1. This dispo has a nice, chill atmosphere with lighting that makes the flowers look awesome. The staff was very helpful and encouraged me to take my time with my selection. The selection of strains here has a good variety within their three tiers of pricing, with great choices at all price levels. Parking is limited and access can be tricky, but it is certainly worth the stop.

9. Dank, these guys have a good thing going. Yes they are just starting but, they have what really matters, QUALITY MEDS! I have a bit of a soft spot for the Green Crack strain and up until I visited RKO, I haven’t been able to find any in town that was worth using. These guys have great meds and very competitive donation pricing. The Pre-rolls are FAT too, would like to see them rolled with a crutch tho. I shall recommend and return.

I’m glad that they had the high cbd oil I was looking for and gave it to me for an excellent price. Pretty good bud selection although there wasn’t anything too fire. Pretty small and not a lot of stuff. Gave me a free pre-roll of some dank Purple Sugar Buzz.

I live right up the street from them they have good customer service their product is always good and if there is a miss print on Leaf fly the price they will hold to it and give you at that price the problem is they do not update their Leaf fly products so when you go in there and you just read a bunch of stuff on here usually they don’t have it so that’s a problem I think

22. Love this location. Close to my house, and a great strip club with great food. Kind of hard to get to when you’re in the other side of the highway, having to loop over, still they have great bud, usually lots of pre rolls done with the nugs. They always hook it up and always service with a smile. I’d recommend this place to anyone for sure !

23. it was a nice quaint dispensory. very professional, honest, and had a great select. decent prices, cheaper than a few other local places that I’ve visited recently. awesome free preroll, for 1 st timers. it was a caviar roll. very tasty. typically 10 @ offer places, 5 here. plus it’s across from the acropolis and open till 9! stoked all around. =)

24. RKO is not fancy, but it’s great. Sometimes simple is just what you need. The staff is friendly. The buds are decent. If I were in the neighborhood I would totally hit them up again, but probably won’t think of RKO as a destination.

30. Let me first say: Rather than write four bad/indifferent reviews and one good one, I’ll not name names and just say I have visited 4 other dispensaries in the area. There were several reasons why I didn’t like what I will call “the others”. Not all were the same, but included one or more of the following negative traits: arrogant and sometimes blatantly rude staff. Dimly lit showrooms. It’s not cool, I can’t see what I’m shopping for. Super fancy waiting rooms/showrooms. These come along with higher prices. Not to mention it’s deuchey. Salespersons that don’t listen. I am shopping for medicine, not fads.
    RKO was the first dispensary I stepped foot into. Honestly I was pretty anxious, not knowing what the process was or how long it might take. The bud tender on duty, Libby, made me feel very welcomed, not just to RKO, but to the whole world of dispensary shopping. She was knowledgable, kind, funny and helpful and listened to me. She provided appropriate suggestions for possible solutions. After that first visit, I knew I’d be back. I just had to go see what the others had to offer.
    Unlike the others, RKO has a very unassuming show room. It’s nice, but humble. And well lit. I feel like this is why RKO’s prices are better than the others. They clearly care far more about finding their customers the right quality medicine than they do impressing you with fancy leather couches in the waiting area and stylized displays with “cool” LED lights. RKO has some of the most sought after strains in Oregon (Dogwalker, OG Kush, Super Lemon Haze, ATF just to name a couple). Their product selection has grown exponentially since my first visit some months ago. After all, that is what we are looking for: the right high-quality medicine that makes lives better. Not a flashy experience involving a neatly-trimmed beard guy. RKO is a “Mom & Pop” shop. The owner’s son Russ has a proper beard. And he is a super cool cat. Like Libby, Russ is kind, helpful, funny, and knowledgeable. His dad, Rick is the same. If you’re like me and you prefer local small business over huge national chains, RKO is the place for you. Like the difference between Walmart and Grocery Outlet. I avoid the large chain and purposely visit the local small shop. I prefer Super Burrito over Taco Bell. WC Winks Hardware over Home Depot. Happyrock Coffee over Starbucks. Roake’s over McDonald’s. And Gramma’s Corner over Shari’s. That’s what RKO is to me. The local corner shop where they know my name and are always glad I came. I rarely visit any other dispensary and when I do, I’m always reminded why I call RKO: my dispensary.

31. Worst dispensary in the Portland area. Their “top shelf” flower is a joke. ALL of it looks like it’s been in a rock tumbler, poor selection yo boot. The concentrates seem to be from all the worst, lowest quality producers and the low end stuff they did have was all over priced. Terrible place, won’t be going back.

32. I bought 3 grams of Dream Lotus and I feel I paid a fair price considering the quality of the buds, and the proximity of the shop to my place.
    Interior was a little dark, but cool and quiet with a little sofa in the corner where one can sit and read the menu while waiting/deciding.
    The menu described the strains, the prices are listed on the shelves, and the THC content is listed on the Jars (and maybe the menus too). In my opinion this simple setup made information more easy to digest; and since the menu was freed up to describe each strain, it was easier to decide what I wanted to actually look at once I got up to the counter.
    I’m that person who’s always last to decide on their entree at a restaurant, so the lack of pressure to decide quickly is always welcome, and this place seemed happy with me taking my time. The budtender was welcoming, patient, and honest about their opinions on the product.
    Overall a good dispensary, would shop again.

42. Noticed this new shop and was happy I stopped in. They have all the usual stuff as most places but what made my day was they have 2 flavors of “keif” at $10 a gram which is awesome. I got a gram of the Black Berry Kush and the Cinex and have been smiling and pain free all day. Thanks for stocking keif, great flavor on both, will be back.

43. Friendly folks, great prices on extracts and flower. thought i would try something new , tried a Cannabis tincture by the Canna Company , 1000mg . within 5 minutes after i put a few drops under your tongue , i could feel the effects. way to go!!!

47. Great spot, great guys, great bud. Not a huge selection and some is a bit pricey but quality is there. The location isn’t great nor is the interior but the staff is super cool and knowledgeable and the flower is quality.

58. The Ancient OG flower is wonderfully dynamic with broad terpine aromas. I swear this strain hit new pleasure sensors I have never felt before! Must be the vaporizer which brought out the complex flavor and intriguing sensations. I was told this strain has the attention of some serious professional breeders. Awesome!

    Also tried the Chocolope flower which tastes closer to homemade fudge, resulting in a “can do” sativa leaning attitude. Cool!

84. Went in and bought a cartridge but it ended up not working. Went in the next day to see if I could exchange it and they told me it worked and sold me a new battery, but it still wouldn’t work. Finally went if for a third time saying it didn’t work and they apologized and exchanged it. Slightly frustrating that I had to go in three times but they were nice and helpful so overall a pretty good place!

98. Man the prices here are just awful for Medical Patients! The quality of the flower does not match the prices they are charging at all. The concentrate prices are ridiculous too. They charge $17 more per gram than a couple of spots for the same exact cartridges! Before rec started the prices were a lot more reasonable. Seems like this is just another dispensary that has taken advantage of the rec market at the detriment of the Medical Patients that they were originally there for. I can’t shop here anymore and drive past it on my way to the many other shops who still offer affordable medicine for there patients! Seriously can get same quality or better for $15-$25 cheaper per eighth at many other dispensaries!

122. Stay away from the flower medical sales as they just implemented a 20% price increase for OMMP patients. No justification other than profits as the state is flooded with cheap flower.

131. Great service and selection. I don’t smoke that much, but when my friend and I went in looking for some weed for New Years the lady we talked to was super helpful. We told her the kind of experience we wanted, and she pulled down three different brands and said we should give one of them a try for what we wanted. They have a huge strain selection in the prefilled Vape cartridges, reasonable pricing on everything, and offered a different special/deal with purchase on each visit. The staff is great and so far I have loved every recommendation they gave. Too many positives about this location to list!!! This is now my “go to” store. Pay them a visit, you won’t be disappointed.

163. This is my local dispensary, so I go there frequently. They carry a good range of products, but their stock rotates fast so if you find something you like, don’t expect it to be there next time. I’ve always been able to find something that suits my needs, and the well informed staff contributes greatly to this.
