21. I’ve been on here before to commend OG on their quality, prices, and staff, and all of the above are still great. This however is to compliment them on customer service specifically. I had a recent issue with a purchase and went back to notify them. Not to complain (as my experience there overall has always been outstanding) but just to inform them of a possible slip in quality control. They were gracious enough to not only offer, but actually insist on doing something to make up for my inconvenience. And it bear’s noting that I was not treated as an inconvenience to them but was instead thanked repeatedly for bringing the issue to their attention so that I could be corrected. This was at the Cross St. location but it’s been my experience that all of the OG stores are staffed with the best trained, knowledgeable, and courteous individuals one could ever hope for.
    It should also be noted that OG has recently changed their pricing methods and my Veteran’s discount is now much more applicable. The new pricing benefits non-Veterans too.

27. I’ve been to all of the OGs in Salem and this is my favorite by far. I love that they have ranges of pricing so everyone can find something dank. They always have new oil and edibles and goodies. Plus whatever is on sale for 15.60 an 1/8th is almost always a great option, and st the price who can complain!
    I also love how friendly and receptive the staff is here, especially Erik.
    The more times I come in the more things I find that I love about this place.
    Would hands down always recommend a stop at OG to anyone, even just to look around!!

28. I like how open it is. You could fit a lot of people in here. Eric and Anton were awesome and very informative. Transparency is key to this product… I want to know exactly where my products come from and are made of, and they made it easy to know.

29. Love this place and love the deals. Nice to have a choice especially since prices are still to high. They have a couple of deals everyday and ya some days the product is better then others I have not been disappointed. Fair prices on the others, but the fact they are doing something about it is awesome, the prices anyway. These guys are going to hurt the others like Homegrown. I like the one on Hawthorne too. I find myself wanting to stop even when I don’t need anything, plus it’s conveniently very close to work. Keep up the good work.

I used to come here until they haven’t been able to keep up with the competitive prices around town. sure there might be a couple reasonably priced products here however they are reasonably priced for a very specific reason, the quality just isn’t there anymore and hasn’t been there for a while. there are multiple other shops that offer is substantially better discounts super close to this place that if you haven’t looked at, you need to.

I was a few dollars short getting a distallite cartridge and he gave me a discount and it was amazing! They really try and make sure your taken care of here. Amazing customer service, and I was also amazed at how great the prices were, very affordable. They also carry quite an amazing amount of product, and they have everything you can want at a cannabis store, this is Salem’s best store no doubt!

56. When it comes to quality and price OG collective is unbeatable. I can often find $30 quarters with THC over 15%
    (I’ve even seen high CBD strains on super sale as well)

    The cross street location adds one more thing for me that the other OG’s lack though. and that is the ability to look at and smell every strain in the store without needing the assistance of a budtender. I feel that by doing this it helps prevent lines for the customer who comes in knowing what they want while allowing a new customer to look at everything before making a decision without feeling rushed.

    I moved to Salem a few months ago and it only took me 2 weeks to realize this was the dispensary I would be going to more than any others.

81. Definitely the best storefront of any Salem dispensary – all their strains are out on show for peeping and sniffing, a very helpful tool in your decision making. The staff are very friendly but also let you do your thing and shop around. Bought some really nice looking/smelling stuff – unfortunately when I got home and went to smoke it, I found a decent number of seeds all throughout the eighth I purchased. This was a bummer, but an otherwise fire purchase aside from needing to get the tweezers out.

86. This is my absolute favorite locations of OG Collective. I have not always had the best experience at their other stores, but I always have a warm and welcoming visit when I shop here. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable, their setup is inviting, and their inventory is prime! I love the interactive nug jars on display with vents for smelling the flower and a magnifier to inspect all the beauty within. Their specials can’t be beat. I will continue to frequent this store, and recommend it to all of my friends!

141. This location has plenty of open space, vibrant green walls, and frosted southern facing windows that lend a bright & airy feel. It’s in the building adjacent to Yoga Escape, so you can keep the zen flowing. 😉 Sophie, Ashley, and New York were friendly and helpful. Sophie welcomed me and showed me around since it was my first visit. They have a lot of good specials (two daily flower specials, a holiday weekend special, and some grand opening special I think) and their prices seemed reasonable to me. There are special, secure display cases of flower where customers can freely smell, look (built in magnifying glass) at the flower closeup, and learn about its properties (their color coding matches Leafly breakout of sativa/hybrid/indica). I haven’t used all the products I purchased but so far, so good.

I was honestly a little apprehensive about this shop when I saw the coming soon sign go up… There’s several locations, I like another nearby dispensary quite a lot, etc… But, honestly, they won me over. The staff is knowledgeable, they seem to be genuinely familiar with the product(notably New York, And Clyde seem to know their shit). The quality is there, and the prices are more than fair… I legit paid $100 for an ounce of a %22 Bubba Kush… If you can beat that, buy it. Maybe get some Nug Runs, or Live Resin in there would be good, but other than that… 5 stars.

160. OG has been my go-to dispensary in town for months now, and their competitive prices are great for my budget. I love that they have tables of flower for each tier that you can inspect up close with a magnified petri dish set-up. I can always find something appealing in my ideal price range, and I never feel rushed when I’m (inevitably) feeling indecisive and taking a few minutes to figure out which product to purchase. The budtenders have always been friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve visited all their locations in Salem, but I find myself at Cross St the most. Great place!
