This place has a great location and a wonderful staff! Good deals and good quality meds! I really like that you can bring in your clean and empty medicine bottles, in trade for meds. That’s always handy for recycling the bottles as well as being able to get meds, when you’re broke and in need. Keep up the good work!!
I went and the staff was so helpful. I knew nothing about edibles or about ingesting instead of smoking and they set me up. I am so happy I went thank you. I will be back.

Today I made a visit to my favorite dispensary in town to buy my wife some “flowers” and I noticed something was off. I continued to browse until it dawned on me “Alexa” was gone. What happened to the place that made you feel comfortable. We can all go to any lame dispensary. But we want the one we have come to know with a warm welcoming atmosphere.

I went into Going Green not knowing what to expect. The two girls that greeted me were friendly, knowledgeable and very caring. The location was beautiful and inviting and the products were were wonderful. I will definitely return and tell all of my friends about them
today was my first visit, it looks like a great place to get medicine, even the name is catchy, but I was highly disappointed when learning that organic is not a standard for this facility. Wow really? I didn’t even want my free joint. I actually left it there, maybe someone without as high of standards for medicine will enjoy it.

I love going there. Customer service is always great. They move as quick as they can to reduce waiting time. Quite knowledgeable about their products. I think the medibles are good, but a little over priced for the amount you get sometimes. overall, I love this club and would suggest you at least go take a peak.

Going Green Albany is a fantastic location for a wide canon of flower, edibles and extracts. I went in today seeking a deal I seen on Leafly. They no longer had the flower and were updating Leafly as I walked in. I asked to see ‘like’ kinds of flower with the same deal. Going Green Albany went above and beyond to help. I ended up with 2 hybrids, 1 Sativa dominant and 1 Indica dominant for the same price. as the deal I came for. Great customer service!

I love all the people that work there. You have a great staff and that’s what keeps me coming. They always make me feel welcome and they usually recommend good bud.
HOWEVER, the one thing I’ve learned is to stay away from your bottom shelf selections. Your $5 prerolls are rash and I couldn’t even get halfway thru the joint. Trust your gut when it comes to the bud, if it doesn’t look good quality don’t get it even if they tell you it’s good!

I have been here numerous times. The quality is very good. And Usually the service as well. However this time when I was in, I waited about 15 minutes at the front counter and was not helped. So I left. They weren’t even that busy. I will give this location a few more try’s. If the service is anything like this again, I will find somewhere else.
Welcoming, knowledgeable staff with good recommendations for strains to try based on what I mentioned I liked. Quick to offer product to smell, something a lot of other places don’t do by default. I waited to review until after I had a chance to evaluate the product I brought home, and can say that I am impressed all around!

Pretty chill place. Was welcomed to the “family” on my first visit. I’ve only tried one of their flower strains but it was worth the price. Will def be going back to try other flower. Looks like they have good pricing and quality. The staff was super friendly and seemed knowledgeable.

i go here all the time. although just recently I noticed the thc % isn’t shown on leafly for this dispensary anymore which is a bummer for me as I’m a daily toker and need the strains I get to be over 20%. overall though, Sandy is awesome, she’s always so friendly and courteous. definitely recommend this dispensary.

I absolutely love this place. Vibe and the info. Friendly and interested staff. Feels like my local pub when I was in the U.K. Had a bad interaction with a budtender last trip. I didn’t want to scathe them online for this, I informed the management and they were incredibly respectful. They Made it right, though a simple apology would have been fine. Irrespective of the nature of the issue they treated me like VIP.

Going Green Albany is a very good dispensary. I have been to a number of dispensaries, and I continue to go back to this place. Sometimes the wait can be a bit long because of computer illiterate employees (I would make a better employee, BTW if you’re looking, email me), but other than that they are good. Meds are good and prices are right on with other dispensaries. This is a quality establishment.

10 miles round trip from my house, I pass another dispensary half way there and this place is still my top choice and always worth the ride.
I went into Going Green last week. It was my first time going and I wasn’t sure what to expect. When I walked in, I was greeted by a very nice redhead who walked me through every step that I needed to go through, she helped me with my membership, informed me of the various different products, and helped get what I needed for my condition. I highly recommend Going Green. Everyone there is very welcoming and knowledgeable.

I have been visiting here since their beginning in Lebanon. They have always taken the time explain any and all questions regarding medicines and the best for treating specific conditions with knowledge of what they are saying, not just pushing a sale. Unfortunately close to my house so I have been here a few times. They push products they are trying to get rid off. Service is blah. Same products you can get all over the Willy valley. Kind of like going to seven eleven for groceries instead of a grocery store! Only when I have to.

Terribly bad and unprofessional on my second visit. The first time I interacted with an older guy who was very easy to talk to and knew the meds around him well. The second time was with a young female who must have been high as a kite. She didn’t have even the slightest clue about anything other than the THC and CBD levels. Every time I asked about the genetics of a strain, she had to ask the front desk lady for the answer. I even had to do the math for my change after she thought about it, counted it twice, and then shorted me $5. If you don’t have a thorough understanding of genetics already, then you probably won’t be able to get the right medicine for your needs here unless the right people are working. This is people’s medicine and if you are going to facilitate it you should at least know as much about it as the high school kid selling out of his bedroom. If the meds weren’t competitive for the area, and I hadn’t met the older guy the first time, I would NEVER go back.

My husband and I have been coming here since he got his card and they opened. I finally got a account and I just want to say that they are amazing. Everyone who goes in there can feel not only safe but at home. You go in they always greet you with a smile and ask how u are doing. They care more about their patients than earning money. They know your name when u come in which I’m sure says alit with the amount of people I’m sure that they work with. I wouldn’t go and get my patient ( my hubby) anywhere but here! We would also like to say thanks for always being so friendly and making us feel welcome when neither of us really talk well with people don’t change a thing!. went in to buy a preroll that I had previously bought on my 21st bday. i bought what the packaging says to be a full gram ( as well as their menu) and I only got a half gram preroll that looked like it was opened. I make a trip down to their store from where I live to pick something else up and mentioned that ( not trying to get money back or anything) they should check next time. they proceeded to tell me that they’ve never sold the full gram ones and treat me like an idiot. wouldn’t recommend anyone coming here.

I can go down the street to Albany alternative health and find the same medicine for at least two dollars cheaper a gram and quality wise is the exact same. when they switched all their prices to at least 10 a gram is when I stopped going,not all medicine is worth the same dollar amount.

Great staff! Great deals! Great product! The tenders knew what they were talking about and answered every question i have had. They take there time and don’t try to just get u out the door, and actually care enough about there customers to remember there names. My favorite shop around bar none!!!
Was not impressed with the help. I felt they were rude and were waiting for me to leave. The medicine is good so I will give them that, bit expensive but not bad. Will not go back.
