12. Nice facility. Friendly staff for the most part. I came for two items that showed in stock on Leafly but when I got there they were not. I told the Budtender he seemed to think it was funny Leafly was not updated. The meds smell like hay and dry grass. I didnt want anything, not even my free 1/8 but free is free. Got home with Hash Plant and it had no taste at all and no medicinal effect or even a high. Nothing at all.

I was short $1.49 but was told $1.09 or heard anyway, so went out to car to get the 1.09 only to come back to hear now your 25cents short so i HAD to go BACK OUT TO CAR to get the 25cents. SMH,they did not just say “oh no worries,well cover that dollar and change,but NOOOO I had to go out even for a measly 25 cents. not going back here anymore.

99. I love this place so much. They have $25 grams of wax and even $8 grams of flower. I personally come here at least once a week because of how good their product is. Also they have some really amazing budtenders. All of them are so friendly and knowledgeable about their products.

Also checkout the Vitamin CBD 1:1 strain that is a great energizing CBD strain with a functional head high that makes it exceptional for both pain relief and fatigue. Keep up the great work! A+

271. I’ve been to a dozen dispensaries in the Phoenix area and this Reef location had separated itself as one of my favorites. I liked that they included the tax in their price, and that I could call in to the store and inquire about specials, check my limit and even order ahead for their express window. But now their corporate office is mucking things up. They have closed the express window, they no longer let you call ahead to check specials, in fact now if I try to call the Phoenix Reef location the automated phone system sends my call to the corporate Las Vegas location. I can’t imagine what benefits they think this policy change will produce but it’s dropped them from one of my favorite dispensaries. Please bring back these features to your customer service. It’s what gave you the edge in a very competitive market.

Heather was an absolute pleasure she had me fill out my new patient form (all of three lines) and while she inputted my info I had time to look over all the buds she prior explained. She came back so fast I was honestly still unsure of what I wanted. I told her where I normally go and what I needed medically and she gave me great comparisons as well as explained how they tasted, felt, smoked like etc. I walked out extremely happy and a definite repeat customer in the future. I normally dread the interaction with budtenders due to the insincerity in the conversation but I must say Heather was an absolute joy and she made my visit not only unique but memorable which all dispensaries should have. 680. came in today to check out Reef just to see how good this dispensary actually was because it had a lot of great reviews but you can never trust them because a lot of them will give you free pre-rolls to give him five star reviews so I decided to go in and check it out for myself upon going in when you walk up you have to push the buzzer to get in which was kind of different than most dispensaries I’ve been to but not a big deal they open the door within seconds of pushing the button I went in and they greeted me and I told him it was my first time in and they had all my paperwork processed within a minute and I was in the back picking out my meds. the meds are pretty fire I got some Khalifa Kush and that stuff was fire and some wizard dick that was some kill green too. also another thing I thought was pretty nice was that they gave you glass jars that your meds to came in and my opinion it helps keep it a lot fresher than the little plastic bags or plastic containers alot of other places you use. but I would definitely recommend checking this place out there green is pretty good and I know what I’m talking about I’ve been the tons of dispensaries and seeing what’s good and what’s not and this place has the goods I wouldn’t mind making a weekend trip to this dispensary.

The ONLY complaint I have about this dispensary is that since they produce their own flower and concentrates, they could give better prices especially on the concentrates. 17.50 for .05 gms is just ridiculous. Why don’t you guys do like Nature’s Medicines, who also grows their own flower and makes their own concentrates; and give some bulk prices, like, 10 gms of shatter/sugar wax, crumble for 185 bucks, or 5 gms for 99 bucks? And how about 20 bucks for prepackaging? Your budtenders are GREAT, ALL of them, but you need to do better with pricing your concentrates. I go to you for flower, and Nature’s for my concentrates. Thanks for listening.
