1. Great experience overall, was greeted at the door by a nice woman and immediately given help with what I needed. I had been to the have a heart in bothell and this is a major step up, the touchscreen ordering system is a cool new development I haven’t seen before, but if you want specific help finding something there is a person waiting to help. Will defiantly be returning.

2. Love this new location of Have a Heart. Interior is beautiful and modern. If you dont like tech check another shop as all ordering is done through giant tablets but this is my new fav. Good variety too. Crew is helpful and honest – would and will shop again. *thumbs up*

3. This is an Apple Store for marijuana products! Very cool and safe high tech ordering system. Very nice modern aesthetic to the store.
   Staff (Tiffany) was extremely helpful for two first-timers. The woman at the door was also very nice and friendly, and so was the man at the register.

   All around a ai,ai,ai,ai,ai, experience.

4. Great place to go to for all your needs. People there are super friendly and knowledgeable. I was the 1st customer they had and it will be my new spot to go to from now on.

5. Friendly staff without being pushy. All digital, everything is nicely laid out in wall display cases. Imagine a store front sized weed vending machine with real people available to answer any questions or help operate the digital interface. They page you when your order is ready & you’re on your way. Pet friendly. You can also place your order online & pick up your order once texted. Right on lake city way, easy in & out. Quality product.

6. I really liked what I saw at this place. Friendly engaged people and a beautiful surroundings. Also there new computerized system is really sensible I hope it is easy for them on there side. I loved it.

   I’d shop here again.

7. The store was incredibly clean, the staff was super helpful, and they had such a variety of products. I know very little about cannibis and they were very kind in helping me learn more about the plant and its many forms. I will shop here again.

8. In all honesty it wasn’t bad, you guys just charged me for a pax and didn’t even give me one, I will not be coming back, not a bad place just a bad experience for someone on opening day, sorry.

9. This location is great. It’s a five minute drive from my house with some of the best weed selection in Seattle.

12. Great first experience! The store looks great and I like the new touchscreen ordering system. I came in to the shop with a bunch of CBD related questions, and Tiffany was able to get me all set up with some products that I’m so excited to try. Thank you!

17. This store is really awesome, it is the future of cannabis. If you are visiting Seattle you should really take the trip out to see this place. I love the Leafly Self-Service Kiosks and you can tell that this staff is well trained and has done their homework. The Kiosks put all the strain information right in front of you and you can see all the flavors and for most items product photos. I would like it if the product photos were larger. I am going to have a hard time shopping and buying cannabis products anywhere else.

25. Well lit and brightly colored with all the product on display, it was spacious enough to handle opening day. Everyone was friendly and outgoing without being intrusive. Order was ready surprisingly quickly and loved the selection of brands, many of which aren’t readily available nearby.

26. Consistently blown away by the pricing and selection, definitely getting top dollar products for a bargain. Staff is attentive and do a great job at navigating their role now that placing orders is done entirely on the built in touch screens. I honestly most enjoy the fact this location is right next to my bus stop lol.

30. The whole staff has been amazing time and time again..annnd Patrick is the kittie’s titties! All in all I would say the staff is top notch and the products are top shelf…but not crazy expensive. Sign up for the rewards program…it is…rewarding.
