1. I was in town visiting friends and family and Royals was right next door so I decided to pop in and take a look. The shop is well done and nicely decorated. Very laid back atmosphere. The service was great and the budtender had a few recommendations which was helpful. I especially liked the display as much of their product was kept in containers that had a built in magnifier so you could get a close look at the beauty you were buying. On the downside, they didn’t have much in the way of daily specials. I would recommend Royals though based on the service and presentation of product. They made my stay in Spokane more enjoyable to be sure.

When I say Spokane area, I mean from the Spokane valley Trent area, to Airway Heights the North side to Hillyard. The best Bud Tenders in Spokane. Id like to mention the best one’s who work there and in particular order George, Kim, Kelly, Jessica, Nicole, Sam I AM, Jeremy, And Ben. Any questions just ask Snoop Dogg for when He was last in Spokane area he did go to only ROYALS.

24. I thought that this location was the best in the area and have recommended it to friends based on previous experiences and after my experience last night I am not as impressed. Upon going into the store the staff wasn’t as friendly as when I’ve been in before. I came to find out many things we’re out of stock that were on the online menu; that was disappointing, but understandable. When trying to find other products the budtender wasn’t very helpful. He didn’t seem to be trying very hard to have good customer service. He kept recommending indica strains when I specifically noted that I was interested in a sativa strain, and I came to find out that when I got home and opened my bag that the products I thought I was purchasing were not, in fact, the products in the bag. I asked for a lemon haze preroll and was given a Girl Scout cookie preroll and I asked for a bourbon cured preroll I was given a tequila cured. That was disappointing to say the least. Upon check out at the store I presented a stamp type card that I earned a discount after spending x amount of money at the store before; I was informed that I cannot use it and the budtender, again, had poor customer service skills in telling me that and seemed to not care. Overall, it was a really disappointing visit, but the products are of good quality and my previous visits have been fantastic. Not sure when if I want to return after my last visit though.

26. I love the menu selection Royals has. It really has something for everyone! If you only have a little too spend or you want to stock up its shop for you! Don’t forget to grab a cookie on your way out the door either! Yummy!

32. To start off, I adore the vibe this store has. I feel like The Royal Duke of Danktown everytime I stroll on in the doors. Staff is friendly, good grass, decent prices.
    I get my ol’ ladies grass here, and she loves it. Mind you when it comes to dank, she’s pickier than a vegan in a supermarket, and she digs it. So yay’ll are doing something right for sure.

    I’d give five stars in all categories, but i’m a nihilist that doesn’t believe in perfection… Though you come close. Have this heart to substitute <3

45. I love this place, and every time but today I have never been dissatisfied. Today though I was helped by Sam. I honestly can say I do not even know if Sam speaks, at least to customers. You may be a good guy, and you may have had a bad day, but you can still be personable. Beyond that, I will continue to go here because everyone else I have delt with is amazing.

47. Best in Spokane. I had a vape cartridge fail after 3 draws. I took it in the next day and explained what happened. They apologized, replaced it, & sent me on my way. They’ve earned our business.

51. Sorry, this is first review even though I’ve been going there for quite a while now lol love this place! Getting the text alerts is awesome because there seems to be a good flow of different stuff through there.Just make sure if you see something in the text you want, go right then and there because you aren’t the only one and stuff goes quick!! Cool employees, always have good recommendations if I’m feeling random. Great place!

52. My new favorite shop. I was forced to leave my medical store when the new laws made them close. The Department of Health recommended this store to me. I was greeted by a very nice man who went and got the medical gal. She was super friendly and got my card to me right away. I was given pamphlets and information about my rights as a patient. The VA doesnt even have this level of professionalism. I was scared when I heard the med stores were closing, but after visiting this store, I am glad the standards have been raised. This store has their stuff together, I can see why the state recommends them.

70. I don’t even bother going anywhere else, despite the fact that this is not the closest dispensary to my house. Royal’s has consistently quality products (and an insane range of products! Did you know weed can come in SOUP FORM now??) for a good price. The budtenders are wonderful: knowledgeable, friendly, and never make customers feel pressured or talked down to. Don’t waste your time anywhere else.

72. Royal’s is a great place to get all of your Cannabis needs meet. I like the quality of their flower and they have a lot to choose from. Came in for 420 today and stocked up. They have some really nice 420 deals. Kelly is my go to budtender, she knows her stuff and has recommended some buds I really liked. She also has good customer service skills.

96. Doug is the best budtender in Spokane hands and I can always trust his opinion. He won’t try to show me the crappy weed (which every store has) because he knows that’s not what I want. when he says something is good, he means it and I know I won’t be disappointed. He’s always in a great mood and makes a point to make me feel like I have as much time as I need to look and ask questions. he wasn’t there today when I went, and I was sad, and honestly the weed I got was a little disappointing, which it shouldn’t be. I spent a decent amount, and I knew what I wanted, the budtender should have been able to find me a better bud. Doug is the best! Go here and ask for him. he won’t let you down!

102. The product I got was less than decent. This used to be my go to rec shop when I was in Spokane. The last trip left me fuming angry and very upset. The customer service was total trash and the product was even more trash. It makes me sad that all these spots just figure that no matter how they treat people more will still show up to buy.      The budtenders are polite engaging, helpful and very knowledgeable about their products. They all do a great job in helping select products I’m after.

     I recently used the online ordering option, which I felt was an exceptional experience overall. The online menu was accurate, up-to-date, and informational. I was able to browse the entire inventory make my selections, and submit my order to be prepared for pickup. The entire experience was painless, extremely user-friendly, and there were absolutely no surprises upon picking up my order. Couldn’t have been happier!!

105. Royal red carpet service! The bud tenders here are on top of their game! The lady that helped me told me about a new strain (Montana Silvertip). I’m a choosy consumer, and I like my budtender story be equally knowledgeable, and they are here. Great service. Great product. They have some hard to find strains like Cascadia Kush and the aforementioned Silvertip. A bit pricey, but I’ll pay for the right product and service.

The menu was great and easy to navigate, again, not like other places I’ve been to. Staff seemed fun and knowledgeable, environment was uplifting, just an all around pleasant experience.
