23. Man, this dispensary is awesome! From the moment I walked in I felt really comfortable as I was greeted by Grace at the front desk and then got help from the floor manager, Kiki, who went out of his way to explain many of the questions that I threw at him. Before leaving I was shown a new addition to the facility by the general manager, Nick, who was clearly super busy, but was very excited to share with me where they will be having an open kitchen. How cool is that!?! They are allowing the public to view their expert chefs whip up delicious cannabis goodies. TOO COOL!

31. Acres has quickly risen to become my favorite dispensary in town. The experience is much more in line with what I am used to in Colorado. Everything from the products, atmosphere, and the staff are above and beyond exceptional. The facility is beautiful and well planned. The staff knowledge and friendliness outrank other places by miles. I purposely go out of my way to drive across town to visit Acres due to the excellent product and budtenders like Ramon and Justine. Highly recommend.

65. I was very disappointed in the customer service at Acres. As a med patient for a good while, I have always had great experiences at local dispensaries, until now. My budtender was not interested in explaining ANYTHING to me about their products. They weren’t even sure if the flowers (that I pretty much had to insist to be shown) were Sativas, etc. She was rude and made me feel like I was just another customer shopping at Walmart. Will not go back, I prefer dispensaries that treat you like a person, not a number.

71. Went to pick up a quarter like I always do. I come here often and I never had a problem with the staff. But today when i asked for a quarter of some blue dream that was supposed to be 30 dollars i was charged 35 each. The girl Asia told me thay they sometimes charged 5 bucks more for different batches and I didnt mind until I opened my bag and there are two different batches of weed. The weaker one (the diagnostic showed it having less thc/myrcene) was marched with a green rubber band, had the grower part folded and the sticker was over the batch so you wouldnt be able to tell. So I go back and tell the manager and she apologized said i had some small discount and a free preroll in my next visit. I asked if i could get the Louis 13th since its priced the same as the blue dream that THEY charged me. Before handing me the Louis she said she had to charge me 6 dollars more for taxes. I was upset but figured Id pay and not make a bigger deal out of this bullshit (I told the manager it was the second time that had happened and it did not seem like a mistake but something premeditated) and I paid for their mistake. As Im driving home, I check the Louis container and its an opened container that has no label. I call them back because i just got off work and i want to get home and they didnt pick up after 3 calls back to back with the phone ringing for minutes. That is the shittiest customer service and treatment I have received and I was ripped off. Im never coming back this place fucked up.

96. I tried exchanging a brand new unopened cartridge within 24 hours of purchase with my receipt and they refused to exchange. It was unopened new and could easily be resold. I was going to pay the difference and they still refused. This place is not about providing satisfaction to its patients. Save your money and go elsewhere where they actually care for their patients.

103. Acres is my new favorite dispensary! The whole place is very clean and organized. I was helped by Nico and JL who were both very friendly and knowledgeable in helping me decide what to get. The prices are amazing and they had samples of some chocolate bar. Acres is the place to go don’t waste your time going to other places.

     I stopped by after MJBizCon because I noticed their menu on display at the Leafly booth. I’m glad I did.
     They have a cannabis farmers market (which you get to by going through a cave like corridor) that has an amazing vibe and the product is primo. Sales associates/bud tenders were informed and could talk about the terpenes and makeup of strains.
     But wait, it gets better.
     They have a museum-esque corridor covered in portraits, posters, paraphernalia, etc. covering the history of cannabis.
     This place is awesome.

I asked about this, considering this happens almost every time I go here and the budtender said they haven’t had the product for 2 days but should be back in stock tomorrow…. I went back the next day and still on the menu but not in stock.. they are using there menus to get people to come in even though they don’t have the products listed. I hope a lawyer takes these people to court for false advertising… This place is garbage. FYI no other place in town does this. Would never recommend thats place to no one.

133. This company has a long way to go. We went as first time (and last time) patients. We were slightly impressed with the style of the decor and the friendly budtenders. The tender guided us to the first time patient deals. Dispensaries… first time patient incentives should always be the best you have to give at that time in an incredible one time offer. Not poorly cared for barnyard tasting trash. The $35. quarter of og does not catch a fire. It smolders to black coal not white ash and to even get that far you have to torch the flower so expect a butane increase with that crappy smoke. This is medicine that you should be ashamed of selling.

137. I’ve frequently come to this dispensary (which is a good distance away from my home) and have ALWAYS had great service. Tonight however was the first time I felt legitimately disregarded as a patron. The budtender was short, rude and very unhelpful. Tonight was extremely busy and even though there was a 20 min wait just to get into the back, I stayed because I’ve ALWAYS had great experiences with this place. The guys running the front desk were also seemingly unprofessional and seriously disorganized. I don’t usually write reviews like this but I felt that the owner needed to be aware that how I felt leaving tonight makes me not want to return any time soon. I will however because one bad experience does not negate the fact that the quality of the product and many other budtenders here are amazing! I will absolutely request another budtender if I get stuck with the one I had tonight!!

I visit this location DAILY & today I was refused my discount because I didnt have my card on me. They previously was told I’d be added to the system & credentials will be saved in the computer. Love the underground tunnel great deals on bulk flower and the staff takes their time to talk to you and answer any questions, I never feel rushed even when there is a long line! Shout out to BELLA, she is fairly new at Acres, she hooked me up with a mini nectar collector and a jar of live resin, 25 bucks each! Super friendly and knowledgeable staff, fast service and cheap prices makes this dispensary my absolute favorite!

I went in last week for a cartridge and the one I got constantly clogged and had a slight leak, I asked the staff which brand I should get to avoid that problem for the future and the staff had me go home and get my old one and swapped it out for me no questions asked. The new cartridge is awesome and has no problems!

208. I went in this morning after calling on the phone about a $40 mix and match quarter deal to ask which strains were included in the deal. The young lady was polite and listed all the strains and the potency. She never mentioned a mistake in the online ad about the price. When I arrived and waited for 20 minutes in line and was told the online ad was wrong and the price would be $50 for the quarter. The budtender simply said the ad was wrong. I feel your dispensary should honor all advertised prices and should operate with integrity and honesty.

209. THIS PLACE ROCKS!!! I drove all the way down there because they said the prices don’t have tax. Turns out I was wrong anyway.. I went down there to get a 25 of some wax and they told me it was 30 because of tax. I had to wait a couple minutes to talk to the manager, and she was really nice and told me she would do it this one time. Now I don’t know who was wrong or who was right “who cares” But the girl was willing to do whatever to make me happy and thats what makes a good store. Also, mega selection.

245. Okay so Acres is pretty much clear across town from my house but ask me if I care about that.
     Almost every Saturday, I jump on the freeway and swoop down the hill to hit up the Underground. During the week, ipick up some goods from Acres dispensary WHICH I heard about through Leafly originally via my interest in strains and terpenes. I treated my dog who had lymphoma with full cannabis extract for the last 3 months of his life and God bless the plant for helping ease my Diesel’s pain.
     I named him after the strain Sour Diesel in 2008, he passed in August of 18. It was my study of the endocannabinoid system and the effect of THC and CBD on cancer cells and how they cause apoptosis (cell death) to occur and all THAT entailed that brought me to Leafly. Hence I was alerted of the Underground at Acres. Long story.
     I’m weird like that I suppose
     Nowhere else in Las Vegas can one get a quality product,from grams on up, at a fair market value as ya can here! Two years into legal rec, and i def have foune my favorite dispensary
