Imagine my surprise when I walked in to Kaleafa and recognized Oprah Winfrey from Oprah shows. I felt at-home right off the bat. The meds are all top-shelf compared to others in town. Good bud, great people, man I was even able to find close parking. I’m sold!
HUGE selection on flower,shatterday is Saturdays deal day for 15% off bho shatter and wax,had a issue with them but management and staff handled very well and over compensated for my issue. im very pleased with them and thank them greatly.

this place needs to learn how to write their menu. It was clearly expressed that they have $99 ounces for medical but when I went to pick one up they told me that’s only on Thursdays. Why would you put it as a regular menu price if it’s a special. Wasted my time and gas driving down here. Would not recommend trusting them as they don’t know how to manage their own business.

I have just received my ommp card and this was the first dispensary I will be going, they have all things you may require. They have all sorts of medibles and waxes. Their staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I’ll be going here from now on, no need to go elsewhere.
nice looking, helpful staff, clean but they label 3.5 gram 8ths for recreational and they only weigh out 2.0 grams so ya I feel slightly ripped off and somehow all there weed is almost all 30% thc I did not know there was such a thing. False advertising, False weights, can you say Whole Foods all over again.

Selection of edibles is very nice. My first lemon haze bar was from here, it’s my favorite edible so far besides the vitatonic drink. The fruit punch is delicious and very effective at helping nausea.

This is by far my favorite dispensary in the SE. Great customer service. Great rewards program. Best part? The extensive flower menu that almost always includes at least one or two 1:1 They also carry a solid number of heavy hitters for those with a high tolerance. Jars are all visible, clearly marked, and easy to read. They do a great job keeping the menu updated online as well. Oh and did I mention they deliver?
Hands down the best recreational dispensary in Portland! The staff is super friendly & very knowledgeable about their products. Great deals going on, awesome punch card system! Also the last time I went there I got an 8th & a gram for $25 because of the sweet deals they have and because of the punch card free gram! (You have to get 10 initials first to get the free gram)

Back again to Kaleafa, and I have to say that Kaleafa is pristine. Its obviously important to Kaleafa that the human element stays strong cause there are always nice helpful people working when I’ve gone to either dispensary.
I like how they lay everything out on the table, I feel like most dispensaries are shady but these guys are what subway is to fast food. Good job dudes!
First off, the guys working there were very personable. I called in before hand and they were able to direct me accordingly. They got all the best strains, they got deals and special sales for days of the week. It’s awesome! Jake helped me get the best products to suite my needs. I recommend this place for anyone that is looking for a dispensary that separates itself from the rest. Great business model!

Actually this was my second visit. I was there on Friday and got some great meds. I am not disappointed at all. It is by far the best I have had.
My girl and I are eager to try some of the edibles we got from here. Can’t tell you too much about the potency yet but I can tell you that the people there were nice and they had a TON of edible options to choose from.

This was my first time visiting, and I absolutely loved it! I had seen the shop on Leafly and was interested immediately. The reviews were great, I liked the menu and the prices. My friend and I made the trip out from Beaverton, and it was more than worth it. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgable, the weed was high quality and smelled fantastic. We picked out a few different strains, and have no complaints. I will absolutely be coming back again, and can’t wait for the Beaverton location to open.

‘m a frequent flyer at Kaleafa, ever since the lift of prohibition. Best store in town for quality and quantity. Can always find grams under ten, and the daily specials are to fry for. Mondays and Tuesdays especially for you know what. The area may seem a little shady sometimes, and there are some sus patrons. It could use some AC in the summer. But Kayleigh at the front desk and my fav tender Tylar get me in and out pretty quick. Y’all need to get some gear made so your loyal custies can rep on the street.

I’ve checked out several dispensaries as a recreational user now and kaleafa has some great product! They always have a great top shelf selection at a reasonable price, plus great deals too. 5$ grams on Halloween was awesome! I love the little house it’s in too, just a great atmosphere in general. I am very shy and the staff is always friendly and welcoming!

I love Kaleafa. This place is right near my house and always has the best bud tenders. I think I might like this location just for that eye candy. But I digress, the selection at Kaleafa is pretty good and I can always seem to find something I haven’t tried before because they always seem to be up on newer strains. Not the cheapest but along the lines of other dispensaries.

what an amazing experience. I brought my mother in for her first time at a weed club. A friend recommended this to me. It’s a little, ok a lot, out of the way for me but after these last few visits, I’m willing to make that extra trip from the west side. The prices are reasonable especially for the quality. I came here initially for the concentrates. There is a large variety and enough to fit any one’s budget. It does tend to be busy. I have not been here yet where I didn’t have to wait. Have patience. I have dealt with a different person at every visit and received the same stellar service. The only slow up are the cash register which seem to take their sweet time to open. It is what it is. At my last visit, I decided to get some flower. Imagine my surprise when I encountered Lavender Kush. I have not seen it anywhere and to find it here looking beautiful and dusty, I had to indulge. If you are medical, that room holds everything but the flower so it’s good if you already know what you want or at least an idea of what you want. It makes things a little easier for everyone. Did I already say that the budtenders were awesome? They are.
I’ve been a patient for a long time, best meds and outstanding selection I’ve ever seen, especially in Portland Oregon. It is really hard to find a good place out here with such a good, professional and serving atmosphere. This medical store is definitely a gem!

I’ve been going to this place regularly since a week after they opened. Amazing. I’ve gone to other places only to be disappointed and come back here. Not only do I consistently get amazing stuff in every price range; but the staff is amazing. Then if something is wrong with something I got (like a oil cartridge goes funky) they always help me out or make it right. They have cool events, good deals and discounts and you don’t have to keep a calendar or something strange to take advantage of them. They can get busy though because they are so amazing, so be prepared if you try to go Friday night before a party or something. I prefer Mondays and Tuesdays myself.
I had a great experience at Kaleafa yesterday. There are other dispensaries that are closer to my house but I went to Kaleafa because they have the best quality and most reasonably priced flower that works best for me – Jack Herer. The budtender was very kind and attentive and so was the other staff. This is a popular spot so I had to wait for a few minutes to get in, but the group that gathered was so much fun that I didn’t mind at all. They carry my favorite concentrates too. Will definitely keep going back.

When arriving to Kaleafa, I was greeted kindly and professionally by the dispensary. I was taken quickly to the back to make my selection. I’m always looking for high quality and I appreciated that they displayed the best results. The staff are nice, and informative, and the space is clean and orderly. I just wish the herb selection I had on my first visit would have been better. I will look into making another visit anyhow, and give it another shot. I’m hopeful.

Kaleafa is great in a pinch, they probably have a line but they move through it pretty fast. Flower here isn’t top tier but plentiful and occasionally you find a gem on the shelf that’s underpriced and too good to pass it up. Just don’t expect it to be around for long! Staff is friendly and fast!

This was the 2nd & last dispensary I visited. Quite frankly, their selection was so vast I saw no need to go anywhere else. The prices were implemented to appeal to ALL budgets. Staff were incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. I miss u guys!
HONESTLY. If you have not checked this place out yet you should! I went there after reading some positive reviews on this and other sites and they definitely live up to the hype.
Good for extracts for the price if you’re OMMP. Rec customers should stay away. Their weed is too expensive, across the board. They can have nice stuff, but they’ll charge ya $70/80 a 1/4 for rec. Way out of line. Market pricing calls for a $50-$55 quarter of flame bud. For $55 here it’s going to look like trashy outdoor grown stuff. I’ve also received really dry bud from them. I noticed they are using Boveda packs the last time I was in, which is a good step forward. Their menu on the monitor is also impossible to read it’s so poorly designed. Like really guys try two colors, one font and make it clean and easy to read.
High quality meds and the concentrates are great as well. Staff is friendly and the place is well taken care of.

The receptionist and front lobby were very pleasant. They even have quality Keurig coffee and chocolate! Unfortunately, that’s where the positive experience came to a screeching halt….
The 3 bud tenders behind the counter were busy helping others so I excitedly waited my turn so I could look at a few different flowers and ask some questions about different strains I saw on the website. Not what happened…
My first question was, “I don’t see any Scooby Snacks, do you have some left?” I got a short but not so sweet “out”. Huh? Okay… I said to myself. “Bummer, can you suggest something similar then? I was really wanting that”. “There’s nothing like Scooby Snacks, Scooby Snacks are Scooby Snacks”. Well, that was less than helpful. Luckily I knew I wanted Dogwalker OG so I started to ask for an 1/8th of that but a man that came in a few minutes after me asked a question louder so he answered him. When he was done with the other patron he came back to me and asked, “are you ready now”? What?!? It didn’t end there. The short answers and a you’re bothering me attitude continued the whole time. I even talked to another employee while he weighed out the flower I chose with NO help, I was saddened when he replied with exactly the same snide/condescending demeanor. I got home and shared my experience with my husband. He was very surprised because him and his friends have spent quite a bit of time and money at Kaleafa. He weighed both strains out and both came to almost exactly 3.4 grams although the labels say 3.5 grams. Shorted twice! The whole trip was upsetting from start to finish but at least I get to smoke some amazing flower in the end. I win!!
Overall an excellent visit. We had a bit of a mix up on my order at first, but they corrected it ASAP and hey, we’re all human. I’m very pleased and will return in the future.

second time there. first time was not bad but this time I will never go there again. I got a gram of girl scouts not even really thinking about looking at it, until I really looked at it at home. it’s brown, no crystals, and I am actually going to give it away as a good deed to someone in need. I also went to another place and looked at the real girl scouts and it was night and day kinda thing. so in short stay away or look very carefully at what you buy there.

I love that they have the medical side and rec side split. They have a cool set up since it’s an old house set up. They normally have candy in the lobby which for all stoners is great ha. This was my first dispensary experience and I was a little nervous and wasn’t sure what to expect. But I was so pleased by the light and bright location of Kaleafa! Endless amounts of top quality product at amazing prices. At the same time, service is “all business” and feels so rushed inside. I think management needs to look into making the environment a little friendlier and comforting. For such a new industry, people shouldn’t feel rushed looking at products they’re unfamiliar with.
So convenient! I love this shop. I am a medical patient and the selection is amazing. My only complaint, twice now I’ve gone and been told one price at the kiosk and another at the register. It’s okay, but twice is a lot. Otherwise I love this place.

I shop around for the best deals and quality. Kaleafa is my go to for quality wax. They also have top notch flower (Sour Lamb). Good selection of edibles. Excellent customer service. A little out of the way for me but when I need quality and price I make the trip.
I really enjoy this dispensary, it has more of “home” feeling to it. All of the bud tenders were nice and personable. I had a problem with a cartridge that I received, and couldn’t get a proper draw. The staff was understanding, and even replaced the cartridge with a new one. Outstanding customer service. I will definitely return.
placed was small and croweded. I thought the person helping me was great and knew what he was talking about which was completely wrong sold me something that legit tastes like plastic for 60. Asking about cartridges and hes talking about batteries he cant sell because theyre locked up? Just not a place i would ever go again- was let down for a first time customer.
kaleafa has been my go-to location for about a year now. The reasons being: sincere professional service coupled with outstanding quality products. I also would like to compliment their ability to evolve with the constant changes to regulations and massive recreational demands. They get 5 stars in my book and I have no problem traveling across town to keep their business rolling.
I’ve been coming to kaleafa since they opened for rec at midnight, and I’ve had mixed experiences. I hate to leave a negative review as the first, but I went in today and picked up some Girl Scout Cookies shatter. It’s not the highest quality stuff which I knew, but I figured it was just trim run. Got it back home to find it almost at a liquid state. I popped it in the fridge and waited a while. It gets me high, but the closer to unstable wax consistency makes it almost impossible to deal with. Don’t sell maple syrup and call it shatter.
This place is easy to find, has good bud and had some 1/4 oz. that were incredibly priced. Nice, clean, atmosphere, very friendly and helpful people. The only drawback I could find was that their new steps are a little steep. I use a cane, so it was kind of a drag. For others worse off than I am or in a wheelchair, you might want to think about investing in a ramp. Just some friendly FYI. Other than that, though, this place is one of my favorite dispensaries in the Portland Metro area.
They rarely update their menu. Very alienating to connoisseurs looking for specific products.

Called ahead because of a price I saw on leafly. They guy said he hadent been on and checked but they would have something in that price and to just come in. I drive 20 minutes one way to find out prices are outdated and even if I showed them price on leafly they wouldn’t honor it. They tried to sell me half the amount for the same price.
Busy. They need to figure out who came in first instead of calling who is next . Other dispensaries call you in order you check in.
Every time I come in to Kaleafa, they step up their game. The basic strains stay the same and that means you can get the meds you initially fell in love with. They get better and better. The are the best in the city! You guys rock out!

Stopped by this shop today; it is in a residential neighborhood in what looks like a renovated craftsman house. The shop is very nice, and high tech. It has all the strands listed on the TV above with thc content and prices. Tim who helped us was friendly and knowledgable.
We stopped by yesterday to check out there shatter and wax. We checked in but the girl at the front door did not sign us in properly and she let everyone in at the same time so there was no room to shop. The placed was packed and no one ever call our name so we got passed by over and over again.The bud tenders were to busy to answer our question so we did not get served.
I do not think the owners would be happy to hear they are losing business. We will not return because they need to fix this problem.

This is my favorite mmj dispensary in all of Portland. I usually worry about whether I’ll get good service or not but at this Dispensery…I get top shelf service & flowers that are of the greatest quality I have tasted. I am going to definitely recommend this place to friends, Family & people in general.
Not sure what the hype is. If they invested more on their flower quality than their appearance,perhaps it would have been worth it. The flower tasted like dirty basement.
I go to kaleafa all the time and the prices and deals bring me back, but time after time I’m disappointed because the concentrates I get don’t look like the display. And when spending $200+, I’d kinda expect a disclaimer, oh that one doesn’t look like that all the time. I got the violet delight because the display showed it as being very gem like, but when I opened it at home it looked like a dark blob. Very disappointed!

EPIC! Top shelf bud for well prices, Excellent CS. I was tempted to not share, and keep this one of the best kept secrets for Cannabis in SE PDX. Cause the only negative thing I can say, and this is the fault of other consumer’s, is there is often a wait to get in. They always have 4-6 busy budtenders who rock. They use gloves or tongs (no dirty hands that handle cash and bud) and they keep people from getting nose hairs in the jars. Plus they honor Vets w/a discount. As well as all the other promos. The owner runs a top notch shop. I pass several other dispensarys in the area that are closer some claim to have a larger selection, but other shops ‘well’ bud (cheap buzz bud) is either popcorn or dry and schawg bud. The occasional ‘well bud’ has always been excellent even at a value price. I’ve seen similar value bud sold as top shelf bud in other shops. I also love that they offer both outdoor and indoor and at different prices, some shops they just sell the strain and your never sure. So always worth the wait as well as the drive. So pay it forward and tell a friend. Remember that tippin’ is not just for Cows. No affiliation with anyone related to Kaleaf, I just have a deep appreciation for excellent deals with service (and will bitchabout bad service).

Prior to coming, I investigated a strain online that I wanted to try however you were out of it but you were able to direct me to another strain that was as effective. Thank you for the clean and professional service.
I’m a regular at Kaleafa and everytime I go there they remember who I am and know me. They have some of the best medicine in town with the best prices! I would recommend this dispensary to anybody and everybody!

I have been in here a few times now and have always had excellent service. I am always in and out in about 5-10 minutes, even when they are super busy. Everyone is incredibly nice and has always been great at answering questions I have had.
These guys were great! The receptionist even offered to laminate my card for free, something no other dispensary ever offered me. The clerk I dealt with, Hope, was very knowledgeable and friendly.
Kaleafa is the kind of spot that I’ve been looking for. The people are really really nice and the medicine is of good quality. I’ve already told my friends with cards about the other location and now we’re stoked because this one’s in my ‘hood.
Used to be a great dispensary, used to be, now they just care about how many people they can get in and out. Staff is friendly but admittedly uneducated on concentrates and push their Kaleafa brand shatters that are poor quality. Also keep your receipt, there is a disturbing trend here of listed prices in display cases and online listed prices not matching what you are actually charged. First two times it happened I thought no big deal, the last time it happened was the last time, I was overcharged nearly $15 on a gram of shatter…when I came back with my receipt they acted like it was my fault that I didn’t notice the overcharge….they finally returned $10 of the $12.50 I was overcharged, but not the whole amount. Sad to say that they lost a long time customer…but happy ending is that after years of dealing with declining customer service, I’ve been forced to step outside my comfort zone and have the dispensary I should have been going to all along, and for that I thank you!

This used to be my hands down place to go for concentrates (probably spent $10k here over the last 3 years) but recently prices have gone way up and the selection of affordable dabs has gone way down. These guys are no longer the best source for affordable dabs, although I keep an eye on their menu in hopes they will return to their previous inventory strategy.
I’ve been a patient customer of Kaleafa since the early days, and I’ve reviewed here before. I just wanted to single out Tyler for some praise. He is an exceptional bud tender. Considerate, professional, and knowledgeable.
I enjoyed my expirence at Kaleafa on Woodstock. It’s been a really hard change with recreational as a patient but I wanted to say Spencer and Tyler were really amazing. To be fair I probably visited this shop on one of its busier days. I walked into the front door into a crowded room where 6 people were standing and more were coming in. They were entering id as people came in. Completely skipped my id and sent 3 people in before me that had just walked in. Ok no biggie. Finally after about a 30 minute wait in the waiting room it was my turn. I walk in and was impressed with the selection. It was my first time so I asked the kid behind the counter what he recommended. He says “it’s whateva you like just pick one”. I was kind of taken back but like I said it was a special night and I wanted some pot so I picked a strain that I recognized the whole time while checking me out he was talking to other people. The whole event took over an hour. I will go back in the future and re review if my experience is different. But for now this was my experience

Super safe, easy and fast. Once I went to the back to choose through the medications I had plenty of information in view for a fast experience. They also recommended the edibles which I will be back for!
I went to this store for the first time today and I am extremely impressed. Their customer service was incredible and they had some of the finest medicine around. This has really been helping me with my glaucoma!

DO NOT USE A CREDIT CARD at this location, I was told I would be charged a $2 fee to use my credit card which was No Problem. When I checked my
statement I was charged a $20. cash equivalent fee!!! I brought my receipt & statement in, and kindly explained the issue — I was rudely told “It’s not our fault! .. it’s not our, fault we use Bitcoin! it’s a cash advance fee.” I responded, “You should inform your customers of the fee, I was informed of the $2 fee which is no issue.. but not of a $20 fee.” I was told I would have to contact my bank, and quickly dismissed to help another customer. No apology, no effort to keep me as a customer. Completely bitchy. WORST customer service I’ve ever received.. they should AT LEAST inform their customers of the fee, and BE KIND!
I absolutely love this place, all the bud tenders are awesome, and the products are always top notch no matter what price. I will always love to go here because of the excellent service I continue to get every day I am there plus most of the bud tenders know me by name and know what I like, thanks to all the kaleafa staff I appreciate you all.

I am very new to the world of MMJ & I was pleasantly surprised at how professional, knowledgeable & helpful everyone was when I went to Kaleafa for the first time 2 days ago. I cannot vouch for the quality of their products because I am so new to all of this that I wouldn’t know good quality from bad, what I’ve used so far seems to be very effective on my nausea and pain. I will be going to Kaleafa again asap & I would recommend them to anyone!
Really good people, I only visited here once, but it was a great visit. The gentleman working, could see that I was uncomfortable and in a lot of pain that day, and donated to me a couple of the AC/DC capsules, and a pre-roll, just because. My first time going to Kaleafa was on a Monday and I went there because they were the only dispensary which stayed open till five. They provided top notch service similar to any of the other well known dispensaries in Portland. At Kaleafa, you really get to focus on the buds that you want as opposed to the price. They keep me coming back because they usually have specials and always have the best suggested donations on good quality buds.
Nice place, convenient location, friendly staff. I have only been there twice so far and already Kaleafa is looking like it will be my go to place for marijuana meds. They also have nice deals that really help stretch your budget and their standard donations are very reasonable by any account. I give this dispensary 5 stars.

Kaleafa is a really nice little shop nestled into Woodstock. The handful of times I’ve been in the employees have been really pleasant and helpful, even when they’re swamped with customers.
Their non-ommp prices are pretty middle of the road for the area: generally around a 25% markup, which is a pretty typical.
Their quality seems excellent so far. The jack herer I got from them was fantastic!
The only complaint is that it feels very very cramped, to the point of being overwhelming if there’s more than one other person in there with you.
Overall: nice employees, good product, reasonable prices.
Enjoyed this visit very much. Everyone here is very nice and helpful especially since it was my first visit. Will come back again.
My doc recommended I try medical flower and honestly I very hesitant at first. I cautiously entered the Kaleafa store on Woodstock and was immediately assisted. The employees there made me feel much more comfortable about the whole ordeal and were very helpful in guiding my purchase decision.

i was on my way home from work and found this gem of a place. the receptionist was funny and gets you signed into their system BEFORE you even buy it so you can save a little time. really great service from Dre as well. he gave me the rundown on pricing and deals as soon as i walked up to browse the various strains. i will definitely be coming here more often.

As an out of work veteran without a grower the owner of Kaleafa offered me the aEURoefavoraEUR of getting me a grower through one of his suppliers, and asked me to make him my caregiver. After paying my own registration, including the increased fee for a 3rd party grower and making the owner my caregiver, they immediately started a trend of hassling me over my meds. I was supposed to receive my meds at the 1st of every month, instead I would get excuse after excuse as to why my meds were aEURoenot in yetaEUR and otherwise unavailable until I would be forced, due to lack of meds, to settle much later in the month for an inferior product, offered by them, in lieu of the actual meds from what was supposed to be my grower. In other words aEUR” they stole from a veteran in need by coercing me into taking the low end shwag then they sold my meds off recreational.
These people are nothing but thieves, they care NOTHING of patients or customer service or what they put on their shelves, – avoid this dispensary at all cost.
Nicely labeled product, and good selection. However, I will not be returning for 1 simple reason, I usually order 2 grams of flower for there contrasting medical benefits. My very important strong pain relief strand was left off my order, I was very clear so this means I was not being heard. Now I need to go out again, my muscles seizing up at this point, to a dispensary that is further away because I know my medicine will be there and that they listen.

I’ve been here twice now and walked away extremely impressed with the service on both occasions. I would feel comfortable bringing my mom here. Super clean shop, staff is exceptionally courteous and easy to talk to. Tyler is top notch at what he does and it’s obvious that he has a genuine passion for his work. I never felt like I was being talked into a strain I wasn’t interested in, and both the suggestions were better than what I went in for. I never caught the name of the person that helped me the second time I visited, but he was equally helpful despite the insane rush they were going through. The owner’s brother was there and made a point (several times) that he doesn’t “smoke weed.” He referred us to the more knowledgeable guy in back, and then proceeded to interrupt him and kept recommending product based on price and “this one sells real good.” Facepalm.

Yes, this is why people get their med cards. A safe, reasonably priced way to get nothing but high quality meds. It’s just more convenient.
After years of being a medical patient and having been to hundreds of dispensaries in 4 different states, I can safely say that Kaleafa is my favorite. They have a wide range of products and are one of the most affordable places in town. The bud tenders are knowledgeable about the frequently changing inventory and always seem to want to make sure I leave happier than I came in. Having employees like Anthony that want to go above and beyond for the customers is what makes this location my go to spot and keeps me coming back.
I only wish that their concentrates and flower were a little better organized or if they did a daily printed menu available because it can be hard to see everything that they have and then make a decision.
Kaleafa is one of the top dispensaries on my list. The staff is very friendly and more than helpful. The meds are quality and their prices can’t be beat. I do wish to be the resular customer of Kaleafa.
I frequent Portland’s different dispensaries for a little bit of this or that. I heard by the reviews on here that this place had a KILLER variety of concentrates. Sadly tho, what I would was the opposite. Only a little revolving carousel of different BHO options. Some looked good, others not so much. But very small. So I got a few grams and each and every last one was severely dry. Definitely not refrigerated. So I am very sad at the quality. I know they have a huge sale on concentrates on Saturday. So maybe I came after they got wiped out. But I frequent other shops that always stay consistent with good wax. Can’t say I have a real urge to go back. Thanks for the good customer service tho.

A few days ago I went there with a view to have some marijuana treatment with my cousin. They are really very good in service. Very fast and efficient staffs are available. I will definitely go there again if I need.
The girl helping us Hailey was very rude. I went to this particular location because they were the closest place in my area that had the stran Tangie which I love. She told us right away that they didn’t have that particular kind. The manager overheard her and said they did have some in the other room. She proceeded to start weighing out a gram of the scoobie snacks when I said that’s not the kind I wanted she very rudely said what DID you want. I replied The Tangie and some Albert walker. I ended up getting two grams of Albert walker in two separate containers and was charged $25 not sure how that happened. Unfortunately she stapled the bag and I didn’t open it until I got home. The rest of the staff seemed friendly but $25 for two grams and to not even get what I went in there for. Sadly very disappointed

Kaleafa is an awesome dispensary. Everyone is incredibly layed back and helpful. Medication is always on point. Medication is prepackaged and you don’t get to pick out your own buds. After visiting Kaleafa for the first time, I have decided to go there regularly to fulfill my mmj needs.
I always enjoy my trips to Kaleafa and today way no different. I had been suffering from a gnarly migraine all day until I sat down and smoked a bowl of Northern Comfort… Just like that my migraine was gone.. POOF! I went to Kaleafa the other night because I was in need of more weed and they were open. They are about a 20 minute drive and there’s a couple dozen closer places, but I’m so glad I went. One of the staff people, Gus, helped me SO MUCH. He spent a ton of time with me, explaining various edibles and smokable strains, and I left with a few items, feeling like I had a grip on what would help with what. He was totally right, too. Everything worked exactly as he said it would. He sold me a capsule called AC/DC, which has very high CBDs and almost no THC. I took it when I had a migraine bad enough to warrant a trip to the ER, and the pill got rid of the migraine completely without making me too stoned to function. I skipped the ER! I’m so happy and will definitely return soon.

This is my go to place for concentrates when I want a variety. They always seem to have some of the lowest donations I’ve seen around this area. They also have some really good top shelf flower for very low donations as well. I for sure recommend checking this place out. Sometimes you have to wait a while cuz its busy, but its worth it. Staff is for the most part very friendly and know whats up.
when they did not have the concentrate I require in stock they offered me a discount on a similar product. Great service, great products.

I am a caregiver for my medical partner, who has very bad anxiety among other health problems, and a very complicated medical regimine. After a very unsavory discovery that I did not get what I asked my budtender for, I came back in and spoke with assistant manager Geoff. He was extremely sympathetic and apologetic, he spent a great deal of time discussing my partners medical needs, and he more than generously made up for the incident. Thank you Geoff, we will be coming back soon.

The only bad is I like to check out new places and this place is so great I keep going back Oh well what can you do.
There is just one complaint I have with this place and that’s the lack of a ramp. However I will attest to the fact that the staff was very helpful in getting me into the shop carefully and then sending me on my way after I found some medication. I still think it’s a fabulous place, I’m just waiting for their ramp aEUR” which they said they hope to have soon.

This shop is ridiculous and need to read up on CUSTOMER SERVICE! I purchased some Pandora on Friday and the Jar in the shop said 29% when I get in my car the label says 25% being the third time this has happened to me I went back in to let them know hey you have an issue here and its AGAINST THE LAW to not accurately disclose what you are selling, the jerk laughed at me like it was a freaking joke not as if im a dis-satisfied customer and instead of trying to fix the situation (hey maybe tell me which is actually correct) HE LAUGHED! This was really the nail in their horrible customer service coffin after dealing with the horrifically rude girl who said not one word to me beside my total and glared making me hurry in my selection to get away from her. Oh did i mention i had to yell my selection over the sound of their music blaring because every time i said something i just got a glare and a i cant hear you look. All in all there is so many good shops in Portland and this one has fallen far from the top of that list where they used to reside.
This is my all time favorite dispensary. I’ll prolly still go check out a couple new ones around my area, but these guys will always be my number 1! Great meds and great service. I always leave happy. Stay cool guys.

Clean very safe facility. The check in process was very streamlined. I felt like I was in a doctors office and that was a good thing. The bud tenders were amazing. They answered all of my questions. They made suggestions that made me think that they really know what they’r talking about. I will for sure be returning to the dispensary. So far no complaints. I absolutely love the service, love the flowers, love the facility.

This is my favorite dispensary in SE Portland. I came into town not too long ago and the staff have always been nothing but friendly and helpful from the moment I walk in the front door to the moment I shut it on the way out. On top of the great service, the building is a little old house cleverly converted, and it really does have a homey feel to it. The cannabis is incredible… My first visit I purchased two prerolls, and both had such sticky bud in them I couldn’t even smoke either joint all the way down because of the oil(not resin) sapping up in the tip (heart eyes emoji would go well here). And with quality eighths like Jack Herer starting at $24 out-the-door, I’ll definitely be making this my regular spot, rain or shine <3

I take pride in my knowledge of cannabis and I love nothing more than to help people if they have questions. with this being said one of my biggest pet peeves is when a dispensary is snide and condasending. It really upsets me to think of how many people have come into their establishment expecting the service to be as good as the medicine. Just to be treated like idiots. why can’t you have both? it is so rare nowadays to actually find people that take pride in helping people with ailments. when I have a simple question about the strain I’m purchasing, and your response seems to be that I’m bothering you for taking time out of your day it pisses me off. I also I’m well aware of the tax we have an the state of Oregon but when you’re trying to tell me I have to pay $15 more and won’t even give me enough time to say medical even it upsets me. I am absolutely ashamed of establishments that are only in it for the money. it’s like going to a doctor that treats you like you’re just another checkbook. get your shit together you’re supposed to be professionals not just everyday growers with an attitude. -Budsey.

Always a great experience at kaleafa, if you’re thinking about coming to jakes fa don’t think about it anymore just get in your car or on your bike and get down there! Really enjoyed the blue magoo shatter- I’m kinda picky about shatter but what the budtender said was 100% accurate about the quality, and I could really taste the terpenes. Won’t hesitate to go here again, their flower is bomb too. Those moon rocks really rocked would get 3 people stoned off one nug. Can’t wait to see those back! My only suggestion would be like a deal on buying more than one gram of shatter. Thanks guys! See ya soon!
This place is awesome. They have high cbd strains you can’t find anywhere else. The AC-DC capsules are great for pain. Also you get 15% your first visit.

The most important trait in a dispensary is cleanliness and professionalism. Kaleafa is clean, has a great variety to choose from, and was very relaxed yet professional. This was my first trip to a dispensary and the staff were very helpful and talkative, it made me feel less intimidated about the whole thing. I will absolutely be back!

-staff are not seasoned pros, sure they are sweet and smile… but from the dude at the front desk struggling to register me in the computer, to the guy ringing me up… it was rough.
-the staff struggled to describe the concentrate stock, which has been all repackaged. upside is nice container, downside is none of the manufacturer or strain info beyond name is on the packaging. I wasnt confident the bud tender remembered my preferences as I shopped.

Stopped in to check out the new dispensery in the Woodstock area. I was plesently surprised to find a very clean and professional environment. The staff was both professional and very knowledgeable compared to my previous experiences at other dispeNJ NJnseries. There were plenty of options regarding products and flower. Finally a dispensery with consistency and top quality products!
Heres the deal. I like Kaleafa a lot. The people that work there are great and the meds are amazing….but I drive there all the time. Close to a 3o minute drive. I have gone in three times now and your menu on leafly doesn’t match the meds you actually have on the shelf in your shop. That is a huge no no. I will not be back because of how many times it has happened.

Had an interesting interaction my first time. Not sure I will be back. Didn’t get help for about 15 minutes. The place wasn’t very busy until a few minutes after I came in. Others were helped before me. I had questions and wanted to spend more money. Oh well! Plenty of dispensaries around.

Love this place for their low prices on concentrates. Good selection; their “Shatterday” sale on Saturday dYtmf sometimes wipes them out. Often very busy, but the staff do their best to remain friendly. Construction outside at the moment, affecting the sidewalk and entrance until upgrades are finished. Separate med patient room for better service. Locally owned and grown. I drive a little farther, and get up at 8am, to go here.
First of all their description of the med was way off. They listed it as being so sticky it would stick to anything. So off I went and bought some. I didn’t pick it up or touch it. I get home pull it out and it is pretty much like any other bud. They are the best in my area. Love them.

Bought items at least four times. Probably not headed bank. Selection and price for recreation customers is average. Also, last two visits bud jars were all over the counter. Kind of a disorganized mess.
I came from out of town and checked this place outaEUR| it was well worth it. They have a bit of a deal going on right now which was clutch and what I purchased was phenomenal. I’ll probably have to make this trip more often for sure.
Another excellent experience at Kaleafa. Went in last night for some extracts to help manage nausea. Tyler, (who in my opinion is one of the best bud tenders in Portland) went above and beyond the call of duty to find a strain to help me. He made the time to answer my questions while juggling a million other things. The strain he recommended (San Fernando Valley OG) helped bigtime. Kaleafa still has the greatest selection and fairest prices.Keep rockin’, guys. <3

Woodstock location was my first dispensary trip alone, and the first time I bought weed in 20 odd years. The staff were super friendly, helpful NS patient with my zillion questions. I visited 3-4 times over summer and fall 2018 and was asked how previous purchases worked for both my medical & recreational needs.
Personally I LOVE that they keep track of previous purchases, but not everyone likes that idea.
Clean and orderly, it can get crowded and parking SUCKS (what can you expect in SE?)

Good dispensary. I’ve only tried Thier flower, but it was top quality every time. Only problem I have is that it’s always hardcore busy when I go in, and sometimes I feel rushed, but I can’t blame a place for succeeding.
Kaleafa’s has always been my favorite shop, And I have been to hundreds by now. The best buds I have ever smoked. The staff are always very friendly and knowledgeable. I also love that they have a different deal every day, and the reward system is awesome. dY~,,
My friend liked their facebook page so I checked them out a bit more. Their website is giving out a coupon right now so I got that and went into their store. Overall a decent place and I was pretty happy with the price.
This store is awesome. I’m one of the gray-haired set, and Kaleafa employees are so welcoming and informative to me and my friends. I haven’t experienced that at any other dispensary. I drive 18 miles and pass many green stores to get to Kaleafa.

I have been a long term and loyal Kalefa patient, this shop has always felt like home with super friendly and well informed workers. HOWEVER they have taken a slight change for the worse. They have so many new uniformed workers, who can’t remember that you are medical (this has happened 4 times) they have changed their listed pricing, and now they have decided to sell their bho in paper like any crappy shop populating 82nd ave. please get your act together guys!!

I have been coming to Kaleafa for several months now. The quality of their medicine, as well as their service, cannot be matched. Ever since I went to the shop my first time, I became a regular.
This is THE best dispensary in Portland by FAR! The owner is compassionate and head strong about our cause, he will not sell bunk weed, and offers flower at a level that is financially out of reach at other dispensaries for a great price along with a fantastic selection of dab!
I walked out with 1/8 pound Indi Kush and Pineapple Express Shatter, just got home and can honestly say I am the most medicated I have been in ages!
An excellent and professional place to acquire high quality cannabis products. Staff is knowledgable and selection is wide. I highly recommend their Raspberry Kush, it is the best I have seen anywhere!
Checked them out for the first time today. great staff, excellent selection HOWEVER…AND THIS IS IMPORTANT…. i asked for blue dream shatter. they had two types of blue dream concentrates shatter and crumble so i was specific when i said shatter…also two different prices…. when i got home though…i found i was not given shatter even though the label said shatter , it was some type of wax i wouldnt call it a crumble so i cant even be sure if it was blue dream at all… either way.. whatever strain of wax it was, it was good even though it wasnt what i wanted or would have chosen… i like shatter, wanted shatter, paid for shatter…and that part seriously sucks. They have Vitonic drinks at a good price so I may come back I just am going to be double checking that i am getting what i ask for…and that part sucks, trust is big, its medicine afterall.

I would highly recommend this dispensary. They had great service and answered all my questions. They had a good selection of medicines and options. Everyone there was so friendly and helpful, I will definitely be a regular patient of Kaleafa!

I’ve visited about 10 dispensaries in Portland, Oregon over the past three weeks and Kaleafa was one of the best. They had a wide selection of high quality buds, a nice upbeat atmosphere, and excellent customer service.

Quality was great, atmosphere was really good, prices were eh $25 for 2g. everyone was really nice except the blonde lady who helped me, oh well theres plenty of dispensaries to choose from, from what ive seen quality has been at least good at every place ive been to, atmosphere well everyones getting to buy or sell bud legally so id say most ppl are happy w atmosphere, service varies but this is my 1st time feeling like my $s not wanted o well
I have been to numerous dispensaries in the surrounding area; always looking for the best deal of the day and good quality. Some places have decent flower and a selection of other items but, Kaleafa tops the list!
They have a rewards program that accrues automatically for you so you do not have to remind the budtender. They always thank me for my prior military service and treat everyone equally important. The staff is always smiling, knowledgeable, informative and never hurried.
This brings me to my last visit to Kaleafa a few days ago. A gentleman by the name of Tyler assisted me. He was by far the most friendly and helpful budtender I have had the opportunity to meet. He obviously knows his product and helped my choose my items with confidence.
The products are important! I am very picky about what I spend my money on and being a consumer, I feel that I deserve good customer service as with anyone else. Kaleafa and Tyler both have exceeded my expectations. Up until now, I have always made my journeys to the best deals. I will no longer be looking; I have found my pot o’ gold at the end of the rainbow. It is located @ 5232 SE Woodstock.

I was really impressed with the appearance and atmosphere here . It was my first visit to a state dispensary and I was not sure what to expect . The meds were great, the donations were fair. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I recommend this shop highly.
Tonight, I went in about 25 minutes from close, and came in quick as usual. I made my way towards the patient section, a lady saw me walk over and met me at the counter. I started asking questions about products, and when I asked about concentrates they had in stock but had no sample out, if they could open one and was immediately told no. That’s okay, but since I myself work in a dispensary, I know that you could open one and leave it out for customers to see. I asked if a supervisor could maybe come over and open one because I intended to purchase several. She was EXTREMELY rude, when telling me she was in fact the supervisor on shift and that it wouldn’t happen because she didn’t want to open the product. Fairly surprised I dropped it and went on to look at other product. As my transaction went on, she was clearly in a rush, but took her time having a kind conversation with a friend while ignoring me. If you want a good experience, probably don’t come here. But because of this visit they have completely lost my business.

That being said, I do have suggestions!!!
#1 Get a ‘number’ when you come in. I can’t tell you how many times I have been cut in line by an unintentional line cutter. Your dispensary is DAMN busy, so therefore, your bud tenders are not able to keep track of this issue. DMV has them. Be like them.
#2 More up front information for patients from ‘ the front’. I’ve been visiting for months now, and my last visit ( just the other day) was the first time that anyone acknowledged me as a patient and explained to me the benefits of being a patient shopping with Kaleafa. This fact was only acknowledged at check out… The front desk doesn’t have that hard of a job, they can give more info to the people coming in, so your bud tenders can focus on selling your products. Before you ask… YES. I hand them my license and MEDICAL card every time I come in.
I will be continuing on as a loyal customer at Kaleafa, regardless of whether they take my suggestions to heart. They have the hours needed, a surplus of options, excellent employees… the place is great.

Yesterday I went in and saw they have Cherry Pie flower. I got really excited because I had been searching for this particular strain for a while now so I purchased a quarter only to come home and find seeds. Lots of seeds… I gave them a call this morning to let them know and the guy on the phone didn’t really sound too concerned about it and he didn’t really seem sincere when he apologized. Not the best customer service and disappointing since I go there frequently.
Simply the best! I have been to quite a few dispensaries in Portland and many of them are quite good but Kaleafa is the best. The staff is great, prices are really good and the bud selection is the best I have ever seen! My first visit to Kaleafa was a really big Wow!
Ya’ll are selling some fake ass Girl Scout Cookies and you need to fix your scale cuz everything that gets weighed is short.
I liked Kaleafa’s bud selection a lot but their staff ruined my experience. The employees seemed to have a bit of the end-of-shift blues because a lot of the answers I got from my bud tender were pretty snarky and he seemed a bit cranky to be honest, which was odd because I remember failing miserably in an attempt at being extra nice to compensate for how rude the bud tender was being every time I would ask a question about their selection. He never really got more in depth than “These are indicas, these are sativas”. He also seemed to enjoy the fact that I was looking for a $6 gram which wasn’t meant as a joke. Rec side was pretty poorly attended to, people looked like a lost herd of sheep. They were bought out of a lot off their selection with no idea of when it would be restocked in the future. Wouldn’t recommend to a friend. Probably won’t be going back, too far of a drive for too little of an experience. I wish they would have just been a little nicer.
By far the best when it comes to knowledge and service! The staff is absolutely amazing!! I’m never sure what to buy with such a huge selection, but they continue to provide me with quality meds and keeps me experiencing new variety and taste. I don’t even question their suggestions, I just buy them!! If you have yet to try Kaleafa.
Kaleafa has the best selection of recreational bud of anywhere I’ve been. Prices are $2 a gram extra for recreational though, on top of their usual $10 a gram, plus a $2 fee for running a debit card, so it adds up. Not like some places charging 14-15 a gram though. The dude behind the counter was friendly and mad chill even though I was the last customer of the night and they were closing up. I like the way they weigh it out for you in front of you and will snap off stems and replace them with bud. I could see the small location getting pretty crowded if there were lots of customers, which could be a potential downside. They have lots of amenities while waiting though, like k-cup coffee and some red vines and weed magazines.

I much prefer Kaleafa’s homey feel to the more sterile outlets’, though all the bud tenders I’ve met in Portland have been very nice. But Kaleafa’s people are especially friendly**, and though the atmosphere is buzzing and the place is jumping especially on penny-gram days, they do an impressive job of handling the flow efficiently and surprisingly quickly, without making you feel rushed.
**Just one suggestion, they might want to not overuse phrases like aEURoewe’re glad to have YOU as a customer! First, they don’t know you from Adam and second, stuff like that is really only effective when uttered while black – at which time it works VERY well – Hey don’t blame me I dint write the rules 😀 But I have to say, I went in on my birthday kinda bored, and came out feeling like royalty. It was awesome.
So how bout that one review, that litany of complaints? Lil dude almost sounds like he knows what he’s talking about till you start wondering, if he’s such a weed expert, how’s he still so uptight? LOL. And it doesn’t take a whole lotta smarts to know that of COURSE the promos – full grams for a penny! – are going to be from batches that are a bit drier, that for quality purposes will soon be pulled from the shelves. I personally appreciate the promos a LOT – you get to try strains that you might not otherwise, and I’ve found some good ones!
Stopped into Kaleafa today for the first time. Nice location very knowledgeable staff great products. When we arrived we were the first customers at least 10 people were waiting when we left. Very nice place. Will definitely be back.

Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever received. I called them on the phone first , and they had no idea what they had in stock. They also wouldn’t check to see if things were in stock, and their menu was completely wrong. The person on the phone did nothing useful at all and knew nothing useful either.
I have been in here several times. I have limited income so their $15/g concentrates were excellent! Loved the Platinum OG.

Was on my way to what I thought was the only decent dispensary in My area just before 10pm and made a wrong turn which happened to be a RIGHT turn… Straight Up Dankness and Friendly staff (Shout Out 2 Jason for all the hookups) in a quiet and discreet spot that is almost so low key You might pass it by if You didn’t give a s*** about a green cross dY~, … I’m literally on My way there right now to go grab another couple grams of their Durban Poison and this extra fire Black Widow they’ve got. In one word “ENJOY”.
This place was recommended to me by several people. The thing is, this place is no where near “on the way” anywhere for me but its worth the trek. It’s easy to find and there is street parking and a parking lot. Just be courteous to the neighbors.
I don’t think I have ever been here when its not busy. I like that the lobby is stocked with a variety of coffees, teas, and Red Vines. I come here for Red Vines too. This is split into medical and recreational but the flower would be on the rec side. Sometimes its so busy in that side of the house that being in the medical side is a relief from the bustling madness.
The bud tenders are knowledgable and friendly. The prices are great for the quality. It keeps me coming back.
Amazing place. This was my first visit to Kaleafa and I arrived 15 minutes before they closed, I was looking for pre-rolled joints for my patient, they did not have any but, everyone there went above and beyond and they helped me try and find an open dispensary that did have them. When we came up empty handed, instead of sending me on my merry way they called one of the daytime workers and asked if he would be willing to come in and roll 2 joints for me, which he said yes too. Wow. 25 minutes later, I was out the door with my medicine and on my way home. Exceptional service, easy to work with and so so so very helpful. Thank you so much for all the effort everyone put in to get me 2 pre-rolled joints. My patient was very happy and I was so grateful that I did not have to go home empty handed. 🙂
Love the variety of price points with delicious selections for everyone’s taste & budget. I stop by twice a week just to sample the newest flavors. I appreciate Kaleafa. So, go there & have your required meds.
When I got home, I discovered on my receipt I had been charged for an extra eighth and of the two I received, one of them was the wrong flower! So I paid for extra weed, got some sub-standard crap that I didn’t want. & It took 30 minutes of begging them to review their cameras before they would offer me a 10% discount to make up for it. Used to love em, but will not let them rip me off twice! Which sucks, they have some really good stuff, but nothing I can’t find at other shops. Goodbye kaleafa. Hope you treat others with more respect and dignity.
I love this location. The employees are helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and just freaking awesome. They have great deals on concentrates that are tasty and some of the highest tested I’ve seen.

I’ve had a mixed bag of experiences here. I’ve walked away with several nice strains and good customer service experiences. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was really weak sauce in my opinion.
Roughly 8-10 people in line with 1 yes 1 bud tender. It was about 20-25 before I walked out.
The budtender was clearly overwhelmed but trying to keep it professional. There were at least four other bud tenders there making small talk with each other in the back room with no guests.
He was speaking outwardly to the guests about the fact he wasn’t getting help and it seemed weird. Super weird vibes. Not to mention the customer frustration as all these people who visibly worked let their fellow co worker flounder with a relentlessly long line.
I work in retail and they broke so many 101 rules. I realize they are just getting started however they need more professional management as any owner would have cringed at what was going on in there. It didn’t seem like anyone cared either.
I definitely will try again. I’ve had the best experiences there earlier on. This was closer to 9. It felt like extracurricular partying was going on and folks weren’t even concerned about the business
And last but not least I picked a strain based on the last experience I had with it and the quality this time was really poor. It seems like it had been around for a minute. Shame on me for just ordering and not peeping my first.

First time there today. It’s a busy little shop. It gets loud, fast. But it also had a nice selection, excellent deals and the most beautiful budtender in Portland.
SERIOUSLY the best buds in Portland. love that they have stains that other dispensarys don’t have.
So early in the week this place is hoppin’ – decent prices plus a $1 pre-pack gram deal brings quite the crowd to this converted 4-square house right off 52nd. Tucked between two other houses and a bit worn-out looking, the small space is only accessible via the front stairs so folks with limited mobility may need assistance.
Once inside the small entry you’re likely to have a short wait as people examine strains like Sour Dub (at $8/gm with tax it’s a steal) or Platinum Kush at $14/gm inside the sales room. With several displays and lots of counter space the tenders can serve 2 or 3 customers at any given time, plus there is a seperate medical counter for priority service of cardholders.
Listed prices include tax, so your total is what the advertised price is, no special maths or extra dollars needed.
As usual the buds themselves are solid, the strains offered display the right traits and the handful I’ve taken home represent well, specifically the Sour Dub (25% thc) and Blue Dream which exhibit exceptional flavor profiles.
tl;dr on Mon and Tue you can walk out with 2 grams for under $10 and the regular prices are pretty rad too.
Kaleafa is the only dispensary that I recommend card holders to stop at. They have the best shop, staff, and selection that I’ve seen. They’re prices couldn’t get any better and they give out free lighters! Most importantly they answer all your questions you have about there products.

My partner and I shop almost exclusively at Woodstock Kaleafa after checking out at least a hundred other dispensaries in the Portland metro area. We are loyal customers.
Kaleafa has multiple locations and is expanding at a rapid rate, even as far as Ashland in Southern Oregon. As a well established, professional dispensary with reliable, products, vendors, and staff, you can count on finding what you need within your price range at a good quality. The staff are knowledgeable not only about the products they vend but also about cannibas products (and science) overall and you will receive the individual attention you need to get your questions answered and to walk away satisfied with your products. Staff even ask for feedback and follow up after you try products they recommend. They have a lot of trip-worthy deals every day of the week like $1 grams with any purchase on Mondays and Tuesdays and a 15% discount on shatterdays on oil.
However, the main reason we come to this dispensary is because the staff treat you like a friend, especially when you are a regular. Anthony, Thunder Cat, Daniel, Sang, Lauren, Mark, Oliver, Mitch, Ariel, Tom, Aaron, and others make it feel like seeing friends rather than running an errand or going to the store. Anthony especially embodies a sense of team spirit that shows how much he cares for not only his customers but his co-workers and you get the sense they are more like a family at Kaleafa. We appreciate the outstanding customer service we get from Anthony and Thunder Cat and others. We feel welcomed as Queer, transgender patrons.
We do think it would be beneficial to Kaleafa to hire more women, POC, and Queer staff and to make sure they have a strong infastructure in support for their existing minority staff. It is good business practice and good PR for the rest of the community to know the staff in the businesses we patronize are treated well and fairly. I usually do not like to drop names, but Geoff, Tyler & Spencer do deserve credit for top notch customer service. That great service and the fact the shop is inside a small house, makes you feel like you are stopping by a good friend’s house just to say “Hi”. A good friend who also just happens to be constantly harvesting dozens upon dozens of popular flower strains, quality concentrates & delicious edibles.

When Kaleafa first opened up in the Portland OR, it quickly became my favorite dispensary. I enjoyed it so much. With the combination of selection/variety, prices, friendly staff, and a clean organized atmosphere- Kaleafa is unparalleled.

I drive past at least 6 or seven other places to get to KALEAFA. They are simply, the best. Bud tender Haley, is knowledgeable and friendly and a real gem. Prices and service here are the best! Love you guys!

There’s one girl that works there who literally skips me every single time. It’s frustrating to go and wait in such a long line and then be “greeted” with poor customer service. Aside from that girl, who I now try to avoid, this place is the real deal. The pricing is always great and the quality is on point. They have a punch card program where you can make purchases to add up to get money off and they also have the penny gram days. The rest of the staff is so pleasant and nice that I’ll always return but I just avoid the dark tan girl who is rude and never smiles.
I do think they should relocate to a larger facility and add a few bud tenders as the last several times I’ve waited about 25 mins to get what I came for while people before me ponder what they want to purchase and the people after me are making their purchase before me. As you can tell that specific employee has left me with a bad taste in my mouth for Kaleafa. I’ll still return since it’s so close and the other employees are always great.

This is a very well established business that not only helps those in needs but is just a great place to kick back and have a little “adult time” so to say. Great and positive customer service, amazing staff. Always greeted with a smile.
The product is wonderful and the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. However, you have to get there early because they are crazy busy and run out of some products rapidly.

Fire alien kush + strawberry cough = Fire Aluen Strawberry. Picked it out of a few others I looked at. It has a lineage that contains northern lights, chewdawg, and haze. Try it ya’ll, zone out and watch some movies. Be warned this weed is sticky icky and flowing with orange hairs.
I love Kaleafa! When weed became legal I shopped several different dispensaries & found a couple that I liked well enough. A friend mentioned Kaleafa to me, so I checked it out. I haven’t shopped anywhere else since. The selection, quality & prices are excellent. The entire staff, from the front desk to the budtenders are very friendly & knowledgeable. No matter how busy the shop is, they’re patient & happy to take the time to recommend strains that have the attributes you’re looking for. I love this shop & will continue to be a happy client.

This is the best dispensary to go! I’ve been to quite a few dispensaries in Portland OR and Kaleafa is hands down the best! I was in a couple days ago and Andrew helped me out, he was very polite and made me feel very comfortable. He showed me all the different options without pushing anything.

while kaleafa offers some of the best deals in town, I always go home and weigh what I buy there and anywhere else. Their stuff is not prepackaged, so no excuses for water loss, etc… they weigh in front of if you…but today my 1/8 weighed 3.0 grams at my house one block away… so either their scales uniformly weigh heavy and need calibration, or they are ripping me and everybody else off purposefully… This is the third time out of four this has happened there, so I’m done.. no more $ from me little thieves, dishonesty is not appreciated

Kaleafa is arguably the best dispensary in Portland in terms of quality, quantity, and service. They have bomb bud, oil, edibles, etc. and their bud tenders are crazy polite.

This location was clean, professional and we’ll stocked. When I arrived, I was warmly greeted and immediately offered help. When I asked for some time to browse, I was left alone until I looked up from their selection. No one was pushy, and when I asked for suggestions based on my nerds, I was respected and no one pushed the expensive or sale product, just what works for for me. Also, the prices are post tax, so you pay no more than list price. They also have a punch card where you earn $10 off after spending $100/10 punches (I have 3 punches for buying a $30 1/8th). They have their stuff together! Look forward to coming back.
This dispensary was super low-key and very friendly. I didn’t have a lot of cash and they had some good low-cost flower. I will go back but this time I will be really careful which driveway I use. The neighbors are probably already tired of people going in the wrong place. Other than that no worries…

Oh, my sweet Kaleafa. You have become like a second home to me over the last couple. I am forever indebted to Tyler, who is by far, the greatest Bud Tender in Portland. He just has this way of picking out the exact strain you need at that very moment, and every single time produces quality buds that are beautiful and seed/stem free, and takes the time to chat in between.
All the other folks are super nice and welcoming too. They always have a great selection of Indicas, a few less Sativas…but always seem to have my favorites in. Good prices for the quality too! And no better deal than Monday and Tuesday $1 gram day!! Don’t forget to tip your Bud Tender a$?i,

This was my first visit. I liked the strain I tried, the staff was friendly, and it was a beautiful little surroundings. The only thing I notice different from other dispensaries I’ve been to is that they have more deals then this location. To sum up, this dispensary is alright and I wouldn’t mind visiting Kaleafa again and again.

I have been going to Kaleafa since I found there location 3 or 4 months ago. They have an awesome top shelf selection and the employees are very knowledgeable and friendly. Every time I enter the shop it is a comfortable setting and friendly atmosphere.
