The first time I walked into this business with a friend, It left a bad taste in my mouth with how they handled her with her service dog, however, they have since rectified the situation and my friend is very happy with them after everything so that’s all taken care of.
My trip inside was very interactive. The employees were very engaging and helpful. They have a small container of bud with their name and picture on a couple different shelves you’re allowed to pick up and smell them and look at them yourself.
As for the bud I got, It wasn’t what I was looking for in terms for Indica, but that’s ok, I never specified what I wanted but was recommended to try that particular bud, so that’s nothing on them. 4 stars because they were good, but not the best lol
My first was very welcoming and understanding. They offered me to try and made sure I found what was compatible with my taste. I have told my friends and co-workers and we plan on coming every week.

Stopped by for butane, but sadly they did not, but I can’t say no to trying a new shop out, My wife and I loved it. Excellent prices, All of it is grown and processed by the company. My Uncle and I got there just before closing and they were just about to lock the door. They let us in with smiles and a friendly welcome. The employee that helped us was knowledgeable (wish I got his name) and friendly. The store itself was clean, and the dA(c)cor was simple but works. The prices are all clearly marked so customers can see them. I will definitely be going back and using this place as my only place to get my green..

The prices are more than fair for any other location I’ve been to in Oregon! Great selection of bud all grown by the dispensary and they know there stuff. if you have any questions just ask and they are helpful,friendly,and respectful. They know a ton about how the flowers will affect you and the lineage of the genetics. The service is perfect, no weed snobs working there. The atmosphere makes you feel like you are in an upscale dispensary because you are but the prices are more than reasonable. They have dank flowers.
I got gorilla glue #4 super frosty, terpenes were amazing and so strong, the flavor on the exhale was so smooth and tasty.

$4 a gram for my medicine, are you kidding, that’s amazing. It’s not like it’s bottom shelf stuff. They have GG #4 on sale for $4 a gram and $13 an eighth. Why would you ever go anywhere else?

The OG Collective is a class act in every way and have some of the freshest and highest quality flower in town. I do like this location because it is close and all the bud tenders are really nice (the mellow Hispanic guy introduced me to many of my favorite strains). The only thing I dislike about the Hawthorne location is that the prices are more expensive than the other stores. Why does the store in the poorer part of town charge more than the store in the wealthiest sector?
Their budtenders are very friendly, if not always knowledgeable. Definitely have some decent sales when you are on a budget, but even when we are not I have personally never gotten anything remarkable from here. I also haven’t gotten anything I would consider bad, though.

A clean and comfortable environment with a helpful and friendly staff. It’s a small space so beware what hours you visit, it gets especially crowded on the weekends and late evenings.
You won’t find the “crA”me de la crA”me” flower here but you won’t beat the price for the quality they do offer. That is not to say you won’t find top-shelf buds here at times. If you’re running low on cash, you’ll find a daily sale here @ $15 an eighth. It’s a toss-up on the quality of this stuff but for that price, you can’t complain, and if you keep an eye on their website’s menu, you can sometimes find a really good deal that cannot be beaten.
The pre-rolls are almost always good. I like to grab them as a means to test a strain and I have only had one experience that left me not completely satisfied with the quality.
I will only grab concentrates and edibles from time to time but the concentrates I’ve gotten from this place were really good and very cheap. Edibles I grabbed were bunk but that’s the chance you take with edibles as far as I’m concerned.
People are super friendly, as well as helpful. Definately the cheapest place in town

Friendly people, fast service. Stop by when ever going through on I-5. Biggest issue with this one is the lack of organization, information. The only dispensery I’ve been to that doesn’t have well marked statistics on display. Makes it hard to see and a little frustrating, squinting trying to figure out what you want. The bud tender last time was pretty cool about it. Trying to find specific CBD levels. All the levels are like reading the ingredients on aspirin bottle, Be so easy to print out a small paper with THC CBD levels. Even the flower I wanted was missing the label on display. He had to check the fridge to read the levels from edible levels, same with flower. Luckly wasn’t buisy. They edible with high CBD that looked idea for me, medical without a card, was unavailable for rec, so disappointed, recommended gummy that was just 14mg THC. Nothing like I was looking for but with 1 a day limit didn’t want to walk out without anything. I’ve commented before how someone needs to check out other dispensary for idea on displays, helps everyone make an informed designation. I’m not affiliated in any way but Green rooms in Corvallis really have it down, everything easy to see, helps get people through quickly. Just my opinion, I’ll still stop by if passing through but easy fixes. Still a nice shop with cool people.

Good location but bought a thc pen style vape and took a few pulls off it and it was fine then the pulls got harder and harder then started to get oil in my mouth tried to take it back for someone to help me get the issue fixed and nothing was done pretty much just threw my money away with no help from any of the employees there….this used to be my favorite spot to go but I’ll be looking around for a new place p.s battery is fully charged and tank has oil

Still the only dispensary I’ve been too but my husband has been to most around here and so I chose this one. I am in love with their house blend, flower and BHO. Their house blend BHO is the only product I will dab. Sativa makes me sleepy for some reason they have great indica blends that really help me feel my perfect balance.

Good weed and nice people
I stopped going to other shops in town about a year ago when I found this place. There are so many reasons why I would pass at least 4 or 5 dispensaries on my way to the OG. The location is most definitely not convenient for me- although being right off the freeway makes it overall extremely easy for most everyone!
When you first walk into the shop you notice right away it’s well lit and has comfortable chairs to sit in, should you ever have to wait. I should note that I have never ever had to sit in the waiting area, there is always ample staff ready to help. Once you get checked in, a door opens and you can behold the wonder…it’s like what I imagine Oz would be like (the good Oz, not the prison Oz).
I want to point out that every single employee I have interacted with has been AMAZING! They actually make me feel valued as a customer, rather than just another $40. The owners have taken the time to hire the right people for their job- from the bud tenders to the people making the oil. The quality shows.

Og Collective has some really great products and has some of the most reasonable prices in town. That being said, things have changed. The menu and specials are not being updated regularly, the service is getting sloppy, and they’re having a hard time keeping their products on the shelves (good for them, not for the customer). Don’t like having to settle for inferior products when the ones advertised aren’t available. While they may not be purposely trying to “bait and switch” that’s what it’s starting to feel like. C’mon guys you were the best! What happened??

What to say about OG? well let’s start with…
1st: They don’t have the best price in town.
2nd: The quality of the weed is mediocre and seedy at best.
3rd: The atmosphere is horrible. The music is inappropriate and very loud.
4th: The service is slow and they talk way to much about personal nonsense. Maybe if the employees were interested in what the customer has to say instead of want of what kind of weed they want to grow or what weed they are interested in. Employees talk smack about other customers while there are customers inside, very unprofessional.
Overall my experience at OG was not great. I’m definitely taking my business else where.

I biked the extra miles to visit this dispensary after reading a positive review about their prerolled joints, and it understated the case. For raw bud, I’ll still visit Herbal Remedies; but for J’s, not even The Joint can beat OG’s prices on a nice strong Dogwalker preroll.

This dispensary had a very clean and friendly environment. Check in went quickly and all the stall I interacted with was very helpful and seemingly knowledgable. I was also appreciated as a medical patient, which is nice now that we are lost in the the sea of rec users. They also had some pretty fantastic prices on wax. I can’t wait to go back and try their flower besides just the house pre roll I got. I would highly recommend to anyone as one of the finest dispensaries in Salem.

The way their dabs are packaged, is less then desirable. A plastic container on a tiny round of parchment paper. VERY HARD to handle and remove. A solution would be a larger round or even large square of parchment paper. While we will continue to buy flowers here, we wont buy the dabs until corrected.

Love the location, great products but the service today was lacking. I came in wanting to get 1/8th of girl time and was told they didn’t have 8ths anymore. Instead of letting me know how much there was available to purchase (like a gram or two) the bud tender tried to tell me to get dogwalker and said it was pretty much the same thing. I just want to say, I’m not some ganja groupie coming in to get weed to smoke because I think it’s cool. I had my medical card, but haven’t renewed it yet. I personally worked for the growers and sold their product at another dispensary before this one opened. I know about all of the strains and to tell me that dogwalker was the same thing and before I even get a chance to ask a question (like can I get a gram of girl time and something else) I was asked about getting the dogwalker repeatedly.. not cool. I went with the animal cookies instead which is much closer to girltime. just don’t treat your customers like they don’t know their shit. Just because we’re buying recreational doesn’t mean we aren’t buying it for medical purposes. Other than that I’ve had great customer service, especially from the females who work their. Next time don’t rush me so I can ask the questions about what I want, not what you want me to get.

They usely have a large selection of both flower and concentrates, of course since they are the best shop they get low occasionally. But their website makes it easy to not only view current inventory, but place online orders for pick up or delivery or even just price things out. Also the daily discounts are the best in town! Even when I had bud I was less than happy with, not only did I go back but they genuinely seemed to care! Offering me a discount on my current purchase. And also letting me know that they do take returns/exchanges with your receipt. All around best place people and buds:) Keep up the great work OG crew!

Glad that I happened along this place. Been here in Saleem for quite some time, and have been using other dispensaries within the area. HOWEVER, I have now found my FAVORITE place. We were met with smiles, and great karma. Place was spotless. I like that the individual strains are in small jars so you can get up close and personal with the buds before purchasing. Upon walking in, it was a super welcoming atmosphere. After getting into the shop itself, we were given a tour of what was where, and offered assistance if needed. I’ve visited a few other shops in the area, and never been toured or solely waited on like I was here. The staff were knowledgeable, and helped pick out the perfect strain for my needs. Has anyone weighed their bag to check weights? I see lots of good reviews but OG Collective offers 10% off for reviews. I have been to this location 2 times. 3 eighth from them and all of them were short .5 grams. So my last visit when I got a quarter, I was seriously shorted 1 gram. I will never return to OG Collective. I knew there was something funny about a place that does not weigh their product out in front of you.
The Product Looked Fantastic but so far all the stores I visited have! Felt Rushed when trying to admire the store, The Associate helping was real short on explaining anything to us, They seemed anxious to get on to the next customer…. no one was behind us, had a better 21st b-day experience at other locations in town!

Best oil and bud prices in Salem by far! Where are you going to find oil that has $20-25a gram with tax included, also very potent ranging 70-79%thc. No bottom or middle shelf, all is top shelf ranging 10-12.50 with tax included.
