Have a Heart Skyway is the newest member of the Have a Heart Family, and our first recreational marijuana location in Seattle. This business doesn’t stand behind their product at all. I bought from them in a hurry, got home, and the product was old, stale and moldy. I come every other week and spend around 60 bucks. Asked for a refund after showing my receipt and the product they sold me. They offered me 25% off. My next purchase… no credit, no buy one get one free. Take your business elsewhere if you have the option. DISHONEST BUSINESS

It’s a great location and I go here often, but the one time I want to return a product that I didnt even use because there was a hole in the preroll they wouldn’t exchange it, refused to offer something else,and couldn’t help me at all. I was not happy with the service or how I was treated especially since I’m a regular customer.
You can’t beat the quality. The staff here is very friendly and professional. They also have a very knowledgeable medical consultant.

ok so in a pinch this is an ok shop first their selection is lacking… prices are still high for what you expect and outrageous for what you get…. I’ve had a couple issues here…..
the main issue I had was when I bought some oil… was supposed to be .5g and came in a black box with a little black silicone tub attached to it thought it was weird that you didn’t even have to open the box to open the container. The silicone containers are nice though as the oil won’t stick to the inside…. when I got home I opened it and was shocked it didn’t look like .5 so of course I weighed it .3g is what it came out to…. was not happy at all not like I lost weight due to what’s lost to the container as nothing will stick to the container…. it was like someone had scooped a dab out and put the box back to sell…
A couple weeks later I gave them a second chance as I didn’t want to drive to seattle, des moines, or deeper into renton… this time I didn’t buy the cardboard box crap. I bought .5g of oil that came on parchment inside a sealed plastic bag and also got a preroll… threw the oil in the freezer when I got home and peeled it off the parchment and weighed it on the same scale I had before… this time it came out to .52g which is good. I was very happy with it… though the other issue I had (aside from the being shorted my previous visit and their prices) was with the preroll I got. it had thick stems in it and smelled really bad, kind of moldy …. and when I say thick stems i’m not talking like those thinner stems from inside buds i’m talking like stems that come from the base of a bud… all in all really not pleased with this shop… and whatever you do make sure you stay away from the oil that comes in the boxes as it really seems that someone taking some liberties with the product there.
all in all I would not recommend this place to anyone till they get their act together… get better product… figure out what’s happening with the shorted products… and they also need to stop having their security guards act as sales people as that’s really not professional at all…

The moment we walked in the door, Marcus met us with a smile and a quick introduction to the layout of the store. I couldn’t be more impressed with the selection and organization. Everything is clearly labeled. Really the only problem is deciding what to take home today. Luckily, it is very clear we will be back.
Also must mention, the music selection was phenomenal while browsing. A++ for service and atmosphere. Looking forward to adding product reviews to that assessment.

Place seemed ok until I needed to return a concentrate for my vape pen. Being well aware of the strict requirements, I had all of the packaging and receipt. First the lady at the counter tried to say I already got enough out of it (mind you half of it was left when it stopped working). When I challenged that, she mumbled something and walked off. She came back and chastised me for making her call hey boss and getting her in trouble. I’m not sure what trouble she was going to get in, but I didn’t appreciate the attitude nor her insinuating I was trying to get something for free after having half of the product. There are too many shops to put up with poor service like this.

Came in here for the first time this week, and I was really impressed. I wasn’t used to the display set up, having almost everything back for the budtenders to grab. Makes it difficult because I changed my mind 3 times at the register because I wasn’t a fan of how certain waxes looked, but that’s on the producer not the retailer for making it hard to see the frickin product. She was patient in writing everything down and then, going back over to double check. This is the best shop I’ve been to so far! Customer service was GREAT! The front doorman, greeter, security, ID checker or whatever you’d like to call them are totally opposite of the stereotypical intimidating security. They’re very welcoming (and handsome:) gentleman. They assisted me with questions and recommendations while the bud tenders were assisting a sworm of people and I really enjoyed their recommendations!

I LOVE how this store is set up. They have all the weed in clear cabinets with mirrors so you can look at everything & not have to have someone helping you, although if you need help they are there for you. I like that you can really shop around without having to ask to see things from inside a counter. Before I give you the review of what I think of this place, I must tell you that I have been growing for years now, and I am a vendor to 20+ shops in Tacoma and Seattle. I know my cannabis like I know my abc’s. I went to this place, because it was the only place open to get a quick sack.
First thing I walk in, I get 4 SALESMEN sharking at me from the get go.
Second, the guy giving me information on the product was incredibly incorrect on all 4 questions I ask…. He told me blue dream was a hybrid indica dominant… if your half smart, you know blue dream is a sativa. but since I told him i wanted an indica, thats what he told me.
Third, When he handed me the cannabis I chose to get….. THE WEED WAS DIFFERENT. There was 3 nugs, all 3 were different strains. At that, it was squished to a cardboard thickness..
Worst shop I have ever stepped foot in.

Getting into and leaving the parking lot is one huge pain in the neck, but all that melts away as I open the door and am greeted very warmly by the kindest, compassionate, highly knowledgeable and just plain COOL staff who make sure everyone gets the help they need. All the ladies and guys make the great staff to the point where H.A.H Skyway is my ONLY stop shop, there is no place nor a group of people that bring joy like you guys at Have A Heart Skyway are the best thank you for everything. Honestly, LOTS of good things to say about this spot.. so lets go down the list!
QUALITY – Having shopped at most of the recreational shops in the greater Seattle area, I definitely have to give it to Have A Heart Skyway for having a great selection. The prices per gram start at $10 (INCLUDING ALL TAXES!) and eighths starting at $35. Even the cheapest strains on the shelf were pretty good. If you have shopped other recreational stores throughout Washington, you’ll probably notice a lot of the same brands. Skyway has the selection on lock, and with so many different prices, there is an option for everyone (even on a budget!). They also have a bunch of different types of concentrates and edibles, I honestly couldn’t believe it. And once again, prices on point. I saw the SAME items at Clutch, Greenside, and the Evergreen market, for a better price at Have A Heart. I also really enjoyed some great quality buds. I recommend the White Nightmare from Forbidden Farms ($12 out the door!) and Purple Arrow pre rolls from Rogue Raven.
Service – I read a few reviews before I came by, just to kind of get a feel for what I could expect. Apparently, people referred to the budtenders as “sharks” looking for a sale.. Luckily, not the case at all. Everyone was very welcoming (including the security guy up front!) and friendly, but most importantly informative. There were a few strains I wasn’t familiar with but was informed by the staff (and even checked leafly to see if they were on point, they were). I would absolutely send newcomers here, no questions asked. Check out was speedy too, they have three checkout registers so even with the line I was rang up very quickly. Did I mention, TAX IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE? THANK YOU!!!!
Atmosphere – One step into Have A Heart Skyway showed me that these guys care about presentation and the products they carry. The displays are fantastic, every single item is easy to view and look at. Unlike other shops, the displays here are hung on the wall, so you don’t even have to bend your neck to get a close look at the goods. The lighting was also nice and bright, allowing for those buds to shine nice in the light. They even have multiples displayed so that if it starts to get crowded (which it was, haha), everyone can still take their time and look at everything.
FINAL VERDICT – YEP, I’LL KEEP BUYING MY WEED HERE!

Budtender was very helpful once we figured out there wasn’t anyone on the floor to help (not sure if normal or just when we were there). Other than that, fire bho at very reasonable prices, relative to SoCal medical.

I really like their set up. You can browse the products before talking to the budtenders. Everything is clean and neat and well arranged by grower, the products ascending in price. The people are helpful and knowledgeable. It’s a little out of the way for me (I live in Redmond) but this store is very accessible off of I-5. It’s become a regular stop for me now. I look forward to the opening of the new downtown Seattle store.

Wow! The secret’s out. The worst thing about this shop is the parking because there were so many people there. I came in here about 3 months ago and it wasn’t like this at all. The selection wasn’t that great. Today, they had 6 $10 grams and one that was 25% THC. It was like going to a good restaurant where everyone is trying to get in. There was a beautiful budtender named Amber that helped me make my decision and I got a gram of Supernatural for $10 and a half gram of Refine oil for $25. There were 10 people in the line ahead of me but I was out of there in less than 5 minutes. Everyone was laughing and music was playing. It was like being in a nightclub. I had a great experience there. If you’re a local, you’ve got to check this place out. It’s further away than a couple of other rec shops, but I’ll be going here whenever I can.

This is my favorite shop. They’re one of the larger ones I’ve been to. They have a large selection of products. They are large enough to spread out the inventory for display. Products are clearly labeled for cost and THC content. Prices are good and they have sales often. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

This is by far the best dispensery in South Seattle! My budtenders are always super friendly, knowledgeable about products and just an awesome group of people. They have a great selection of prerolls, buds, edibles and herb related tools and toys to choose from and there is always staff to assist you and give great recommendations. The store is consistently clean and well organized, bumpin’ good music and giving me a super chill yet professional vibe.

I have been to every dispensary in the Seattle area, give or take, and this is by far my favorite. Easy access, clean location, great product, but most of all the staff is super friendly and not condescending or supercilious like some other places. These people genuinely want to help give you the best experience possible whenever you visit. I should know, I go here almost every other day! Also. all their inventory is displayed an easy to view, and if you have any questions there is almost always someone hovering around ready to answer it.

I came in here fairly close to the time they were about to close. I was greeted with a warm smile and compassion. I chose a few items and the Tangie pre roll was impeccably rolled and the was a dream to enjoy. Will be back very soon!!
