In 2014 Green Cross Cannabis Emporium would first, open its doors to the community as a medical cannabis operation in Oregon. With the State of Oregon’s approval for recreational sales, we expanded the South Salem Showroom to accommodate this explosive market of offering medical and recreational cannabis products based on the same foundation of reputation, educational driven, experts in the community.
When opening the doors to Green Cross Cannabis Emporium’s approzimately 2,500/sqft of showroom newly minted retail location, we received an overwhelming response from our customers. With the store lined with showcases to display product information, grower highlights and vendor displays for customers to view as they walk the store.
In order to meet customer demands, Green Cross Cannabis Emporium opened its second location in March of 2017, a 2,000/sqft showroom, to geographically accommodate its devoted customers who lived across town, in Salem. Both locations look and feel the same and offer the same top shelf flower to accessories all locally grown and crafted in the community.

OMMP patient. Was in the neighborhood getting my dog groomed. Picked up a variety of strains at a great price. Carpet tape was recommended by Drew, and was definitely the right choice. I asked for two 1/8’s and was given one for $24.50 and another for $14.00. I was unaware I was given both, but not given an option which I should purchase. I’m going back tomorrow to stock up on Carpet Tape.

Have been a loyal customer since they opened (having not purchased from any other dispensaries, and highly recommending it to other people), however, this will be my last time going here for any products.
Six days ago bought a package of CBD Dog Treats and half the package became severely moldy. Was told that the same problem had been reported at other locations but not at this store. Was told that they would not replace the item or refund me the money spent because they had not had this problem yet at this location and that because their current (unopened) package was not moldy there was nothing they could do.
Obviously profit is more important then loyal, longtime customers.
I will never shop at any of their locations nor will I recommend them to anyone.
This remains my favorite spot in Salem. Great budtenders – Alicia helped me out last time, and she was super kind and helpful. As always, bring on more sativa, pretty pretty please. 🙂

I was overcharged. He didn’t give me my change until I asked. I didn’t get my receipt after talking about having a receipt if anything went wrong with the product. So, basically, I won’t go back again. It’s sad because the place is nice inside. Maybe need to switch out your staff to someone who isn’t so blazed they can’t properly provide the correct prices and properly provide good service. Really disappointed. The products they sell are good quality though.

I purchased a select Brand oil cartridge at this location for my vaporizer battery. Before I made the purchase I asked the cashier what the return policy on this item was. *this was one of my first time buying one of the oil cartridges* she told me if it didn’t work right I could always return it with a receipt.
Long story short I got home and tried it on 3 different 510 thread batteries, none of which it worked on. When I tried to return the item (within an hour) the same cashier told me she would need to grab a manager. The young man who came to the register gave little effort looking at my receipt and didn’t even inspect my defective item. Even after explaining to the man
that I was directly told by an employee that my item could be returned if not working correctly. He simply told me there was nothing he could do and shrugged his shoulders. In hindsight I should have asked for both employee’s names.
I literally will only go to this store and I drive all the way from Salem because these people and their products are that good

HOWEVER, it has gone downhill…I have been coming to this site since it was opened. It was grand! They built their customer base with good prices, and then started marketing….raised prices on the “bonus bags” 3 times now. Quality has slightly gone down. They advertise on the billboard specials, but when you go in, they give you the fine print. That say those are medical prices, but rec is where the profit is. They text me “deals” and go in, and they are not available. I literally pulled up their site and showed them. They said that is confusing. Oh well.

I signed up for your text message service. I got a message the other day advertising $12 Carts. I go down to the North Salem location today to pick one up. I asked the lady at the counter and she advised me they do not have any carts for that price. I tired to show her the message, but while pulling it up she told me it does not matter as ” you wont be getting that pricing.” When you advertise the incorrect price, you have to either issue a correction or honor that pricing. Your company already doesn’t include taxes in your advertising. While this is not against any rules or regulations, its not the standard for this area and I feel its done just to bring in more customers. Long story short, this place is not transparent about its advertised pricing.

This is the first time I was perfectly helped in a dispensary. The woman that helped me had light blonde-pink hair and was young enough to be my daughter but she wasn’t nervous about my mom vibe nor was she arrogant like most cheesy “budtenders”. She was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. She was honest with her suggestions and responsive to my pot needs.

Then at the end you shock me with tax. your telling me it costs 50. but then when you ring me up it’s 60 and say tax.I learned shopping today on my B-day you are not the only store doing this.

From the 1st time I went here, I felt like”this is how I would run one of these”. The staff is incredibly polite and helpful. Today, I was there when Rachel and her co-worker had to deal with 2 guys trying to pull something. I was quite impressed with their professionalism and diplomacy in dealing with these 2 characters. They certainly showed much more restraint than I could have. This is the only place I buy from.

Still one of my favorite shops in town, last time I went I got some Obama Kush and it had some of the beautiful purple to it. Felt like some top shelf stuff all around for the prices. They have a huge variety and pieces for just about anything. I will probably go Friday and reward myself.

They’ve definitely swept out the ick of the trashy strip joint that was the previous resident of this building and failed bars of years gone by. Love that they’re open late as well.

It’s the only one I go to
First time visit and before going checked out there menu. Found three different strands I wanted to try. Went into the store and they didn’t have any in stock. The staff told me that two of the three had been out of stock for weeks. Asked for similar strands and the person who was helping me didn’t know what they had that would be similar. I decided on something else and it took him a while to ring me up. He didn’t seem to know the product nor any of the answers to any of my questions. Don’t think I’ll be back.

Great people, beautiful environment, great buds. BUT But but! The sealed bags they give you once opened DO NOT hold a seal and your weed dries out quickly. Have a nug jar or sumtin for backup. Totally worth it as their weed has never disappointed me. This seal issue is small to me. I have plenty of plastic bottles from other dispensaries I just throw the weed in them and it lasts just fine.

I went in two days ago, and bought a couple pre-rolls. The two bud tenders working were a hoot to talk to and made it one of the more memorable experiences that I have had in any shop. Again they were knowledgeable on the products that they carry. And they didn’t mind letting me tell a joke. So like the Terminator, I will be back.
The pictures looked great and I was pumped to try it. I walked in on a Sunday, no body greeted or IDed me. I was the only customer and there were FOUR people working. I wandered around for a good ten minutes and not a single person talked to me. A lot of cabinets have empty boxes and say “coming soon”. Very few things have visible prices. Another customer walked in and they were greeted and assisted. Said customer went to the ATM and the ATM was empty. A cash only place, with an empty ATM. The pics make it look like a great store, but I will not be back.

Green cross cannabis emporium is definitely one of my favorite despenseries in town. They have a great selection of edibles. Their flower is amazing. I esspecially love Cookies Estrellas. I usually get great service here but went in requesting an ounce of a specific strain and quotes me a price $15.00 more than what was showing in their web site. Told me I was essentially lucky because the web site was wrong. It’s been the same $110/oz for the past month. You’re essentially saying your website has been inaccurate for months. Maybe rethink that..

They are all very nice and the store is very clean.
Downside: they do not keep very much stock & they hardly ever have the same products.
It seems every time I go in, the display cases with edibles & cartridges are very bare.

I even called and said that they locked it early!! And they didnt unlock it!!. The amount of idiocy at this location is off the charts.

Being a veteran and former police officer, I have a pretty severe case of PTSD and daily migraines. I was being treated with numerous medications and was getting very tired of not being able to shake the migraines. Stopped in at the Leaf in Keizer and explained what I was looking for as I had never ingested Marijuana. Alicia explained how CBDs work and got me some edibles that might help. Tried them that night and within 40 minutes my migraine was gone and hasn’t returned after 2 days of ginger flavored mints. I cannot express how awesome it is to be migraine free. Went back a few days later and again Alicia was very helpful and helped me select another type of edible I might find effective yet stronger in the THC to help feel happy again. I highly recommend anyone we with similar issues to not hesitate and speak with the staff at your local LEAF. I’m so glad I did.
