6. Passed through earlier today from out of town, taking myself and my brother on a self-guided dispensary tour, of sorts, of WA & OR. HGO had a great selection (not the largest, by any means, but I haven’t really appreciated the overwhelming menus with hundreds of options, some places), wonderful atmosphere, finally a dispensary that didn’t feel like a headshop; this is what MMJ/RMJ should look like. A bit pricey but worth a stop for sure. Service was fantastic, engaged, energetic, but not pushy in any way. I really felt like the budtender wanted to help me more than make a sale, and she was super cute to boot.
   I bought a gram of a strain with high CBD (over 10%) and good THC (over 5%) for $11.50 and am pumped to try it.
   No one asked me to write a review, and I typically don’t, but I found High Grade Organics to be exceptional and felt the need to spread the word!

7. Visiting from Boise I couldn’t ask for a better introduction to the legal cannabis world. Love the the store’s setup and vibe. They have a nice waiting area with coffee and cool decor. We were warmly welcomed by Lexy and she was super knowledgeable and fun! Great selection and high grade bud just like the name says. We also visited a couple other dispensaries and this shop sets the bar for quality, excellent customer service, and presentation. Thank you Lexy and High Grade Organics! This is my favorite place out of the three we visited, the lemon chiffon cake strain was amazing! Cookie Wreck was also good! My first stop when I’m Bend.

10. these guys are great! they fully back being 100% organic with their herbs. good selection, fair pricing, and tasty meds. they do a great job trying to educate people and dont waste your time trying to upsell you. when I was last in there they were giving out flyers about terpenes found in cannabis that was very informative; aromas and effects were very well documented and detailed. plus they keep it local which everyone should keep in mind as monsanto and major corporations loom over the industry.

11. I’m a leafly menu shopper-planner. I usually pass on this place, but I occasionally find very good deals on high quality indoor here. I’m picky, and only buy dank indoor if and when I can find it competitively priced (just FYI). A Decent selection of outdoor and greenhouse is usually on the menu here, if that’s your preference. There are generally a few good indoor options too, just not a ton of them. I really appreciate that they keep their leafly menu updated daily– and that it’s accurate! (I don’t shop at the herb center, for example; because they often have menu items priced lower than they are selling them for, and they make little to no effective efforts to update their menu– despite my numerous requests). I’ve honestly only visited this store a few times, but the employees have been friendly, professional, and well-trained each time I’ve been in. If they stocked herb from more of my favorite growers/distributors, like Deschutes Growery, Lucky Lion, Sugabud, Phresh, and Bomb Squad, — I would visit more often! One more suggestion, if you don’t mind: many people are not fans of pre-packaged herb, weighing it out is always better 🙂 🙂 🙂

19. This place was great! Just getting back into cannabis with the legal recreation and the people at High Grade were extremely helpful and understanding. I would go here every time if I could.

20. I drive a little distance so I need a good dispensary, good prices, and helpful staff. HGO is in my top three. Quality is always excellent for the rec user, Sam and the other budtenders are GREAT, and listen to what you want. I work out of my home so I need a high THC Sativa that won’t make me veg, to get artwork done on deadline. However, when I’m ready to quit, I want to zone, and get good sleep. They get it. I love the dA(c)cor, the atmosphere is inviting, and all staff are friendly, pleasant. They are a little out of the way, please Google them and GO!

25. Nice store friendly staff but I was sold weed that was a year old. I was recommended weed that was harvested August 2016 and it is August 2017 and they’re still selling it and recomending it to their customers. Un happy about that.

34. This is one of 8 dispensaries around my house. Every time I come here I feel comfortable and at ease. The budtenders are knowledgeable, personable and great to talk to. I will keep coming back time and again, sometimes on bikes (bike discount), sometimes walk and by vehicle.
    This place is quaint, cozy, professional, and convenient.

I’m writing this review based off of a short phone conversation with one of their employees, which told me everything I needed to know about the level of customer service and product knowledge they have. While they did not have the specific product I was looking for, the budtender went out of his way to ask about the product, what I liked about it and gave details about the products they carry that are similar. This is very obviously a place that cares about the customer experience and the quality of products they carry, and there is no question in my mind that they truly care for their patients.

42. Great staff and atmosphere but there are much better places in town. Their bud comes in a terrible brown packaging like a small bag. Just destroys the product. Nothing looks like it did when on display. Their joints are so tiny too. Got home and couldn’t tell if it was a joint I had smoked before and put out, or if it was a brand new one. I always feel like I have to weigh out what I get too. If your in bend, do yourself a favor and go to one of the hundred other shops instead.

49. HGO is by far the nicest dispensary in Bend. Beautifully re-purposes wood, nice displays. The flower quality is awesome – especially the raspberry kush. The guy who helped me was very smart and was not pushy at all. Overall a great experience. Wish they were open on Sundays, but I guess everyone deserves a day off.

53. On 1st of February I took a tour of some of the local establishments in Bend. When I travel to other places in Oregon my friend and I like to take Dispensary tours.

    This is a great little find in the Bend tour. It is kind of tucked in but well worth the stop. Our bud tender was very knowledgeable and they had a large selection of good quality product. This store also had the clones for sale. The medicinal to recreational was good.

    At this stop I bought some Lemon Chiffon Cake, Tangie Dream, Cheese Blower along with a little thing of Caramel Corn.

    Stop by and say hi to a very friendly store and staff, and stay for the great selection.

Ok so please bare with me, I am very new to this up and coming cannabis culture… Haven’t endulged since highschool, after departing from military life, I found myself looking for alternative medicine that the V.A. cannot provide as of yet. I decided since the area has so many choices that I would do a bit of walk n talk as I like to call it. I visited most, if not all of the dispensaries locally, told my same story, asked the same questions pertenant to my situation. High grade organics stood above all others in knowledge, empathy, recommendations, selection -best selection of CBD of all other local establishments, quality, and service. The price seems to be a bit on the higher side as I compared others very extensively, but I’m ok with paying a bit more for what I get. The store front is situated a bit oddly, as the edibles cooler is placed behind the costemer as we face the buds, and bud tenders, I didn’t even know they had bud beer until the 3rd time I walked in, but that’s not much of an issue for me, I am mostly just interested in flower anyway.

56. This is one of the best kept secrets in Bend. This dispensary always has great staff, fire products and one of the nicest setups anywhere. This is the hands down best place in bend to get your clones!!!

Abi is very helpful. you can tell she really loves what she does. she always takes the time to explain anything to you. every time I’ve been into HGO they have made me feel welcome. the prices are fairly descent for ommp card holders. they aren’t the cheapest, but definitely not the most expensive. they probably fall somewhere in the middle. cant really speak for the rec. side, but definitely worth checking out.

64. This place is high grade for sure. The attention to detail in the design of their space is intricate, clean and well planned. It has a boutique feel to it with an staff who’s knowledge borders on expertise. These guys believe in the power of the plant and aren’t in for strictly profit, they put patients first. Their in-house flower is grade-A and they select the best flower from other growers to offer. I didn’t give 5 stars because I think their inventory game could increase and has room for improvement.

65. I love going to this place. The people are great, the quality is excellent, and I just feel good when I walk into the shop. They’ve done a stellar job of creating of clean feel to the store. If you are sensitive to other’s energy, and to the energy of an environment, this is where I would recommend going. Their feng shui must be spot on, as I always have a great experience when I stop by here. I can’t say that for all of the shops in town, but I love visiting High Grade Organics. Prices are fair and their selection is wonderful. Staff is very helpful–I don’t assume I know much about this world of cannabis, and I find some people really give out gems when I humbly ask ‘newbie’ questions. They don’t condescend at all and seem genuinely interested in helping me out. I love these folks!

66. LOVE THIS PLACE!!! Everyone working was so friendly, so helpful and genuinely interested in getting us set up with some products that fit our needs. The Lemon Chiffon Cake was to die for. This was probably my favorite dispensary in all of Oregon.

67. This is the place for the Connoisseur or Med patient. All flower is exactly what the name states High Grade and Organic. There is not a flower, concentrate, or edible I would not consume. The only thing better than the flower is the Staff and I go there for both.

75. The absolute best flower I have ever seen. A wonderful, extremely professional, aesthetically pleasing place. The service is great, and everybody is very friendly and helpful

    They have some strains that are hard to find, and some rare unique ones. Their Blue Dream is the absolute best I have ever had. Wonderful smell, taste, and high. All of their meds are grown by two brothers in an outdoor greenhouse, and judging by the buds these are very happy plants.

    I will continue to visit, and am excited to see what they offer in the future.

78. This place has some great flower! I love all the information they provide with each strain. Most strains I buy here have a more earthy scent to them that I can’t get from other organic stores like Oregrown. Definitely my new favorite place.
