1. Everything has potential, but there are nearby competitors that are doing more for less. Your flower should be in a different container-it’s pretty dry. Bud tenders weren’t very knowledgeable when it came to ailments. Js are huge right now, and the sticky stick is amazing but it’s smaller than a gram and more expensive. Your deals don’t strike as deals-more so the deals elsewhere are huge and draw crowds. Wish you guys could mix things up so I wouldn’t have to drive further out for deals.

2. am I really gonna take my business elsewhere been going since day one and never been told I couldn’t use my points for wat I want NEVER. I’ve always redeemed my points for exactly what I want but today all of a sudden it’s been a rule since day one, even though everybody else that helped me including the manager has done it. This alone will make me take my business elsewhere thank you sticky we had a good run.

3. This is an excellent east valley location. For anyone not immediately in the area trust me it’s worth the drive out. Great selection for everything. Flower is top notch and they carry pura and canamo stuff all the best. The ftp deal was great and they even give you a free t-shirt! Customer service was awesome from the front desk to the back. Sampson was really cool and didn’t make me feel rushed. Overall it was a great experience. Thanks Sticky Saguaro, looking forward to my next visit!

    Hopefully you’ll include daily specislsdYtmdY~s. When there’s 20% off concentrates, it’s hard to justify the extra expense. Especially if it’s a daily medicine that is needed for epilepsy.

Upon my entrance until I stepped out the door, my entire first-time patient experience was highly professional. The staff made the entire experience about ME! And when the manager stepped in a changed the price, they said that the 15% discount, the guy said that and I quote “The 15% discount applies to all flower, BUT the strain you selected. Will never go here again.

    I happen to be here on the KIND resin cartridge bogo day. I’ve been to KIND events like this at other dispensaries and it is always chaos. Typically a nightmare experience. Stick Saguaro had at least 30 employees on staff, they had extra shade for the line, free water, and I was registered and out in 20 minutes. What an incredible experience.

    I am very happy with Sticky Saguaro, and I look forward to coming back. I would recommend stopping in and trying this place out! This is my new South Chandler dispensary.

75. good deals for ftp. if you make sure you ask for the ftp deal sadly, yes you have to ask for it specifically or they slay you anyways…also very unfriendly unpersonable, I felt like I was irritating the budtender with my presence, I asked to be introduced to a manager to ask about employment and was told managers are too busy to speak to customers..i felt so uncomfortable I cut my order in half just to get out the door and get to a dispensary I feel at home at.

85. I drove about 35 miles from my home, searching for my favorite flower, pennywise. I did a leafly order & there was a discrepancy from what they had in stock to what was shown on leafly. Amanda gave me free flower for the mistake, as well as honoring a displayed discount on leafly. This was unprompted customer service which is very rare these days! I am pleased with the product I received, superb quality! I’m blown away by the fantastic customer service & will be returning. Happy customer for sure!

While I haven’t yet been back for a second visit, the daily deals are comparable to the FTP deals of some other dispensaries in the area. Top notch – will *definitely* be back.

    I have to say, I was highly impressed with this place! First off, the staff was so incredible and humble. I love the showroom concept; being able to see and examine product up close and personal is awesome, I really wish more dispensaries were like this but this is what makes this location stand out from the rest.
    I went in initially to pick up some flower but actually ended up leaving with a new pen – I’ve been wanting one for quite sometime but never knew how to exactly go about buying one and typically feel pressured or rushed at other dispensaries. The guy who helped me (I think his name was Ernie?) was so patient and helpful with explaining everything to me. I love that the staff here helped me when I needed it but also allowed me some freedom to roam and explore.

    Didn’t take advance of the first time patient discount but definitely next time! I’m already planning my next visit – thanks for all you do!

90. I love the layout and their setup; definitely my favorite dispensary as far as setup in Chandler. However, I gave two stars for service because upon checking in the older front desk lady was not friendly, and not only was the process long, she would not take my out of state ID even though I had my Arizona Medical Marijuana Card. This is the first of many dispensaries where this was denied.

91. I have yet to see a budtender and already I don’t want to go back. I come for the Black Friday sale, and the expected time to go back is 30min(told by receptionist) which I understand due to Black Fridays deals so I informed that I wouldn’t be able to wait that long and would need to come back. I am then recommended to use the mobile ordering to avoid going back and save me time. I leave and place my mobile order. Now I am now back on my lunch break to pick up my order, when I’m told by the receptionist that although I placed a mobile order I would need to wait in line. Why was I told to place a mobile order if they’re was no convenience in doing so? Again I understand how busy it is, but to give someone who has yet to spend a penny poor advice, is not the way to keep a customer. Safe to say I will not be coming back. Please remember you are not the only dispensary, nor the only to have great Black Friday deals, truly disappointed.

     I have been going here as my only location for months. See I like to do that it makes my life so much easier.
     But then Sticky Saguaro gave me a new issue, how to return a product that was given to me in error by them?!
     I placed a p/u order for 2 CBD edibles I was given the THC versions of the same product.
     Well I can’t take that at work. But I didn’t find this out until at work when I closely looked at the product!
     In fairness, I was offered to return the unopened product, but not the opened item. But I won’t go here again.

     Its all about customer service for me, especially when I can take my money elsewhere.

     Extremely friendly staff, and the selection is extremely solid. The neighboring dispensary is abysmal in comparison and really needs to level out their prices in order to compete with Saguaro.

134. Fantastic Location. Friendly staff and open layout allows the patient comfortable access. I liked the aEURoedeals of the dayaEUR posted clearly on the front counter before I shopped. One of the best products here is the milk bath soak. Simply 10/10 with amazingly good pain relief, muscle relaxation and milky soft skin.

139. This location is so far for us. But The day was beautiful for a nice drive. Plus we LOVE K.I.N.D. Daze. I had Christy as my Budtender. She was adorable with a wealth of knowledge. We took advantage of the BOGO cartridges.
     The guys that cashed us out were awesome. For only being open for 3 weeks this place is running very smooth.

141. I wasn’t totally convinced on my first visit. Everything seemed aEURoetoo goodaEUR. The quality instantly hit your nostrils hard as soon as each one of those little jar of hope opened. The pungent yet sweet fresh smell of each jar was too good to be true but to enticing to be overlooked. Then the prices…so much lower than the other place nearby I would normally go to..let’s call them aEURoeMirageaEUR. But I took home an eighth of AMF and it was impressive. Strong long lasting…but still I wasn’t quite convinced. But after today. Another strait thunder batch of GSC has me flat out toasty. Kudos to you Sticky Saguaro. Mind blown
