The Apothecarium is a licensed, full-service medical and recreational cannabis dispensary that is located in Las Vegas, Nevada near the cross streets West Sahara and Buffalo. We provide our members access to a wide variety of appropriately priced medication in a safe, well appointed setting. A broad spectrum of medicinal options are available for our members, including flowers, edibles, topicals, and concentrates. Our knowledgeable patient consultants assist our members in selecting the appropriate medicine for their needs.
Out-Of-State patients are welcome with a valid medical recommendation. All First time patients will receive a free Pre-Roll of your choice with any MMJ purchase. We offer Veterans and Military discounts, Life Experience Discounts, and Bag Return Discounts.

The atmosphere is my favorite part about this place. Open and airy, not dark and shady. And, the staff are very friendly verses fast and frustrating. They have a reward program and their products are quality as well! : ) This is my go to place.
After visiting a handful of dipensaries around town, I was the most impressed by The Apothecarium. Definitely the best customer service that I’ve had and the best atmosphere I’ve experienced inside a dispensary. I never felt rushed and the bud tender was able to answer every question and make me feel like I was getting my money’s worth. This is for sure my go-to neighborhood dispensary.

The Apothecarium is my new favorite Las Vegas Dispensary. The staff is extremely nice and knowledgeable, and it’s a very relaxed atmosphere to shop and ask question in. My first stop in ended with me being told about some great strains that could benefit me, especially with battling Crohn’s Disease. It was recommended that I try Ringo’s Gift (which I love oh so much, btw). The quality of the strains the Apothecarium carry is by far superb to a lot of other meds I’ve bought here in town. Now I can’t go down Sahara without wanting to stop in and grab something else, ha ha.

With just receiving my MM Card, my wife and myself drove over Apothecarium and from the moment we walked in, the receptionist made us feel welcome and at ease. This was our first visit to a dispensary and she made us feel relaxed, as if we were home. After answering our initial questions, she directed us to the back part of the store where we were greeted by Stephanie. I had all kinds of questions about everything and she not only answered all our questions, she made some awesome recommendations and the reasons why. Everyone behind the counter was friendly, knowledgeable and just plain awesome. These wonderful young ladies made this experience truly remarkable.

This was a great stop for me. I stopped here to get a same day appointment for approval from the State for my medical MMJ card. They also verified I had everything in order and set me up with an appointment. After my approval, I promptly returned as I felt it was necessary since they helped me out.
The environment was very comfortable and my budtender was very helpful, offering advice, suggestions, her experience to a noob like me. I walked away with two vape pen cartridges, a bar of chocolate, a free pre-roll and 10% off. I will definitely return here and they treated me well and that matters to a customer/patient.

Hello my names Rashad today I’m reviewing the citrus sap cartridge by silver state trading – it’s a hybrid means the best of both worlds , effects last about an hour to two can taste lemon with a hint berry and by far it’s doing its job. Ii, give 9/10 because I’d like to get 1000 mg and see if it’s any different

My favorite place in town so far! The location is so discreet, and away from the public which I appreciate. Fantastic decor, it has a very upscale, clean, and cool bud room which reminds of a sterile marble bank. The other thing that strikes me is a decided lack of any discernable odor in the air, which can be overwhelming in other places in town. The budtenders know their stuff, and can give personal recommendations on product they have in stock. One thing that is unique is that they’ll show you multiple versions of the concentrate or flower you wish to purchase, and they allow you to take your pick before finalizing your order. Other places will just pick it off the shelf and pack it. You don’t see it until you leave. Lastly their pricing seems the most fair in town that I have found in town and offer a discount when your return with the smell proof zippy bag they gave you on your last trip. All in all, great staff, so friendly at the front desk and all around. Thank you guys, you have a great place and should be super proud of the service you provide to the city. Cheers!

I came on the first day and expected a long line. 3 1/2 hour wait was well worth it. Very clean and professional appearance. Very helpful staff guided me through the very large menu to get me exactly what I needed. I will definitely be back and I suggest this store to my friends.

I have visited every dispensary in the Las Vegas area, yes, every one of them; and while none of them has everything, and none of them carry every brand, The Apothecarium, is the best overall in Las Vegas!
While other dispensaries are spending all their money on looks and other cosmetics, the Apothercarium spends theirs on getting new and more brands, new strains, providing more and better education, ensuring their shelves remain full, and providing the best customer service possible.
I drive all the way across town as this dispensary in the most consistent, and has yet to be out of any of my meds.
Their knowledge, professionalism, customer service, and products are second to none. If you are not treated well there, then you need more than any dispensary can provide.

They have the best service and the team knows their meds. No better experience offered in town! Huge menu and all of it is top notch.
My favorite dispensary in town. The others all have drawbacks of one kind or another, but I have a hard time finding fault here. At worst, it takes a bit longer to get inside, get what you want and be on your way.
While most places have a kind of fast-food model designed to keep the line moving, Apothecarium feels more like an upscale wine bar. The interior is tasteful, relaxed and inviting. Menus are detailed, informative and up-to-date. Staff feels dedicated to each customer, providing great one-on-one consultation that doesn’t gloss over information or push extras.
They accept cards, have the best bag discount in town, provide delivery and have a couple of basic deals and discounts. More would be great, but some places won’t even do the small stuff, like first-timer freebies.
Product quality is high, though selection has been on the low side lately. The better stuff seems to go fast, and if you really want ultra premium flowers, you may find yourself having to shop around.
Location is great, has a good parking lot, and a nice waiting room. The line out front can be brutal and often cuts off early. Thankfully the building doesn’t face the sun.

I really love this place. I recieve great products and service everytime. It’s conveniently located, discreet and the staff is always super friendly and helpful. Staff is always courteous and informative about the medicine and I’ve had small hiccups here and there but it’s always been addressed immediately and professionally. I only wish they carried more Cannabiotix and had more specials! Solid place to get your medicine and is always my go to place.
I had a great experience. The manager was very knowledgeable in all aspects of the industry from cultivating, creating new strains and what is already out there. I could point to any strain on the menu and he had in depth explanation for each item.
I even leaned some new things myself. It is refreshing to talk to someone who truly understands how helpful medical Marijuana is for pain. I would recommend this shop for first time users. They really pay attention to what your problems are and can give great suggestions.
The store front is off of Sahara and Buffalo. Nice quite area. They offer flower from different cultivators I have yet to try. So far their 9 pound Hammer by Green Life Productions was amazing. Can’t wait to try what else I got.

Everyone I have dealt with is well informed and very helpful and knowledgeable about their stock. They listened to me and gave great suggestions for specific products…….Close to home, open late, and better flower than I have been getting elsewhere…..
upscale dispensary. Low pressure environment, bud tenders take time with you to explain any questions you have or if help is needed making up your mind up on a product, you wont be rushed.
This is one of my favorite shops in town now. Great service and great products. Must try the blueberry cheesecake shatter! One of my favorite flavors in town.

Staff couldn’t have been friendlier. Waiting area should have more seating so people don’t have to wait outside. Looks bad, and feels bad in hot Vegas weather.
I absolutely love this place. They have great service, amazing products and a comfortable environment.
Shopped here 4 times now. Definitely a more formal buying experience than their competition a couple blocks east, but that’s ok. You’ll be helped one-on-one with a member of their knowledgeable staff. State Flower is sort of their store brand and is top-shelf stuff for 12 bucks a gram. They also consistently stock high CBD flower, more so than pretty much any other store nearby, which I greatly appreciate. Plus they open at 8am which is nice if you have a busy day ahead and need to make a quick buy. They keep their leafly menu updated, so I recommend looking it over before going in since you won’t get much chance to browse around. Overall this is a great store with excellent quality stuff at fair prices. Worth the trip even if you don’t live nearby.
I have tried this dispensary two times. Both times I had to wait outside online. Then when you get inside you are waiting again for a budtender. It is very personalized service and probably good for people looking for a lot of information about their pot. Disappointed that both times I went the Leafly menu was not accurate. My purchase had a different THC count on the label than what I was told from the budtender. I don’t think I’ll be back.

I go to Apothecarium quite often, as it is just a short drive down the street, and I can always count on getting quality products and outstanding, personable service. A couple times, they ran out of what I’d preordered, but each time, they recommended equally great products within the same price range. I also love the bag discount and points system. Definitely one of my favorite dispensaries in town!

They got my delivery order wrong and held me up another 2 hrs. Other dispensaries tax is included but not here. Watch out. 21.% tax here on top of the price which was almost $9 in tax for one 45.00 eighth. Never, ever again.

The best CBD strain I have found so far! I was lucky to have Dylan as my patient consultant. He was extremely helpful and SUPER FRIENDLY! THANKS DYLAN! Wasn’t informed that prices do not include tax. So I had to use my debit card to pay for the balance and instead of charging my card for $5.08, they made it charge as an ATM withdrawal for $7 and my bank charged me an extra $2.50 fee for using non-chase ATM. Very disappointed. Will never return here again. They may take cards, but they charge them in a fishy way.

Store atmosphere was well put together. Quality bud but slightly pricey, I’ve seen better deals for similar quality close by. Our personal team member didn’t have many recommendations for the price we were spending while visiting.
I went at a peak time for the store, so I had to wait a good minute but the wait was worth it. Everyone is so engaging and take their time with each guest. Customer service is on point guys. I really appreciate you and I will definitnely be coming back! 🙂
Essence is probably one of the cleanest run shop in town easy off strip good security and well light hours are about the best around. These guys and girls do good to help you find what your looking for and try to help in ways they can. Personally my money is real tight Michelle c. And one Dave have helped me lots of times. Every body I have run into have been Kool.

This place never ceases to amaze me. Being close to home is one thing, but they make the whole experience so much better.
It’s a great store with great employees, but my favorite employee was Jennifer and she was the only Jennifer that works there so she went above and beyond and was super friendly and made me want to come back to the store again.

Beautiful interior. Lacks any product displays, but the individual attention from the bud tender more than makes up for this lack. Bud tender was very educated on product, strains, and medicinal uses. I had to return a malfunctioning vape pen. They replaced it. ( A future discount/coupon would have been nice as well, due to the inconvenience.)
This location is very nice and in a decent part of town. The staff were very professional. Richard was associate who helped and was also amazing.
I cannot blame them for not having a huge selection but I’m still very happy.

As a first-time customer to a recreational dispensary, I did a lot of research online, including here on Leafly. Reviews were probably more important than location or price, so I took the time to read quite a bit. The Apothecarium ranked at the top for consistently good comments, selection, service, and value. Location-wise, it also happens to be a very convenient distance from home. When something looks that good on paper, it’s worth a try. I was very pleased with my choice. There was a small line outside and I filled out my paperwork while I waited. All the customers in line outside were offered cold bottled water – a really nice gesture. I had a brief wait inside where I had an opportunity to peruse the menu and talk with a few other customers, all of whom had their Apothecarium bags, meaning they were repeat customers. A great sign. Bob was my budtender and I can honestly say that he made my visit an awesome experience. He took time to talk to me about what I was looking for, described the different products and the different price points, all the options and the effects. He was relatable, genuinely interested in finding the right products for me, and a really nice guy. The products I purchased have all been really top notch and I feel that I got a very good value for my money. Good service attracts regular customers – something that was evident in the waiting area. I will be among the returning “regulars” in the near future.
Good easy to get to spot
I visited this location for the first time last week. Mixed reviews. They forgot to put a bottle a Kief I ordered into my bag but I had already shredded my receipt. Then the vape juice cartridge they gave me was not pourable which I specifically requested and also does not work well with my battery which they indicated it would after they inspected it. Waste of $$
On the positive side their selection was decent and facility was very professional. Wait was longer than I was expecting for it being 930am.
Also the free pre-roll (State Flower Star Dog) my budtender selected for me was awesome. I may have discovered a new favorite strain so that may end up being a wash with the negatives. Probably would not go out of my way to visit again due to the distance from home.

My wife and I have been loyal patient’s for about two-and-a-half/ 3 years now. We have seen a couple of general managers Come and Go including Sean who is completely badass and Foster who was also a huge part of the reason why the Apothecarium was such a success. The Apothecarium is now Under New Management and meeting with the new general manager yesterday we have decided that we will no longer be coming back to the Apothecarium. This is a huge disappointment and a total bummer but this guy is a complete asshole and has no respect for loyal patients and is clearly in this for the money and not the true reason behind this whole movement which is medicine for patients. My girlfriend and I go to this place every single day and we usually write really good reviews and not undeserved either. however, lately we have been disappointed with their online order menu because when it tells you the THC amount online what you really get is 10 percent under that. Today, we got the Banana Royal Moonrock pre-roll which I was super excited for because online it says 60-65% THC on every moonrock roll and paid $47.50, when our usual rollis 26-29% for 20bucks. we get there and they tell us the moonrock rolls, all of them, ar only 29%. What the hell? why am I paying an extra 27.50 if I’m only going to get as high Ido with just 20 dollars. going to try this roll, but extremely disappointed with this and will probably end up returning this roll

This is more than a place to get your bud at, Sean the manager walked me through everything from doctor recommendations and when i came in the staff was super friendly i couldnt have gotten luckier on picking this shop as my first! Its a way different feel from rest and they know their stuff the best! Superb strands and bud looks beautiful just like what i was shown!

This review is really for two fantastic young men who made my day by evoking memories of my past life through their knowledge and interest in cannabis lifestyle and history when I was at Apothicarium yesterday.
First, the Leafly kid who was giving out pins and stickers: what smart and funny person. Great personality! I don’t know his name, but he was in-store on 10/25. He was a super guest star. Thanks for the swag and the walk down memory lane, kiddo!
Now, this darling, Apothicarium Dylan: dY~dY~dY~. Ah-mazing. I’d been in the store Wed 10/24, just crusing through. Saw the new Brass Knuckles items (that had been on the counter only 1 hour, not on the menu yet) and overnight, decided I wanted to try it. Went back Thursday to get it. Dylan was my host. I was watching rando videos of old school bay area rap shows on youtube waiting my turn, Dylan called my name and I was so into the tunes, he had to call a second time. I explained my distraction over the jams – we were instantly connected! So, we get to the menu, my order. I tell him I’m building an oil cartridge wine cellar of sorts and am kinda feeling a Brass Kuckles addition. I chattered about my personal taste in terms of the effects I’m after, disclose my high tolerance. He listened so well! I love it when I’m having canna-convo with 1. people who know what they’re talking about and 2. are astute enough to recognize my level of awareness. Dylan described nuances that were true user feedback. Adjectives like, stoney, thick, and wavy. Details like haptic feedback in the battery he was using, the hand feel when holding the equipment. Magnetic connectors. He pulled samples to show me. We talked about old school strains that are reappearing, Blue Dream? Thats SOOOOO 2k03, yo! Love it. Dylan helped me choose some super cool items by listening carefully, and weaving his personal prefrences and product knowledge together in a way that was equivalent to a tailor custom fitting a dress to my body. And thats not even including the parts about turpine types. Shizzzzz got real. Dylan was A+ and I plan to request him specifically next time I’m in.
I have a hair stylist who’s an artist. No one else touched my tresses. A dog groomer I’ll never stray from because of her knowledge and passion. Dylan fits the mold for people I want to buy goods and services from: devoted, positive knowledgeable, kind, smart, present at work, feeling my vibe, giving me life, sharing laughs. A++ for Dylan. A store you dig is cool, a new friend in a place you dig is waaaay cool.

Very clean. Very high class feel (of course I go in after a day of construction and look like a psycho) everyone was super nice. I’m not sure about wait times for recreational but wiith my med card I was in and out in under 15 minutes.

This place is as good as it gets. The entire staff is incredibly helpful and the facility has a large selection of high quality medicine. Don’t be alarmed on the low review count, it’s because this place is brand new. They took my out of state card with no issues at all. They have several different cannabis options but my favorite is the organic selection from GLP – Green Life Productions.
been going here from the beginning October of 2016 and the staff here has been amazing helping me out with my medical issue by recommending things that help me get a good night sleep and be productive during the day. they even offer classes so you can learn more about your medication and how to more effectively use it.

I’ve been here twice now. Great experience both times. The people here are knowledgeable and pleasant. It’s a beautiful dispensary with a fancy atmosphere. All products I have gotten here have been quality and exactly what I’m looking for. You get a free pre roll on your first visit and you also get a free pre roll when you bring in a first time guest. Scott’s OG has been awesome for me and is great helping me relax.
I appreciate the quality and atmosphere of this shop, but what keeps me coming back is the staff. They are incredibly knowledgeable about their product, more knowledgeable than usual in my experience. They also have some affordable options too, for frequent users, like myself. While I frequent other shops too, Apothecarium will always be a favorite I visit again and again.

Good quality strains, and decent prices. When you go there ask for Bob or Nick. These guys are the best. They will always remember you, and are very knowledgeable. My only small gripe is they need more strains in the cookie, and cheese family. Overall however, I don’t like going anywhere else.

The atmosphere, and kindness of the budtenders is unparalleled. I was helped out by Bob, and not only was he very knowledgeable of the product he was extremely helpful with any question I had. Since then this has become my primary shop.
After visiting a lot of dispensaries in Vegas, I’ve got to admit that The Apothecarium is hands down the very best in the valley. Friendly staff, nice clean waiting area, and a very good selection of whatever you may need. Wait time is on par with everyone else. If you haven’t been there already then your missing out.

The Apothecarium is one of the best dispensaries so far in Las Vegas, the atmosphere is comfortable and professional. The staff is pleasant and knowledgeable. The selection is comparable to the other Las Vegas dispensaries I have visited.
