9. Jesse F is the finest Budtender in the land!!! Incredibly generous with his time, his extensive knowledge, and his kindness. Flower questions? Jesse has the answers. Extremely passionate about his work and keeps up to date on all the strains, their history and use.
   I had called earlier asking some questions. The day staff (also super nice) recommended Jesse. When I arrived that night at Cinder, Jesse was on lunch break. He came off his break to assist me and didn’t rush our time one bit!!!! I hope he had a nice dinner that night.
   Thank you, Jesse!! I will see you again. (we talked football and music)

10. This was my first time at a cannabis shop in Washington state. I had only been to Colorado and Oregon before. This was the best shopping experience ever! My budtender was fantastic, super friendly and very smiley (didn’t catch her name, but she had white blonde hair and fuzzy slippers :-)!). She let me be and look around at my own pace. I love the set up of this shop. Great quality products. If I get the chance to head back to Spokane, I’ll be sure to head back to Cinder and advise anyone I know to go there as well. It was a great, fun shopping experience! I’m not one to write reviews, but Cinder and my budtender were awesome. Thanks!!dY~EUR

12. I have had good experiences shopping at Cinder. I have recommended Cinder to others. Last week they advertised they had Jack Herer shake, when I went to the store they said they were out and had been for a few days. I told them about them listing it on the menu. Last night I saw it was on their menu, so I called and was told by a gentleman there, it was in and in the back, so I had to ask for it. I showed up today and it was not in the store, they had not gotten any in. They also had not updated their menu from last time. They said they will call me when it comes in.

    I like the strain Jack Herer, it makes me happy. I am in physical therapy for my knee, some days I can barely walk, I knew walking to Cinder was going to hurt, but I was going to be getting one of my favorite strains. Not a pleasant surprise to show up after being told via advertisement and then by person the strain is in.

    Normally I would avoid a business after 2x, weed is not hard to get. But, Cinder has good quality, friendly people, and I will give it one more try.

14. Really like this location. It’s on my way home (I cut through downtown) and nice parking lot. Their rewards program is an actual reward and it’s good deals. Pricing is decent here. Not the lowest but far from the most expensive. Really good selection of everything and their huge strain board behind the counter is awesome. All budtenders have been great. I understand they are trying to sell me product but I feel like their advice is genuine and they suggest what you ask for not what they want you to buy. They sell my favorites here but I can’t divulge that here or y’all will start buying up my must haves!

20. easy to get to, great location. I went in pretty late and the service was still an awesome energetic vibe and unfortunately I don’t remember the name but very knowledgeable and definitely a great dispensary, will visit again!

21. Love the discount for employees of downtown businesses!!! I always stop here after work and usually helped by Erin. She knows what she is talking about and is always extremely friendly. Some stores I have been in to have a lacked in the customer service department but not here… The convenience of the location brought me in but Erin continues to bring me back she is such a sweetheart and I love getting to see her!!! she knows me by name by now which shows she truly cares!!! Thanks Erin!!!!!
