Have recommended this pharmacy many times as they are “consistent” – in all ways. Always top of the line flowers at the best pricing, new high quality products, very very nice staff, and knowledgeable staff. Once you visit the Herb Center, it is difficult to go anywhere else.
I really feel comfortable here. Most all of the girls are real easy to talk to and ask questions of. I didn’t rate fives because I truly believe that everyone has room for growth. As someone into aesthetics and overall visual intrigue, I could see a little more atmosphere in the lobby area 😉

Been to most of the shops in town, and The Herb Center is the best around. Would be nice if there were military discounts like other shops, but still the best all around.

I’ve been in to THC several times and it is one of my favorites. They usually have anywhere from 8-15 strains available (for rec). They do sell it in prepackaged 1/8s though. The plus is they are all around $5-6/g. The quality is good not great. But I would definitely recommend to someone looking for good bud at a great price.
I think the Herb Center is the place all other dispensary’s should strive to be!
I had a very wonderful experience, all of the staff were very pleasent and helpful. Great selection of everything from Flowers, concentrates, edibles, and premium glasswear. They will have my business and I highly recommend to anyone whom might consider themselves a “connoisseur”.
The best selection and prices in town that I have found. The staff is great too. The only negative, I’d say, is the no touching policy. I much prefer the shopping at dispensaries that have sample jars you can handle and open and smell. The selection is so big, which is not a bad thing, that it is a little uncomfortable for me to keep asking “Ooo can I see that one? I recommend looking over the menu here before going in. Overall though, the best spot in town in my opinion
1st time visit. Went there from outside Portland..7 1/2 hour round trip. Outstanding service at front desk even through a rush and personal attention. I was looking for something new to try for a patient with epilepsy and got great service and advice.
Under the guidance of the staff, I had a relatively easy time narrowing down my choices and selecting the appropriate medicine for the pain I sought to relieve. I will be returning, thank you, Ashton.

I’ve been to 4 dispensaries in town and The Herb Center is great! They have amazing prices and selection, plus all of the employees are so nice and helpful! Edibles are hands down best in town. Pink Lemonade and Peanut Butter Cups are just scrumptious! Whether flower variety, topicals, concentrates, or smoking accessories, seems like THC is hard to beat.
The Herb Center is one of my favorite and most frequently visited dispensaries in Bend, as a medical patient I really appreciate they’re wide selection of quality concentrates as well as flowers and edibles. The staff is great, very helpful.

I haven’t found anything that works for my cluster headaches, but everything here has helped my stress, anxiety, depression, insomnia, nausea, and fatigue. I can’t say enough good things about the herb center. The staff there is exceptional and very knowledgable, they will get you exactly what you need every time and maybe recommend something you haven’t had before. They really get to know all the patients that come in and make them feel at home when you are there. When it comes to old fashioned flowers, THC has the biggest and best selection with potencies that will suit any patients needs. And on the oil front, they have hands down the best oil I have seen anywhere on the west coast. Clean and pure and with a potency that will cure your ailments. And the prices are half of what everyone else is charging for oil. I have been going to THC for over 3 years now and they just keep getting better. Can’t say enough good things about the staff and quality of medication they are producing. I recommend them to everyone I know.

The girls are always so helpful and friendly… Always available if you want to call in and get out fast because they are always so busy but they will still get to you fast even if you want to wait during the busiest times. What a great experience I just had at the Herb Center in Bend! I did some holiday shopping for myself while I was there; they have really good organic product and oils, food, and gear. I recommend anybody visiting bend to make this a priority stop!

This dispensary is by far the best in Bend! Yes it is busy because they have the best quality products for the best prices. The Orgone Vape Pen is awesome specially filled with “The Clear”. Very nice people, my favorite place to go.
Quality: the smell and taste of the strains I’ve gotten were on point, the potency was as advertised, the moisture was concerningly low, quite crumbly but best price in town

I had been to a couple other dispensers but this clinic was the spot.
I’m probably biased since my husband just started working for their farm, but here were my initial thoughts before that.
The location is great, it’s awfully easy to find. The only thing that could make this particular location better is more space. They were hiring when I went there and it was packed, so there wasn’t very much space to move around.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The budtender (wish I had gotten her name) was the most knowledgeable person I’ve come into contact with since beginning my dispensary tour. I picked up some of their American Beauty, which was fantastic. Wish I had reviewed that before it was gone too, but it’s almost always in stock so that will come later.
They have a GREAT selection and lots to choose from. Their product is green, sticky, and stinky, just how I like it. They make their own everything and each product is tested, marked accordingly, and organic. However, they could change their packaging. I’m sick of plastic packaging everywhere. Please shell out for glass jars, and maybe make a rewards program for those of us who would reuse them or bring them back.
The Herb Center has some of the best prices in town. They cater equally to rec and medical patients, and they really care about the products they are putting out. I’m looking forward to see where this business goes.
As far as working there, I’ve actually heard negative things about how they treat their employees. However, as I mentioned before, my husband just started working for their farm a month ago and he absolutely loves it. Everyone I’ve met who works there seems to love their job, so don’t always believe what you hear.

I wish I could rate the Service lower than one star. There is always a ridiculously long line and at the end of it you get some budtender that doesn’t know what they’re selling, and frankly don’t care. They always have the worst attitude ever. I don’t understand why the line is so long when they have so much space… They need to rethink their use of space for sure. Also, they have really great prices!
Best prices in town. Good friendly service and you can always find a good deal. Been going here for a while. It’s my favorite. The only thing I do not like is they took the test results and hid them from you, so now you have to ask.
The herb center hands down has the best cannabis and concentrates in Bend, all organic and true name strains, with the best prices hands down. Active, committed staff, whom are very welcoming and helpful. The owner compassionately cares about clean cannabis and concentrates there’s really no other dispensery to go to! everything is grown in house, by the family.

First time coming in. People were super nice and friendly. Unfortunately the Exodus Cheese I picked up was pretty dry. However, the house special was pretty darn good. All in all, worth the stop for me traveling through.

I was pleasantly surprised. First of all it’s tucked away in this quaint little rock building, such a good feel. I got a discreetly packaged 8th of Pineapple Express at a great price that literally made my mouth water when I opened and smelled it. After trying I can say for sure I’m going back.

Really have enjoyed getting to know everyone at The Herb Center & trying many of their strains & products. I’m a REC customer & they seem to always have a variety of specials at great prices so we’ve been able to try a large variety of what they carry. Making it a fun place to go. Incredibly they’ve even had strains like Snow Monster, my fav, at 29% THC! I like high THC with CBD’s & they accommodate me all the time. The budtenders there are great & personable. They seem to enjoy getting to knowing what you’re looking for making the process fast & informative. When we are busy & know what we want, we can just call ahead & they’ll have it ready for us when we get there so we can grab it & go. They’re always busy because they’re great! I have been coming here since day 1! I went in the other day and was very disappointed in how people were treated. I do not live in Bend and we travel JUST to get our herb in Bend every few weeks. we spend good money there.
I was greeted with attitude and I guess I was interfering with this girls convo with her coworker about a guy who was a “douche canoe”. she rolled her eyes when I asked about the specials and treated me like I was just bothering her. I was advised there was no specials. I got way less than i planned on getting at this point. I am walking out the door and I hear the sweet guy tell his customer “here is the new menu and specials for today”. QHAT IN THE ACTUAL HECK? We went in intending to spend a bit of cash and left with 2 pre rolls AND went to find a new dispensary in town who would at least be kind and not treat people like shit.
Brad should be highly disappointed that he has lost at LEAST 2 dedicated customers of many years. I miss Dani and Brad from the good ol days of trying to actually help the OMMP community. very sad to make this post.
This dispensary has it all! This is the premier one stop shop for all of you medicinal cannabis needs. The have topicals, edibles, tinctures, dabbing gels, and the finest organically grown flowers in central Oregon. It’s obvious the staff and the growers take their jobs vet seriously to provide patient of central Oregon the best product. Thanks for being true example of what a dispensary helping the community and patients is really like!
Personally I’ve never had a bad experience at The Herb Center. My only complaint is the lines can be long but that must mean they popular. Big shouts to Chelsea in my most recent visit, she hooked it up with the cartridges. The whole staff seems very knowledgeable. Also Amanda my reg girl in there she does a great job give that girl a raise.

This is the best dispensary in town, I got my medical card 3 years ago and in those 3 years I have visited a lot of different dispensary. Nothing compares to “THC” oils, edibles, flower and their other products they offer. Pricing is the best in the state for everything. I feel like I am getting taxed at all the other dispensaries I’ve gone too.

i am a card holder in both Oregon and Washington and during my visit to central Oregon i heard a buzz about this place. What a friend told me was that if i was looking for the highest quality medicine that to look no further than The Herb Center in Bend. Of course i told my friend the typical experienced user comment “i have had the best already and how much better could one place be from the other at this point in the industry”
i usually dont write reviews on sites but i was so blown away with the excellence in product that it made me look almost foolish. The amount of flower strains and the quality was insane. What i really noticed was the density of the flower. it was rock hard and something that the “production” growers that now exist do not have even close to. The crystals and smells where also a step above anything i have had before and the girls at the shop were so nice and made me feel so comfortable while i was asking questions and drooling over the counter.
i would rate the herb center as the best in the pacific nw by far, take this from an old consumer who has been to see many dispensary. its a big compliment and i hope people read this before they just stop in any other.
next refill will include a beautiful drive over Mt. Hood, because i stopped by another dispensary and couldn’t even purchase anything knowing what exists out there.

I was able to get some really nice blue dream flower, a refillable vape pen with some dabbing gel and also picked up a silicone water pipe that I know he cant break. We visited this dispensary on the first day of recreational sales as the shop opened. It was disappointing that the strains listed on their menu were not available for recreational customers, but oh well. We chose 4 strains from what was available. The quality was definitely high medium compared to the high end we purchased at other dispensaries over the next few days. What was most disappointing was to see that the testing dates of our purchases was OVER 1 YEAR before because everyone knows cannabis degrades over time. Not sure if they were dumping old stuff that didn’t sell well before or what. Prices were about A1/2 of what we paid elsewhere, with quality to match. Will not return.
There is a girl who works here who’s name is Isabell or something along those lines, she always has cool makeup and differen hair colors, but she has GREAT taste in bud and has always given me the best recommendations and customer service! If you see her working, have her help you. By far one of the best budtenders in town.
This place is the BEST! Anything you want, the best strains. I was looking for the Bob Marley and yes they have it!! Also I found out they carry Willie!!!

DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. Service is horrible. All the female staff is beyond rude and totally unknowledgeable about their product. I asked a single question about concentrates and she rolled her eyes and didn’t even answer my question before she rudely brushed me off.
Not only is the staff horrid, they have double charged me multiple times. I only found out because I checked my bank statements.
They also talk smack about their coworkers right in front of costumers.
There’s plenty of amazing dispensaries in Bend, this is NOT one of them.
Just got home from a bud run dt at the herb center and this stuff is def worth mentioning. I got some pure lav and it’s gorgeous and the smell- chron bomb! Plus I just picked up the coolest thing: a pack of pre-rolls from TLO farms. happy guy right now
Be aware that although their flower is prominently listed here by the gram, in truth, they won’t sell you just one gram. Nor will they sell you two grams either, as their price list also implies. Their minimum sale amount is 3 grams per variety, a fact that they really need to make clear in their listings. Otherwise a nice and friendly place.

EVERYTHING IS AWESOME! The Herb Center is by far my favorite dispensary in CO. They have a great selection and always have something new. The new Orgone line is pretty incredible the new pens are super high quality and the refillable cartridges are a major plus.

I’ve been to many cannabis centers in Bend and found Caleb at the Herb Center was not only extremely knowledgeable and professional but also very caring and compassionate. I had been to the herb center in the past and didn’t care for the service I received. The woman I worked with seemed annoyed to be answering my questions. I’ve been waited on by the same woman twice and she is rude and condescending. As I read other posts I’m finding others have had the same experience with the women there. Not sure why. They may need training or an attitude adjustment.
As I was walking out I spoke with Caleb and he totally turned my perception of the Herb Center around. He was engaging and genuinely interested in providing me with exactly what I needed. Then I asked about pet meds and he referred me to Simply CBD and they took care of me as well. I will definitely go back to the Herb Center but only if Caleb is there to help me.

Absolutely horrible staff! A few girls need an attitude adjustment. One Taylor girl is just off the charts rude. Not sure how she even has a job. Anyways other than the girls I do like the prices and quality but I won’t be going back anymore.
I felt comfortable asking a lot of specific questions and they were on their game which took away any anxiety I may have had before my visit. These people are quite informed and I learned a lot about the different strains. There are so many options beyond flowers, I cant believe the selection. Im very pleased to be a customer of yours and look forward to many years of service. I can’t thank you enough.

Very low quality flower and rude female staff with zero knowledge about the product. All flower had no smell, bone dry and looked 2 years old. I walked out and won’t go back, I’m local and do not recommend this place
So, there are now 13 dispensaries in Bend, and I’ve been to all but 1 of them.
I have a few I really like for various reasons that you can read about in thier respective reviews.
That being said, THC is my “all around” favorite. There’s really nothing to NOT like about this dispensary. The prices are reasonable, the selection is awesome and they have a few exclusive strains that I enjoy. Everything is high quality from their flowers to their edibles and extracts. They run regular awesome specials that change regularly. I’m especially a fan of their CO2 oil.
So, on to the staff…. Everyone is friendly and helpful from the owner all the way down to the newest girl. I really like the people here. They are fun and always make your feel welcome.
There are a lot of choices in Bend, but THC stands out from the pack with consistency, value, quality AND service. Did I mention express ordering? If you don’t want to visit and browse, call them up…they’ll get your order ready before you show up!
I could go on for days, but you’re best off just coming in and checking these guys out. You won’t regret it!
unbelievable staff, friendly and customer oriented. I showed up on a mission and was immediately discouraged by the crazy number of people ahead of me. I was greeted by an incredible smile by a seemingly unfazed stress free person. she asked me what my preference was and if I was picky. I said Indica and to surprise me. she came back with a fat sack of exactly what I wanted in less than 5 minutes. I would and I have already recommended people to this location.

Really disappointed with this place. They didn’t have the strain that was on their menu, the budtender was completely indifferent, but the biggest issue was that the buds were pre-packaged and dried out. The only two positive things I can say about this place is that the staff up front are friendly enough, and I only had to wait 2 mins. Overall, meh.

You must try the edibles from this place. I recently purchased a peach gummy, it took a bit to feel the total effects as most edibles do but once it hit it was all I needed to ease the pain the rest of the afternoon/night. I hear the truffles are worth a try and the Carmel chocolate popcorn is at the top of the must try list.

I was blown away at the plethora of concentrates in stock at all times, and the prices beat any other shop in town! The clear left me asking for directions home and jack live resin and pineapple terp wax packed a flavor greater than anything koolaid has ever offered. They have a very friendly staff and large selection to choose from.

We were in bend for the weekend and decided to check out a dispensery and decided on The Herb Center……I chose the right place for sure! This place was awesome, the service was amazing, the 2 gals working there were especially helpful and friendly, and they made me feel comfortable every step of the way. The the selection was the largest I have ever see in a dispensery. I would recommend this place to any card holder, if I lived in bend this would definitely be my go to spot for sure.

Bend Oregon is shaping up to be on the forefront of the Craft Cannabis revolution and in doing so will set itself apart from other cities that have and will be offering a more commercialized version of the industry. When I go to The Herb Center I know that I will be receiving a quality product from a staff that is in constant communication with their Growers, Extraction Processors, and Edible Producers. No where, in any dispensary that I have been to in Bend, have I found the consistency that I have found here across the board. This type of work atmosphere creates a wealth of knowledge for the consumer and more importantly the connoisseur. Lastly, I will comment on their Extractions(Orgone) as that is my cup of tea. The Herb Center is the only place I go for my cannabis purchases. Being the first dispensary in Bend, they have had the most time to perfect their strains and educate their employees so you are not only getting a quality product, but a quality experience. The fact that all of the product is organic, soil grown, and strictly grown by their own growers, keeps me coming back. I’ve been coming here for years and their is no need to go anywhere else.

I think I know which female staff person that everybody complains about I have used this store many times and and it just seems to be one bud tender in particular and she is not very nice at all I don’t know why they keep her employed she has no knowledge of the products and if you ask her to look or check for anything for you she throws a temper tantrum. It make you want to shop someplace else even if it’s out of your way. Plus they only give a 5% discount to veterans while all the other shops in Bend give a 15 to 25% discount to veterans

Been visiting The Herb Center for a while now. Usually a very good selection of reasonably priced c02 concentrates. I don’t use the flower anymore but they seem to have a great selection.
Always friendly staff and I never feel rushed.
I recently visited two dispensaries in the place called Portland (see other reviews if you care to) and they could both learn about selection from The Herb Center. I thought going to the big city would afford me more retail selection and better pricing. This was definitely not the case…the opposite in fact.

Great quality, variety and prices! The staff is always very helpful and friendly. The only negative is the cramped, no-frills set up. However, the staff is efficient and the wait time is usually pretty fast, so the lack of space is a non-issue (unless you’re claustrophobic). I always check here first when it’s time to restock, as they have quite an extensive selection and their prices leave me feeling happy!

Nice location off of the main drag, it’s small but not cramped. The staff was very friendly, they were training a new girl, which I know can be stressful, but they didn’t show it, very professional. The prices were great and they had a few of my favorite strains. I will be coming back!

I also want to point out they have not forgotten about us medical users. I can not thank the herb center enough for keeping it real by not forgetting their roots offering deals only for medical and offering a seperate room to ensure medical patients receive there medicine without waiting behind recreational users. By far the best store and selection around. We have had nothing but the best experiences and atmosphere is exceptional. The ladies that work there are not only knowledgeable about the medicine but are friendly, treat you with respect, and make sure you are satisfied when you leave. Good place but refill prices dont match leafly. Tender said they fluctuate. Lynx refill has a fee and so does ATM. I always call in advance if I plan on paying cash otherwise its an atm fee to get the 2.50$ difference. Honestly quit going to other dispensaries because of the high cost but have now quit going here because of the fluctuation and extra effort needed.
I love everything about The Herb Center! It’s a cute little rock house on the outside but when you open the door prepare to be blown away! They have the best organic grown cannabis money can buy along with knowledgeable budtenders who make you feel comfortable asking the “stupid questions” If you haven’t stopped by the little rock house, you are truly missing out.

Pre packaged bud was almost a year old, packaged 8/2016, purchased 7/2017. one employee was rude when I chose their pre packaged product over their jars on the shelf. very odd. At least the smoke is cheap.

I will never forget the first time I visited this shop. Which was not lang ago, but I have been in several times since. The staff are all so informed and willing to educate you if you are new to the medicine. It was by far the best tour I have ever received too! Thank you girls, All of you! You continue to make me feel comfortable and are always patient with my lack of knowledge and/or indecisiveness. It is often crowded so the wait can take up some time, but it’s more than worth it, it’s a happy relaxed atmosphere that helps to stimulate conversation among patients, which is great too.
Stopped in here as well as a few other dispensaries in town when I’ve gone down to Bend to visit. Everything I’ve tried of theirs is to die for!! I’ve been in I think 5 times and have never left dissatisfied. I’m prepping to move to Bend soon and this will definitely be my designated spot!!

There’s a few really really nice bud tenders here who are really willing to help and show you whatever strains you wanna see and generally be cool and genuine humans. The long time girls who have worked there forever are awesome as well. (Amanda / Jessie)
Then there are the other few who work there I can assume all these other reviews are referring to. Absolutely 100% correct they are. These few salty, rude, unhelpful, inconsiderate employees are ruining your reputation, but I’m not sure that really matters as money is the key. Lots of people will shop there regardless but I guarantee you’re losing more money on customers who won’t shop there anymore, then you’re paying these kids to spoil your business. What’s the worth in keeping them employed? If you can’t be nice to people working as a budtender in a pot shop, I see an issue with that. Maybe they can go trim bud instead. Totally understand having to deal with people all day and the aggitation that comes with that but honestly it’s so bad and it’s uncalled for.
I like the product being sold there these days, but not sure how much longer I can justify shopping there if I’m going to be treated with such shitty attitudes. I cross my fingers I get a nice helpful budtender before I get there because the unhelpful ones can really make your trip in the shop an uncomfortable one.

I have been a card holder for years now. Needless to say, I have been to my fair share of despinseries, (mostly once) just to check them out. No longer will I waste my time at any other dispensary. The Herb Center is by far the best place I have found in the state! A huge selection of quality meds,medables,concentrates, oils, and whatever tickles your fancy. The reinburstment fees are very reasonable,something for any budget. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Did I mention the staff is just as much fun to look at as the top shelf meds! Very easy on the eyes (bow Chicka bow Wow )! 😉 !

Most every time I leave the herb center I am happier than when I entered (not just cause I have some good bud) as far as concentrates go they have it all. I particularly like their in house brand of CO2 extractions, ORGONE. Lastly want to say that Jessica and Jessi are the bomb! Super cheery and know their products well, my favorite employees to be helped by! 🙂

I went in the other day for the first time and really enjoyed the atmosphere here. I was helped by a girl named tiffany. She was super nice and had a real chill, happy go lucky vibe, like she really enjoyed what she did and helping me pick the right bud. I’m a handful with my questions so it was cool how patient she was. Everyone around had smiles and the selection was Mon point. I’ll definitely be back.

Big place after the remodel. Menu is large…However, the staff seemed totally disinterested in helping me, despite the fact that I was the only person in the store that afternoon. I asked a couple questions and staff handed me a menu and walked away. Wasn’t really a warm or inviting spot. There’s waaay better options nearby, I’ll shop elsewhere.

The Herb Store was the first dispensary that I went to. Driving on Division, you can’t miss the old stone building that has been there as long as I can remember. I obtained a lot of knowledge from the staff over the time that I had been going there. However, at the time there was a yearly membership fee. I paid the first year, but did not renew membership. Went back today, friendly enough staff with product knowledge. The Herb Store has quite the variety, both in price and product. The edibles look amazing. Saw a real good price on clones. Purchased some nice looking wax, on sale, $2 off a gram and some Pure Lavender Kush, and Blue Rhino flower. Good prices, good deals, lots of glass. Only one thing throws me off, the 3 gram minimum. To each there own. Will go see them again.

When I think of the best dispensary all I could think of is the Herb Center. I’ve never been disappointed with the top shelf products they carry, from flower to the concentrates. Not only do they offer great quality and organic flower, they also have the best prices in town. So if you need a place to get quality medicine and awesome service try the herb center and you will be glad you did.
The women helping me was able to find me a very good medicine based on what I described. I settled with sour diesel and it did exactly what she said it would. Thanks for all the help!
Terrible service, and falsely advertised $3.50 gram by meraki gardens, but when i got there, it was $6.75. I told the budtender I’d drove an hour to get there and came just for that deal, and her rude reply was: “if we changed our menu every time we changed our inventory, wed never get anything at all done.” EXCUSE ME but its your job to update your leafly menu every day, its not rocket science and there was 5 or 6 employees there so WTF?!? Not the first time ive been falsely baited by them byt it is certainly the last! Its ok, i was only shopping here because it was cheap, i would never pay full price for weed that sits in cedar-lined jars (lids are cedar, which ansorbs aromas) how incompetently can a dispensary be ran???

Or lower medical cost for those in need who cannot afford it other wise. Profit from the rec side profit less from the medical side. There are 2 dispensaries in Bend that do this.

The owners are great, Brad in particular is a really solid guy and since they are vertically integrated, they have the best prices in town. Only down side is you will not find much in the way of other brand name products, but they make up for it.
I’ve now been to them all.. I have purchase flower, edibles and concentrates from every dispensary in Bend and I can report that The Herb Center is by far the FINEST dispensary in Central Oregon. I have been a patient at THC for 6 years now and they have always treated me with love and respect every time. The quality of their Total Living Organic flowers is unsurpassed! The Orgone Extracts concentrates are the cleanest and strongest products I’ve ever tried and the Canna Gourmet infused foods are not only extremely medicating, but incredibly delicious as well. The vast selection of Flowers, extracts, concentrates and medibles is off the chart. I have never seen any shop that even comes close to having so many products to choose from. The Herb Center has everything you could ever want and more….
All I can say is if you have not had the pleasure of visiting The Herb Center you have been missing out on the finest quality cannabis products at less than half the price the other dispensaries in Bend are charging.

That was 3 years ago and to this day I still feel the same way only now I feel more like family…the herb center is staffed with warm hearted people know their meds and are willing to help/guide you in any way possible..when I say any way I mean it. First time in a dispensary, first time getting weed since it’s been legal. I didn’t know what to think going into the dispensary. I told the staff there I’ve never been in one and I didn’t know really what I was looking for. I told him I wanted to try it edible never tried one before and I was looking looking to start smoking a little bit to curb my anxiety and OCD tendencies. The staff there hooked me up with a Vape pen and some concentrate for it. This place is great I probably won’t ever go to a Nother one everyone there was very nice and helpful

My husband and I love going in here! We have visited most of the dispensaries in Bend now and are now very loyal to The Herb Center. All of the employees are extremely professional, knowledgeable and welcoming. They have a very wide variety of medication and a large selection of “medibles” as well. They always have an accurate suggestion based on your symptoms and I’ve never been disappointed with anything I’ve brought home from them.
The budtender’s did not know how to answer any of my questions and their products are mediocre. Prices are cheap but you definitely get what you pay for, and this is the crappy cheap stuff for sure.

I have been trying to branch out and go to more dispensaries but I always end up back here and would definitely consider myself a regular at this point. It feels like home but with more weed LOL. I love how many options there are and that you can either do the “express” side where everything is prepacked or get stuff weighed out. Most of the budtenders here are great but I do have a couple favorites who I think deserve a shout out on their own is izzy and kaleb and dax and sierra! Thanks for always knowing exactly what to prescribe to me guys!!

Love this place, I have been to a few of the places around Bend and The Herb Center is by far the best in Bend. They have the top of the shelf medicines, the staff is very helpful and friendly and the best prices I have seen yet. Keep up the great work, I will Definitely be back.
If I could give zero stars I would. First off, the prices listed are inaccurate. Not as advertised. Secondly, I come into pick up my order and they lady looks at me like I’m mental. Then she continues to pet some dog that is rested behind the counter. I’m not certain but almost positive that this is a violation off OLCC or some sort of food handling violation when you are selling edibles. Just because you work at a pot shop doesn’t mean you should be stoned while at work. I continued to wait for over 40 minutes and my order was NEVER filled. What the hell!? I get a text at 1145 saying my order is filled, show up, and guess what!?! It’s not. Then I wait wait wait. You guys owe me floor and 40 minutes of my regular hourly wage. What a waste. Didn’t even get product.

who work there are not only knowledgable about everything in there but friendly, spontaneous, and patient. Feels just like family every time I walk through the doors. There product is incredibly awesome every single thing they have I enjoy! Not only that the prices are low for how amazing the products are. I can’t find myself ever going any place else. Today was my first visit to this shop, and it was a pretty incredible expirence . The store was clean, and had a great selection. But what stood out the most was the amazing staff. I had my mother with me who is 80 years old and suffers terribly from parkinsons. She has been hesitant to medicate with cannabis. I have tried everything. By the end of our visit she was crying in the budtender, Charlottes arms… and came home with medicine she is not only comfortable with, but eager to try. Charlotte you performed nothing shy of a miricle today… my mother is resting peacefully.. I havent been able to say those words in a very long time. You prescribed a tincture that was not to strong, but allowed relief. We are so thankful for you. It is evidant that this is more then a paycheck for you. And i want you to know you instilled faith in not only my mother, but myself. Thankyou. From the bottom of my heart. I eagerly await our next visit. So does mom.

This is an awesome dispensary! Visiting Bend for Memorial Day weekend and decided to visit a couple dispensaries here and this was by far my favorite! Amazing prices and the girls there are awesome and helpful. Definitely would come back! Thanks guys

THC is my favorite dispensary in bend. They always remember my name!(without looking it up 🙂 haha) what also makes me happy to shop there is to know that they are involved in helping to fight cancer with cannabis.
I’ve been coming to the Herb Center for years, however I will be shopping elsewhere going forward. The staff was point-blank rude and gave the impression we were inconveniencing them by showing up. Couldn’t read the strain names on the jars so I asked to see and smell several strains, again inconveniencing the budtender apparently. The bud I looked at was all poor quality. Definitely not A, B or even C-sized nugs, more like leftover. I’m super disappointed.
The Herb Center has never let me down!! There edibles are amazing truly the only thing that helps me tolerate my back pain!!! A+++ to the woman in the kitchen!! Keep up the great work!
Jessi and Amanda: a couple of beautiful gals with a profound and solid knowledge of their product. Saw a customer behaving rudely and they handled it professionally and while offering great solutions. I was initiated in conversing immediately after entering. No wait time. I spent all the cash I had and the deals were great. Gave the rest as a tip for outstanding service. Keep up the good work
