The Green Remedy is an Oregon State Licensed dispensary in Southeast Portland. Every member of our knowledgeable team strives to provide the highest level of care and service to all recreational customers.

I’ve gone to this dispensary ever since I found it. I’ve been to all the dispensaries around SE holgate and this is by far the best in quality and in price ! They’ve got good $25 8ths, and it’s usually the same people in there who are extremely nice. Some other dispensaries around this area may have cheaper grams but the quality is horrible compared to paying $2 more for a gram at the green remedy. I’d recommend to anyone in this area! I don’t think I could justify going somewhere else after coming here. Thankyou for an affordable and enjoyable environment in your store! 🙂
This is my new favorite “Happy” place. They have a great selection and the budtenders are the best I’ve found anywhere. Anna is da BOMB! If you’re looking for a place with great pricing, quality herb, vet discounts and many other discounts, you have to check this place out!
First time back in a long time!!! New staff and old staff and still putting out great meds.!!! Staff is Very friendly and knowledgeable… They have an award winning Peanut Butter Chunk Cookie , great flower and their House of Dank Oil is fantastic….They are doing a great job…They also have a variety of oils done by many different vendors including Vador Extracts…Who has one numerous awards for their fire oils….Will be back and will recommend checking them out to any other mmj patient in Oregon…Thanks guys!!!
damn I hope they figure out that line situation 12 o’clock in the middle of the night and there’s a 35 min wait. and it’s funny how at first they were letting medical patients first no matter what now that’s changed. I be typically had good visits from them but 35 min wait that’s crazy.

I just wrote a review yesterday, but I feel like I need to do another one. I came in today and picked up some of the best looking bud I’ve ever seen – the Grape Stomper strain and the Platinum Bubba strain. Both of which have amazing smells as well. If you need quality, this is the place to go. The sign in process took less than 10 seconds, literally. Constantly in stock of top quality fiyahhhhh.
I have been here years ago and was happy to see there were still around. When I first walked in the receptionist was extremely nice. When I got into the back the bud area is very nice it’s open and you can see all the flower right in front of you. I had checked the menu beforehand and picked up a couple prepackaged eighths one of which was BlackBerry Kush. Both strains were legit as I have a higher tolerance and felt fully medicated and the flower was also top quality. I’ll definitely be going back soon.

Umm the location of this place is kind of scary and kind of a dump, however the Employees are super helpful and chill. It is a long ass haul from my house so I have only been once in search of Charlotte’s Web and these were the only folks that had it in stock at the time.
I was happy with the Pre-Rolls I got (Blue race fuel) Yummy!! service was some of the best, she was knowledgeable and funny !!!! I am always in the neighborhood I will be back!!

Seeds and flowers. That’s what I seem to keep finding in their buds, they know and don’t seem to care when I called to let the know. So I’ll say after giving them a few tries, it safe to say their quality isn’t there for the price. Other places have higher quality and lower prices and better customer service (and since I’m leaving a review,) others have way nicer establishments . My advice. Shop around, hopefully just not here.

My last trip September 2nd at 930pm made me realize how much I hate this place. my problem began when my budtender took me back. First she was rude, blunt, and seemed as if she had somewhere else to be. When I asked for a gram of shatter I wanted she grabbed it for me, and as she was packaging my oil she literally took it and folded it in half breaking it (which I heard) and proceeded to shove it into plastic pill container as she was labeling it. Then to top the icing on the cake before she handed me my broken shatter she asked what my name was… Granted I’m the only customer in the store, so I said my name and she got a cocky grin smile and looked over at the other young lady as she proceeded to hand me my oil. I couldn’t believe it honestly. Budtender is by far the most unprofessional waste of a employee and I will not be back. I told all of my friends to boycott this place.

I love this shop and am here almost everyday. But lately I’ve had some issues with whoever the guy is that’s there in the morning. He is beyond rude and has absolutely no customer service skills. He talks bad about other customers. Today my girlfriend was having a bad day so she stopped to get some bud to help it out and he belittled her and tried to tell her that she didn’t know anything just because she accidentally misread the label. I’ve had multiple issues where I leave the shop Pisssed off because of his negative mean attitude and am sick of it. He should not have a job that literally thousands of way more qualified people would be honored to have.

So grateful for the capsules of oil I picked up today. Took a full dose of 417mg THC and am feeling pretty good! It’s working for me!
The prices are some of the highest in the area. I can get a 1 gram pre roll at most other places anywhere from $4-$5 here I get a 1/2 a gram pre roll for $6 I’ve been coming here for a couple years because it’s convenient location but I’d rather travel for to pay less.

I have not found a lot of places in the area I really like due to the atmosphere. The Green Remedy has a young man that works at the front door that that is very friendly and personable which puts patients at ease, we appreciate that thank you!
High donations and 2nd-rate meds make this place a no-go despite the lack of a door fee. The proprietors are not particularly helpful or knowledgable, in fact are somewhat elitist, and they do not stand behind their products. I will not go there, again.

The Green Remedy is a nice spot to hang out and relax. They have couches in an area with a big flat screen TV & movies, as well as a killer dab bar ($2) with plenty of BHO options. There are a variety of non-medicated snacks and beverages available for a $1 donation, which is a nice touch. GR is relatively small in size, but they carry a very respectable selection of flowers, as well as BHO, medibles, glass and other smoking accessories…AND the RSO and THC tinctures are not to be missed! The quality of the meds is overall quite good, although once in a while the flowers are a bit too dry. Like the meds, the customer service is generally good, but sometimes the staff can be a bit crabby and impatient. Despite a few small flaws, I will return to GR again & again as they have good meds at reasonable prices…and they are right in my neighborhood. 🙂

so i got rig from here not to long ago and i go to bad tonight and my disc inside my rig has fallen to the bottom? I’m very gentle with my rig and dont understand how it just fell apart? starting to wonder about the quality of glass from here…other than that, great place

MY WEED HAD SEEDS!!! I was given no warning from sales person that the product had seeds! Every other store I’ve been to has given a verbal warning before selling a product with seeds! The other aspects of my review. Placement wise it’s a good spot, they had a lot of other things besides chronic which made it a one stop shop which is a great idea but the interior need serious love and help! I really believe the interior is poorly designed and I believe looks tacky! As for the products themselves and quality I personally only bought flower WITH SEEDS, but they had a smaller amount of everything. For a weed store though they have average amount of strains, and not many other weed products! The staff was kind and nice best part of the visit for sure so the one part and best part is by far customer service!

Atmosphere: I’m so impressed at how bright and clean the store is. Very well organized, product displays are legible, attractive and organized. AND they are remodeling. Enlarging the space while creating a professional attractive retail store.
Quality: Off the chain. I was excited to see the quality strains of Indica. Many dispensaries aren’t carrying quality or variety indica’s. The sales person (Nathan?) Recommended a killer strain that was also on special that day. Purple Mr. Nice! It didn’t disappoint. It’s a very heady rush. And has a great Indica affect.
I could go on all day about the great experiences I’ve had at Green Remedy, but, you should just check it out yourself. Oh ya, they are open 24hrs..WHAT? LOL.
Green Remedy is definitely one of my favorite, they have the best quality oil and one of the best selections of flowers and all the workers are always positive and great help.
Don’t let the outside of the building be offsetting. The crew seem to be very nice and knowledgeable of their product and were able to answer all of my questions. I definitely will return .

Won’t be back. Last few times I have been in, I have been treated like crap, rushed, and told that I am buying weed that hasn’t been sitting around for 2 years… Even the more recent stuff is just crispy and cured wrong. Sad too, used to come through a lot and buy weight.

leafly is a great tool, except for when you don’t use it by not updating your menu causing your patients to drive out for something you don’t actually have. wasted time, gas and now going to a different dispensary in hopes of finding what I need. have always had great experiences here but just like any place which dispenses medicine, it is only fair that stock/prices/hours are kept up to date on the most popular online resource..

Having been to many clubs in the portland area, they constantly provide quality medication, along with quality advice, from well educated staff and top notch customer service! From the moment I walked in it was a great experience. I have been to a ton of dispensaries in Oregon and this is by far one of the best. Greeted with enthusiasm and then helped by an extremely personable guy. The flower is a great price and the strains are amazing. Every strain they have is quality and you can tell by just looking at it. Will be back for sure.

One of the best locations in the area. Friendly faces, well lit and clean atmosphere. They have really nice prices on quality bud. What I like most is that you can pick up a pack of papers or a cheap pipe all at the same locale. A lot of the pot shops don’t have papers! Weird but true!

I really like this store my wife and I purchased our first gram of bho “violets delight” from here about a month ago and to our amaze when we got home and opened our violets delight it looked exactly like the display absolutely beautiful also smells just as amazing as it looks! Their selection of flower is also just as good, bought the chessile very good didn’t effect my ptsd smelt,smoked and look good as well,, and can’t forget about the employee’a who keep this store running with there uplifting environment, welcoming smiles and knowledge of their product thank you guys keep up the good workdY~S

The fellow that waited on me was ok. The girl who was doing nothing didn’t acknowledge me. The place seemed fairly barren of merchandise. Bud I purchased was good and fairly priced. Adding some inventory, motivation and personality to this place would bring me back.

Good product. was sold on these 10 dollar donation 100 mg gummy chews but I had to eat 2 of them and 25 mg chocolate bites. smoked the free joint they gave me and insisted that I try dabs.

I’ve been going here for a few weeks now and I really like the staff as well as the bud. They have my favorite strains. Really like the purple gorilla 🙂 I would highly recommend this shop.
I usually love this location but yesterday the bud tender had horrible customer service. He helped a customer that came in after I did and told the other bud tender to not help me but instead help the other customer that was first. Um okay?!! I did not tip and I usually tip about $5-$10 depending upon the price. I do not want him as a budget tender again!!!
The staff was knowledgeable and friendly, even at 1am on a late Sunday night / early Monday morning. They answered all my questions and made it a very pleasant visit. Will definitely be back.

There is a major problem at Green Remedy. Before I say anything else I will say this is my favorite place to come and now the only place I will come. I am a good customer and regularly spend my hard earned money here. Everyone is so friendly and wonderful, accept one which is the reason I am writing this. Every time I come in this unamed tender is in a horrible mood. He is always spouting off about something and in general is a real downer, add to that his use of the f word every other sentence and you can begin to know why it makes for a dissapointing experience. To top it all off my purchase was carelessly measured out and multiple times roughly shook into the jar causing it to spill all over the keyboard, where he promptly picked it up with his hands to throw back in the jar, leaving any smaller peices behind. This establishment has taken great pains to show how classy, friendly, and above average they are. The other people are so wonderful and uphold this dispensarys reputation. this budtender is taking all your hard work and stomping it into the ground.

cons: would not honor leafly listed price
after spending the better part of 2 hours searching for exactly what i want, i finally found it (thanks leafly for having a crap search engine and no standardized product entry). i was searching for a cart with less than 7% thc and very high CBD. these are hard to find. there it was, perfect, shark shock by CO2 company for $20 OMMP price. so i drive out there which isn’t close to me. when i walk in, the price says $50 and i was told they wouldn’t honor the price as it was a mistake. their mistake. i was told the managers were out of town on vacation so basically there was nothing they could do. fair enough.
i ended up buying some other cart with nowhere near the desirable stats i wanted but it will do.
this is the second time this has happened to myself or a friend. people not honoring stated prices. the other time was a different dispensary.
while twice now the green remedy has had what i wanted when i couldn’t find it anywhere else, i wont be going back unless, well i don’t know…. it would be nice to hear from a manager/owner on this but i’m not expecting it.
after having driven home i see the leafly price has been changed to $40 (which is still wrong according to the price placard that’s in the glass case)

Had very horrid service there tonight 3/13/2018 around 8 pm.the budtender named “Jason” completely showed me the most utterly disrespectful service I have ever received at this establishment..I was talked down on spoon about my knowledge of weed and made me feel very unsure in my choice of oil without providing and knowledge or help with choosing.i was completely rushed through my whole visit.i was not greeted..I was told I think they are trying to rip me off when I asked about a simple price check. At this point I was fed up and asked was he having a bad day or a long day..and he proceeded to tell me he’s pissed off about employees taking time off leaving him with shift to cover which is non of my concern at all …I spent over 122$ tonight and was treated like a 5$ special piece of shit would never treat anyone like this. I have been a loyal customer thru my whole fight of stage 3 gastric cancer and this is how I’m treated. This must be addressed immediately by management. This visit has made me not want to come back after shopping with u guy loyally for 3+ years..this is very saddening to me. Jason ur customer service is atrocious..and needs helps asap!

I’ve been here a few times over the last few months. The employees are always friendly and pretty knowledgeable. The selection is also good, with a fair selection at various price points. Their glass selection is kinda small but understandable given the small size of the location. I have definitely recommended this dispensary to my friends.
Came in yesterday for the first time and loved everything about this place. Top quality meds and some of the lowest prices I’ve seen around town. Staff made me feel welcomed and at ease. This place is legit! I recently got my card and have only been to a handful of different dispensaries. Aside from the great service and the friendly people, I was extremely pleased with the fact that my labels had all the information printed on them. I hate getting home with 6 varieties and not being able to remember what is what. TGR has very setailed labels, w/ Name of strain, weight, type, and percentages, and the lab that did the testing, printed out legit, and easy to read! They also have good pre-rolled. Every pre-rolled I’ve has so far were too dense, theirs was perfect. I felt like it was handed to me by Snoop Dogg himself. I’ll definitely be going back!
