Great customer service! Since moving to Oregon, one thing that has made a big impression on me is the fact that the customer service in most dispensaries consistently exceeds the customer service in banks, restaurants, stores, etc. Sweet Tree Farms has a consistently warm and friendly atmosphere where even an anxiety-ridden individual such as myself can feel relaxed and at ease. Naturally it’s a bit more pricey that buying off the streets, but not by much… Infinitesimal price to pay for good quality, pleasant employees, consistency, convenience, and some cool local artwork on the walls to look at while you shop. 5 stars all the way 🙂

I love everything about Sweet Tree farms, but when you pay $20 gram for Super Skunk I want NUGS not shake! I’m extremely disappointed, is this why they’ve got a sign stating NO RETURNS! ?

I really liked that this location had a good variety of strains I haven’t seen being sold around town. I will still come back because I understand sometimes people just have bad days, but I didn’t like that when I came in the 2 young girls working didn’t even acknowledge me even though there was okay one other customer, and the one helping me seemed impatient with my questions even though there was nobody else being helped. Like I said, she could have just been having a bad day, but it made me feel like I didn’t really want to be giving her my money.

1st & only visit review. The store was clean and seemed fairly organized. I purchased a few different strains because the guy assisting me didn’t seem that knowledgeable and the others were busy with their customers. So timing & knowledge on my part and theirs would bring up the rate. I did learn about the specials they have daily by listening to other customers. Thanks btw. The selection was more than I needed if I included the hybrids, the sativa choices were limited. I will be back and yes I will recommend Sweet Tree, to others with the side-note to visit the website 1st to get an idea of whats offered & avoid prime-times.

Really excellent flower (I am a Rec customer), but extremely pricey, once tax kicks in, in January, it will place even 1/8ths at a point where I couldn’t go in often. Still, with that said, worth a trip if you have the money.

I actually created this account to leave this review, letting other people know: Do NOT go here. My buddy just came back with 3.5 grams, or rather, what we thought was 3.5 grams. When we got home and opened it up, there was 1.5 grams in one container. The other, which should have held two grams, in fact only held one. We weighed this immediately upon opening and are very disappointed. We stopped in as this store is very convenient for us, but after today I will go out of my way to not risk getting shorted again. Other than the most important part of this trip, the people were nice, and the atmosphere is welcoming. If by chance you buy from here, double check BEFORE you smoke!!!

The location is excellent for anyone in Eugene. The parking is good — easy in and out. The access was easy and the sample areas replete with great names like Blue Diesel, Cherry Skunk, and many many more. I was impressed with the shop keepers meticulous eye to keep good strains available and in volume.

This is the second dispensary I have visited since recreational went legal. Twice the price of the other one I went to for a gram. Also only has one register compared to the other place that had three so there was always a line. Good staff but the price will keep me away.

This is my second review, but I felt the need to add a follow-up review. I purchased a product, but unfortunately had some complications so I had to come back in. Brittany at the front desk was so sweet and welcoming. Lucas the tender helped me out and we figured out a solution to my problem. Customer service at this dispensary is TOP NOTCH. The staff’s professionalism and the quality of their products will keep me coming back. The layout is also immaculate, with plenty of comfortable seating should you have to wait a few minutes.

So there’s no doubt there is some good quality products in this store, however I noticed that the Obama Kusk was NOT just entirely Obama Kush. Very Deceptive!! They had mixed some lower quality flower that was completely different in that Jar! I’ve grown that Strain and can easily tell different strains apart. Also I was disappointed to see that I purchased some Mango flower that looked really nice in the showcase nug Jar but, what I received looked like some low quality outdoor that was literally sun bleached yellow mixed with a little bit of green bud! There again mixed with some other strain that both looked and smelled completely different. I will not return to this location since on my first visit I discovered this place to be deceptive. See for yourself and don’t be duped into buying something that says one things and then you get another.

This is by far one of the nicest spots in Eugene. They are very friendly, Quick, and drive you toward the product you want rather then what they are trying to sell. Every time i’ve been in they have had full supply of everything and if they are out of one exact product there are a few to substitute unlike some other dispensaries. So far in my top two Dispensaries!

The rough exterior of the building, with Dari-Mart next door, bordering the West 11th Industrial Zone, betrays the upscale interior (behind the reception doors)….. inside it is well organized, with a huge variety of flower, extract, etc, caring and compassionate staff, and great variety/quality. LOVED IT. I’ll be back.

Sweet Tree does a very good job at selecting buds to display in the sample jars. Some of the best looking and smelling stuff you will ever see. But once you get your order and take it home, it is pretty similar of other top shelf flowers at many dispensaries.
Meanwhile they really gouge you for gram prices here. $22 for a top shelf gram…really? Sure it goes down to a slightly more reasonable $16.50 per gram if you buy a 1/4…but a lot of people prefer to buy less at a time (especially before you try it). It simply isn’t worth it in town saturated with good bud and dispensaries.
This is my favorite place in town! Everyone is very nice and they are great at answering all of my questions! The staff is very knowledgeable, the facility is clean and is nicely decorated. The product is of great quality and is at a fair price.

I went to this dispensary on their grand opening. They were entering people into a raffle for free flower, which I did. A few weeks later they called to tell me they drew my name and I had won 3.5 grams!

Sweet Tree Farms is a really nice dispensary with a lot of cool and diverse products. I went in there the other day and got a fire eighth for only $15 with 27% THC and also got a pretty nice kiefed pre-roll for only $5 with 30% THC, so you can see the deals out the door are really valuable. I’ve been a regular at this dispensary ever since it went legal for rec. use in Oregon a few years ago. The one thing that STF has hands down is consistency; with all of their products. Stellar dispensary!

My husband and I go here constantly. The staff are always super helpful, knowledgeable, and very nice. This was the first dispensary in Oregon I took my mom into because of my comfort level, and the appearance.

Please dont waste your time going here!! Highest price cannabis in town!! Budtenders are “too cool” stoners and are not knowledgeable about medicine, and rush you! Everywhere else has cheaper flower, concentrate, and nicer people. I warned you!!
By far one of my favorite spots in Eugene not only cause of quality but the service and assistance from the budtenders is so nice and helpful. It’s clean, quick and never disappoints!
I recently moved to Eugene and I tried a couple of other dispensaries in the area before finding Sweet Tree Farms, and an glad I did. Currently, I can only comment on their recreational product, which is some good bud at a relatively decent price (Some top-shelf strains are, as others have noted, a bit pricey, but coming from Florida, they still beat street prices and quality.) The Sweet Tree staff is super cool and knowledgeable, and go the extra mile to hook you up. They also have great discounts and promos, so I likely will be a regular patron of this establishment.

I have been in here many times over the past 3 years. Everything was great service was key. They are usually very helpful and friendly. But I went in a couple days ago and the guy that’s tall and dark hair was really rude. He barely would answer questions I was asking about products. The product I was asking about he referred to the product as one of the cheap ones. I still didn’t ever get question answered and I would have to say that if I ever go back again I will not have the same person help me. It’s really sad when you find places and dig the people that work there. You take a couple month away and they have changed a lot of the nice friendly people are gone. Just so you all know if you want repeat customers, Friendly service and treating all customers the same goes a long way. the only reason I marked shop here again is hoping next time is different.

I have been into this dispensary three times. All visits included professional, knowledgeable, and friendly staff! You feel like you are getting your medicine from a good friend. The atmosphere is great as well. They have comfortable couches and cool art on the walls. This dispensarie’s best qualities come from their huge selection of products on the menu. From medibles to flowers and glassware, they have it all! Two of the times, I walked out with something for FREE! Once was during the grand opening spin a wheel promo and the other was yesterday! (4-20) I won a quarter of flowers from the raffle ticket they provided during the opening!! Also, they have a special that can save you money any day of the week that you choose to visit this OMMO (oregon medical marijuana oasis). I have been to many other dispensaries in the area and Sweet Tree Farms is by far the BEST!

We did get a bait and switch (one quarter was simply the wrong flower). We took it back and they agreed. One of the largest selection of flowers, oils and edibles in the area. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff. A beautiful setup and a very relaxing atmosphere. We have checked out a lot of the dispensaries in the Eugene, Springfield area and this most definitely rates in the top 3. Of those 3 this one is the closest and most convenient to me so it will be my new “go to place”.

Very professional and courteous people. Has the feel of a high end wine store except the products are much, much better! Ergonomic and visually pleasant layout of their products. They have comfortable chairs in the main room where you can relax while waiting your turn.
Jared the Budtender was very knowledgeable and clearly explained the different vape pens, concentrates, flowers, and medibles. They don’t rush you and let you take your time. I got some nice Grand Daddy Purp, Pure Haze, and Kona Kush.
Would definitely recommend to a friend as I can’t wait to go back. It’s worth the drive!

I haven’t been to this location in about a year. I was interested in their clones. “Darth Vader” looked promising. Yes I’m nerd. They were very nice as expected, and I ended up picking up some Mango Kush. Their stuff is a little pricey but overall a great experience.

Hopefully, this goes through this time. So, our visit was a great experience. The staff were very helpful and answered all of our questions well, I.E. choosing the best clones for our needs (Blue Dream & Mango Kush), and gave great recommendations as to the buds for recreational sale. Tried “Death Star”, and found it to be tasty, euphoric and smooth, and definitely helped with some new artwork ideas. I found the actual lounge nice a spacious, and had a welcoming vibe. So, thanks you guys, for the great job! Keep it up and I’ll absolutely visit again soon!

I can not attest to the product, as we left before we even attempted to buy anything. Check in for medical took a good 10 minutes, and when we got in, there were customers already. The bud tender seemed to be overwhelmed with just them, and then the very impatient man that was huffing and puffing behind us when we were checking in just barged on in and started ordering things, and the tender let him do it. He never asked the people he was already helping if that was ok, he never asked us if it was ok, he just let him do it. Mean while, the people ahead of both of us were kinda just left standing there while guy was changing orders and being picky. Normally, this type of thing would have just been an annoyance, let it roll off of your back type thing, but there was an employee who was sitting down on his phone reading not even 3 feet from where this was all happening and he didn’t even bat an eye at the situation. As far as I know there is more than 1 register, and the previous people looked ready to go. This was the worst service I have seen in Eugene, really to bad, I used to frequent here before the prices went through the roof. We got pretty upset and left. They didn’t even say two words as we left. I would not recommend this place, Rec and especially not Medical. Stay away.

You know how sometimes you go somewhere and the staff is trying to be helpful by hovering nearby and offering their own anecdotes about which products are their favorites but really you just want to be left alone to smell test the goods and you’re not really that interested in what they have to say? Well you won’t find any of those Space Invaders here! Quality product, quality staff, quality facility. Did I mention the quality? Because it’s pretty quality.
I love the staff here. They’re always really helpful and personable. It’s nice to be able to ask as many questions as you need to about a product and have them genuinely want to help you find what works best for you. The pricing is worth it for the quality and service you get here and even though I’ve moved, I still drive across town to go to this store.

Really nice, well organized dispensary. Friendly vibe. I told the budtender what I wanted (A fruity, high THC INDICA) and let him recommend. I like to do that so they can use their weed college education to my advantage, plus then i get to try new strains, instead of just sticking with my old faves. I spent a little over my weed budget, but it was worth it. My job is literally right around the corner so it’s super convenient.

The Location is great for me and very convenient. When you walk into the dispensary area you will quickly realize its one of the nicest environments out of most of the places in town if not all the other places in town. They have some nice flowers and a hand full of high end BHO, PHO and edibles. I can’t wait to see the great things to come here and I will be returning and telling my friends to check this place out. I would suggest it to any of you guys as well. Plus the staff was helpful and made sure to give me attention, good service, and made me feel welcome there. Where some of the other places I waited for a hour to have some old guy show me some sub par out door this place was the complete opposite,

You can’t really ask more of a dispensary, regardless of whether or not you’re an OMMP patient or just an adult in the 541, than consistency of quality, a selection so stacked with a literal chronicopia of nothing but the Hi-grade you have genuine trouble trying to make a decision, and a staff that offers truthful unbiased opinions and suggestions based on actual knowledge from personal research in a completely non-aggressive manner only when solicited by you the patron.
Great people on point 7 days a week with the real dank on deck every single time you need it. Clones, glass, bomb derbs of all varietals and forms EXCEPT for the Poop Soup, no Caldo de Poop here, only the finest Doja at this Dojo, Dog.

While it may seem like a drive for a lot of people I will say that coming from Springfield is still absolutely worth it. The viewing room is HUGE and very very comfortable. They have a nice sitting area that you can relax in and meet other patients as well as get to know the budtenders a bit. The selection is amazing here for everything to meet your needs. I will not be back! They claimed their lemon berry was “well into the 90s” in one of their updates, but after driving all the way across town it was the same lemon berry from mad everyone else has. Lied to get me through the door tried to pull a Bait and switch.

I got a Sugartop stubby-bat the other day and it was awesome. Their selection is perfect, especially for the price!
When I walked into the building the receptionist was very kind and ready to get us put into the system, the budroom felt like walking into my buddies house. The flowers were very terpy and covered in trichs, my favorite being the Narnia. The budtender was kind, knowledgable and was quick to answer any questions we had. Was an overall great experience. I definitely plan to come back soon!

First trip into Sweet Tree today, I had never tried it because it was a little out of the way, but was told by a friend they had the high end flowers I was looking for.
I was not disappointed, after talking a bit with the very knowable bud tender, I decided to go with the SFV OG. Of course this was the top top shelf, which is usually the case being a big weed snob myself. Looked good, Smells good, Tastes good. Big Three for me in the flower game. Shop and the treatment by the staff was 5/5 all the way. Tender hooked me up with a great deal seeing as it was my first time as well.
They are great! The help was very knowledgeable and friendly. They had a great variety of plants and buds, with listings of how much and their THC levels. I would recommend them very highly.

For a new resident of Eugene (and Oregon) this legal/recreational stuff is still a trip but Sweet Tree Farms was my first visit to a dispensary and I’m glad I went. Will most likely go back. It’s clean, the staff was pleasant. It was a nice experience. Check ’em out!

tons of product, and a great location! a lounge couch and coffee table sits in front of a t.v. but the atmosphere has a cold grasp as well as the bud tender. everything is crammed in one tiny corner of this big space with hardly any visual stimulation. the woman at the front desk was delightful though, and a huge help answering any questions i had.

Hope they will bring their quality herb quality up to patient standards to match their beautiful store front. Good variety of medibles although a bit overpriced. This has been the only shop I’ve come to since legalization. Great products, friendly staff.
I haven’t made it by for about a month, and there have been some changes. The girl helping me was so stoned she forgot what she was doing. When I was rung up, the eighth that used to cost $37 was now $57. (what is this, the 90’s?) When I pointed out that the price on the board was less, she said that they were old signs that needed to be replaced. (They are programmable screens.) I was so blown away I left with my purchase. Wish I hadn’t.
I guess this is were I take my leave of Sweet Tree, and explore the many other options in town.

Just bought a medical edible at this location yesterday – a BhomChellys jelly which was $30. On the back of the package it says that it contains 462.85 mg of thc. I eat edibles a lot and there is no possible way that this product contains that amount of thc – barely feel anything even after eating half, while 50 mg is a high dose for me ordinarily. Needless to say, I’m feeling more than a little hoodwinked and I’ll not be back to Sweet Tree Farms. I’m assuming that the reason for their high reviews has a lot to do with the promotion they’re running in which they give away a free pre-rolled joint to customers who leave positive reviews on leafly. You can look at this as a clever business tactic, but the fact remains that this sort of promotion boosts the ratings based on a giveaway rather than quality, fairness, or service.

These guys are either seriously bad at math or they seem to be taking advantage of their medical patients. Medical Patients Beware! Many price discrepancies between med and rec, often not reflecting tax correctly and giving an unfair advantage to rec customers. Medical patients are who paved the way for you guys to have your greedy rec sales the least you can do is fairly price your products and not give unfair pricing to your precious rec sales.

I am beyond impressed with the level of knowledge and service this dispensary has. I am a repeat customer for my ailing father. From the second I walked in the building and gave their receptionist my card and information, I felt as though I had just walked into a safe and friendly place.
Then I met the bud staff. I had heard about RSO before going in there but as soon as they heard about my fathers condition, they instantly knew what he needed. They recommended the Phoenix Tears and I wish I had known about it sooner. It may not save my dad, but if anyone else I know gets cancer, you best believe they will be on a strong dose of high potency Phoenix Tears before they can say anything about it. Thanks guys! You are certainly helping make him more comfortable.

The atmosphere here is laid back and not judgmental or dumbing. they will help you locate what you need with actual knowledge of the strains and effects you can go in there and not feel like you are being taught a lesson or looked down upon.
only location that far west in town that stays open hours that everyone can get to– really helped out on a Sunday! staff was friendly and professional and glad to be of service! will definitely be back!

This shop is amazing let me just say! So open and spacious, one of the biggest I’ve been too. The energy inside is great and you don’t feel cramped or crowded. The location is easy to find and parking is so convenient! I’m always greeted with a smile and the budtenders are very knowledgable of the products they carry as well as the ever changing laws and regulations. I give 4 stars because that’s as high as I have ever rated anything. Their location is ideal, good parking, well-lit (safety is important), and they’re open late hours. Friendly and helpful staff, always on point, and ready to answer questions/make suggestions. Excellent products and prices, and possibly the best overall selection of medibles in Eugene. I stop in 3-4 times per week–I’ve even asked about working there! This place is totally high quality, and very well-organized. I cannot compliment them enough! I am happy to spend around $50 per week at Sweet Tree.

This is by far the best dispensary in town. I’ve never met a more knowledgeable group of people who are also friendly! it’s worth the drive across town for me. They’ve always got a great selection and their recommendations have been spot on! And, it’s just a bonus that the place is beautiful inside! Don’t let the outside of this place fool you. The interior is very upscale with beautiful leather furniture and woodworking. It’s a place where I will visit often!
the prices are the most expensive I’ve ever seen at a dispensary. $22.50 for a gram of top shelf? the quality has definitely gone downhill in the past year. only go for their prerolls.

The waiting area is super small and the clerk at the desk is unsocialable, but once you go in the back, the room is huge and they have an awesome stock of everything!

While Sweet Trees can be a tad far away when you can be tempted to stay within downtown and the many dispensaries around, I can assure you they’re worth a ride out to take a look.
Walking in the waiting room was clean and felt pleasant to walk in, despite being a tad small. I was greeted and signed in with great professionalism. The man was very polite, quick to sign me up, and in the door I went.
The inside is incredibly clean and very relaxing, with couches and music to give it a great shopping experience. Staff was incredibly nice and on point with knowing their product. As for choice of flowers, they have plenty of different grade shelves to fit into anyone’s budget and still walk out happy. They also seem to have a great selection of concentrates and nursery. I bought two strains, Peaches and Cream, and my personal favorite Lotta Dotti.
I will definitely swing by again. Do yourself a favor and swing by yourself. You won’t be disappointed.

This is my 4th visit and I love this place more and more every time! Kyan (I hope I spelled that right) has waited on me 3 times before. He treats me well and helps direct me to deals to save me money. I love the atmosphere and roominess of the store. It encourages you to stay and look around because you don’t feel like you’re in someone’s way. Employees looked happy in their work and really contribute to the enjoyment of the place..nice job!

This store has a huge selection of products that are a very high quality. It also has some really weird looking outdoor, but I am not gonna rant about that, cause the folks down at Sweet Tree Farms are “Sweet”! Their prices are not so friendly to the common workn man or individual that is on a fixed budget. But if you don’t care about your budget and you want to treat yourself to some of the finest flower and dabs around check it out. We only purchased a gram of Girl Scout cookies, I never paid $20.00 for a gram before! At least it was really tasty. So check this place out if you are ever in the mood to treat yourself. This Picky Patient approves:)

Pretty solid dispensary overall. Always a good experience when I come in. Good selection and variety of different products. Prices aren’t as competitive as others but I have always gotten good quality, and that counts!

Real down to earth place. Not trying to sell you everything they can just to make more money like other herbal centre’s(wink,wink). A great location in West Eugene to acquire high quality strains on the way to the coast. Real nice selection and more pre- roll choices than anywhere else. Never been disappointed here and always like the freshness of their cannabis. Definite top choice.

Quality is good but the prices are ridiculously high, $280 for an oz? I can get an oz of good bud here in Florence for 35 to 60 bucks.

Don’t be fooled by the zany logo out front. This club has been here since 2014 when I first had come to Eugene and it was the first rec shop I had been to Oregon. Needless to say, they keep a huge inventory of fairly priced top, middle and bottom shelf strains that are honestly indistinguishable from the mids. 6.00 grams of top shelf shake? Extendo backwoods never tasted so sweet. Friendly helpful bud tenders and if you have some money try a couple grams of shatter out. Good terpene profile.
