3. I’ve been here twice since the grand opening and wow, awesome service and help! Everyone is lowkey and super friendly, and eager to help out. Their products are great and cool pipes to sell!!

4. They criminalize you the moment you walk in the front door. I dont mind showing my id, but these guys take it to an other level. So i handed my id to the guy, and he sat ‘verifiying’ it; folding in half just to prove im over 21. Ontop of that nonsense, they are the only dispo in all of salem that forces you to take off any hat or hoodie and will kick you out if you dont. If you like decent looking weed with half-minded service this is the place for you.

12. I just found this new dispensary off exit 258. Amazing, colorful interior, even though it appears a bit unassuming on the outside. Very friendly customer service and the green is FIRE!!!

16. Online menu doesn’t reflect store inventory.
    Went and checked it out looking for a night time indica to help with pain and sleep. Drove across town and when I arrived staff acted like I was crazy for asking for the strain I was after and tried to talk me into other products.
    Word to the aEURoewiseaEUR some cannabis users are looking for medicine, not just to get high.

20. Went in for the first time, I was the only customer and they were overstaffed. The door guy bent my ID so hard he almost creased it, which wouldve rendered it useless. I was overwhelmed by multiple employees asking me the same question repeatedly, they need to streamline interactions. When I wanted to look at concentrates they gave me every excuse as to why I could not. After much convincing they let me peer inside a jar while the employee held it. I could understand if they don’t want customers handling material, most places are eager to show you though. But really they would hardly let me see anything before buying and that’s never okay. Even if you know what you want, seeing the color and consistency for yourself is paramount in making a concentrate purchase. I noticed they’ve also bumped their prices up on some items. In at least one case, from 33 to 50 dollars! I will not be returning.

21. The only way to buy meds at this shop is a giant touch screen or Ipad and It takes all of the personal touch away. It felt more like an apple store then a dispensary to me.. It seems to me there is to many hoops to jump through just to get my meds and I will likely not return or recommend this place. This style of dispensary seems out of place for Salem and more intended for a larger city imo.
