I am lucky to be able to visit a lot of different dispensaries. There is a standard of business that is going to be set in this “budding” industry. PC is helping raise the bar of standards. The staff, product and knowledge is exceptional.

Well I’ve got to say that I was actually quite impressed. Very professional while still maintaining a relaxed stance. Right there to answer any questions or offer any help. Kind and easy going and for sure knew what they were doing. OH WOW the crumble I got was awesome…sticky and potent.
The meds are top quality. They have a great selection with donation suggestions to fit within anyone’s budget. Last but not least, the staff is top notch (friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile to meet the needs and requirements of their patients).

Great range of genetics. Extensive clone selection. Primarily from Green Pinky Farms, who put out some amazing flower. You can sample the flowers to see what you’d like to grow. Very nice and helpful staff.
Love these guys, always a great variety from budget to top shelf. They give regulars and locals great deals when available. So much better with no waiting room, the open door is way more welcoming.

Great place, I usually have no issues with this shop. This time I come in I’m looking at the clones an I can see powdery mildew on select clones. I noticed they were checked an verified less then a week ago but still have fungus on them. Like they were checked 3 days prior. It’s not a big deal it happens with lack of air flow an exhaust. But when I brought up one of the contaminated clones to show a budtender an he just blew it off and acted like it’s no problem an gave me excuses why it’s there. Sad they should just fix the problem

Picked up some Alien hand grenade, Large Marge, Courtside Jack, Cobra Kai, Lake Show Bx, and Face off OG clones 2 weeks ago. I am so impressed on how quick they are taking off. It’s only been 2 weeks in veg and they look like one month in veg. I am really thankful any greatly appreciative for all the help. You have a lifelong customer. This place has it all. They offer a nice selection of top shelf meds and their staff is professional and friendly. Their pricing is as competitive as you’ll find in Portland, plus they sweeten the deal with a 15% new patient discount and 10% discounts for Senior’s, Vets, SSI, etc. I’ll be back on free gram Friday.

this location sells bug infested clones….I now have root aphids. they also sell fire og clones which I recommend not buying because it has turned herm on me everytime at week 3 and ruined my entire crop. I called and complained, and nobody really cared. I wouldn’t shop at this dispensary to save my life.

Progressive collective… I think I may have just experienced my final visit… I saw their menu on leafly, and chased after their GSC which tested at 23% THC. Dan (who was actually really cool) showed me the GSC jar which had a variety of bud consistencies, and specifically requested he picked out the tighter, nicer looking nicer buds….. Welll, I just got home and once again, feel deceived by my purchase. If I could show you a picture, they aren’t the classic purple/dark green rock hard piston buds, that famous GSC usually represents. Instead, he got me the larfy, stemmy nugs… My favy! (Said no one ever). Anyways, if I would of seen the nugs he were weighing out, I would of said something immediately. Also, one of the buds I broke into has signs of molding… i’ve seen it before, but never from a dispensary. (If you don’t know what mold looks like, it looks like a tiny spider spun a few webs inside of your buds… I don’t know whether to call them for a refund, or just smoke the buds… I was going to take this bud on vacay, but may have to reconsider now. They’re supposed to be lab-testing to avoid this type of stuff. Please don’t deny it Progressive, I have photo evidence if you’d like to see.Overall, watch the budtender when they’re weighing out your product, so you know EXACTLY what the flowers are that you’re taking home.

1st-There’s something wrong with this flower. 2 small tokes of this and I was vomiting in about 20-30 minutes. Could taste something wrong. Filmy feeling in mouth, tingly lips and tongue. DON”T BUY THIS.
2nd- Poor visual quality, left over bottom pieces. When the lot is that low it should be made into pre-rolls. Paying $35 for an 1/8 you should get flower, not crumbs

Quality wasn’t anything special at this shop. Looked at several strains, loose buds, sticks and stems, etc. Their pricing / strain identification board was laid out horribly and confusing. People seemed nice but the young lady that helped me was clueless.
Clone prices—- definitely on the high side.
I never get oil. In the past. Picked up a gram of the BBXJ1 shatter today and I like it. A lot.
Also tried the Snoops Dream flower. Also great smell, great taste and a no problem high. Good smoke.

This place is still getting setup but the service and meds were great. I was going to try two strains but they don’t actually take cards, so I only tried one. There were sorry for the misunderstanding and let me sample the other strain and hooked me up with two fat pre rolls. Check them out, the lemon Larry og is very potent.

I went to progressive collectives yesterday. Where I tried the Louis 13 og, it was the most smoothest Og I’ve smoked hands down! It had a light earthy lemon taste with a strong Og after taste.definitely a stain that’s going to my smoking collections && due to progressive I know its always going to be top quality meds!!

I found this to be a small friendly shop where the flower was good quality, the concentrate was of wide selection, there was a larger than average selection of Edibles, and one could buy clones and seeds of strains I have actually heard of before. That’s why I went, cuz I wanted to see what they had. They also offer very nice discounts, and I was happy with the quality of
what I got.
I felt that as soon as I got through those doors, all was well. The employees there treat you with respect and dignity. They are very educated about every aspect of the strain including terpene breakdown and descriptions. I enjoyed my visit there and for your buck I can guarantee it’s the best place in Portland.
Overall, I had a great experience at today at the Progressive Collective. Olivia was knowledgeable and very helpful. As a Veteran, I definitely appreciate their service. I’m excited to make this shop one of my regular stops.

This is the first place I look when I want clones. Called ahead to check availability and spoke with Mark. He said it looked like they were out of what I was looking for. About an hour later I received a call back (he must have checked my caller id) saying he found my strain in the misc section. He then held the plants for us until we could get there. Once we arrived he also set us up with some sweet flower. The clones were beautiful also. Another good experience at Progressive. Been coming here for years and not one bad experience. We will be back.

Easy location. Really impressive deals. Better prices than many others, plus wide selection and excellent quality. Great waiting area with refreshments but don’t fasten your seat belt, because wait times are usually short to no wait at all. Friendly budtenders who know their trade can get you where you want to be.

BROAD MITES!!! Do not buy clones from this location. They are infested with broad mites. They will ruin your garden. I would avoid it completely if you are a grower. There clones are say inspected, but who ever is checking is isanely incompadent. Broad mites are one of the hardest pest to get rid of and you’ll be forced to completely tear down and start fresh or use extremely nasty and harmful insecticides. I’ll never set foot in there again.
Best selection in clones with most knowledge and preparation to help set up grow ops. Staff are amazing, informed and know their store from the heart. Best medible treats like the rice crispy treats 50 mg of THC only $3, and oil drenched kief wrapped caviar joints for $5 got my eyes poppin! Hope I’m in the area

Great selection. Some great uncommon strains as well as great more common strains.
Tiered pricing setup. I’ve tried everything other than the top tier (soon, though) and I haven’t been disappointed yet. Some of the best deals are the hidden gems in the cheaper tiers. The lower tier nugs might not have the look of a high times cover, but many are very flavorful with nice effects. Some of the middle tier and top tier could certainly make it into high times. I’m more about flavor than looks, this place has it all.
Combine the already good prices with the specials they offer and the points you earn towards future purchases, and it is very hard to beat the prices offered here with this kind of quality.
Employees are super laid back. I love that they don’t waste a bunch of time or cut up your nugs getting your flowers to the exact weight to the 100th of a gram. I’ve been to places that have slow moving lines because if your quarter weighs even 7.01 grams they tear up a nug to get it exactly to 7.00. At Progressive Collective they will not short you, but if the nugs they put onto the scale for your bag weigh a little over they don’t waste time fussing around with it. My wifes quarter weighed 7.3 a full 3 tenths of a gram over, most places are so anal they won’t go 3 hundredths over. Thank you Progressive Collective for not being nitpicky like some shops.
The shop is set up nice, beautiful clones, friendly staff, wide selection of great nugs, great prices, specials, reward points; what else could you ask for. One of my ‘go to’ dispensaries, I will be a lifelong customer.

I came here mostly because I heard about their clone selection and I was not disappointed. They had a multitude of strains to choose from and the person who helped me was very knowledgeable and friendly. The clone I bought came without disease or pests and is very healthy. I may be in Beaverton but this shop was worth the drive. I called ahead this evening to make sure I could get a quarter of some Sunset Sherbert. I mentioned I was in Beaverton but I was heading over. When I got there the guy I had talked to on the phone had a quarter of some great buds already waiting for me! Obviously great service and all of the staff were friendly. Buying a gram and it was .9 I don’t care if it off by just a 10th of a gram it’s the whole point of it it should be over by a 10th of a gram. that’s uncalled for, and its bad buisness period. Checked this place out a couple of weeks ago. Staff was friendly and helpful from the start. The place is brightly lit and roomy. They’ve got a nice array of flowers all very well grown. They’ve also got a very nice range of concentrates, from BHO/PHOs to solvent-less ice wax and CO2 extractions. I particularly noticed the pride in which Roger tends to the clone starts they offer, and he was ready to offer tips in properly raising the starts at home. They really appear interested in matching the patient with the best strain for their ailment(s). A good experience overall. Keep it up guys.

I have been coming here for a couple years. Not as often as I should do to me living out in Gresham but when I do come in I get great service and great bud. First time I went in these guys hooked me up fat. I bought some clones last July and they are looking fantastic. Lots of people at the time were commenting about how the clones were not good but I say they didn’t know how to take care of them. My plants are 5 feet tall never once saw a bug on them, or any sign of disease. Top notch work guys, keep it up.

I went into Progressive Collective today to pick up some medication and during my visit not only was the staff very helpful with what meds to pick out but the quality was top shelf. I will definitely go back and visit them again for any medication needs in the future.

I loved the quality of meds that are available. The meds the guys suggested were awesome!! The guys were awesome and so helpful!! I had spent some time reading about the different strains and choosing what I had wanted before I went in an I walked out with totally different medicines than what I had originally thought I would be buying. Their sign for the building isn’t up yet and I don’t know that area of portland too well so just know it’s on the corner by the street. Said they will be putting up signs next week. I went an hour before closing and the door was locked so just wait by the door so they can let you in. Happy customer!! The place was simple and wasn’t sketchy and I just felt so comfortable when I was there. Will be back for sure!! Again great quality meds, chill place, awesome guys!

Top shelf bud at a great price and usually a vet discount or an industry discount to sweeten the deal. Budtenders are knowledgeable & down to earth. This is my favorite shop in all of PDX.
This used to be my #1 spot for clones. I’d get 3-4 ounces per plant. Plus, the bud tenders are friendly and helpful. But the last two harvests, I can’t get even 1 ounce between two plants. Nothing has changed about my setup. One of my clones even died when I brought it home, before transplanting it. I have deduced that PC’s grower is intentionally selling low yield and low quality clones to increase profits.
For the cost of clones, plus hundreds of dollars on electricity, this isn’t worth it. I’m never buying clones from them again.
This place is great; first place I’ve ever seen that have daily specials, including a special if you’re local too. The staff is great, super helpful and all around patient; Oliver was super informative and very courteous. Probably the best place I have been to in PDX. Also, I love their point system because you don’t have to carry a card to keep track of your points, which can be accumulated for discounts.

They had a large selection, but after only looking at a few i could see, thrips and spider mite damage over lots of clones, when i pointed it out to the guy working at this place he didn’t care one bit, was not even interested in looking at them? I have stopped by Progressive Collective twice to pick up clones. Both times, I have found a good variety to choose from. The two that I picked up, did extremely well and I was happy with the result. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, and did not rush me at all. Their display area was clean and open, and they had a nice variety of nicely displayed flowers. Although a little “out of the way”, they are definitely worth a visit!

Dear Reader, I have been growing and for over 25 years, and smoking even longer… That being said, a dispensary, that will remain anonymous in THIS posting, sold me 2-3 plants that were infested with some brand new variety of Martian Spider Mites, (no doubt Genetically Modified by the government), and the flowering room was lost to the infestation. That being said, other than the constant gamble of procuring proper legit genetics, now I knew, from this experience, that I must also fear tainted, insect ridden clones on the market. I called around and eventually spoke to one particular grower, who is also about to open a store and seed bank, with over 200 strains. I figured he’d know where to go to find some plants to replace my garden. Problem is I was looking for something very specific, and very hard to come by: 3-4 clones that were as legally mature as possible (as I already had a veg room going, I just need to fill the flowering room vacancy with some girls I could turn immediately.) I also have a very specific list of plant that I will grow. Well I took dude’s advice and called Progressive. This after just getting off the phone with the dispensary a few blocks up the street from Progressive, who told me that they had some rather young clones, more like clippings, and all 3 of them were a particular strain I, personally, would’t waste any time growing.
Got on the phone with Progressive, and by the time their rep in the back room finished reading their list of genetics, I was out the door and headed to Burnside. Again don’t judge a book by it’s cover, cause I work at a dispensary off Powell, and it looks like a dispensary you’d find on Powell, BUT… Progressive was like an oasis from the mess and noise of Burnside. Yes the Max was passing as I opened their doors, but the atmosphere soon cancelled it out and I was swept inside. The Owner/Manager who was relaxing in front of the large flatscreen, smiled and let me into his playground. I saw 4 shelves of plants, most of which were at least 4-7inches, and firmly rooted, and happily healthy. I surveyed each and every plant, even some I wasn’t interested in (mostly to compare strains, as Progressive utilizes a collective format with local growers, so you will see a variety of certain strains). I left with 3 beautiful plants: Strawberry/Rhino, Berner’s cut Girl Scout Cookie, & Cookie Dough. In addition, I checked out all of their meds, and found to my amazement, that not only was his selection of flower, oils, tinctures, medibles, and topical was outstanding, BUT his donation prices were very competitive. One item in particular, that I purchase on a weekly if not more frequent basis , was $15 cheaper at Progressive. So that being said, I will happily go a couple extra blocks to enjoy the surroundings, knowledge, professionalism, and hospitality I was shown at Progressive Collective. I will be back!

The only thing that might keep me from coming back is that when I left this place someone from the neighboring business was like in my face asking if I was getting meds and medicating at this place of business and took down my license plate number.. On my next visit I will take the max to avoid this situation in the future. Great meds!

Went during business hours, rang the bell twice, no one around. Another lazy shop in town that has no business sense. You’d never go to a legit pharmacy during business hours to find no one around. Or a liquor store. But when it comes to cannabis, it’s like folks are too busy chilling and sampling to remember that there are customers and PATIENTS to serve.
I found some really tastybl strains here that Def belong on the top shelf. they need to bring pricing down to reality though. I paid higher than black market prices and only came back for more because it was delicious. only real issue I have had here is I bought a clone of agent orange last spring and it turned out to be a stunter. I paid 35 bucks and three it in the backyard with a few clones I got from a friend. the AO came out crappy cuz it was stunted so compared to my other plants it wasn’t worth smoking. it’s still hanging in my closet. I’ll prob go hand it out to homeless people or something. prog col is still worth checking out for well grown flavors though.

This hidden gem is not to be missed! Great customer service from Ty and Roger, who are kind, patient, and knowledgeable. PC has the most beautiful shatter I’ve ever seen! Amber colored glass that looks (almost) too pretty to use. 🙂 The flowers are top quality, too–fantastic buds full of crystals, and all are potent (high THC content)! This dispensary gives great discounts, especially to first time visitors. I enjoyed a blast from the past with some killer White Widow, and I found a new friend in the fabulous Lemon Larry! PC is highly recommended; I know for sure I’ll be returning for Free Gram Friday! 🙂

Great selection of meds! Knowledgeable and friendly staff! Came for Lunchbox Alchemy’s PHO, as it is non existant in Eugene or Corvallis, and left SATISFIED. Had to ask to see concentrates though, so do your research becoming. Lackingng proper interior. Awkward entrance/intake for the two budtenders were also the receptionist. I forgot to ask who they test with but one strain was labeled at over 30%thc and another was “mislabeled” at 21%, according to the budtender, in which he claimed it to be “closer to 30%”. May be intimidating to new comers. Will be back for Lunchbox PHO

What a waste of time and money. Thanks for the broad mites that came complimentary with my purchase of a clone of Gorilla glue #4. Maybe instead of just stating that you have certified inspectors and make no guarantees of bug free plants you should just be straight up with people and tell them they’re 99.9% likely to be buying a mite infested plant. Y’all should buy some 100x loops for your employees to see the bugs for themselves and then take some steps to eradicate the issue(s) and sell clean, bug free clones. Now I get to start all over again, such a shame.

I travel over 60 miles just to come to this place for the clones and the meds .the people are friendly and the meds are great I wish the donation prices were alil more affordable for someone on a tight budge like myself but over all a great place to go and I would definitely recommend this place to friends and fellow patients.

Love the location because it is very close to home… Parking is usualy nice and easy unlike alot of other locations… The budtenders are super cool friendly people! Never have any problems having to wait in lobby. Usualy in and out… Great selection of clones!!!!

Great establishment and very knowledgable staff! Super clean and rare genetics they carry. I picked up Bruce Banner #3 and J1s! I came here about 4 months ago and picked up Bruce Banner #3 and J1s also. I grew them out but never cut clones. They were by far some of the best flowers I’ve grown! Thank you so much guys for bringing it back! I was super excited. I’ll definitely be back for more of your awesome cuts!

Hidden gem for sure look for the frosted glass. Well worth finding the staff was very helpful And knowledgeable. Suggested donations are great and they have all kinds of deals and prizes. Will definitely be shopping here again.

I go to this dispensary pretty exclusively and the staff are very friendly and helpful and the product is high quality. The one budtender Oliver is very knowledgeable and he always takes his time to answer my questions and this really means a lot to me. I really appreciate the specials too.

Cherry Pie clones had broad mite eggs all over them. I know everyone in PDX has ’em, but damn, I would not run them through my dispensary. 100x loop is all it takes.
got a purple Hindu kush cartridge from them (co2 co.) which was good. took them a minute to help me but once helped I was good. got $5 off for being a first time patient. They could use some art on their walls!
Spacious and friendly staffs, though its location is a little hard to find for first-timers.
weird one person wrote up their experience about bad clones and 3 days later somebody else supposedly came in to buy clones aswell. kinda strange if I didn’t think that was advertisement from progressive collective.
Because honestly if this person came in 3 days ago to purchase clones for this outdoor crop and they are the best in his stock I’m confused. being an outdoor grower must be nice to be able to tell your plants not to flower when that’s what mother nature is doing.
And if this is you stating that your happy with clones you purchased beginning of spring (like what makes sense then) why did you wait over 3 months? Pretty sure I can see how the OMMP “pot shop” is going and I understand why the medical is being taken away from true patients…
