First time in and greet customer service and nothing but gassssssss
I love Caspers!! It’s the only place I will go in Eugene because of the all around quality! Service, Product, Atmoshpere is A+
When we found out that Casper’s was going to open next to Barry’s Cafe, located deep with in the University of Oregon’s campus, we were very excited to be able to get meds so conveniently. Then when they finally opened and the hours were posted, we became even more stoked. This shop closes at midnight from Thursday through Saturday. Finally there is a “Pot Shop” that we can go to if we run out of meds after 10pm. When the Picky Patient crew finally had a chance to visit Casper’s I was a little disappointed in my first experience. First off, the waiting room was very small and cold. If I owned this shop, I would invest in a small space heater to warm the room up. Second, their packaging is pre packaged, and this does not work for me. Cannabis does not cure well in mylar packaging. The Picky Patient crew has a golden rule, If we can’t see it weighed in front of us, we do not make a purchase. I was very disappointed due to the fact that I did not get to sample any of the amazing flower that I saw. That Alien OG looked like some fire. But we don’t break our rules, (even if the bud looks like it’s glowing with terpenes), so we settled for a pre roll that was assured to us,that it was rolled with “all” bud. Well we were mis led. The pre roll tasted like stale leaf, and the joint did not get anyone who smoked it with us medicated or stoned. I am still going to recommend this shop because this shop is brand new and they are still figuring out how to make all of us picky customers happy. The Cannabis in this shop all looked fantastic so we hope that the next time we stop by, there will be the option of glass or plastic containers for the customer.

Stopped by caspers today was surprised that they were paying sales tax them selves took advantage of it and got a quarter of alien og which was the bud tenders recommended choice for me based on the info I provided. Will be back soon flower is on point and so is the service

Great strain choices and Knowlegable staff….I LOVE NO TAX!
Great bud, prices on their Leafly menu are accurate and are competitive with any dispensary in Springfield or Eugene, and the guys go the extra mile for you. Today they saw I arrived before opening, let me in a few minutes early, and got me out quickly enough to catch the Dads Gate EmX that arrived 5 min after they were supposed to open (12:05 on Sunday). Anybody who rides the buses on Subday knows how huge this was. Top notch effort guys, you have a new lifetime customer.
I love Casper’s! I’d say my faves are even ties between here and somewhere else. But no one can beat Casper’s prices. There is something for every budget!

Let me get to the point their prices and how they absorb the sales tax us really consumer first thinking on their part. They sell quality product. Budtenders are really friendly. The location is wheelchair friendly (although it is small and narrow but there is a section you can turnaround in if you have a power wheelchair like me). I will definitely be back.

You always know what you’re going to get when you come into Casper’s: a welcoming environment, knowledgeable experts, and an overall great experience. I’ve been coming to Casper’s basically since they opened shop and always look forward to a weekly visit (or two). Myron is especially awesome to deal with. He’s always friendly, updating you on new product, and giving amazing recommendations. Don’t let the size of the shop fool you; they have a very wide variety of strains and a great list of pre-rolls. Casper’s extremely convenient location is just an added bonus. Definitely make a stop in if you haven’t done so yet!

They are knowledgeable, helpful, and encouraging staff. Wether it’s your first time or 4th time this week, the service here light up with joy every time. Those joint of the day pre- are simple and perfect for a grab and go situation. If someone ever gives you advice, on anything about Casper Cannabis Club, follow it. Cause I know it’s something good about this dispensary.
Great option for UO students. I go to Casper’s regularly for their hash cartridge selection. Great deals on herbs and prerolls too!
Such a convenient location. I’m new to weed so when I come in I usually just want a $10-$12 gram and I’m never encouraged to spend more than that unlike a place I’ve been to in Portland. The employees are all so nice, positive, and welcoming, even to newbies. They give me a little lesson about the kind of strain I’m buying and what I should expect from the high, which I really appreciate. Some say true intimate/personal customer service is dead, but definitely not here.

Pretty good buds and prices. Been here a lot and a fan of their pre rolls and the fact it’s close to campus.
My only gripe is the packaging on grams is in a pre packed zipbag. Bit small on the inside and can get crowded but it’s a good place to visit in a pinch.
This place is the bomb. Quality bud, knowledgeable staff and great prices. They have crazy 4/20 sales and I’ll be back to take advantage of their services. Definitely check them out.

Extremely satisfied with my experience. Chill, knowledgeable budtenders, good pricing (no tax thru January!), nice selection and top shelf product. Bought an eighth of Blue Dream that was straight fire (over 28% THC) and an eighth of an indica hybrid (I forget the name) that’s great for sleep. Would definitely go their again!

Though the establishment is small, the people here are well articulate, welcoming, prompt and courteous. They know their products and can help you find what you need. They are growing very fast because they absorb the tax and don’t make their customers pay it. I consider this a really critical point to make. This is the number one place to go.

The budtenders were polite and knowledgeable and the flowers top notch.
They may be a bit on the small side but they always have good bud at fair prices. Them absorbing the tax is always a nice kicker, and recently with ‘caspers stash’ grade they have a nice selextion of bud at varying prices. Also anybody looked to get ripped i reccommend one of their 1/8 joints, a challenge to finish but guaranteed to knock you on your ass!

This little “hole-in-the-wall” storefront is amazing and rather helpful. I appreciated their assistance in understanding the menu and their recommendations for what would help me the most based on my preferences. I love that the menu has a real flat rate for their products. I’d recommend Casper’s to anyone in the area or traveling through!

This dispensary is awesome. I visited Casper’s for the first time Feb.29,2016 at 1:30 in the afternoon.The location is right near the University there was no crowd and it was a very pleasant place to shop for medicine. These People are very engaging and enthusiastic. They offer a custom made giant party joint.The staff was able to recommend strains and products for me like a pharmacist they made me feel cared about. Its great to shop where the sales people are also “medical” card holders. WOW, I was blown away by the bubble gum joint and they have yummy cherry squib medibles too. Casper’s is convenient to me because it is close to the campus. Thank you everyone at Caspers for giving me a fun shopping experience.
Close, convenient location to campus while having reasonable prices. All prices and deals were clearly labeled and organized with color coordination so there’s no confusion for the customer. Every day there’s a no deal which actually makes me love being a regular here. All strains were presented right as you enter in clear boxes that allow to smell and inspect what you’re buying instead of reading it off of a paper and making a blind decision. Overall, Casper’s has a wide variety of strains, concentrates, edibles, and lastly, deals that no other dispensary could match. I would recommend this to friends and will come back a third and fourth time.

$55 quarter was pocketed with seed shells (seeds removed and sold separately… On site.. Seriously?) – the flower looked like swiss cheese. Showed obvious signs of over curing (likely used descendants) and was ex harsh. Effect was almost nonexistent. Screw a refund, bud of this quality should’ve never ended up on a dispensary shelf, let alone for $55 a quarter. TLDR; Even for a rec dispensary, quality is very low.

As a rec consumer I shop regularly at Casper’s, and besides the cool staff/good prices/awesome location, one thing I really love about this place is its desire to make things easy and fun when I go shopping.
Want to get a party joint? I can go down there and buy an 1/8th-sized joint, proportionally priced. I can go down a buy a bake bag if I get there at the right time: freshly ground bud perfect for baking. And since the dispensary absorbs the tax from the state, even if they charge a bit more for putting that stuff together for me, it still comes out a bit cheaper than at other dispensaries.

I liked the location right there on campus. It’s tucked away right off the main path. One of the smaller places I’ve been to in town. Not much room inside for a lot of people. Other wise, staff knew what was good. Made for a personable experience. I like to try different places pre rolls and this place had one that knocked me down a few steps. I’m even a daily smoker. My goto spot for weed in Eugene. Best and most down to Earth staff out of all the dispensaries I’ve visited, and if you have any questions about a product they are more than willing to help you pick something out. Always seem to have some good deals and specials going on. Only drawback (right now), is the tiny size, but don’t let that stop you from checking this place out as their buds are always top quality for the lowest “tax free” price (they absorb the tax – so the listed price is what it is). I also hear they are expanding so there’s no reason not to start making this a weed stop when you are in the University District. I say check them out!
this place is by far the best shop i’ve been in to. decided to buy a pen for the first time. i was super excited upon the first few days ripping through the cartridge when the next morning i wasn’t able to get a hit, and i still had plenty of oil left. so i went on in to the #1 dispensary in EUG and they refunded me an oil cartridge and a new THCLEAR battery. now my pen works better than ever. thanks yo’s!
Bought a pre-roll of Blue Dream and a couple pre-rolls of something called Trainwreck Ambrosia (had never heard of it before). Joints were packed great, smoked easy. Nice, laid-back atmosphere in the store, my budtender(sorry, I forgot your name!) was super helpful with his recommendations.

This is my new go to dispensary in Eugene. Not only is the staff amazingly friendly, the entire atmosphere of the shop isn’t your typical in your face with weedaboos. It’s small, minimalistic, and straight to the point which I find incredibly refreshing. I love the fact that they have joint of the days and that I can grab a fat $5-$10 joint on my way home from class virtually whenever. Couldn’t be more happy to support this tax free doobie shop!

I think this is my new favorite dispensary. It is a hole in the wall but it is still a chill, professional atmosphere. My favorite thing is that they absorb the state tax so the prices stay even and are actually some of the lowest I have seen. It is nice to see what you are actually paying. Yes I could do the math, but hey I am lazy and like I said, they still manage to have the lowest prices with tax included which is just awesome. Plus their ATM has only a 1.75 fee, which is a nice convenience if you don’t have cash. They don’t have the largest selection of flower, but what they have is all really good, even at $25 an eighth. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. This is my new regular spot now! Check it out!

When Weed became legal in Oregon, i shopped all around Eugene. I wanted a place that sold good tree, had a good variety and made me feel welcome. After 6 or so places i stopped looking after Caspers. The guys there(and occasional lady) are very chill and know their weed. They always make me their number one priority and try to entertain/host. The room isn’t huge nor is their entrance amazing, but its the people in side that make me come back time and time again. They care about me and the weed i smoke, which makes for a great buying experience.

Great location within feet of UO campus with a good variety. Not as many strains as some places I go but these guys have all their bases covered, high THC, lower THC, and CBDs they have it all. I love stopping by after school for a low priced pre roll!

So I stopped in Casper’s today mostly because they have no tax on their nugs so I had to eventually stop in. Very small place with a very small selection of strains. Pre packaged weed is different for me for sure compared to other dispensaries where they are in jars and weighted in front of you. Nice and helpful staff…quick in and out process and a easy colored coated price system. Sample smell jars isn’t a horrible idea…works for sure. Would stop in again for sure to try there prerolls. If tax was applied here I am not %100 sure I would return.
I’ve been having health problems that have been limiting how far I can walk so I mainly just stopped here because it was right by campus. The inside was much smaller than I expected. There’s an ATM and their fee is cheaper than anywhere else I’ve seen in town both in and outside of dispensaries. The fact that they don’t charge tax is soooo nice and the main reason I’ll be returning. My last and first visit, the guy didn’t give me the correct change so I got ripped off by like $5 but it was still cheaper than my regular dispensary, which is why I’m returning. I got Sour Apple and loved it.

I have been coming here since the first week they opened. They have been so warm, kind and incredibly knowledgable about all of their products. I have always been impressed with the quality of service and time they spend with all of their customers. They really want to know YOU! They want to know what you like and what you need.

This place is awesome! They actually do incur the tax prices, so the buds here are about the same price you would pay somewhere else without tax. I’ve been coming to Casper’s ever since I turned 21 and I will never go anywhere else haha. The service is amazing, I genuinely feel that the employees want to give you the best product, not make a profit by up selling the expensive strains. I always say what my plans are so as to pick the strain that would make those activities the best. When I went to see Dr. Strange, I was recommended the Plushberry because it helps you focus and I had an amazing time.

So, Casper’s was the first cannabis shop I have visited, and I have to say, it was a great introduction to the industry. Not only were the staff extremely knowledgeable about their trade, but they took the time to answer each of my questions personally and make me feel at home. Will definitely be my main shop.
I heard about a dispensary that was not “taxing” 25% like all the other places in town so I had to check it out. The location is right on campus which is nice and the prices were palatable. Good customer service however very cramped. (They had recently opened so I can dig.) Not much in the Medical side there, hopefully they can expand unless they are going to be strictly recreational. They had amazing looking samples and the purchased product came prepackaged. It looked a little less purple then the Jager sample I looked at but still chronic. The smoke was a little dry but was worth it!!! Good job guys and gals keep up the spreading of medicinal happiness.

I love this dispensary. Budtender helped me out and knew all about the cartridges I was looking at. It’s small but I hear they are remodeling the old Barry’s deli and moving in there right next door! So. Awesome. Good for them. Nice folks, great selection and no tax. What more could you want?

My 1st time was the last time i go here! I was hoping this place would be cool but the location is the worst same with the parking and the $35 1/4 are trash! I Wouldn’t pay even $4 a gram for what i got its sum bs how ppl give this place 5 stars… probably college students seeing how its right next door lmao!

Very friendly staff, completely willing to talk as long or as briefly as I’d like to, about the weed I’m buying and it’s possible effects. Very knowledgeable when it came to metabolism of THC and CBD, they had a thorough explanation for any question I asked.

First of all, the staff is amazing. they’re knowledgeable and friendly. secondly, they have great options to fit your needs. if you want top shelf, they’ve got some dank. if you’re on a budget, there’s weed for that too. your high is gonna reflect what you spend so I suggest getting the good stuff.
Awesome location, right next to campus gives me the ability to buy rec conveniently on my way home. Great staff and selection as well! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and they make the purchasing experience mellow and relaxing. They also have a great variety of flower selection that’s organized and easy to compare. The ability to look at and smell the product with the bud bars is one of the coolest things I’ve seen at any dispensary!

I have two places I go to and that just depends on which is more efficient to stop by. However, Caspers will always be my favorite in regards to the friendly atmosphere, quality flower, and overall genuine positive appeal. One f the best perks of Caspers is that they absorb the tax so that you don’t have to pay it. They really do have you, their customer, in mind. They’d rather you enjoy tax free quality flower and come again than to maximize their own profits. Also they give you, their customer, options. If you’re on a budget they have something for you. If you have a higher budget, they have that for you too. Caspers is definitely the place to go, especially since it’s so conveniently located at the heart of student territory!
My favorite quick-stop for what I need, such a competent staff! On a recent visit, I told Courtney that I hadn’t been feeling well and what my particular symptoms were, and she immediately recommended a strain pairing that reduced my pain immediately. She, along with Mairon, Jordan, and the rest of the crew, clearly knows the medical needs of the clientele. Thank you!

I absolutely loved this place. The two folks I interacted with were clearly knowledgeable about genetics and effects, but even more importantly, they weren’t arrogant bros about it. They instantly recognized I wasn’t a novice and therefore talked to me like an informed person. They weren’t pressuring in their sales. They were just really great people. I wish I hadn’t waited so long to stumble into this place. I will be a frequent shopper for sure. I wish I could give specific thanks to the employees who helped me. I know one person was named Myron. I didn’t get the other guy’s name but he had a ponytail and worked on Sunday. and another person who’s name I didn’t catch. This is a They both deserve a pat on the back. This was one of the best weed buying experiences I’ve had…and I’ve had A LOT.

I swear every time I come in this place (as like a last minute rush) I always end up promising myself to never come back! The staff has no clue what they are selling to you and will tell you just about anything. The first time they sold me dab pen cartridges when I asked for a sheet of dab and told me that it was only new cool packaging… It had been a while sense the last time so I thought it’s literally just dab how can they mess up right. I read the packaging and it said snap and pull, they said oh yeah you can hold it and pull off pieces, that was so not true when straight home and placed it in the freezer and still could not touch or even come close to pulling pieces of it off. Honestly, the dab was on every single side of the sheet o paper, it is smokeable just I feel like half the product I bought was wasted on the page, and a worker lied to me. Wish the staff knew what they were doing or selling.

I use to buy here a lot being it was close to campus and tax free. Used to have good staff and good flower but they have hired horrible new staff who can’t even recognize a government issued id. I suggest looking elsewhere you can easily find better deals and better staff nearby. Never going again.
It’s a small shop but it packs good deals and good herb. If you’re on campus, this is the spot for a quick pre roll or something. Staff knows what they’re talking about.

First of all id like to preface this by saying you can get a far better variety of more fire strains right across the street at Eugene Og , which i plan on doing from now on. I have never in my life felt more disrespected as a loyal customer than i have by the staff down at Caspers. Heavily recommend anybody thinking of going to check out the inside of Eugene OG if you dont believe me literally walk into both stores and look around because not only do they sell better stuff they just overall have a bigger and better store. NEVER BUYING HERE AGAIN. not going to lie they have some decent deals at Caspers but the service was just too bad to ignore

The bud here is always top quality, even when they were selling cheap 1/8ths for 4/20! The budtenders are always friendly, attentive, and try to highlight the best deals available. I don’t bother going anywhere else; I know Casper’s is always going to have the trees I want.

Absolutely the best prices in Lane County and quality is superb. Tenders are very friendly and knowledgeable. I will be back again and again. I’m a tad claustrophobic and the size of the building made me a little nervous hence the 3/5 for atmosphere but this is not a place you want to pass up! A must visit for anyone tired of paying almost twice street prices at dispensaries.

“We absorb the tax” what a joke, you just raised the prices to include the tax. I dont know who y’all are trying to fool – the consumer is still the one paying for the tax, all you’re doing is misleading the customers.
They have the widest clone selection in the area. You can have up to four plants recreationally and you just place your order and it gets delivered within 3 days.
Small store, but within that the selection is great. Staff is always friendly and meets you at your level with great advice and a wide knowledge base.
I love this little soon to be big place! On my last visit, I was told they are in the process of expanding into the building next door. So happy to hear that. This place has a good selection great service and great prices. Also, tax free flower is awesome! Every time I come in the people are so friendly and willing to help in any way. I left with the impression, that the staff did not know much about the medical side of things. They seemed knowledgeable enough about the strains, but it was clear that they are more used to interacting with the recreational customers.
The prices and selection for the medical and the recreational seemed to be the same. A little high for someone who is used to medical prices.
Overall this isn’t a bad spot. I might go in again, if I’m in that neighborhood, but I would not go out of my way to go there.
