Our goal is to create a positive experience for all of the customers that visit our shop and the neighborhood that we now call our home. They have top quality product at very reasonable prices, as well as an enormous selection of accessories.

Came in for Black Friday and had the same experience as Peggylynn65, obviously one of the gals I shared awkward glances with during the scene. It was incredibly unprofessional whether the young man was on or off the clock, Taylor was his name I believe. He was insulting a fellow employee for some reason and then made threats as he exited. This shop has great products; however, that can never be acceptable in any place of business. Particularly one that has customers right there.

Halloween and it was great. Everyone there was nice. I liked the amount of choices also. I was helped by Nico and it was great. He was patient and helpful on the concentrates….then even more patient when I spent way too long deciding on one gram of flower.

We just moved here and while Paradise Found isn’t the closest shop to us (there are three closer) it was the first we tried.
The atmosphere was great, the staff was so helpful, friendly, and the selection was top notch.
We tried two different strains based on recommendation and both were freaking fantastic.
We can confidently say we’ve found our home store, I can’t wait to go back.

This is the best dispensary- hands down. I didn’t know anything about concentrates and was given a good starter education by Nico the bartender. He knew his stuff and didn’t make me feel dumb for asking questions. The store is super clean and they have a really nice selection of flower and edibles. Check out the wax selection!!
My absolute favorite store. New to Portland and I’ve already found “my dispensary!” Came in and bought Platinum OG for my insomnia. (Amazing prices btw) I haven’t even finished my first bong bowl and my eyes are the heaviest they’ve been in weeks. Thank you so much for helping me!

very rarely do I find a dispensary employee knowledgeable in regards to anything other than which “bud” gets them stoned. For older folks who just like the medicinal effects; i.e. CBDs, we always appreciate a knowledgeable budtender. I was fortunate enough to wonder into this location and encounter KAT. Not only was she knowledagble, curtious ( rarethese days ) but she was able to actually sound like she knew what she was talking about. Much appreciated to you KAT for your assistance !
This place is my new favorite dispensary. Night is the best time to come into this place, the dynamic duo Nicky and Patience. With Nicky’s lovely smile presence glam and vibe and Patience’s hip personality they are both knowledgeable and brighten up the place when you are greeted by them. The staff was very knowledgeable. We told him what we looking for to help my wife with migraines and dude was a genius about the actual break down of bud and how to use it to make our experience better and take the headaches away. We have been to quite a few dispensaries and this one is BY FAR the best one and we will drive a little out of our way to go back.

The first time I stopped in I bought some white tahoe cookies. It was fire. The budtenders (2 females) were helpful and nice. They were knowledgeable and one of them even set me up for a future purchase.
I went back in a week later and had the exact opposite of a good visit..and I left empty handed. the budtender on duty had no idea what he was talking about.. just tried to push lame, low grade bud specials on me. He seemed unwilling to sell me what I asked for. Awkward experience.. wont deal with him again.

I have reviewed Paradise Found in the past, so this is more of a check-in. I stopped in first thing this morning to score some 420 deals. Once again, these people deliver!
Let’s get the discussion about product out of the way first. It’s always good, it’s always fresh, and they stand behind what they sell. Remember that last part, we’ll come back to it.
For me product is not what sets stores apart from each other. There is so much product out there, that finding quality shouldn’t be an issue – and I haven’t found it to be one.
What sets this place apart is the service. Everyone behind the counter seems to get that this is a retail business and that retail success has more to do with customer service than with anything else. Standing behind what you sell is part of that.
This morning, despite the 420 crowd, a delightful woman took the time to answer my questions, chat with me, and make me feel like I was the most important thing in her universe. And that is the hallmark of outstanding customer service. As long as they keep providing that level of service, I will keep coming back to Paradise Found.

I purchased an oz from them a few months ago and I have to say they have the best deals around! I live about 45min away and will always make the drive… so worth it! Their budtenders are amazing and their prices are second to none. Recommended to all my fellow stoners!
I’ve been coming to this spot since they opened and even though there are at least 4 other shops in the neighborhood, I only go here. Everything that could be good about a dispensary; service, quality, selection, price, atmosphere, parking – my favorite spot for sure. And their many different house pre-rolls are not garbage like a lot of places haha

Paradise is a great place
Heather helped my wife out with her pain in her hip and knees. Even though everyone is different with tropicals, it was good to know the basics in what helps with nerve pain as compared to muscle tension or headaches.
The staff are patient and have lots of great advice if you want it. They work hard so your visit is only as long as you want it to be.
Dr. Jolly’s honey is available here and it’s the best edibles product on the market.
Hands down the best in Portland. There’s not a better dispensary where I feel comfortable and their business practices are fair. Beautiful shop, so many great choices and options. It’s a one stop shop.

By far the cleanest and most spacious dispensary I have yet to go to with a helpful and friendly staff even as early in the morning as 8 am which is at least an hour earlier than most other shops. love the shop and will be returning soon to purchase more from them and plan to continue doing so.
I absolutely love this place! Best dispensary with KILLER DEALS ($100 on Oz’s and they are pretty dank!) ! The owner or boss man is super chill, and gives out great info on strains. Awesome setup with digital boards. Definitely will be coming back to this place. Highly recommended.

This is my favorite dispensary in Portland, followed by Serra downtown. As a retired 61-year-old retired Veteran. The personnel here remind me of good Japanese customer care. They care about you and your pleasure/medication. They are awesome!
The strains run the gamut from the popular Blue Dream to the legendary Matanuska Thunderfuck. Quality is always good, and if not they will suggest something better or cheaper. A smile and good service go a long way. These are NOT just yuppies trying to make a buck…they care.
Guess what gang? I am coming back to Portland. I finally received my disability and so will be returning to the American city I love. I have found a nice home with a bedroom in THE ALBERTA AREA! See you in about 3 weeks!

I’ve said something several times to the employees and there’s been nothing done about it but the accessible door button on the outside of the building hardly ever works unless you press it in really hard which a lot of disabled people including myself don’t have the strength for and when rolling through the doors there’s not enough room for chairs to get through and the doors routinely slam shut on my body and my wheelchair when trying to move through them. Please get it fixed and when a disabled person informs your able bodied employees that something isn’t actually ADA accessible please also tell them that it’s not their place to tell disabled people what’s actually accessible.

Really friendly people
I might update quality later to be 5 stars when I get more of their stuff. Really helpful staff. They spent a lot of time talking to me about different CBD products for use for PTSD. Very well-informed. The only reason I gave them a 4 star for atmosphere is because when I came in there was a poster in the hall with a really sexualized woman in it (which didn’t make me feel very welcome) and the music in the hall made me anxious. Still, inside the music was different and they were super helpful, and I know not everyone has the kind of reactions to sounds and images that I do. Altogether good place that seems like they care about helping people get what they need, and not just making money.
The product is delicious and well priced, the budtenders are legally compliant and slightly magical. Plus, theres this tiny suit of armor in the room so, if you’re stuck in line, you can imagine being a really, really short knight

So I wanted to really relax and enjoy some indica flower. Purple Hindu Kush and Blueberry Cream.. Heather the BT clued me into a fact concerning body high. Blueberry or any Berry enhances the body sensation. I’m late to the game, but learning through good customer service.
Super super disappointed. This is the 2nd time I’ve visited paradise found (PF). Again I walk away empty handed & time spent that I’ll never get back. I despise wasting time. It’s a reason why I always check the Leafly menus first so I can find the products I’m looking for before I drive to a dispensary. BOTH times the PF menu was outdated/changed suddenly & the product (or a close alternative) I specifically showed up to purchase was not available. Todays visit was even recommended by another PF staff member (currently off shift) since they knew the CBD cartridges I wanted were in stock. Staff seemed to brush it off like it wasn’t a big deal…saying “I’m all good.” Well no, I am not good. So I exited the building & walked directly back to my car to write this review. Some other dispensary will receive my future business. I doubt I’ll return for a third try. Now I get to begin my search again.

No pressure from the Budtenders to make a quick decision and go. Prices are good and there’s plenty of variety in product. I think this is the raddest store in our area. I knew I would one day be able to call myself a ‘regular’ somewhere. Who knew it would be a pot shop? I love these people. The employees are so nice but they all actually know what they are talking about. They have great recommendations and treat you lime gold. They are generous, fun, cool, and chill. Also, they sell the Orchid vape rig there and it is to tieeeeeght. Its like one puff is all you need. It feels like a dab. They have a good selection of strains for it now, too. Hit up dat Jack Herrrrr.

Love this place! Incredible staff, prices and product. Seriously nice and comfortable place to purchase cannabis. The layout is easy to shop, and the menu is laid out nicely with all the numbers/prices.
Only thing I wish… That you’d put the % levels on your Leafly menu in relation to cartridges. Not a major thing, just something I notice whenever I look at the Leafly menu.
Don’t get me wrong, this place rocks and is well worth the visit. You’ll become a regular.

This place is much like a paradise…. Found this gem on vacation and am very impressed by selection, cleanliness, and the workers, the workers are very knowledgeable and helped inform me on a variety of things I’m very pleased.

Designed from a former bank, this location is absolutely BEAUTIFUL. A super wide selection of many different strains, edibles, devices, accessories, etc. The staff is super friendly and patient (especially because of the looong list of available strains). One of my favorites, especially because of its convenient location and ample parking!

Went here a week or two ago because a co-worker queued me in on some 34% flower they had, so of course I had to check the place out. Kind of a confusing entrance, but other than that. my experience was great. The girls who work there are very friendly and more than willing to discuss the products with you, and help you decide what to buy. Other people have stated this as a negative, but I like that their flower seems to be more on the moist side. It keeps longer and doesn’t burn as harsh in my experience. My only suggestion for improvement would be to update their menu on this app so I can see the thc/cbd levels clearly on all strains. Its pretty common to see shops on Leafly that either write too long of descriptions so the levels are outside of the page border, or even some that don’t list them at all. Its not an issue for places I live near, but I live down in Tigard, so this place is a bit out of the way for me and I’d like to get a better idea of their current stock before making the trip. Other than that, I enjoyed everything about the place. I’ll definitely come back here if I get the chance. Maybe that glorious 34% flower will make an appearance again sometime soon? dY~%0
Just been in a few times. I’m new to all this (been living elsewhere for a few years) and each time I’ve visited here they’be been good at catching me up to speed with everything. And compared to the other shops I’ve been to, they had a good selection of non flower stuff (vape pens, papers, etc…)

A bit disappointed when it comes to the prices for recreational users. I stopped coming here awhile ago because of it, but in order to get medical prices for my mom, whom i support 100% financially, she has to be onsite and I understand OLCC is at fault for that, and I am not upset laws are being abided by, but it leaves me no choice but to go to Trees, a competitor. I can no longer afford the prices because they are too high. I can get the same buddies cartridge and the same flower for less than what you guys offer at trees at recreational price. My mom loves this place, because they work with her for her medical but they are not as willing to work with the recreational buyers.

We are so happy that we stumbled upon Paradise Found. First and foremost the service alone is reason enough to return. We have returned at least a dozen times now and every time the bud-tender knows the product well, especially due to their own experience(s). Our favorite tender would have to be Heather. I have a tough time if the flower is too harsh but yet I like it be strong as hell. Heather has been 100% on the money with her recommendations. She and everyone else nail it every time. My girl friend agrees as well that everything about this place is worth the visit.

Aesthetically and service wise – very nice and higher scale, top notch service. Great example of what all stores should strive and get to if you want to make it long term.
First time visit for me, and I’m sure I’ll be back. in my continuous search of great flower. The way the flower is displayed is simple and great. I do not like when other stores mix all the types in one display. Here the indica and sativa’s are in separate displays. A lot to chose from, and I kind of went overboard choosing more variety than I normally do. I felt bad for the budtender having to separate 5-7 different grams. I tried to pick different price points so I can see what’s up and go back and get more of what I liked. You know it’s a good place when I’m looking forward to my next visit 🙂
I smoked about 8 different strains… All was fire smoke… They were all top shelf bud…. My fav was dawgie treats and orange cookie… If I was a permanent resident of Portland this store would be my number 1 store…

Sold moist product. Staff was always answering the door instead of engaging me in a sale. Menu pricing was confusing with 10+ color combinations for pricing. Top shelf was not much different then bottom shelf. Nice room decor and feel.

I came in to this dispensary for the third time on Black Friday. Though the store staff is pretty nice, I did not like the yelling and cursing that was going on at the store,I felt uncomfortable. I don’t know the young man’s name but he was angry and yelling in front of everyone.That was the worst part. Other than that, the products were nicely organized and they had a good variety. My cashier was a real peach and tried to apologized for the chaos that day.
I have been to many places around the Portland area. Paradise Found is the best and its name says it all! Excellent customer service, excellent quality, excellent experience. If you haven’t yet been here I suggest you give them a visit. You won’t be disappointed.

This shop was very nice! Brought my family from out of state who loved it as well. Bright,clean and welcoming, this shop was a pleasure to visit. The menu was well displayed and easy to read and there was plenty to choose from. Staff was friendly and we even came back before the end of the family visit for more goodies.

My medical card came in the mail about 2 weeks ago, and last week was my first dispensary experience. Paradise found was so lowkey and very chill. The girl checked me in and was extremely friendly. This time was even better. The staff is so supportive and very non judgmental, which is very important to me. I told the woman helping me that I was having a shitty Sunday and at the end of checking me out, she gave me a hug and told me that everything was going to be okay. Hands down, out of the only few dispensaries that I’ve been to, this is my favorite and as far as I’m concerned, will stay my favorite. Will definitely want to work here when I’m 21! a$?i,dY
Always have a great stock of edible 1:1 options and cbd rich flower strains. Also the staff are always welcoming and super knowledgable! Hildur is always super helpful. I come in weekly.
Just stopped here after coming down to visit family and I feel pretty ripped off. I splurged a little and got a full gram cartridge. I was recommended a more expensive cartridge than what I planned to spend and what happens? Glass breaks in 2 different spots and the juice drains out through the mouth piece, leaving me out $40 and with no pot the next day. Hopefully your experience is better! Oh and the cartridges are Ionic White, I specifically bought the pineapple kind.

So I was on my to a friends for a party yesterday for the holiday. I wanna say thanks to y’all for being open on Turkey Day when y’all didn’t have to be and could be home with your families.
I picked up a pre-roll quick and easy. The lady that helped me was very knowledgeable and congenital. It was thoroughly impressed with store over all. Big, inviting and clean. I love that it had a very welcoming vibe. It seemed like all the customers were regulars and all of the staff knew who they were.
Shining example of how a customer service store should be ran. I live in inner city, but if I’m out in the area, I’ll definitely be stopping in again.

I’ve said it before, and I will continue to say it, THIS place is always worth the 45 minute one way Bus ride to get to. I have always been treated very well when I come in and EVERYONE who has ever waited on me here has been cool. Their merchadise is fairly priced and I <3 how fresh the flower always is. Today I was waited on by a delightful young man named NATE who was more than happy to help me find something within my budget. He also took the time to thoughly dicuss the merits of certain smoking accesories over others and answered ALL of my questions. I had a fabulous experience today, as I always do when I come here. Customer service is a way of life to this fine team. I honestly do not understand why anyone would want to shop anywhere else.
5 STAR establishment!!!! As the novelty of legalization wanes for us residents, it’s clear to me that this industry is fast becoming much more of a service offering than a good/commodity business. There’s no shortage of dispensaries in town so how does one differentiate? For me, it’s clear when I go into shops whether they value service or if they are simply trying to push their product. There’s nothing wrong with the latter, but when a shop stands out to me, it always because of their service. This place has all the hallmarks of a top-level shop so I’ll go through a few of those reasons here.
Location: for the Hazelwood/Gateway area, this is easily accessible between the two main one-ways that run Halsey and Weidler with entrances on both sides.
Curb appeal: Cool signage and it’s an old bank! I understand that they intend to establish the necessary permits to start using the drive-through at some point, certainly making it a unique spot among other shops. The outside is clean and well-lit with ample parking. There are entrances on both sides of the building making access simple.
Interior aesthetics: Good lighting with a simple entry point. There is ample space to accommodate many guests both while waiting and inside. Once inside it gets really COOL! They have large flatscreens up that show their offerings sorted by major strain (Indica, Sativa or hybrid), each strain has THC/CDB percentages listed as well as price by different quantities. So immediately you can start browsing for what you need even if all the bud-tenders happen to be busy at the moment. They also have a section for edibles, pre-rolled, paraphernalia and other supplies including but not limited to: glass, papers, pipes and a bunch of other swag.
Staff: The staff are TOP OF LINE. Super knowledgeable, super friendly, willing to help and talk as much about the strains as about anything else. They welcome you and check in even if they are all busy. It’s important to feel acknowledged in any service business so you know that even if more folks come in, you don’t have to worry about saving your spot so you’re up next. You can tell when you’re in any kind of business and the person selling to you uses the product as well, and stands behind it. They have an excellent sense of whether you need a deep explanation or just a quick stop-by, so you’re not sitting there saying aEURoeuh huhaEUR|. Uh huhaEUR|.. uh huhaEUR while they talk your ear off about how much they know (this isn’t a harsh on other places, but as service goes, this amounts to reading your customer and responding appropriately, a hallmark of any proper service establishment.) You can look, smell and scrutinize as much as you want. They know their shit, and it shows.
Ownership: The owner is a cool dude! Always there when I’ve been, super happy to be doing something he loves, willing to get to know you and happy to help. It’s clear he values his customers and wants feedback as well as offering a connection between the customer and the seller. Very personable and very appreciated! He remembers your face and is always welcoming.
Selection: Excellent. Bottom line. All nicely trimmed nugs, nice specimens throughout and they do an excellent job at picking out the choiceys just for you. Plenty of variety not only in number of strains, but difference in THC/CBD content. Part of the service side of this business is knowing that not everyone out there wants the highest percentage possible and to get stoned af all the time. We got jobs and shit to do and sometimes if you just need a good errand-running toke, something in the high percentage range is gonna kill your day. It’s important to cater to every type of customer and their selection speaks to that.
Bottom line: In a rapidly growing and ever evolving service-based industry, these folks are a clear stand out for me. I would go out of my way to shop here to make sure they enjoy a strong, healthy and long-lasting business, and feel like they have spot in our neighborhood. THANK YOU FOLKS for doing it RIGHT!

I always walk into dispensaries uncertain and super anxious but I was met with a pink haired guy who was gonna exceedingly helpful and had a calm voice which ultimately helped me calm down.
