Not sure what the birdcat has a problem with, ’cause sunflower meds are far superior to the dispensary he’s trying to sell. Sunflower’s concentrates put KIND, aka, Aarch, AZ grassroots to shame! Both of Sunflower’s locations are awesome and their employees are the BEST. I’ve been to where tweetie’s talking about too. No comparison. Sunflower is hands down higher grade!

I really used to love this location back when it was Sunflower dYOE>>. I’m also a person who doesn’t usually mind forking out the extra money for some truly Grade A flower but the prices you guys are charging plus the fact you added tax will stop me from ever coming back, why get 2
8ths of canned flower for over 100 when I can go anywhere else and get the same top shelf (that won’t dry out in a can after opening) for far less. The quality is great but so are many other places

My first-ever visit to a dispensary was here, a few weeks ago, and I went back once more since then. Positive experience both times — great service, relaxed atmosphere, quality products and outstanding location. As a new custy got a free gram of top-shelf to go along with a free pre-roll — nice deal! Tried another dispensary a few miles away to compare to this one: the other had a larger selection than here, but the biggest difference was paying tax on top of the listed purchase price. As a new custy there, I got a 20 percent discount on my first purchase, which basically covered the added tax. At Sunflower, tax was included in the listed price, which is why I was surprised and am still questioning this procedural discrepancy. I also like the fact that Sunflower updates product listings on its own site in addition to Leafly, unlike the other shop which only updates its listings on Leafly. Overall, I’d favor Sunflower slightly over the competitor, but both had advantages.

I went here for the first time about a week ago and the service I got was above and beyond. Daniel (I think that was his name) helped me out with picking some edibles and was so patient while answering all my questions. I felt very comfortable and not rushed at all. The front staff were also really down to Earth – their new patient deals are awesome too! Definitely going to be a frequent visitor here!
Love that they are open early. First came in for carts (they have great deals and a large variety) but will def try out their flower selection

By far best dispensary in east valley. I have been to all of them. Flower is always fresh and amazing quality. I Actually have been in a time and 8 of 10 flowers were over 20%. Their Rare Darkness and Forum 404 are always on point. Their Concentrates are always good quality. I Wish they had more of high end concentrates and flower but You Cannot beat the price any where else. Staff is awesome very knowledgeable and good people. Wait time isn’t bad at all.

I can’t thank David enough for his assistance and advice. It feels wonderful to be treated like a person instead of just a patient file with an ID #, or the rush-rushed-rushed feeling associated with a coffee house, if you know what I mean! while the staff is freindly and knowlageable they are consistantly out of concentrates between that and thd fact that there top shelf flower averages about 8 dollars more per 1/8 then other despenceries i think ill be shopping elswere from now on but if they fixed those to issues they would be perfect. much love sky

Personal favorite in the east valley. Friendly staff up front and in back. By far the best showroom(?) I’ve seen. An iPad at each flower with info and reviews, plus the space to easily browse. Now, the main reason for this: product quality. I can only speak to the flower as I haven’t tried any concentrates here, but it’s always amazing. Grams are pricey, but worth it and better than $20 g’s at other places. I’d recommend this place to anyone.

I was accused of blaming the bud tender of aEURoemalicious activityaEUR when all I did was call to ask why I was charged an extra $10.
Then, the bud tender told me I was able to use my $15 off credit (for spending $420 since June) but apparently I couldn’t? Wasn’t told that until Dustin told me, rudely. Then why did the bud tender say I could? He didn’t even tell me it didn’t go through, thought it was just tax making it that much.
I noticed on the receipt when I got home.

Great lady helped me yesterday going the extra mile to find an item for me in the back room. Free birthday joint was rejected and a suitable alternative was provided free of charge. I had a 30% off coupon as I did not go in for some time. Last two times I came in with a list ( ready to order) and 50% of my list on both occasions was on the menu but not in stock. This is not your fault alone many places have serious menu omissions etc., but yet other dispensaries run close to 100% accuracy. I will continue to go where there is a better chance of the menu accuracy (suspect dedicated menu staffer) hint hint.
Used to really enjoy this place until I realized how little they uphold an honor system. Next time they tell you they will leave a note on your account…(if of course this note is of any importance) make sure to check twice with the bud tender that way you don’t end up on the other side of a snobby assistant manager being told you are a liar. ITS OUR MEDICINE PEOPLE…AND LAST TIME I CHECKED NOBODY WANTS THE RECIEVING OR INGESTION OF OUR MEDICINE PLAYED WITH!

Very friendly staff, the FTP deal is great if you are just into edibles and or flower, they feature concentrates on their page but when I got there, they maybe had 1g of wax in the whole place. A friend who buys his flower there said that’s common though. I did try and call before I made the trek but they only have an automated phone line. The flower and prices are decent, decent selection for the size of the shop. The weekly deals are very cool and they do have a free ATM and/or you can use debit at a small fee. I also want to mention that the side of the can says “3.5g” but when I weighed just the contents on two separate scales, it was only 3.0g of flower…Cool packaging though.

When I first tried this place a few months ago, it was pretty good. Nice place. Usually a bratwurst cart outfront, nice people everywhere. Nice and bright atmosphere inside and out. Good medicine.
Well, most of that has changed. 3/4 times I go there someone in the parking lot asks me to buy meds for them(NO!!! WHY NO SECURITY GUARD???), the meds have SERIOUSLY declined in quality without price following suit. the parking lot is dark, and it seems like people just loiter there and the staff have no problem with it??? Makes me feel unsafe carrying my meds out of the building.
Unsure if I’ll be back after my last visit. Because yet again someone asked me to buy my meds in the parking lot on my last visit, and yet again the quality was terrible. Smoking my meds shouldn’t taste like I just ate a mouth full of black pepper and campfire remains.
On the plus side, the staff does their job. Aside from dealing with the people in the parking lot trying to break the law…

Top shelf $45 eighth was loaded with seeds. It was BOGO so I’m not gonna complain that much but don’t call it top shelf when it clearly has seeds. I went in for this deal and of course their primo stuff was not on sale. wouldn’t have come if I knew this. To me top shelf means the best you got. Nice shop nice people avg wait. Orange dot and la confidential are just okay for the price. I can get a better $25 eighth all day at most other shops. I won’t be coming back here anymore.

Great place to grab greens
This was my first visit to Sunflower. When I walked in U was greeted with a warm friendly smile and introduced to the “budologist” I like to call them. I had my questions answered and introduced to new items such as the disposable pens. I purchased items I had not tried which includes the strain and an editable candy. I do not have a review yet on the over all products. Excited on the experience.

was so excited to find this place. they carried the product I was looking for, plus they applied military discounts on top of daily discounts. only going there a month and they change it so you can no longer use the military discounts at the same time. 15% doesn’t beat what other dispensaries offer at 20% off edibles. sad that I now have to reach out to all the vets I sent sky’s way for their military treatment being above everyone else to tell them it’s no longer being run that way.

Awesome deals for first time patients and amazing flower. Yes it’s a little on the expensive side with grams going for as much as 17$ BUT%#! It’s worth! Because for a price as godly as 17$ , this weed is Just that; Godly. Frost on crystals on frost on crystals .. and the presentation is excellent ..they literally have pre-canned eighths like its tuna or something dY$?*dY3/4aEURatm,i,dY~,. Like I’m jus saying now I feel like I can go on camping trips or some sh*t now, ha.

they advertised 100 dollar ounces, and they didn’t advertise that they were sold out. They made me wait until i went back and then told me they were sold out. I had to put 1 star in order to write the review but they truly deserve 0 stars. the front desk lady was also on her phone the whole time and she conversated with other employees and didn’t seem to care about customers

So decided to check out this Dispensary cause I saw that they had dog treats and I have been want to try them out for one of my pups. Its a small place but very clean and the staff are really nice and welcoming. Isabella helped me out.( the one with the gnarly dreds ) She was very knowledgeable, had great customer service and had a great personality too. Not only did she help me out with the dog treats she also help me out with a new flower as well. I am excited to try it. I would definitely recommend this place and will be a repeat customer for sure since it is on the way home from work.

I walked in with every intention to become a new customer until I took a looked at your prices. Jesus, how much money does everyone have to make? Wouldn’t it be smarter to charge less and have more happy customers. Bloom charges $165 per ounce on Thursday. Close to a $100 difference. Seriously, your prices are over the top. How much can seeds, water light, planting & harvesting cost?It’s insulting. There was no ATM on site that I saw. The employees were great though. Dispensaries are forgetting a huge market. The senior retired population on social security. The discounts for them should be substantial. We are on a limited budget. Work with AARP or something. There were no lists of the choices of strains to browse from before you went in the room.

After seeing that my reviews for this dispensary had been removed, just a heads up, that’s a red flag to avoid this place. Overcharged me 30 dollars over my past 2 visits and openly patronized me upon my last visit. I took 240mg of edibles from there store, didn’t feel any relief. zero. good luck with this location.

I went in and got some flower and shatter. After I left, I noticed that the shatter was just a pile of gooey mess that stuck to both sides of the wrapping. I called and talked to someone who explained to me that I couldn’t be refunded and that it was a tricky situation of sorts because the merchandise had THC in it. No duh.
She ultimately agreed to replace it and I was still nearby, so I turned around and went back. Without waiting, I was taken back, got a replacement of an entirely different strain of shatter, and went home.
I got home and was really surprised to find that this shatter was also a big mess. Normally when I buy shatter at other places, I get a small square shape of concentrate. This stuff consisted of a bunch of small pieces that, again, did not “shatter” in any context of the word. I had to scrape the wrapping with a kief tool to get everything off. I sent an email to them a week ago, offering photographs, but I haven’t heard back yet. Super lame.

This is by far the best dispensary in the east valley. The meds are quality with the percentage level of THC displayed for you to see. Not many other places do this. Quantity doesnt mean shit if the meds are crap, no matter how cheap they are. The budtenders & the rest of the staff are all really nice. They have fantastic specials & even when there are a lot of people there it moves fast. Online ordering makes it even more convenient if you’re in a big hurry.

The road dawg flower was amazing. However the sky brand candy was the worst candy I’ve ever had. Disgusting taste of bho And effects were very minimal.. after going back and spending another $200 on flower. We told them we didn’t like the candies and they instructed us to leave a review as that was all we could do. Very rude poor customer service.. won’t be going back ever again. Too many options to be treated like that.

For awhile this place was great and really stepped up their quality. Now everytime I go they barely have anything to choose from and they always only have 1 or 2 truly Top Shelf strains and they all sell out in a day. Of course everyone’s going to pick Grade A meds for 45 an 8th over dry meds with no smell for the same price that I’ve seen sitting there for a month. Also bought one of their “Top Shelf” strains for the “Top Shelf” price only to see it drop $10 and go to their discount rack the day after. Just annoying because I didn’t even want it to begin with but it was the only thing that they had left that looked half decent, they sold out of what I came for and I didn’t want to drive all over town. Hope things improve.

I love the knowledge base that the bud tenders have it. The only thing I have to say is sometimes the concentrates are named a little weird. Like I got what was supposed to be a shattered but it definitely behaves like wax. Aside from that good dispensary

Good location for Mesa. The wait is out of control. They are selling KIND Meds products for 10 to 15$ more than going to Arizona Grass Roots aka Kind meds. Limited flower selection, good quality just not a selection for any patient. Clearly a dispensary aimed at recreational use as opposed to medical. There is nothing wrong with that. However, there are many places with superior flower, edibles, and concentrates. Focus needs to be redirected toward repeat business not volume. The craft MJ industry will be the only way for outfits like yours to succeed. I have 20+ years with this industry, only difference was when I did it I was considered a criminal. But I would say some of the dispensaries now are still criminal with the product sold.

If I had to think of anything negative while coming here these past few months would have to be those stupid cord covers I always seem to trip over. The other would have to be the discrepancies between locations on the THC/CBD percentages for the same strain. I have asked a budtender from phoenix if maybe they are different batches or something but she said she didn’t know. The parking lot is small but I have never had a problem finding a spot.
Since I obtained my mmj card I have been hunting for a dispensary with consistent top shelf quality flower without the $50+ an eighth price tag. I have found a few but it was always hit or miss and I hate tax and being rushed. Every single strain (11 of them) that I have tried here has been absolute fire. I even tried a few of their $35/g tier and was pleasantly surprised. All of the budtenders I have worked with gave excellent recommendations based off of what I was looking for. I was recommended their Forum 404 #4 (Forum GSC x Memory Loss 28% THC 1.7% CBD) and I had to have it again. I went back in and chatted with David and brought up how much I enjoyed the strain and he hooked me up without it even being on the menu. The customer service here puts all other shops to shame. There is no rush, you can look around the tables that holds all the strains and a tablet with the strain’s leafly page open for you so you can take your time deciding between all the fire. I have yet to try their concentrate and will save that for another review but they have already made a regular out of me and I have no reason to go anywhere else.

My very first visit to a dispensary was here. the girl at the counter was so incredibly helpful explaining what would be best for headaches and the vape options to be less harsh on my lungs. she was patient and so incredibly helpful when I was so overwhelmed by my options. I ended up with the clear vape cartridge the golden goat. it’s perfect for my headaches and doesn’t make me overly tired. it was a great recommendation.

I came in here on May 31st and on June 1st I got 4 grams of the Venom extracts shatter and on June 1st I got the $99 ounce. Every one of those 8 half grams tasted very bad and made me throw up on every dab. Every strain of flower that I picked up that day was not what it said it was as far as the testing goes. They seem like stress that I used to get from my dealer before I Got legal 5 years ago. Before this day I was coming here every payday and sometimes in between paychecks. Discounted or not you sold me garbage and I put it there in the garbage where it belongs. I will not be back.

I’ve been coming to Sky for a few months now and although it has taken awhile I have come to really like this dispensary.
The bud tenders are always very pleasant and knowledgeable about the products. So after I make my purchase I want to leave a tip but they are not allowed to have a visible tip jar. I don’t think it’s necessary to announce that I’m leaving a gratuity.
So if the management is listening, please put a nice Sky Tips box, tin, jar, or anything out so your bud tenders can see throughout the day they are appreciated.

dope spot they even had tablets explaining the flowers and had the containers with magnified lenses to help see the flower. nice and polite customer service as well
