They had a friendly and knowledgeable staff that were happy to help. I think Chad is the one who helped me. The selection was great as well! Prices are a bit high but they reflect the quality. The price for a pre-rolled is great though.

I am new to the area so was a little hesitant since I’m from out east. But she made one of the first experiences at a dispensary real easy, comfortable and aEURoeat homeaEUR feel.
They have a large selection on everything in shop. They even support local businesses and that’s a plus. In town blown glass that is EXTREMELY durable and top quality. Definitely a 10/10 for me and will most definitely be a frequent customer.
Love everything about’em, from a friendly atmosphere, great customer service, the way everything is Jared up and ready for you to go. This business is awesome. Would hands down recommend. Sad that we are moving back east in two weeks but when back for visits will go with them.

I love this place! the customer service alone is [in my opinion ] worth the 26 mile trip [there &back] for instance my last visit Elise made my visit welcoming and the small talk I’ve engaged with her and the rest of the staff is always great. I’ve tried this place a few times now. First time felt like maybe the budtender wasn’t very familiar. Second and third time were wonderful. Gave me a deal on edibles and turned me on to the better deals. I’ll be recommending it.

So after my first review I gave, unknown to me it was actually opening day when I went in. So it may have been a bit more biased. I have gone in twice since then and I’m still unimpressed. They have there “Display” models in a drawer. Did the word Display change in the past couple years? Not having your “Display” models on display, is like calling fire “wet”. To respond with “it’s company policy.” Just makes me think that the “Company” is ran by someone who contradicts everything he/she does. It’s not rocket science Shango, it’s just RETAIL. I’ve honestly tried to give this place a chance, but each time I’ve gone in, I’m disappointed by the service and the way the place it’s ran. I do think the store is nice, clean and organized(ish). The store doesn’t seem to be managed well in my opinion though. I also didn’t care for one of the employees giving me attitude for wanting to look at a product. Sorry for asking you to do your job.

Nicole was great. She was patient and explained things clearly to me. Nicole went above and beyond in her service to me. She is great with medical patients and extremely knowledgeable.
I think Kindra does an amazing job she has a lot of knowledge of products and is always helpful. Even when she is running the whole store and there is a rush she gives each and every customer answers to there questions and gets them what they need in a very timely matter.

I normally do not go to this store because of it not being near my home, but it is however, near my sisters’ house. However, I always get treated wonderfully when I visit. Derek was extremely helpful & kind. I will recommend this location to others

Super cool, mellow spot. I went in on a whim after moving to the local area and I found my regular shop from here on out. Jake helped me out and was highly knowledgeable and more than happy to answer any and all questions I had, let me see various strains and went over the various pre-rolls. It was a good trip to the shop and the smoke was fantastic. I definitely found my new spot.
Glad to have a dispensary so close to home that has great quality, excellent service, and awesome deals! I especially love their container recycling program! No more having a bunch of containers that you don’t need, and they don’t end up in the garbage! I will definitely be making my future purchases at Shango!

Love this place! Everyone is friendly and helpful, very involved in their customers. I’ve been to a few other dispensaries and I wasn’t very impressed or pleased. Shango dispensaries are for sure my go to spot for whatever I need.

I love going this shop however I was a little bummed the vape pen I got came with no box no pamphlet on what to do if it’s not working ect…….. Is this normal to sell a smoking device without any info on it what so ever???

I visited this location about 3 weeks ago for the first time. When I walked in I was so extremely intrigued but the way everything was set up. Everything was so organized and informational it gave me such confidence to purchase the strains I came for. Not only that, the staff were all super rad. Megan, whom is the manager, is such a sweet heart and she is extremely knowledgeable. Thank you for a great first visit and I can’t wait to come in again!

The store is beautiful and very well done. It’s clean, cozy and classy. The customer service is superior to any other dispensary I have been to. The prices are actually below market average for the quality of the product. I would definitely recommend this dispensary to anyone who happens to be in need of some very high quality herb.

Bad selection and some of the bud/hash is just not good enough quality for what they’re trying to charge. I bought some of their hash and the quality was so low for a bad price that I don’t even know why they’d sell it.

I’ve been here a bunch of times, and always left with quality buds. The selection is average, but they are all tasty strains. The prices are reasonable as is the service (no complaints but nothing to rave about). The biggest issue with Shango is the layout. There are only 2 counters and often 1 test tray to look at even tho the room is HUGE. If there are more than 2-3 customers at a time, it’s a hassle to try and shop comfortably. There is so much room being wasted that could really enhance the experience. Overall, it’s a good place to stop by every once in a while… plus you get penny pre-rolls for your first time

This place REALLY goes above and beyond. It was my first time visiting the store when one of the employees noticed a handicapped elderly man having a difficult time with the front door. The employee (I forgot her name, maybe kaylee or kyndra?) and the owner of the store went to help him in. Once he was inside he was shivering so bad because he had wheeled himself there in the pissing rain from an elderly home!!!!!! The owner ran to the Sundowner and personally got him a cup of hot coffee to warm him up. The girl behind the recommended a few strains. They all looked so good it was hard to choose!! I ended up getting some Chernobyl and Alien Rift. The prices were great for such dank weed too!!! Before I was done, the elderly man finished his purchase and went to leave but the owner of Shango insisted on pushing him all the way home in the rain to make sure he made it there safe!! I am a loyal customer for life because I know the owner and her staff genuinely care about the community. Love you guys. Keep up the good work!!!!!!!!!

This is the worst dispensary i have ever been to. The staff is unhelpful, No first come first serve order and they are ALWAYS low on stock and staff! The lowest supply of flower and concentrate i have ever seen at ANY dispensary!

Still can’t believe there’s a dispensary in Molalla! So far all the folks I’ve encountered working there are awesome and know their stuff! The selection is as fabulous as it goes,and the pre rolls smoke brautifully. I’m a rec user, so no idea about the other fun stuff they have there, but it all looks darn good.

Very nice establishment. The staff at Shango Molalla are very friendly and knowledgeable about the products their store has to offer. Shango always has many strains of flower and concentrate s to choose from and I have always been happy with my selection. The budtenders are wonderful people and always ready to help when you walk in the door. Ample parking spots on the street right outside. Been shopping here since the grand opening just over a year ago and have never had a bad experience.

Very professional appearance of establishment. I do not use marijuana but I heard about the benefits of the Dragon Balm for my arthritis, I noticed a difference after the first application. Jake helped me and was very courteous and professional. It is my first visit so if this helps my pain I will be back as I don’t intend on shopping around, I do wish there was a more discreet entrance.

Nice, clean, and professional looking. Bud tenders were nice. One downside is that there weed that isn’t top shelf is all squished into pre-packaged containers instead of jars.

My favorite dispensary! The store looks amazing, the staff is very knowledgable and fun, the flower selection was rough for a bit but it is definitely getting better. I come in every day and I love all the budtenders! I bring all my friends here and recommend everyone here! Keep up the good work!!

I have been to dispensaries all throughout Portland, Salem and surrounding areas and this place has been my favorite so far! The staff is always super friendly and knowledgeable and somehow this is where I always find my favorite strains. Definitely recommend.
I went into this store and was amazed by the knowledge of one of ur workers Cari. She recommended me the strain of memory loss #1. I love it!! Smooth smoking. High Cbd!!! I would totally recommend trying this strain.

This location has the best quality in the area. I have shopped dispensaries throughout Keizer, Salem, and the surrounding areas and always have to come back to Molalla for good quality. I wish Shango would open a branch in Salem for this very reason.

Great Location right in the middle of town makes getting there a breeze. The staff is down to earth and extremely friendly, and I have to give a shout out to Jake with his magnificent hair. I was short 2 dollars and he was nice enough to cover it for me. I highly recommend this place to anyone who lives in or around molalla.

co2 cartridge of pink frost i got is GARBAGE!!!! cant even draw off it without constantly messing with it. Purchased many cartridges through other places and have never had a problem!
The people are chill, the product is good, however wish that they sold in other increments not a fan of having to buy at least a gram and gram incriments.

As I work in the service industry , I am very aware of my customer service interactions. At Shango today I met the most eccentric lovely front lady, Elise, who was able to help me with all my marijuana needs! Highly recommended! Ask for Elise she’ll brighten up your day!
I stopped in a week ago to grab some Blackberry Kush…my go-to indica. Elise was as helpful and friendly as she always is! Always a smile. Although I didn’t need any special help with this particular visit, I always know I just have to ask.

This was our first time in Shango Molalla the people there were a lot of help it was a very clean, organized atmosphere quality merchandise, great prices and the people who work there are very nice and extremely knowledgeable people who are quick to answer any questions you might have!! definitely going back!!! 🙂

I think I may have found my new “go to” location. Nice product. Friendly staff. Clean and organized. An incentive for you to recycle containers. And most importantly a nice selection of strains and pretty product.
I went into Shango about a week ago and picked up some CinEX. The guys in the shop were nice and friendly.
What I loved about the shop: clean friendly environment, nice display cases for flower and a HUGE variety for what feels like a small country store.
What I thought could have been better: In an industry that is already so competitive on price, customer service is what creates repeat clientele – I was surprised to not find a single tip jar in the store to show some extra appreciation (I even asked about a tip jar and was told they don’t use them). I think plenty of people would show a little extra appreciation if they had the chance, and I don’t think it would offend anyone to have them out. Also – I understand that pre-packaged flower has a lot of benefits (shorter wait times, consistent weight, easily dispensed) but it takes away from the experience a little – it’s like going into “Rich’s” for tobacco vs a corner cigarette store – it’s just a fuller, funner visit when it’s hands on.
Overall it’s a chill shop and I’ll totally be going back in the near future.

I came in on 420, and the place was so busy! They had way more 420 festivities than other dispensaries I visited that day. I got a REALLY good burger while I was there, and the rodeo ladies were tons of fun too, not to mention 25% off of already very affordable prices! Plus, the staff were as friendly and happy as ever, even though the place was packed they took the time to answer my questions and help me find just the right strains!
