1. I love coming here. I don’t like standing in line too much. Being a medical patient at the other places let the medical clients go in first. But thank goodness the line at Reef hasn’t been very long so far. Other than that, it’s been great and I love the staff. Sean helped me last time and was very helpful and kind.

5. Love this place, great people, great prices but best of all great product. I like the fact that I don’t have to go all the way into town and can stay I the north valleys. The first time there I got a freebe. Asked if there was a senior discount the answer was no, but a few days later they started a 10% senior discount. Sure hope they get the Carmel cheeba chews in the box that is easier to open then the chocolate chews. This place is awesome.

16. Love the pre roll selection. The gummy pucks are awesome! Christian, Catherine, and the crew are the best. One of the only places in Reno to get the Willie’s Reserve pre rolls.

21. This place is one of the few if not only dispensary in our area that gives a price-break on ounces, so very pleased with that! Also, absolutely loved the free half gram of shatter I received with my first purchase there! It wasn’t crappy shatter either, it was of good quality. Most places will give you a 10-20% discount as a first time customer which is okay, but in my mind a $20 half gram of good quality shatter for free is a better deal! The flower seems decent, but not spectacular. I got an 8th of the Skunkberry, which tasted good (actual berry flavor, tasty enough) but the THC content did not seem as high as advertised (26%). For this reason, I would not pay 35 an 8th for Skunkberry again. I would however buy an ounce of Skunkberry, since there are price-breaks. Again, kudos to REEF for this because that is how it should be. Why aren’t more dispensaries doing this?
    A couple of “negatives”: I did not like the fact that there was no listing for THC-A on the packing of the flower I purchased. My understanding is that THC-A is the THC content before any heat is applied? So if the product is just listing one THC percentage, how are we supposed to know if that is the ACTUAL THC content? If I am wrong about this I apologize. Overall, pleased with my experience there and will be returning. Very friendly staff as well.

22. I come here from Reno on occasion, as well as the Reno Location. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about their products. On occasion, Reef beats SS on price but usually it is the other way around. Their flower has been hit or miss for me and their menu does not seem to change that often (I am always eager to try new strains). It is still in my top 3 dispensaries (out of five in town). The 10% senior discount and daily specials are appreciated, as was the free 1/8 flower on my initial visit!.

23. My husband and I go in often and the staff there is always so friendly and helpful. They all know my husband by name since he’s in there more. They know what he likes and always have things ready for him to choose from. Mariah always takes great care of him and its the best place in town hands down.

41. This is my go to place for Marijuana products! The service is always great, and they usual have a new selection each time I go in. It’s also convenient that they stay open until 12am, and they help everyone in a quick fashion . My usual Budtender, Carson, is extremely helpful and is able to give me any extra information on different strains, and their effects. Would always recommend to anyone interested in these products!

53. I’ve had my hands in the local industry here for years, yet just discovered what is now my favorite local dispensary. It’s a smaller, family type operation, and they have a huge op in Vegas where they produce the very fine smoke I tried last night. I’m even happier to find RSO reasonably priced there. I go through quite a bit, and have had a hard time finding the stuff. It’s a huge deal to be able to have a reliable and affordable source. Thanks again for the amazing shopping experience. I know it’s weird I buy a ton of RSO, but we are fighting cancer over here! dY$?YdY?dY$? dY$?~dY?

72. Was in and out in less than 5 minutes on a Friday evening. Was looking at probably a half hour wait being around 10th in line. A budtender asked if anyone knew what they wanted, luckily I did (three pre rolls of green crack… HIGHlydY~%0 recommended) and was out of there a few minutes later.

83. 5 out of 5 for this dispensary!! Highly would recommend anyone coming here. They are easy to access, there’s always parking when I come even if it’s a bit busy. Also the longest I’ve waited 3-4 mins maybe.
    The store is on the bit small side but they are always well supplied!! They have the most options on flower and cartridges in town. Not to mention the lowest prices! Free birthday pre roll and you can choose the top strain’s of the menu!
    They offer refunds if you don’t like there products. Obviously there is some 3/4 rule that has to be left of the product but still so amazing!

    You not only have all of this, but the staff themselves are the best. Very personable and friendly. Super helpful and knowledgeable to pick out any strains or recommendations. Referrals for new patients you name it. I bought a pen there and a week later it went out on me and they refunded the pen and and battery.
    I’ve stopped shopping at other dispensaries since this one has everything anyone could offer.

I have used another dispenser and I haven’t received the information that heals my pain. From security to management always friendly and patience.

99. Went in for the first time recently, they’ve got a really nice, clean shop, good selection and outstanding service! I was helped by Daniel, who was very knowledgable, professional and after asking me a few questions about preference, able to quickly give me a good short-list of strains to check out for my needs. Product was perfect, just what I’d wanted, came in a really nice big jar. 10/10 would visit again!

100. Great atmosphere! Enjoyed my experience from the moment I walked in until the second I left. Quick, easy and convenient. Young lady Jessica at the front checked my ID right away due to there being zero line and got me right in. Both budtenders were very helpful and knowledgeable. I was personally helped by a tall guy with long hair who I would definitely recommend chatting with. I picked up an eighth of XJ-13, SFV OG and a pre roll of StarDawg and I am very satisfied with all three. Great prices and variety on top of all of that! Do yourself a favor and check Reef out in Sun Valley, you won’t be disappointed.

104. I love this dispensary! The staff are very nice and knowledgeable. It is not very crowded, loud and chaotic like some dispensaries are. Prices are the best in Northern Nevada, and as someone with Multiple Sclerosis they have excellent strains to help manage my pain and symptoms!

This was my first time in a dispensary, and I didn’t think that I would really like it, because I have never been much of a smoker. But she had so much knowledge on the products, that I didn’t want to leave. I enjoyed the visit, purchased some products, and cant wait to return.

112. must say there quality has gone down from week to week but with recreation use comeing i see them rasing prices its not bad enough the Gov is trying to tax medical patients the same % as recreational use. The dispensaries are raising prices in nevada and the Reef is leading the way. Im seeing 35 dollar 1/8s being increased to $ 43.99 Well
     guess what wont return to the Reef.
