concentrates to higher end, higher priced concentrates, and lots of edibles. the bud tenders are all knowledgeable but like with all professions each worker has their product that they’re more knowledgeable about and stand by more firmly then others. So every person that comes in with different taste just has to find out which bud tender has similar taste to theirs. Katelin and Alyssa are both great, knowledgeable, and have similar likes as I do so, I patiently wait for one of them to be available if they’re busy if I need help. Us being in a bigger area means that yes surprise surprise this store gets busy frequently but the quality, care, and overall experience here is well worth it if you do happen to catch a line. plus it’s now a new year so go try a new shop and stop in to ICC and get what you need you won’t regret it.

I have yet to meet an employee I want to punch. Kidding. About the punching part. Not kidding about how great this staff is. 83. Being from Portland I’ve been to many dispensaries and one of the key things is to smell the bud look at it closely before purchasing. The customer service was horrible at this location and I was forced to purchase an eighth of weed because I smelled it. Felt accused and was forced to buy the product. Bad experience. Won’t visit again.

84. This is the second store I’ve been to. I’m recreational only. Their rec shop is on the second floor. The med shop is at ground level. Kind of hard place to find even with a map print out. It’s easy to miss that turn from first to Juniper. But they’re at the end of a last side lane off Juniper in the back to the left. You also want to plan your exit back to I-90 which can be tough to find the on ramp.
    Good shop with good people and product.

85. My husband and I live downtown in Seattle, but decided to take a little trip out to this particular shop based on all the positive reviews here on Leafly. Well, I’m happy that we made the trip. The store’s atmosphere is clean and professional, with a modern decor. (It’s in a fantastic building) The staff are welcoming, and extremely knowledgeable, (thanks Matt & Cliff!) and the product selection is huge. Despite the 25-30 minute drive, we’re making this our go-to store. Highly recommend! 🙂

87. I like this place. Sort of tucked away, very professional. There is a very large selection and the menu of everything helps a lot-not as overwhelming. The prices are great for a rec store. My only problem was the kief infused preroll…not rolled properly. It was clear to me that whoever rolled it simply laid down kief in the bottom of the paper and then rolled the weed on top of it. This causes some serious running. The proper way to do it, would be to mix the kief into the weed before rolling to promote even smoking. It is slightly frustrating that it was recommended to me. I would have recommended something that I knew would smoke nicely. All in all, good product, great staff, and a nice location. I will be back, but I will probably buy kief and roll my own next time.

    Please do yourselves a favor and implement a rule that makes sense. The incident that made you implement the rule, was with a underage MINOR. I am not a minor…..therefore there was zero issues with me going into your business. A more reasonable rule would be to take some time to overlook the ID multiple times, ensuring age and expiration are valid. (Less than what most medical dispensary employees are required to do when checking in patients. 😉 )

So iattempt to exchange my $40 cartridge, they tell me since it still fires they can’t do anything about it. Think about it would you spend $40 on a gram of booty tasing tree? I’ve been to countless other dispensaries and have exchanged it because they realize how foul it is to keep a busted cartridge. The manger was so incredibly rude. He didn’t want to even hear out my girlfriend about the problems cutting her off and just saying no right from the beginning. He just stares at you with a blank face and pops his gum like he is a teenage girl with a serious attitude problem. Never will i spend a dime, cent or penny here again. i will not give my hard earn money to people who don’t care of the quality of the items they are selling making them sound way better than they actually are. When I saw the location I was a little concerned it was being run by the same people that ran the medical dispensary that used to be there, but it’s not and that was quickly apparent because the staff was very friendly and professional. The variety of available items blew me away. It was hard to decide what to get! I’m used to MMJ pricing so the other 2 retail locations I’ve been to in the past were serious sticker shock, but I found the prices here very reasonable. There were some great specials and my friend and I both walked away with some great product and money left in our wallets. I’ll definitely be back.

102. I had high hopes (no pun intended) for a cannabis shop in Issaquah. While the selection was okay (lacking in the CBD flowers) and the service was great, the atmosphere is terrible.

     First it’s at the end of a dead end street and I had to park next to a bunch of service vehicles and duck through the trees to get to the front of the building. Then it’s up a flight of stairs and into a dark reception area. Once inside the store looks crowded, hand written signs everywhere and a line of people waiting at the counter.

     Compared to Novel Tree and Green Theory in Bellevue this felt like a shady stop.

147. Holy shitballs (pardon my French) this place was amazing.

     They were slammed when I came in, so I took my time checking out their product. Seriously, they have so much to choose from that they have a thick menu with prices, THC percentages, and all of the strains broken down into indicas, sativas, and hybrids (and in-betweens!).

     I noticed while shopping for flower that prices ranged from $9 per gram (not even a part of their specials) up to $20 a gram for the nicer, indoor grown stuff.

     I picked up some Orange Dream from Cinc-O-Dos for $16 and a gram of Purple Afghani for $11 on the recommendation of the budtender helping me. Both were nice smokes, even if the Purple Afghani wasn’t as nice to look at as the Orange Dream.

     Also should mention that every member of staff I interacted with was so nice! The person checking IDs at the door was welcoming, the girl who made recommendations for me was knowledgeable, and the cashier she had ring me was very friendly as well.

151. I have been shopping at this location for quite some time to purchase my oil cartridges. I have always enjoyed the selection and the quality of the products. Recently I purchased a liberty reach Cartridge that I used a handful of times before it quit working, this purchase was within the return policy parameters so I proceeded to take it back hoping to exchange it for a new cartridge or at least credit towards a new cartridge. When I try to exchange it they reviewed the cartridge and the receipt and then told me that it had been almost all the way used up because the cartridge was not visibly 50% full. Anyone that has ever bought a cartridge knows they do not even come 100% full. So long story short I was forced to throw away my almost new cartridge because they were not accept the return or offer me any sort of credit towards another cartridge. This seems directly in conflict with their return policy which I had a copy of. This was a disappointing experience considering I’m a frequent shopper And i really enjoyed this location but I will not be purchasing cartridges from here again.

197. This was my go to shop but due to horrible customer service my business will now go elsewhere. I was in earlier today to purchase some dabs. They had some terp sauce on special so I figured I can ask. the specials here are usually pretty disgusting, but the employees are honest and will steer you in a better direction. So I purchased a bunch of these dabs on special due to this young man with a bunch of hyrule tattoos and Zelda shit on recommending it. Got home and they are absolutely awful I bought 7 and only tried one, my fault for trusting anyone other than myself. A few hours later I returned to the shop and asked if I could swap them out since I’m a frequent customer and I’m in this situation because of a bad recommendation. They declined to offer me any refund or exchange. Even though it was less than 6 hours ago, I have the receipt and all products are un opened.
     They just said aEURoesorry that happened to youaEUR when it didn’t happen to me their employee recommended it and i think since I give them between 500-700 monthly that they would be able to help me out. This is the last time this shop will ever get a penny from me. I can buy weed anywhere, customer service is everything and this is a failure to the highest degree. If you value your money, I recommend you look elsewhere.

198. I like visiting different stores. I was in this one on a Thursday; spent $65 on three items. 2g of bud buddies, a tin of Sitka pre-rolls and a Cenex pre-roll.
     That Saturday I opened the gray Cenext tube; and it was empty.
     I had a meeting in Issaquah Monday; so I went in to talk to them before.
     Brandon the manager on Duty just looked at me with a “so what” look when I told him what happened. He then went into the back to call the GM when I told him I wanted him to make it right. One of the other clerks said “yeah, that happens.” when I explained my issue while Brandon was in the back.
     Brandon came back and said he spoke to “Cliff” and began to try to explain somehow that due to state law he couldn’t make good on the product I had purchased. He said I could either buy more and get a discount to be whole; or talk to “Cliff”. I wanted to talk to “Cliff”. He then said “Cliff” wasn’t available; even though he had just spoken to him. He took my info.
     It’s now Thursday; still no call from “Cliff”.
     It was $11 they’ve stolen from me; I’ve spent a multiple of this in the time I’ve spent trying to get them to make it right.
     I hope Issaquah gets another store so that people in that area have options other than these bandits.
     The moral is don’t just take the bag they hand you. If you can’t see the bud in the container, open it; because they won’t stand behind their sale once they have your cash.

200. Great store. Crazy expensive, even for the rec world but maybe because they’re the only ones around there they get away with it? They hit every other mark though, great store!

201. One of the best shops on the Eastside. Extremely competitive prices on a large selection of product. They are often the lowest priced on the Eastside. Also they include all taxes in their prices, so it may appear they are more expensive than other shops, but very few shops include the new excise tax (37%) and sales tax (9.5%) in their displayed prices. This makes shopping much more convenient as I do not need to bring a calculator to figure out my total.

     I also love the daily sales and I check in everyday to see what is being offered. It would, however, be nice to see additional sales where an entire farm went on sale or just a more unique sale (especially if it was during a busy weekend like the 4th). And though they have an excellent display for all their product, they could use some smell jars.

204. The place looked nice when we got there but the budtenders were rude ( bald guy) and they only have a small selection of Gardens. Most of their bud looked like the same medium quality. They need more Gardens.

205. I love visiting this location, Cory is my go to guy. I am not that educated with cannabis and he is always helpful. I never feel judged or feel like I’m being ripped off. I have been to other places and they treat me like I’m too high class for them and this place tastes everyone like they’re family. Being that I get mine for medical reasons and I never thought I’d actually do this, it’s nice to feel welcome and not a druggy coming in to get my stuff. I honestly can’t say enough good things about this place, keep up the great work and thank you so much for always making me feel welcome and cared about.
